Mike Shumsky and his leadership team are a complete failure. Especially Bob Kulick. They took a great concept and ran into into the ground. Pathetic and sad.
Just finished CiCi's lunch meal special order did not arrive the one hr. that I was there, very little food on serving line, tables not cleaned off. I was there from 12P.M. to 1 P.M. I have been there several times and things were much better yhan they were today. Hattiesburg Ms.
I wish ci cis offered phone coupons! I have a cell phone with internet and received a f ew free buffets but am not able to use them because I was told the coupons have to be printed out. I don't have access to a printer so it would be nice to be able to show the cashier the coupon on my phone and them accept the coupon code like that rather than it being printed out.
Why was the niles Ohio closed?
We ate at a Cici's location at Vivion and North Oak in Kansas City the other day. I have NEVER been in such a filthy Cici's before. To top it off a girl came out from the kitchen to clean tables with grimy containers to put the dishes in and the water she had on the cart to wash down the tables was brown. My husband and I could not eat and left without another bite. Someone needs to check this out because other Cici restaurants we have been in have been clean and welcoming. It was just so disgusting I had to tell someone. Thank You! Margo Baker Weston, MO 64098 bakerkbm@gmail.com
This CiCi's location was HORRIBLE. The floor and tables were disgusting, it looked like there had been a food fight. The girl working the counter had pink hair and continued with irrelevant conversation even though the line was backed up out the door. There were no clean trays or salad plates--which didn't matter anyway because both salad bowls were empty, with the bag of lettuce turning brown because it was just sitting on the counter behind the bowls. There were pizza plates but no pizza. It took 45 minutes to have a pizza made for our table. I got my money back but will never frequent CiCi's again and will make sure to spread the word on how horrible this one was. I asked to speak to a manager but there wasn't one around.
My family went to the 98 north cici pizza,In Lakeland fl. thinking we were going to have a decent dinner out after I worked all day. We went inside my husband started to order, he asked for water and then we order for my 3 yr old a plate thinking that because she is 3 not 10 that she could just share with me who was paying for a drink. The cashier said No we don't allow sharing here. Really Rosie, my 3 yr old doesn't drink that much and I guarnatee she would be playing video games instead of eating or drinking anything. So when we were leaving the the wanna be manager Alisha bane opened her fat mouth and said you r leaving over a $2 drink for a child? My husband called them greedy. The manager was very rude, disrespectful to my family, I hope that place goes right out of business and Rosie and Alisha get fired for being rude, because if they walked into my office and was treated like that my boss would have fired you on the spot. Coporate needs to rethink who they allow to hire employees, because if the owners don't care about their customers then cici pizza won't be along my longer!
It seems to me the corporate needs to take some of it profits have a week to show owners, managers, and employees how to do their job better. I have read every comment on this web page and found only a handful of good comments but the rest horrible stories. Maybe cici pizza needs to go under reconstruction.
My husband, a Teacher's Aide, was given a $15 CiCi's gift card for a "Last Day of School" award. We decided to hold on to it until Father's Day. On Father's Day when we went to CiCi's #421 at 2002 S. E. Loop 410, San Antonio, TX, the cashier said that our card was declined. When the manager was called, he checked the card on the card machine and was given the same information. When I called, in front of the Manager, the Customer Service # on the back of the card, the recorded message was that the card had $15, that the card had been activated on June 1, 2012 and that the card did not have an expiration date. When the Manager tried the card again, the card was again declined. The manager didn't have a solution to our situation and didn't offer one either. The school where my husband works at takes many of their classes to this particular CiCi's, but we will recommend that the school find another CiCi's location to take their classes.
To whom this may concerned. Went to the nearest cicis in YORK PENNSYLVANIA let me tell you it was the worse customer service I have ever experienced 1) debit or credit machines broken said sorry the manager 2) I wanted to request a pizza and they said no 3) tables were as dirty as the floor 4) manager on duty on he's cellphone could of atlease cleaned tables if he was short staffed 5) asked what time they closed register girl didn't know and the manager told me we are closing earlier than usual 6) crust on my pizza wasn't even done right 7) went to wash my hands and no paper towel floor wet and slippery no yellow warning sign I REALLY HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAY CICIS ANYMORE
I will never eat at the local CiCi's pizza here in Columbus, GA again (Whittlesey Rd). The management, female with her hands on her hips has had a negative attitude each visit. After my first visit, I thought she just had a bad day. However, the attitude seems to be constant with each visit. I asked for her name during my last visit, Lucia. After looking up reviews online the owner did a good job of side stepping the issues with his management. I did watch a video with the CEO Mike Shumsky talking about custom service is valued as a top priority, really. If she does not like or know her job, let her go. It is obvious she is not a true leader and isn’t management material. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money.
