Costco Corporate Office & Headquarters

We have changed our address with Costco three times, it was never entered in your system and we have not received our refund shopping coupon. I am unsure of the name of it! We were pulled out of line last year while shopping and they asked us for our change of address and would send it on to us. We never received it. Now it is year two and we have two of them in your files that still have not been delivered to us. We recently went in to the store to see if they had the right address again and no they did not! So now it week three since that viisit and I sit here and wonder if once again our address did make the change in your system! Is anyone out there ? Calling the office is a joke no one answers the phone in the office and then when they do answer they put you on hold and you never hear from them again! Who are we dealing with here? Help!

Why do you allow people who write in to complain about a problem and you have their phone number,I.D.,e-mail address and member number all for everyone to see instead of leaving that blank. DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW THAT COULD BECOME I.D.THEFT? I went through I.D. Theft several years ago and it was years before I could feel safe. Now everything is on passwords and numbers.

Please speak for yourself when you say that all the employees at our location are unhappy!!! You need to appreciate your job and all that this company gives you. If you are this unhappy then find another job where you feel happy!! We are all blessed to work for such a great company as Costco! I am a 13 year employee and I appreciate and take care of my job. Is because of people like you that puts Costco down that the managers have to spend much of their time and payroll dealing with your issues! We could be using that payroll to give you more hours. You need to be thankful that you are not standing in an unemployment line applying for unemployment check!!! Take the 24 hours that they are giving you and be happy! If not hit the road an see where you gonna find another job that pays you as well as Costco! You are probably better fit flipping burgers at a fast food restaurant! We at pembroke pines do not need negative people like you!

We have a complaint about your new white garbage bags. There was a change to these bags and the we are no longer satisfied with your product. The bag is now harder to get off of the roll and harder to open ( less flexible). The bag tears more easily and the red band that is used to close the bag, does not slide to close the bag and also tears. Can you please go back to the previous bags !!!!!!

You must deal with that demo manager at Tustin , Ca. location. Its the newest Tustin store. I have seen that woman on numerous occasions of being in there as I have a large family and shop frequently. She talks to the people who work under her as if she was their slave master. SHe pioes on them from a distance and then if she is not happy with them she speaks to them as if she is a parent of a wayward child. I have talked to several workers and suggested they report her and they said they need their jobs and are terrified of her. These are grown people, some older, some younger but scared to say anything for fear of losing this job which is demeaning at best with those hairnets on them. Has noone else noticed how this woman is? One dayh she slammed a matt on the floor at someone who must have forgotten their's and it hit her back legs and she then just walked away. The poor woman was shaking who she did it to. I asked her to file aq complaint and she said she was afraid nothing would change and that she would get fired. And she has no other income. How can you people nto be aware of this woman? I see so,mething new everytime I come in there. She lurks around corners as if a lion waiting to pounce. Someone needs to reel her in. I am appalled at the treatment they receive from this creature. I have been told her name is Lucy. I realize there are 2 Tustinstores. This one is on Park Ave. at the District.

I will give costco 10 stars if the rating went that high. This comment is addressed to LOPEZ and rhyn. He/she changed the name but you can tell is the same ignorant person just by the ignorance and the spelling. I am a Mexican who didn't even go to school in this country and I can spell better than you. I don't know what race you are but don't use a Latin last name to hide your cowardness. As a proud Mexican I love this country probably more than some of the Americans, never been a free loader. never used the system, not even unemployment because I will find another job inmediatelly. I was just in the Alpharetta GA store and when I went into the store I was given a hard time by Don an employee at the store. When I told Don that I was upset he told me "Why don't you shop at a different store". So because of this I went to the membership desk and asked to speak with a manager. The one heavier girl with the short hair was very rude when I asked to speak with a manager. They called and called but with no luck. The rude young girl told me to go to the other desk behind the check out lanes, she said "I might have more luck at the other desk". I just gave up without speaking with a manager and went on with my shopping. But as I was shopping the same moron from the front door (Don) started following me around and harassing me as I was trying to shop. So because of this I asked to speak with the manager again after I checked out. I spoke with Derrick the Asst. General Manager, and when I told Derrick what had happen he didn't care that one of his employees had Harassed me and followed me around the store. I can only think that Don the moron from the front door was going to get me for reporting him to management. I gave my card to Derrick and after being a member for more that 15 years, I told him I didn't want to be a member anymore. The only thing Derrick had to say was "Let me see if you have a refund coming" Let me tell you I don't know what happened to the old Cosco that it was a wonderful experience to shop at. I have shopped at many Costco stores across the US and Canada. Most stores are o.k. None has been as bad as the Costco store in Oxnard California. It is badly crowded, and its check out is the worst of any store I have shopped. Management at this store does not add checkout clerks until there are very large number of shoppers extend into the aisles, 50, a 100. Costco corporate may consider this store a success, I consider it an unacceptable store. I am considering dropping Costco for Sam's which is nearby. To ad insult to injury, some of the products sold by Costco are way cheaper at non-membership stores. Take a look at Parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar.

