MY FAMILY AND LOVE CICI'S PIZZA BUT THE LAST TIME WE WENT THERE THE SERVICE WAS BAD THE MANAGER TALK RUDELY TO THE TEAM MEMBERS AND WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THE ONE IN AUGUSTA GA

At CiCis pizza location: haywood road greenville south carolina, the manager told a black employee that he was gonna slap the white out of him in front of children and when the parent of a child confronted him he was laughing while they where telling him Mangers name: casey

Morehead Ky was awful tonight there was not even the basic pepperoni pizza on the bar,had to ask for it,a lady said that she had ask for it 45 minutes prior to when we did,no ranch dressing on the bar and the bar was filthy, dirty tables, manager was arguing with a customer, very poor service a waste of my money tonight. Will not be going back there.

I was calling in a takeout order when the man on the phone refused to give me plastic container of olives on the side. I even offered to pay for the olives. I have gotten olives there before in a plastic container. His excuse was that only dine in customers are allowed to get olives. I wont be going back here for awhile.

The cico in Gardena took a order over the phone I used my Credit card number I feel so dumb they said they needed my 3 said verification code that's how they do it now because I get the same guy one the like dumb ass I trusted them have 8 charges on my card to adopt puppy.co magazines news pallets and also get this jobs.com and the bank says there is so many I have to file a claim those guys know I Only live in a small place and I'm to scared to go to a manager because I don't live in the best part of Gardena I don't need someone to come after me I can't prove it but 7 charges were on the same day I ordered my pizza and that was the only thing I put on my credit card that day. Don't u do background checks

Me and my family went to the cici's pizza at (6858 Hwy 6 South Houston TX 77083)for a dinner at 8/27/2011... and the services was very poor!! i can't say there is something wrong with the pizza. The pizza was great, but just the manger was very disrespectful. Not just us..but multiple other people. He kicked my kids out of the game room because they ask for there money back from the broken machine. If i am not mistaking His name was Julio. this is one attitude that need to be looked at or yall will lose many business. Thank you,

CICI WAS Awsome and the manger by the name of Ian McKenzi made my family experience GREAT!!!! I LOVE IT!!! THANKS IAN!!!

We went to the CiCi's pizza between Red Bug Lake Rd and Winter Springs. It was my first time to ever eat at CiCis and it was by far the worst restaurant experience i have EVER had. Let me just start with we werent even greeted when we walked in the door. Second off the phone kept ringing off the hook and the girl would NOT pick it up. Then, as were eating a spider bigger than 4/5 quarters put together goes running across the floor. We kill that one to find another one underneath our table. NOW, that my appetite is no longer there i decided to go tell the manager that we have found 2 spiders and he says "ohh we've never had that problem before" and gives me 3 free meal cards, when there was 6 of us. Anyways, as im getting the meal cards from him i decided to look at the floor in the kitchen which was behind where he was standing and it had food ALLLL over the place like that had not sweeped the entire day. These employees were doing absolutely nothing but standing around texting on their phones. There was plates to be cleaned up off of the tables, the floor of the entire restaurant needed to be swept there was trash and food throughout the entire place EVERYwhere and i mean EVERYwhere. The one lady was soo determined to fill up the cheese cups on the tables that she wasnt paying attention to the plates stacking up on anyones table. THEN ohh it gets better...they preclosed ONE HOUR yes, ONE HOUR before they were suppose to and turned the hot bar off and put the stuff on top of the other hot bar just sitting out in the cold. DISGUSTING! WE also ordered a bbq pizza to which took 30 minutes to not even be made and i had to go ask the manager where it was at and he said ohhh you ordered a pizza? YES we ordered a pizza and he replies with attitude ohh, well then we will just put it in a box for you! WHAT IF I DIDNT WANT IT IN A BOX? and wanted to eat there..he didnt even care. LASTLY, we left and were driving away and i then decided i wanted to take a picture of the spider bc i knew i was going to be calling corporate the next day as well as making any complaints that i could for my horrible experience and when we got back the lady had swept around our table and guess what??? SHE STILL DIDNT SWEEP THE SPIDER!!! it was still there..i couldnt believe that she had swept and the spider was still dead on the floor..just proves to show how much they dont really care and clean extremely POORLY! i wouldnt EVER and i mean EVER recommend this CiCis to ANYONE!! I have worked in restaurants and ANY and i mean ANY of that would never ever ever fly. From the dirtyness to the not greeting. Customer service just by even saying hello when someone walks in can go a long way..but we didnt even get that.

i went with my family to cici's pizza at 1155 w. st. road #434, manager's name Craig on our sales receipt, he claimed he is the owner, he was extremely extremely rude, the food was cold, the salad bar was messy and his attitude was very unprofessional in every manner. We would never never go to this location specially the owner Craig was obnoxiously rude. We have been to many cici's pizza locations and have loved their food and surrounding, but not Craig's location. never never!

Went in to Cici's in Greenville, NC for the first time and saw this great cashier who made sure I new everthing about the buffet her name was Sam. The food was great and service was excellent. The lady manager I think her name was Margie was all smiles and brought me the pizza I asked for. Will love to go back. More places need that kind of staff and service.

