I visited the Fuqua location with my two sisters. I walked up to the register and the cashier asked me "three mam?". I said "no, just one". She said "ok" typed some things on the screen and again asked me if I was paying for three meals. Again, I said "no, just one". One of my sisters then proceeds to tell her that we all were paying for our own meals seperately. The cashier is still typing on the screen, I'm holding my debit card in my hand, she holds her hand out for it, as I give it to her I say " just one right?". She says "yes mam". She swipes my card and then tells me she charged me for three meals. I asked "why!!after I just told you one!" She asked me to give her a second, she does more typing on the screen and then tells me she has to get her manager Danniel. He comes over immediately asks me to calm down, asked the cashier what happened, they spoke amoungst themselves, then he tells me it was an accident and he will credit me back the $23 I was charged on my card that only had $10 on it. Cashier was still in possession of my card, so they did the credit, then charged me for the meal. My card is debit only. Debits are quicker than credits so my account was debited $30 immediately. Which put me in overdraft of $35 plus the $20 that wasn't there. $55 I'm having to pay to my bank for CiCi's mistake!

I went to cicis and found out that they no longer has the white sauce. It made me so mad that they quit selling it me and several of my friends and family will not go back cause the pizza is really not that good the only reason why we go is cause of the sauce so yall lost our business for that

I want to commend Danny and Nick for wroking so hard to maintain a very nice eating environment in Alexandria, LA. They are tremendously hard workers and their staff appreciates their going the extra mile for them. They, in turn, go the extra mile for the customers. We would go to Ci Cis at least once a month. Then last month we found out it was closed. Why? It was always busy. We even went to Marietta, Ohio and that one was closed. Wishing a comeback to the Mid-Ohio Valley.

I EAT AT ALOT OF CICI'S.THIS ONE WAS THE WORSE I HAVE EVER VISITED.THEY DID NOT GET ORDER RIGHT,PEOPLE NOT FRIENDLY,FOOD TASTED OLD,COOKING AREA DIRTY,I ASKED FOR REFUND AND WAS DENIED.THIS WAS AT THE GALVESTON TX. LOCATION 6105 STEWART RD. IF YOUR EVER IN GALVESTON AND GET HUNGRY FOR PIZZA GO FIND A DUMSTER FIRST,IT WOULD BE THE SAME AS EATING AT THIS CICI'S LOCATION!!!

I WENT TO CICI TO ORDER PIZZA THE MANAGER TOOK MY ORDER SAID IT WOULD BE READY 20 MIN I WAITED A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN 20 MIN .I WENT BACK IN AND ASKED WAS MY PIZZA READY.THEY SAID KNOW BECAUSE A CHURCH GROUP HAD CAME IN AFTER I ORDER SO THEY WERE REALLY BUSY SO MY PIZZA WOULD BE ANOTHER 15 MIN .I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THAT HAD TO DO WITH MY PIZZA ORDER SO I TALKED TO THE MANAGER NICK. HE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE AND ASKED IF I WANTED MY MONEY BACK . I SAID I WANTED THE PIZZA I CAME THERE FOR AFTER WAITING ANOTHER 15 MIN ON THE PIZZA MY ORDER WAS KNOT WRIGHT STILL SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK.THE MANAGER DID A REFUND INSTAED OF PLACEING THE MONEY IN MY HAND HE PUT MY MONEY ON THE COUNTER WHEN I PADEDHIM I PUT THE MONEY IN HIS HAND I DIDN'T PUTIT ON THE COUNTER

No more white sauce our deep dish cheese bread? Wtf...my two favorite things at cici's are gone! No reason to go back there! Sucked bad! Those bread sticks they have now are disgusting!

i am highly upset i am an ex employee as of today the day before thanksgiving and i worked at store 0217 in port orange Florida and i was told i was fired because my drawer was short but when i text the boss on duty last night he told me that my drawer was not short but over but that's not the only thing that had happened i was supposed to get paid yesterday and they didn't have enough in the safe to pay me which doesn't make since. And when they paid me today i was 50.00 dollars short of my pay. My last paycheck they paid me in cash also and didn't take out the taxes and they did this with everyone.