We were eating at cc's pizza on 6/7/12 located at 10823 John Price rd. Charlotte, NC 28273, When A young black man came in and proceeded to visit with a mother(Caucasian) and her small child. Before he could make it to the table he was told that he had to pay. He informed the General Manager/ Operator (ELLOIT MOTALEB) that he was just visiting and wouldn't be staying long. ELLIOT MOTALEB the General Manager told him and i heard this statement with my own ears. IT IS OUR POLICY THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY JUST TO ENTER THE BUILDING. Mind you there were (3) people in my party that were not eating and didn't have to pay to enter nor were they made aware of this policy. Nor was this policy posted anywhere in the building. When the young man sat down with the young lady and child he was told that he had to pay or leave the building or he ELLOIT MOTALEB, the General Manager/Operator would call the police. The young man tried to explain that he was waiting for the young woman and child to finish up and they all were leaving. This wasn’t good enough so ELLIOT MOTALEB the General Manager/ Operator called the POLICE. Yes he ELLIOT MOTALEB the General/Operator called the POLICE. When the POLICE arrived the young lady asked for a refund and they did give her a refund and after that they all left the restaurant. When asked for information need to file a complaint no one behind the counter seemed to have any helpful information. We have no plans of returning. I rate this restauant a (0 stars)= SORRY
This concerns the Lake Charles location on Ryan street. When my kids were young we always took them out 4 pizza being a large famliy, this memorial day thought it would be a great familt outing with 7 adults & & kids all paying kids to go out they all played games we spent over $100. in that store. When we went in was told after we paid & had NO CHOICE to change your mind r leave taht our oven is not working right may be 20 min wait on Pizza. Last daughter came in had coupon to apply on her bill since our group was 4 famliys I went to give her money in case she needded it casher had hit total I said she has a coupon she said let me get manager, he said, once total is hit it is TOO late. I will not do a redo r refund. We never got the Pizza we ordered, they had an ad on the radio running say the manager & the asst name they will give u a discount r coupon could not get them to stop talking but told them the add, and was like so wasn't supposed to be that add.I do not know how this place stays in business, we will pay more r drive out of our way next time. I would have sent to them but missed their 3day rule.
MY 1ST AND MY LAST TIME!!!!!!!! My children were having friends spend the night so we called and placed an order for pick-up. 3 Lg pizzas 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage, and 1 combo. and an order of cinnamon rolls. I was told 15 minutes. When we got to the store 2 of the pizzas had not even been made. Only the pep was ready. The Manager sarcastically told my Husband that "its only 3-4-minutes for a pizza" Absolutely NO apology. Just attitude from the Manager. When it had been "4min" not only was the pizzas not ready but they still had not fixed the correct pizzas. The Manager acted as if we had done something wrong. When I was home I looked on-line to make a complaint to the corporate office. Found the CiCis web site and typed in my info, my phone number and my complaint. Unbelievably the store Manager called me at 9 oclock that night, did not identify himself, just began to argue with me about what had happened, he had somehow been notified about my complaint, now this Man whom we had already had an undesirable encounter with, now has my home phone number. I CANNOT believe the unprofessionalizm in EVERYTHING ABOUT ** CiCis **. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED THE CICIS IN TUCSON AZ INA LOCATION TO ANYONE.!!!!!!! THE FACT THAT I WORK IN THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IS JUST DISGUSTING. AND THE PROCEDURES OF HOW A COMPLAINT IS HANDLED NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL!!!.
Hello! I am writing to you for i know you are concerned about your clientel and the way your employees treat them. I was treated with very much disrespect in the Coppel store in Aguascalientes, Mexico. His mane is Mario. He was very rude and has other issues. He seems to me to be a racist and does not like older men caucasian. I have lived here in Aguascalientes for six and a half years and was here before Coppel store was built here on the third ring. I have three cards for doing business with Coppel. This man is not a friendly man and never smiles at anyone. He has never said two words to me the whole time i have been shopping there. Please look up my record of purchasing and you will be well pleased. I could pay cash, but i love using credit. It is fun! I forgot to mention that i am 72 years old in august and am very much a gentleman and am nice to everyone i see and talk to. I do not go there anymore only just to pay my credit card balance. If you want good clients, you must take care of the people and treat them with respect. I get along fine with all the other employees in the store. I do not want to feel i am violating the space in your store by just merely standing there. Please see what you can do and please respond with your answer to this very important issue. Pete
WTF: drove over 1.5 hours to try out the Lansing michigan location and drove around forever! Nothing! I even looked it up on the CiCis website and it gave me the address and phone number: I called and AT&T told me that the number was no longer in service, then I found this site and am happy that they are closed because I didn't want to put sadness into my weekend by having crapy service!
I went to the location off of South Gessner & Beechnut in Houston, Texas & requested a pizza. It took them 30 minutes to finally give us our pizza, while people that came in after us received their requested pizzas. When I went up to ask about the pizza the workers & the manager on duty act as if they had an attitude because they were having a personal conversation non-related to work
I want to know what to do with my 2 gift cards for 10 dollars each since you closed washington. Pa and bridgeville pa cici pizza. They were purchased in december 2011 and it is now may 2012 so now i am loosing out cause you guys gave no notice of closing these places.i get emails for your perks but they are worthless because of closings. amjlmh@yahoo.com
The closest Cici’s Pizza to my house is Wynnewood Village in Dallas. I ate there often until they stopped providing trays to carry my plates and drink. The sign reads, “We are going green…”. In my opinion this just adds insult to injury. Cici’s will inconvenience their patrons to save a few dollars and then insult our intelligence. A buffet with no trays is just bad business. I will not spend my money there any more. It’s a shame, I used to enjoy dinning there.
