After reading some of these posts i understand why on pets classifieds there is a woman bullying, belittling, swearing at people and her posts never go away, probably an employee or someone who knows someone. I'm so pissed that an online website could allow this. I will never use your CL site again and I hope you get shutdown, an as for the owner of this and employees when you do get caught for this, I hope they throw the book at you and you can never own a website again or never be employed again.People are out here desperate for jobs and then you hear bull#### like this.

There are so many furniture ads with just email addreses that don't bother to respond to anyone other then the person who they choose to let purchase their items. The last one was selling a white Pottery Barn bunk bed for $500. & I contacted them 3 times the 1st & 2nd day. With no response. It would be nice to see who is legitimate & to get an auto- response of 'Sorry Sold' set up to respond to email requests asking if something is available. I can't believe how rude people are.

Craigslist is an awful awful website. I have only used it twice and both times have been completely scammed. The first time I used it to rent a house. The person told me they were out of town and I needed to give them my info so they could do a back ground check on me. I didn't believe it so i showed up at the house and knocked on the door. I man answered and I explained what was going on. He said that there have been tons of people knocking on his door for the past 6 months extremely angry cause someone put his house on craigslist and was stealing money from people saying he was renting it out. The actual owner of the house said he called craigslist and have begged them to take it off but they have yet to do anything about it. The second time I was looking for a car and this person told me that there son was driving with a friend and got hit by a drunk driver and killed, so they were trying to sell the car cause it brought them bad memories. Sounded fishy to me again but i continued to email back and forth with them, but I hacked there computer to find out that they have been doing these scams on craigslist for over a year and haven't been stopped. They would have you go to Western Union and put money so it would be "held there" for 10 days so you could "look over" the car and decide if you want it. When really they would have the money wired to a false account take it right away, and you would be out $7,000. Completely ridiculous. Anyways when I hacked there computer I got there address and called the cops about it. Everyone just be extremely careful with craigslist. Its a disgusting website that needs to be taken off.

Those who are interested in being part of a class action against CL (those who have had an issue that has not been handled lawfully or in accordance to agreement and who have valid proof) please call 561-835-1727. State that you are interested in suing Craigslist they will take your information (name, issue, and phone number) and will get back at a later date. The front desk will not know anything about this issue, because of legal reasons you just need to state you personally are interested. When they get a certain number of inquires then they can take action. I and a number of others have already stated our interest and are looking for others to join.

What a shame that Craigslist decided to let the business go under. I don't know of anyone who got a call back for that phone verification game. Pitiful that CL had to end this way.

There is an employee at craigslist who responds to posts and when you respond back with your email he has people hack your computer. Craigslist is a joke! Do not post there. Try Kiji, or local papers that have free advertising online. There is so much at risk when you use craigslist. I would give craigslist a -10 but that is not an option

I have tried to post an ad for a truck for sale a couple of times. Never got a confirmation email nor any explanation of whatever I might have done wrong. If you send them an email, all you get is an automated response with links to their FAQs, etc. I have checked all of the possibilities that they list for not receiving the email and non of them are the problem. If they refuse your ad, they should at least have to tell you why. I'd have given them 0 stars if that were possible.

Im a small micro buisness that wanted to hire another employee but after posting help wanted ad twice that had no issues and they were flagged and deleted instantly, and the help forums were a joke, this service in michigan has a problem.I signed up to michigan works as an employer because craigslist is impossible and a huge waste of my time.So somebody in craigslist should listen.Im an average guy with a average buisness .I tried to post but failed twice and your site is broken.Your flagging is retarded.Do something about it or your buisness will fail.I wasnt a scammer or dishonest or misleading.It was a simple help wanted ad and something or someone is flagging out of control.Do something .

Dear Readers; I have been trying to run an add for a litter of puppies for my neighbor, who is one of my church members. They have a litter of 11 puppies from an accidental breeding. He wishes to offer these lovely pit bull puppies up for adoption, with an adoption application, background check, home visit, and a small fee. So Creig's list computor keeps refusing the add and deleating it. There seems to be no way to run this add for this low income couple, who just want to find good homes for their puppies. They can not afford to run an add in their local newspaper. I'm really angery at Creig's list as they will not run adds for 3rd parties, such as churche's, agencies, and non-profits. They also will not run an add for my neighbor because it's a litter of puppies and they have him pegged him as a breeder. The problem is there is no one at the helm. It's all automated!!! Rev.
