Since the very first day I received internet service I began complaining about the service not working, its 6 months later and still no internet service but the bill keeps coming. This is the worst company.
horrible website
For 3 months I haven't been able to pay my bill online. You end up in an endless loop, because of their new Interactive Bill feature. No way to bypass it. Each month I end up calling in to pay my bill and each billing rep says they have been hearing this from a lot of customers. Well DUH! Searched for a tech number regarding the website. No such thing. Not the first issue I've had with Cox. They are absolutely the worst at customer service.
Customer Service
Cox has been unable to make our internet operate as they promise. Our internet is intermittent and we lose it many times a day. We have had 2 techs come out, and each time they have replaced the modem. A third tech is on the way tomorrow. The local office gave me a number for a tech supervisor and they promised me he would call. I have left several messages for him with no return call. I guess we are going back to AT&T.
Songs about weapons not good idea
WMMO has a list of songs that they play on a repeated loop and the should not include songs @ This Atime in History about guns. hunting is a sport and has rules however w/ the issue w/ schools And students perhaps playing A Positive Song Might Be A Better Idea. Dj's Myst Know what us going on in the World @ WMMO so Please Consider playing The Same Bands and Positive Songs.
I am on 24 month price lock guarantee which began Sept. 2013. I just received a bill with a price increase of $13.00. It's almost impossible to get through to customer service or retention and when you do you only get the runaround. Why does anyone stay with this incompetent company?
Stop Soliciting!!
I've had three Cox reps come to my front door in one month to offer "specials". Told them I don't have Cox. I have Dish and don't intend to switch. They had the nerve to say Corporate sends them out and Corporate says they can do this. Baloney. This complex has Cox, Dish, Century Link, Direct TV and Wi Fi. They have been repeatedly soliciting in a complex with big No Soliciting Signs.

Ever since the installation of the services I have had nothing but a great experience with Cox. Fastest internet, Great channel line up and the BEST customer services. Thank you Cox for providing the best service out there! :)

For those that continue having trouble with pictures, try emailing your problem and experience to your State Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency. Don't forget to mention that you are paying for services not being received and request they assist with a refund.
Less than .0001% of one star. This company has the poorest service in the world. Constantly pixelating picture. You can't talk to a rep. I was told by the computer 10 min. hold time. That was 50 minutes ago. I will wait 1 hour and then I am going to take the unit back and disconnect. I tried to delete an old email account. They tell me that is impossible. Unfortunately they can on hire incompetent employees at 6 bucks an hour. Stop giving all the cash to the CEO and executives and hire smart people and more of them. Southern companies always lack in intelligence.

I have been on this earth almost 60 years and never have I communicated HA HA communicated with such incompetence!!!! Don't let these people push you around!! Take charge in a professional way...cause you will be the only one being professional:) Good luck or if you can change service...I guess in Gainesville Fl your stuck...so start a petition to get other cable services in your community...I am with Brighthouse...called for my loved ones:) peace

Cox has the worst service in the world if I could rate cox a minus 5 stars would be great Cox service sucks it is the worst they run your payment on days you didn't even tell if you want to get screwed you don't need a prostitute that you pay Cox do it for free

If I could award you ZERO stars I would. Your services are appalling and so is your customer service! I regretfully had to choose Cox because you were the only provider in my area. I have read your reviews, you are also the lowest rated. You are the most expensive! I ordered Cox on July 3rd and was told that the 13th is when I would be hooked up. The 13th passed with no internet. I called and was told it was rescheduled for the 15th. As a customer, why did you not alert me of this change. You gave no reason as to why. The 15th is today and still no internet, I call and once again it was rescheduled! For the 22nd! No notice and no reason. This is completely unacceptable! Rescheduled twice, nearly three weeks after ordering. What happens if you reschedule again? A month after ordering? How do you know that this is not affecting a job? I cannot go sit in a d*mn coffee shop for 6hrs a day to get work done! Worst service ever, most expensive, and completely unprofessional. I will be thrilled to choose one of your competitors in the future, unfortunately I have to bend over and take it. You suck, All the way from Tucson,AZ
Jogging commercial with Paul and Randy
You really need to consider pulling that commercial with Randy and Paul jogging. The fact that Paul falls in a hole and Randy keeps jogging is pitiful, and Randy keeps running with a smile on his face. Is this how Cox Cable views friendships and treatment of others? I turn this commercial off. It is truly shameful.

I have requested THE BLAZE network be added to available programming to COX's lineup and for some reason it seems COX is not willing. I have been told by a service rep that the demand for THE BLAZE was "a ton of requests" but have not gotten any answers as to when or if. I am dropping COX and going with a provider that does listen to it's customers. GOOD BYE COX.
Service and Payments
I overpaid my final bill and have received a subsequent bill with a credit balance of over $61. Not only has COX not sent me my credit balance, but when I called Cox today, they said I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get it sent out to me. After 10 years of loyalty, and paying all my bills on time, this is the kind of treatment I get. Hello Century Link Prism!
Untrustworthy
Cox sold me a bundle and then refused to give me the rate I was promised with the bundle. They then charged me extra fees for changing from one service to a bundle. They should be ashamed of themselves. These types of tactics will only serve to lose business during a time when there is so much competition. Why are these types of underhanded business tactics being allowed to go on within such a huge company?
Great Company
I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with Cox Communications from the service to the customer service. They are very responsive and helpful.
Would give no stars but not possible. This is the WORST Company! They lost equipment I returned to a Cox location, charged me for the equipment (over $100) and I have been trying to get a refund for services I paid in advance and cancelled when I moved. STAY AWAY! The Executive Resolution Team is a JOKE. Cox is a great name for them. Describes them perfectly. Go to ATT Uverse.
