I work at the costco in Pembroke Pines Florida, I am a part timer and very grateful for the job, I have been there for two years, my hours have always been above thirty. I know that the economy is poor, but we are doing great in sales and beat several other warehouses in the area over the holidays. Our hours have been cut so bad throughout the warehouse that no one can understand why...I know that our department has more hours than what are given to us. We have been told that Sonia wants to keep under hours....why...if we have less hours, we have less production, and we have less sales. Where is the logic in this. The front end is always understaffed because of the cutbacks, that customers are complaining, sunday employees have been cut so bad the warehouse is like a ghost town...stocks are up, sales are up and yet we have been cut to 24 hours...this is so unfair and something is going on in this warehouse....I'm sure you have had many more complaints about the Pines Warehouse, if not you will, everyone is upset and unhappy......

I've been a member at Reno Costco for over 15 years. On Saturday I went to Costco and was waiting outside to enter when a gentleman behind me asked what time they open. I said that I think its 9:30. Robyn a Costco employee proceeded to say in an awful tone that she would open when she was ready. I replied you have to be kidding. She replied she was tired of opening up early through the week and she would open today when she was ready. I found a manger and told him the story with little satisfaction. I will no longer be funding Robyn's salary. She can open with out me whenever she wants.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE HANDLING OF MY REQUEST FOR A PROMOTIONAL MEMBERSHIP, WHICH WAS OFFERED THROUGH THE ENTERTAINMENT BOOK. ON NOV. 5 I SENT IN A REQUEST AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. AFTER 4 WEEKS WHEN I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE PACKET, I CALLED ENTERTAINMENT BOOK AND WAS REFERRED TO KARDMERCHANT. I WAS TOLD THAT MY VISA CARD WAS DECLINED...I HAD GIVEN AN INCORRECT EXPIRATION DATE. THE DATE WAS CORRECTED AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS RESUBMITTED. AFTER 2 WEEKS I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT SUBMITTED AND IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. I HAD HOPED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE MEMBERSHIP SINCE OUR BJ MEMBERSHIP EXPIRED AT THE END OF NOV. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS I WAS TOLD BY JOHN BENSON THAT THE PACKET WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL FEB. I TOLD HIM TO FORGET IT. I FEEL THAT KARDMERCHANT IS VERY INEFFICIENT AND UNCARING IN THE DEALING WITH ME AND MY REQUEST. SINCERELY, TOM HERR

Your 1 gallon milk jugs must have been designed by a complete idiot! How could you continue to allow your 1 gallon dribble glass, of a jug to continue? once is enough for me, no more milk from Costco!

My husband purchased some shirts w/the Kirkland Signature label on them. We would give the shirts a 5 star rating, however, not on the packaging. There was an inordinate amount of plastic in the packaging. We could recycle the tissue paper & the cardboard and even the straight pins. However, the use of plastic collar stays and plastic tags w/hard plastic brand name do dads on the strings of the tags were completely anti-environmental. None of this can be recycled, all ends up in our land fills. NOT GOOD! Do away with the extra hard plastic brand name on the string. Replace the plastic information tag w/recyclable paper tags. Please be environmentally concious when packaging any/all of your products. Thank you, Pat Damascus, OR

Costco sells tainted meat. I heard it from a bunch of people. Watch out! I will never trust them ever again!

I spend more at costco each year than the average family earns in an entire year. I am APPAULED that COSTCO would even affiliate themself with INTUIT PAYROLL! That company has THE WORST customer service you could possibly expect!!!!!! DO NOT waste your time with that company!!!!!

5 STARS I would like to know when are you going to have snow blower again! How can I find out which costco has snow blower!I really need one.I can't trust other store product except Costco so please help me out which store has it or on line order. Prices range $500-1200. My sister and I spend quite a bit of money at Costco here in Pa. the Pa. store, but regretfully may have to shop elsewhere only because both her and I are handicapped and need and depend on the handicap riders, which are usually either broken down, used by other customers, or need charging, (possibly) need new battery's??? There are only 3 or 4 (when available, and or working)....please, someone out there help us who are good, dependable shoppers and just want to go shopping like everyone else. Please purchase more riders, and also new batteries for the current ones. Was recently reduced to tears as other customers watched as I was being physically pushed in the dead rider by the store manager and also a worker. Was totally humiliated, and upset...

