I love Cici's pizza! I cannot complain about the pizza it has really good quality. Big thanks to the makers of this wonderful pizza! However I will complain about the quality of service. I love that you can order your pizza and they carry it out to you. When I requested my favorite pizzas I was passed over to three employees (first two being managers) until finally the last employee which was not happy at his job for the moment said"its not like I am doing everything already" before he asked me what I wanted. When my order arrived they brought me the wrong order and I presume she was a manager said"usually whatever we bring out usually gets thrown away, so just eat what you can". I was understandable of the mistake and forgiving of it, but I strongly suggest this location get a good overview of who is running that store and as to which employees are deserving of their jobs. It seems the employees at the location I went into today were not in the best of moods. I overheard the managers have to tell the employees to "work more and have less lip". Until then I will relocate to a different store. I still love the pizza and I will drive far if I have too. Denton,TX
I went to the Denton TX location and I thought I was gonna get to enjoy my food and play some arcade. Instead I got some good food just the wrong order. I still ate it cause it was some good mood food at the time. I then went to play some arcade games and it took my money on three different games. I was dissatisfied of my trip there today. I go to the college there so Cici's is good budget. Can we get some improvement on them games cause they got some real good ones there. If you added some new games or improve the ones you got now that game room could help bank your place. Love.Peace.Respect.
CiCis used to be my favorite pizza place, even though it did upset my stomach everytime I ate it. But now, no longer..the quality and freshness of the pizza has gone way down. Whenever we visited, there would always be staple pizza i.e. pepperoni, cheese, sausage, chicken alfredo, but now they barely have anything set out and whats out on the buffet is wierd stuff no one really eats like macaroni and taco pizzas. You have to beg to get a fresh order, otherwise they pull one out from underneath thats dried up and hard. Also a lot of teenagers work there, not friendly AT ALL and barely speak English. The salad bar is sparse..something that looks like lettuce, some dressing, cheese ,and maybe a couple of veggies.
My recent Cici's experiance was horrible due to the following: 1.Pasta (cold) 2.Salad Bar unclean stuff all over everywhere 3.Unsanitary plates being put out & cups there was no forks 5.A employee got an attitude with a older man for asking for straws & fork 4.There was hair in my food every bite of my husband's pizza contained hair in it right now we are both dealing with upset stomachs & his tonsils are swollen. 5.This is the 2nd location in Nashville,TN (Nollensville RD,Rivergate location,Hickory Terrace area)not even 10 miles from each other that I want to stop and call the health department. 6.Bathrooms in both are always kept in horrid conditon to the point of smelling them you stomach gets turned and you have to walk away or leave all together. 7.Very rare to find employee's there who don't have a attitude.Some of them when you order a pizza to be brought to your table act like because they have to be there til 11 you want to be there too. **NO matter what state I go to I refuse to ever go into a CiCi's pizza I will starve before I even think of going back due to this once or twice I can understand and all places have had problems before but this is out of control and needs to be handled or they all should be shut down!**
We arrived at the CiCi's pizza store in Easton, PA last Friday around 1:00 P.M. in the afternoon. The girl at the cash register said that it would be $5.99 per person plus the drinks were an additional charge. I looked at the menu price sign and noticed that where the price for the buffet was, there was white paper over it with the price of $5.99 posted on it. I asked the cashier why the price was not $4.99 as advertised on their TV commercials, and she replied that the price had been raised. I find this odd, as their commercials are still promoting their price as $4.99 for the buffet. We also found out after paying that the salad bar was empty. The girl said that they were waiting for a delivery from their truck, which she said was enroute. We were never told before paying that the salad bar was empty, or were we or anyone else given any type of discount due to there being no salad. After waiting for 50 minutes in the hope that the salad might be delivered, my wife and I decided to leave. More than likely for good.
I just came home aftereating at the Cicis store in Bradenton Fl. I called the man over because we had a bug on our table, he killed it with his finger and told us he was sorry. I watched him when he went back in the kitchen and he didn't even wash his hands and proceded to work with the fod again. Then the girl was cleaning off the salad bar with a dry paper towel. I used to love comming to Cicis but thart sure8 convinced me to never go their again. I also asked fo a Hawaiian pizza and he informed me there was two peaces on the bar, it was o hard and cold I said the heck with it. I am very disappointed.
The location in Westwood Shopping Center Fayetteville, NC is very unorganized and unclean. One of the managers who works there had a child in the back with them while pizza were cooking. Someone changes a babies diaper in the storage area where food is. Employees are untrained. When they ask for help from the managers, the managers are very unhelpful. Everyone here needs to be retrained in customer service skills, business organization and sanitation. I only saw one staff washing her hands. no one else. I will NOT Eat here!!!
By the way you guys are really giving Old Country BUFFET, Fire Mountain, Golden Corral (to name a few much better places to eat) a lot of business because people don't want to eat where it is UNSANITARY, UNORGANIZED and customers are treated Very POORLY. Great JOB!!!
I went to the CICI's in Greenspoint Houston,Tx I ordered a pizza to go and while waiting I was watching the girl put the cheese on the pizza. She wasn't wearing plastic gloves she'd scrape the cheese that fell onto the counter she was working on then throw it on the pizza. Then they have these thin racks on the wall where the stick the pizzas, they aren't covered nor refrigerated just sitting out there. It's not like the place was busy there were maybe a handful of people and this was lunch time! I thought to my self never again.
Its not as much that Im rating the restaurant, I was just wondering why the Lansing Michigan restaurant closed. I loved the food and one day after a lengthy drive.. it was closed. Just wondering what happened?