I like Cici's Pizza for the taste and value. The restaurant is not that clean so I get mine to go.

Went to CiCi's in Lakeland, Floirda on Hwy. 98 north and found it to be totally gross! The salad bar was filthy with toppings spread out everywhere, lettuce was empty, the girl at the register was slammed and there were 5 to 6 guys in the back standing around talking, drinking sodas. I looked around for a manager, only to watch and observe him running around doing NOTHING! He appeared to be busy, when all he was doing was avoiding doing anything! I was so disgusted with the way he avoided the customers, the store, and the needs of his employees....Do not think we will return! When it first opened, it was GREAT place and great pizza and fun times with my family...We'll see if it changes in time, but it has gone down hill everytime we have been back...

I used to love CiCi's Pizza but they got rid of the alfredo which is not fair at all! My main thing was getting a bowl of the alfredo so I can not only use it with pasta but dip my pizza and bread in it too. I will NEVER eat at CiCi's again PERIOD!! ~ Cape Coral and Fort Myers, FL

every time i eat your pizza i get an upset stomach plus the quality has plummited. too many other quality pizza joints.

We love going to Cici's Every week...Their new salad bar is awesome...We too miss the Alfredo sauce but was told another solution to the problem, They gave us a small container of the Alferdo sauce that they put on the plain pizza loved the new solution...The staff is always accomindating to us, always makes us feel at home. Goes above board always smiling and cheerful..Thats the main reason why we go there every week, Not just for the food but for the quality of service that Natalio Gives us. He deserves a RAISE!!! Thank you for making Cici's our home away from home.

Many years ago my son was 14. Like many teenage boys, he was a skinny bottomless pit, and I mean really. He went to the CiCi's in Cumming, GA. He ate a lot and was told by the manager that he had eaten enough and he was to leave. Every time I think about going to a CiCi's I remember that and I just don't go. No closure here. If it is a buffet that advertises all you can eat, they should have lived up to it. My son was there for 45 minutes. So, if you have a very hungry teenaged boy to feed, don't go to CiCi's. They did not really mean "all you can eat.", at least not in Cumming, Ga.

Usually the Cici's Pizza locations in our area are pretty good. However, there is a location in Cypress, Texas off of 249 and Spring Cypress that needs much improvement. 1. The water needs to be checked. (It is awful plain or in tea) 2 The pasta is cold. At this location they mix the sauce with the pasta. The only way to keep the pasta hot at all is to have sauce in a separate place. (hot!) And not all people enjoy the sauce and the pasta already mixed for them like a baby. 3. There was not much pizza out until I mentioned it. 4. The manager and one employee were playing around in the back. 5. The best part was the dessert. (the cinnamon buns)

We are stationed at Camp Lejeune and we love the CiCi's in Jacksonville NC. The food is hot and fresh and the people are GREAT!!! They are always very nice and the buspeople very seldom leave dishes sitting on our table. The type of pizza that I like is thin but they do have the thicker crust pizzas. And yes, they did get rid of the Alfredo sauce which we loved but they also came out with a new dessert pizza with custard and it is amazing!!! We will defintely keep going back as long as we're here.

The pasta is never hot. Why? Can't seem to get an answer from the staff. In doing the free drink survey, when it gets to the reason why someone would go to Cici's, an important reason is omitted, the type of food! We go because we want pizza and pasta. Please heat up the pasta. However, it is a definite improvement from when it used to float in water.

We went to CiCi's tonight with our two grandsons only to be told that they no longer offer the white sauce(alfredo ) for the noodles . It is only available to be used for pizzas now. That is one of the main things they wanted. I don't think we will go back. Spring Tx