Why does Costco provide coupon booklets with certain dates to use them on or by? It's so ridiculous! Have the coupons begin at the first day of the month to the ending day of the month, NOT to begin on Jan. 6 - 23rd or use on Jan 23rd - 31st!! I have to wait days to finish my shopping and before I can use them while I do my shoping on the first day of each month! I just do not like that at all!! And Costco's produce is getting bad, I've brought back bagged green beans, lettuces, and snap peas because they rot a few days after purchase. You do not keep favorite dog food items continuous on the shelves, Costco is as bad a Trader Joe's at bringing a good item and then POFF - it's gone and never comes back! Take for instace, the falvored 3-pack Foster Farms chicken breasts - they were fantastic & one day they were gone, noever to come back again. I was told they were "seasonal" - YEAH RIGHT!! I called Foster Farms, they told me they didn't understand WHY Costco pulled them either, as they were a great big seller for Foster Farms Chicken. I am so disappointed in Costso these days, I hardly shop the Warehouse anymore! Costco should be MORE consistent and not looking for the CHEAPEST deals, as my husband was told - so sad!

Costco sucks. Their customer service thru the online part is going down hill. My renewel is up and I will not be renewing my membership.

As a Costco customer and living in California, I have read that your store has made said you will not offer in store samples of beer, wine and distatilled spirits as allowed by the new California law. I want to tell you THANK YOU for taking an official stand and be an example for other corporations that need to say NO also. My concern is the use of cell-phones while in the gas pump area at Costco or any other establishment. The use of cell-phones in the gas pump area is very dangerous. Anyone with knowledge of electrical sparks and fuel fumes would know of the life threating danger. I personally have watched a friend die from just switching a pump on. The switch sparked and my friend being in the middle of the fumes was badly burned, his insides were servely burned since he was also breahting the fumes. I did go to a supervisor in the Raleigh store on Old Wake Forest and Six Forks Rd.. I told him about my concerns and that a lot of customers were useong their cell-phones at the pump and could they put a sign up to have them turn off the cell- phones while in the fueling area. His reply was less than I would expect from a supervisor. He acted as if a sign were put up he would lose some customers. If someone causes a flash fire from the use of a cell-phone COSTCO will lose a lot more than a few customers. So my question is, " Why can't a sign WARNING for safety sake be put up in the fueling area to turn off cell-phones.

bought a ps3 with no hard drive. when i tried to return it, they would not take it back, treated me with disrespect. it was the one in Naperville, Illinois. They had 2 really bad employees, Joe and Aubrey, they were awful when it came to respect.

I would give no stars, but it wasn't an option. I bought 4 frozen lobster tails Xmas eve day; labeled as from Brazil, etc. I know lobster tails and understand the frozen, 'rock lobster' process; these aren't fresh tails off the boat and they aren't homerus americanus, I realize. Paid good dough, brought them home directly in a cooler pack, with frozen paks, and put them in bottom drawer of refrig. I open them an hr later to thaw to cook for xmas eve night dinner and the refrig, kitchen and house smells like Louie's Bait shop on a hot afternoon. Utter freakin garbage... I run them back to Costco Naples, FL, stand in line at fish counter to return them and get credit, and the idiots behind the counter, take them back, almost gag on smelling them, and act like it happens every day. Third World crap, imo. Done with Costco; this kind of thing has happened too frequently with food, meat, fish, etc. Someone is not paying any attention in the supply line, vis a vis QC, proper refrigeration, etc. They are just moving containers of crap and the sheeple keep buying this garbage. This ain't the flatscreen TV biz, only... GL, V

My hobby is photography and like some of my pictures to made into16 by 24 prints. Presently the company offers16 by20. this aspect ratio does not fit the "film"or the digital size of 35 mm, which translates to1and to1 and a half. When this is multiplied by 16, this comes out to be 16 by 24. Would appreciate if the soft ware in the processing equipment be adjusted to include the 16 by 24 size as i don't use the 16 by20 size. This adjustment does not require new equipment as the roll of paper is 16 inches wide. The present equipment allows me to enlarge my photos to12 by 18. The equipment allows one to have pictures of 4 by6 multiples. Would appreciate that my request for having the 16 by 24 be made available.

We have been members for a long while now, initially joined in Anchorage, Ak. We now reside in Mount Juliet, Tn. and wish that there was a COSTCO's on the East side of Nashville in approximately the same area. We think that this would be a great area for you to expand into, because it has been the only area unaffected by the floundering economy of late. It would increase your profit and make it much more convenient for a huge population of people that are not members. Most of the problem is the distance to go to your stores from this area, it is to great, so no one bothers with it and go to a more convenient SAM's Club, Wall Mart, Lowe's, Ace, Public's, Kroger's etc. etc. all of which are in numerous locations in this area. What do you think COSTCO Corporate Headquarters? By the way your e-mail FAQs and Contact site "DOES NOT WORK"!

When I was recently in Orlando, Fla. I purchased a new set of tires from the Waterbridge Blvd. store. I wanted to let you know that the gentleman named Saitia Maui'a was very professional and that I was well satisfied with everything.

you closed down willowbrook costco photo (film) dept. and moved it to I-10/Bunker hill in Houston Texas - and the longer commute and poorer service shows-- you closed the wrong one ! poor decision