I have been a member of costco for many years. I have enjoyed shopping there in the past, however not so much anymore. My main purchase is soy milk and sheep cheese as i have these items in my diet every day. I enjoyed buying my soy milk by the case as it saves a lot of money for me. However I am the only one in my household that drinks soy milk. I am very disappointed that costco quite getting the smaller cartoons. They now only have them in the larger size. Problem with this is that you have to use soy milk up within a week and I can not do this. So the bigger size does not do me any good as i waste most of it. So i might as well pay a higher price and not waste it. I would like to see them bring the smaller size back for i am sure their are other people with the same issuse.

Please build a Costco Store in Brainerd, MN 56401. Your store is far better than Sam's Club which we have to drive 65 miles to shop. Brainerd is a large hub city and serves a very large area of Central Minnesota.

poor phone service waiting on hold for 30 minutes is not good PR

This is in response to Paul Pittman. I understand your fear about cell phones at the gas pumps. My friend worked at the Albuquerque Costco on Renaissance at the gas pumps. One day he saw a woman smoking and asked her to put her cigarette out as it was dangerous at the pumps. Her very burly husband decided to grab my friend and threaten him with bodily injury for asking such a thing from his wife. Our management did nothing about this. In the old days we would revoke memberships if a member did such a thing. Absolutely nothing was done. I've noticed that members are quite rude when they refuse to put their cell phones away while we "try" to to help them. And please don't assume we are uneducated and simple simply because we work at Costco. I have business degree but I need to make a living because I can't find a decent enough job in my field.

Mr Sinegal, I am a long time employee and I have never felt so unsure of my future with Costco as I am now. My manager was quoted as saying that our warehouse spends too much on payroll because he has too many top pay employees and would like to "get rid" of some of them. In my years with Costco, I have had a great record in reference to my work.(very few mistakes and not enough to warrant a write-up) I now find myself with write-ups and enough to get suspended for three days with no pay. Never has this happened to me. I CANNOT trust management anymore. I feel they will find anything to write us up and fire us. The management and supervisors are very unprofessional and treat us like dirt. This trickles down to the members. Many of the employees are fed up. Many of us used to love our jobs, now we are walking on egg shells. Albuquerque Renaissance warehouse is in poor shape and it's starting to show.

Was given a gift card .....no information on the card to tell you the dollar amount on the card. Called the phone number on the card to try to find out the balance. Information not attainable by phone or by your website...very frustrating...made 10 phone calls to corporate with no luck....was given 3 names to contact and no answer just a machine on all three lines. Dissapointed!!!

Mr. Sinegal, Please do something about your management, from supervisors to warehouse managers. There has to be something that can be done so we the employees can tell you what is going on in each warehouse. THERE IS TOO MUCH FAVORITISM, DISCRIMINATION, AND SO MUCH MORE GOING ON. I dont know what is happening to Costco these days. The attitudes of Managementand that of the employees is piss poor and very disrespectful towards customers... Costco can you afford to loose customers who spend between 700.00 and 1500.00 dollars a month? Considering your CS people chase me down everytime I am in begging me to upgrade my account I am guessing you cant afford to loose customers... My husband and I are considering cancelling our membership after our 2nd horrid experience in 2 days in our Altamonte Springs Florida.. The refusal by the cashier to take our check because my husbands name is on the checks and my name is not for personal reasons.. We are on the account together, my name is not on the checks.... I spoke to a CSM who told me that I needed to get the problem "fixed," meaning have my name put on the checks.. I asked him to call our bank to verify the fact I am on the account as well. He refused.. There is no problem to fix othe than those of Costco. So I am gu
