I have been using Cl strictly for the personals. I than deceided to get my new business off the ground by putting in an ad for 30 people that I will need. I tried posting and received a message saying my account was on hold and to send a message to help a Cl. Well that was 7 days ago and after sending 15 emails I have not received anything back and have no clue to what is going on? After I sent the first 4 emails I called and managed to speak to a very rude female who advised me to send e mails to abuse at Cl which I did to the tune of 5 emails, nothing back from them.I guess in these tough economical times they don't want or need my business

ABOUT 3 DAYS AGO, I STARTED POSTING LOOKING FOR GUYS TO HELP ME MOVING, AND THERE'S SOMEONE FLAGGING MY AD EVERYTIME I POST IT SO IT GOT DELETED EVERYTIME, I DON'T KNOW WHAT CAN I DO, I HAVENT GET ANY CALLS, BECAUSE OF THAT FOR SOME REASON, HE/SHE EVEN POST AND AD SAYING NOT TO CALL ME BLA BLA BLA, SOMEONE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE ASAP, I need Craigslist Corporation contact info, before Craigslist removed my ad you have to be make sure all is ok. i am a small little guy who is retired..i have a hobby and i restore john deere tractor mowers,and have always been able to post on craigslist.but just lately when i post my item for sale it gets posted and shortly after posting it gets flagg right away.i'm playing by the rules..yet get flagg..i have contacted craigslist thru their craigslist @help..and gotton no response..i have e-mailed them several times,and get no response back..all i want to do is post a small add..yet all the car dealers in my town pay a guy a service,which he has a program for,he charges the car dealers $350-$500 mo..and all the car dealers have to do to post 300 adds at one time is push a button and all adds get posted..just like that..and even better they can post same add 3-times a day..now if thats not spam..i don't what is yet craigslist doesn't stop this..yet i'm a little guy trying to make a hosest living,retired,and can not post an add without it getting flagg..is this fair business practice??? craigslist does not provide fair business practices for all..it seems that different people,and business,can post adds,not obey the rules,and craigslist does nothing to them..why is that? and is that a fair way of doing business?

They don't even deserve one star. Scammed Scammed by a lady named Kimberly robinson and a gentleman Francisco Manuel. Looked at a truck on Craigs list suppose to be covered by e-bay protection plan that she purchased. Sent the money via Western Union never received the vechile. all the papers she sent looked very ligit.Never gave it a though the truck was so cheap because she said her husband had relocatede to Spain, that she had just sole her hous and was getting rid of the last of her things. Even rec'd correspondance from e-bay agent suppose to be Francisco..even called and got received the number for the Trust and Safety Department of e-bay inc. Send them questions and received ans back. Boy these people are good. But they are going to slip up someday and we hope it's soon.

Craigs list has no physical phone number to talk to a live person. They let anybody post anything about anyone or their business without even proofreading the post. It's the poorest excuse for a company I've ever seen. Don't use them, Don't use them......

i have tried to get in touch with craigslist.i want my account cancelled today. these bogus ads on my account are not mine.if i happen to have a person who have been scamed by one of these ads ,you know about this and i guess you cant stop them or you just dont care. please close any accounts that have any thing to do with me . thank you ray liss ps if i dont hear from someone from your company, maby the goverment should take a look at your site to see if it should have some regulations.get off your butt an do your job protecting your accounts.....................

As time has gone by in the past 7 years the advertising industry of products for sale used to rely on national magazines, Ebay type auctions as well as the local papers. Since the "Free" advrtising has become more attractive to the entire general public it is basically useless to try and spend money with any paysite, auction, paper or magazine to get interest in your item for sale. Now, the big cahoona! Craigslist, it Completely dominates and wipes out every possible option of advertising an item for sale since it has become the ONLY way to get any living Human to see what you are offering. As a business you are vertually forced to seek clientel through the Craigslist site since it is the only way to find a buyer for your product. So, it is a good place to sell IF you can avoid the childish playground that they have left open to mindless bored self adopted Craigslist website police who Flag your ad. Why does Craigslist allow this contiuous misbehaviour? How can you as a business rely on this when they Knowingly allow this and do nothing about it? Craigslist, Cant you come with a better protecion policy like either we pay a small amount or pass it through you first to get an approval that you can overwrite a no flag protected ad? Craigslist, Question, WHY wont you help us business owners out? Your EMAIL help for abuse and Harassment NEVER gets a reply and as businesses are getting attacked by the mindless retards that do nothing with their life all day you as the site administraters surely could do something to help out but dont. When are you going to do a favor to us and help????? Also in the big cities why dont you organize the Automotive section? Cars 1 catagorie, 2) trucks another, 3) sportscars, In Motorcycles Streetbikes 1 catagorie, scooters another, ATVs and 4 wheelers another? That would unclutter a huge mess, yah?

Hello I am looking for someone to help me with a Scammer. I was looking for a vehicle on Craigs List and I had found one that I was interested in and I replied to the article. I dont know if this is the right site that I need to email to let you know that you have a scammer on your site. Now I am very leary of using your site. Heres what has happened. I replied to the individual about the vehicle. This indvidual had listed a 2004 Ford Expidition Eddie Bauer 4wd for $4500. He emailed me after I wanted more information about the vehicle. He told me that he still had the truck. I told him that I was interested in buying it. He told me that he was a customer of Ebay and that I would have to send a money gram to this peron and he was and agent of ebay. His name is or so called name Christopher B. Valdez or Christopher N. Buenamar those are the two names that were given to me. So I sent the money gram to This address 4055 S. Marlyland Parkway, Las vegas Nevada, 89119. This was a scam. i sent $4500, and no vehicle. This took place may 5, 2010. I dont know if you can help me locate this person or persons. I have turned it over to my local authorities. The email that the person used was jamesjoh1104@gmail. This person that was selling the vehicle name is James Johnson so thats what he used. I need help getting information on this person. I am a disabled woman with two children and a husband. We were purchasing this vehicle for good transportation to my doctor appointments. Please help us catch this person. Hoping that you can help, Debra Randolph This person also gave us his # 206-923-9737. This is still a working number and they are still trying to sell vehicles. We have called and they state that they have vehicles for sell and the same one that I was suppose to get.