Hey im on my phone leaving cicis pizza as we speak let me start off by saying when I was infront of one of the registers the girl was talking to another com worker for 5 minutes before she even acknowledge that. I was there also the manager was at the register next to where she was because she was doing a drawer audit and she didnt even say anything. Finally after we paid and got our trays. We only had about 10 slices to choose from and none of them were fresh. We also ordered pasta and have been waiting for 30 minutes and got fed up so I just gave them back their order number and walked out. This is the cicis pizza on 9611 west flagler st. miami florida. Waste of my money now I have to go somewhere else to eat.
I wish they had a rating for 0 stars. This was the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had in a restaurant!!! The manager was a complete jerk and needs to be fired immediately. To start off with when we first arrived, we saw one table open that would fit our big party. We went and asked if someone could clean it for us and then went back to the table. 10 minutes later, we asked again. 10 more minutes after that, I had enough. I went up to the manager and asked him to clean our table because we had waited for 20 minutes and were standing up to eat our food. He completely ignored me and walked past me back in the back. I stood in the corner for a while to where he could see me and he wouldn't even look at me. I finally asked another worker and he got a buss boy for me. Also when a member of our party was trying to get some food and was trying to decide what he wanted, the manager made a rude gesture. He also told a member of our party that it would be an hour for cinnamon rolls, IT WASN'T EVEN THAT BUSY! And as people well know who visit CiCi's on occasion, it takes only 5 minutes. Then the manager, Jeremy, also dropped a spatula on the floor and picked it up and put it under another pizza. I work in the food industry at a very busy restaurant so I am more than understanding when I go out to eat, but I simply could not ignore this. Then when all was said and done and I finally asked for corporates number from the cashier, he told her to tell me that they didn't have it when I know good and well they do, and (as I understand) it is unlawful not to hand a customer that information when it is requested. I will never visit another CiCi's and I will have that jerk fired no matter what it takes.
i went to the cici's pizza here in texas city not too long ago. it was maybe 3 weeks. the manager was a woman in her 20's, blonde, pregnant. she was absolutely fantastic! we ordered a pizza and it got to us within 8 minutes as promised. also, she joked around with my family and i. she played around with my son and little baby girl. Seems like she had the store in order so i would most definitely like to congratulate you guys on having such a wonderful manager working here in texas city!
MY FAMILY AND I VISITED CICI'S PIZZA IN DANVILLE VIRGINIA 24540 AND WITTNESSED THE WORST BEHAVIOR AND ATTITUDE FROM THE STORE MANAGER AS WELL AS THE OWNER! VERY RUDE AND NOT TO MENTION DISRESPECTFUL. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE WITNESSED THIS AND MY FAMILY SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS. IM A WRITTER AND I WONT STOP UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE WITH THIS OWNER AND MANAGER. THEIR NAMES ARE SAMANTHA(THE MANAGER WHO I WITTNESSED IN THE ACTION) AND THE OWNER(KENNY WHO TALKED DISRESPECTFULLY TO MY GRANDMOTHER WHEN SHE CALLED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER). I WOULD HATE TO THINK THE RACIAL CARD WAS PULLED BUT THAT THE CRY THAT WE WILL SCREAM IF NECCESSARY UNTIL THESE TWO PEOPLE ARE DEMOTED OR REMOVED!
Charles McNary, Manger over CiCi's Pizza, is a poor excuse. This was the worse CiCi's Pizza I have ever visited. Located in Huntsville, AL. and unfortunately it is the only one. HORRIBLE Every thing was dirty, spoons, bowls, bar, and the managers uniform!!!
Last night while eating at Cici's we ordered a special pizza, they brought it to the table right out of the oven, I took a slice and took a bite, the cheese on the pizza slided out and sicked to my face causing a second dregree burn, when I tried to pull the burning cheese of my face my sking peeled off too. We talked to the manager and he said that it was nothing he could do to. We just asked him to please be more careful with placing very hot items on customer's tables because there were many kids, but he didn't care.
We went to the Galveston, TX cici's and have never been so disappointed in this place in our lives. My husband & I took our 2 children for valentine's day. Every pizza on the buffet looked as if it had been sitting out ALL DAY. I am currently between visits to the bathroom, throwing up. My stomach is burning and hurts severely. I have NEVER gotten sick off that location's pizza before. The employees had less than friendly attitudes. The district manager needs to visit this location and light a fire under some employee butts, and teach them about pizza making procedures again. When this location opened again after hurricane Ike, it was AWESOME. Someone, please, make it awesome again!!! P. S.- the games there, as well as the change machine, either DON'T WORK, or STEAL YOUR MONEY. Talk about a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!
Cicis pizza wants the"to go sales” to increase but how if every time that I want to place an order over the phone they never answer this is the one on columbia in east dallas they have Bad costumer service
Recently I went to a CiCi's in Fort Worth, TX and when I asked for a tray I was informed that they had quit using them altogether. When I asked how come it wasn't by request and the managers response was that it is a domino effect, if they give to one customer, then the next in line, and the next. But there was no one behind us and I had two young children with me, so I proceeded to explain my side that I will not come in with my two children and not another adult b/c there is no way that I can get everything and our drinks without a tray. My husband is in the military and there are many times that I am on my own with the kids. I was lucky this time there were extra adults with me but of course since we did not have one tray, my 5 year old son had to carry is own bowl of pasta and when he was carrying it to the table he dropped the bowl and I ended up with pasta sauce all over and even in my hair. When my mother asked for a towel she was told, there are some in the bathroom and when she said that it was on the floor, they just looked at her and said the cleaning lady is out there somewhere. I was upset by this and there was absolutely NO reason for me to be covered in red pasta sauce and it is really that hard to wipe down trays, like every other fast food place and buffet. If y'all plan on losing customers then continue to treat them this way or maybe look at changing some of your customer service expectations. Customer Service is something that should be expected of your employees no matter what and should not cost more money for something so simple.
