Craigslist, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

I can't even use this site on my iPad anymore. It's nothing but frustration. Its not even functional I used to use CL constantly. Can I get back to the old format with an app or something? I've gotten everything from CL. I don't know where to look if it stays like this.

I don't like the new format, can't find a specific city under a specific state and cannot read the ad at all, the pictures do not help and the printing just sucks. There is not enough information that can be easily accessed. Go back to what works and that is the old format. Where I can pull up the State, pick the city and look at only Ford Pickups for sale by owner....Craigslist is going to go away pretty soon.

If you need customer service from these people, don't hold your breath. Compliant ads are flagged, emails to customer support are not answered and forget about being able to talk to someone. In the race to the gutter, these people are NUMERO UNO..!!! ....."Muchas Gracias" ..Craig...

I am getting ads flagged for removal, and there is nothing wrong with the ad. They are getting deleted before it actually gets posted. I have sent several emails, with no response. I have tried to call the company headquarters, to play the press 1 for Nothing, press two to get ignored, even if your with the police department. There is NO WAY to get any answers. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

like FB and twitter, at Craigslist you can't contact anyone by phone, they hide behind their poor quality control. I am being harrassed in the Hartford CT area with someone flagging my posts about a dozren times in a few days over and over again. no help at all fror CL...so weak!

I made a new posting, CL wants a phone number for verification, they say wait 5 minutes to get a posting code, I waited 3 days, no code. I met their phone number requirements, lousy service. I guess you get what you pay for, free = 0

craigstlist hides behind their poor quality. They won't let you contact them for anything serious unless you want to spend money with them. they simply don't care if you are having a serious problem. Even if you are law enforcement and want to contct them, you still cannot speak witrh them.

I got hunders of calls & text. but have not got any satisfaction - now the people who posted have call me ask how i liked it. I abide buy your rules. Do you feel this acceptable use of your forum? I run a bussiness i dont need my phones tied up with this nonsence. Any other co in St louis area I would have some one contact me. This is not Flagging this has personal impact on an idividual. Its something you can stop & control I can not. some one contact me , you have my info. Or is their no satisfaction or quality controls set up for community issues

I feel that the phone verification system is terrible if you have a prepaid phone. Not everyone want to be wrapped up in a contract or use major providers. Craigslist must be owned by them and that is why they are banning straight talk. Fix it craigslist. Craigslist used to be a good service

why? Apparently the revenue stream wasn't enough to avoid junk ads so now those who continue as users must constantly remove "garbage" before being able to read what's posted. I would bet money within a short period of time another "list" will replace Craigs. Perhaps Craig hasn't heard the expression "Shoot yourself in the foot". You didn't miss.

keeps getting flag for no reason and craigslist should look over the flag and check emails about it before they remove the ad but instead they delete it and dont tell you why and who did it so what good is it to post on there the people sucks big time. i think craigslist gets a zero star rating but they wont let you give a zero star rating. Which suck big time as well

Our company has job openings of about 400 worldwide. I have been unable to place ads. I review your terms and it's contradictory in application- I notice many international companies placing ads for jobs. Why is there a discrepancy in the application of terms for some? I was under the impression that CL wanted jobs posted and I believe the majority of your constituents are in need of good jobs.

I had been billed twice for an add that has not even been posted. Need refund ASAP!

HI! I am not a fan of new format. pictures are hard to see and descriptions are very hard to read. Please change it back, I understand if you are even going to charge a dollar to list! It's worth it to off set your costs. but right now I no longer want to even access it. Thanks! and hopefully you change it soon.

Hate the new format of Craigslist! The old format was simpler and better, give us the old format back.

Craigslist sucks.They want you to use there site and then restrict what you place on free listings.Another socialist run web site.According to craigslist you have no rights when it comes to freedom of speach at least not on there web site

I have always been a fan and supporter, but all of a sudden I am barried with adds. Please reconsider this new look. I can't stand it.

Like Erica, in August 21, 2012, I am having phone verification problems and none of the "help" is helpful and is next to non-connected to the problem... Last night I got phone verification authorized, then no call back, no email either to give me a code... This is not the first time this has occurred that craigslist is not complying with their own rules and sending a code... I had used craigslist various times and when the heck did this phone verification nonsense begin since my last posted ad was in July, 2012? And it is nonsense, our own emails should be adequate to ID us... Call craigslist hdqtrs #, only a bevy of email addresses given on weekend outgoing voice message & no humans about... Love the statement, if you know your party's extention, with no list of extentions to dial or whom one should contact for this problem since, obviously, "help" is useless... Oh, and while I am at it, how long does it take the Master Computer to send your craigslist addresss emails to the sellers? Seems there are times they are not actually sent at all and I would advise giving a personal contact phone number of sellers to get immediate buyer responses...

I am a owner of a senior apartment building. My adds are continuely being flagged because of age discrimination. PLEASE! PLEASE! add a senior housing section. When our apartments were being built the city requested more housing for our retiring community. I hope there will be a way to provide our services while using yours as well. Thanks!!