I purchased a Groupon $10.00 coupon good for $20.00 to be used at CC's Pizza in Niles,Ohio. Needless to say I am VERY dissapointed in CC's Pizza attitude in standing behind the value of the coupon. My friend and I drove over 25 miles to get there August 4, 2011. That is not the problem as I accepted the distance. When we got there, the manager was a complete a$$hole. We were only allowed to use $15.51 cents worth of the coupon, just enough to cover meals for two people. I asked the manager to apply the balance of the $20.00 coupon toward a purchase of pizza to go. He explicitly refused. Needless to say I was forced to unvoluntarily donate $4.49 to CC's Pizza. I have unsubscribed from Groupon and I want nothing to do with Groupon, nor CC's Pizza again. I do not treat my customers in this manner and I positively think CC's Pizza is less than a desirable place of business for more reasons than one. And I do not appreciate Groupon for doing business with the a$$holes at CC's Pizza! GOOD-BYE and GOOD-LUCK to the both of you!!!!! --

Never! I mean never go to the Garland Location on NW HWY in Garland TX! Digusting! When we went there was only pepperoni pizza out and some pasta. So we asked for hamburger and a black olive pizza..we waited awhile and they came out with bbq pizza..apparently they were not listening so we had to wait another 15 minutes and about that time we were almost done eating.. My husband found some type of hair in his pizza and was disgusted..He said it could have came from anyone so he didnt say anything. I told him i would contact HQ and see what they could do..Anyway they brought the pizza out...i was so disgusted i told him i will not be coming back to a Cici's again. they ruined it for me!! Such a gross establishment! I hoope HQ reads these emails. i dont want anything free, I just want them to clean up their act! Their quality of food and people has totally went down the toilet...

Visited the south post oak location on July 30.2011, tables were dirty, at least 10 of them for approx. 1 hour. Soda fountain was unsanitary, no silverware. I have pics to prove how unkept the place was. When someone did come to clean the tables he used a spray bottle and sprayed the tables while guests were eating, and residue from the spray landed on guest . I will NOT patronize this particular CiCis ever.

i have ben going to cicis since 2007 on broadway, knoxville tn and since that guy name chris is been there as a mgr everything has change he is a rude and disrespectful im not the only persont that will never go back to that store until his gone...

I used to take my kid their cici every Saturday she went just for the alfedo sauce ....we neverr beeen baxk since they got rid of it....

Just be sure you pick the right time to go to cici's. I when at 8:30 and they close at 10. The only pizza that was left looked like it had been there most of the day. So we ordered half a pizza it took 15 minutes to get and I went back to see if there was anything new. There was only three pizzas that were about half gone they told me i could order a pizza but isn't that why we go there for variety? For me it's not the high quality ingredients. im just not sure why at 8:30 you don't get the same variety as you would if you went at 4:00. By the way this was the Owasso Oklahoma store.

I first encountered Cici's when I lived in Iowa, I loved eating there. I relocated to NY 2 years ago and have been very disappointed. I was so excited when I heard there was a CiCi's coming, raving it up to family and even waiting in the opening day line for hours. The first experinece there was not bad, but things were definitely done differently. Such as the pasta already had sauce on it. In Iowa you used to be able to choose between sauce or alfredo and add it yourself. Second, they did not know how to make a "BIG MAC" pizza which I learned to love in Iowa. I had them several more times at the NY location and they always made it wrong. My recent experience was at another new location in NY and it will probably be my last experience. They had changed the salad bar, where you can no longer serve yourself, someone serves you your salad, seriously? The gentleman told me they can no longer make a "BIG MAC" pizza and should never have been doing them anyway (infringement on McDonald's, I'm guessing). He also stated that "they" (assuming CiCi's corporation) took away the 1000 island dressing so they couldn't make it anyway. Needless to say this added to my already disappointment. Still had sauce already on the pasta with no alfredo, no garlic cheese bread, and no crackers for the soup. I don't know if all the cuts are CiCi's way of making ends meet to save money due to the economy, but I am certainly disappointed and am sure I will probably not be back. Just another good place to eat that has gone by the wweigh side because of the economy!

Writing in reference to your store policy. I walked into college station on Saturday July 9 with a football team from fort worth; I paid for 3 of the boys and did not chose to eat myself (not feeling well). Your team pointed to your sign and told me I had to leave or pay. I could not believe your management staff is not allowed to make exceptions to your policy. As I write you, I am sitting on my car waiting on the other 25 people in your restaurant. Simply amazing. Oh wait..your manager just tapped on my window and said "he did not realize we are from out of town, please come inside.". As embarrassed as I am? I talked to two people prior to Thad who I explained the situation too...still got told I could not stay. Thad gave me your number on my way out the door! He just refunded my money because the coaches complained... Not that the 22.50 makes a difference now. Not what I would call "family" friendly.

Last night at 6:15 I took a friend to the CiCi's on University Drive in Huntsville Alabama. I ordered a special pizza with everything. We waited 45 minutes and still no pizza. I asked the girl at the register how long it takes to have a pizza made and she told me about 10 minutes. I told her that I had been waiting 45 minutes. Totally unhappy with their service my friend and I left. Will never return again.

I went to cicis Pizza at the location in Hialeah & West 68 Street with a friend Maria Isabel, today, June 20, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Our experience was one of the worse experiences we’ve had at a Cicis. We arrived at Cicis for the $3.49 happy hour Monday lunch special, once we got in, the register person asks "what would you like”? We mentioned we were interested in the $3.49 Happy Hour Monday special as advertised at the entrance door. The register stated it would be $5.00, we replied "why”? The register said, “You have to get the soda”, we informed to the employee that we did not want to drink a soda. The owner came by and told us didn’t you understood what the register said? "Yes, you have to pay 5.00 dollars whether you like it or not and if you don't drink the coke just throw away", he continued saying "forget about what the sign says", "it is simply what I say and that is what it counts because I say so" We simply replied that is not what you have at the door. The owner said "what is that you don’t understand about the 5.00 dollars it is $5.00 dollars because I say so and that's it"
