I would like to k ow how skirt the law by not paying employees their last paycheck at the same time all other employees are paid. My wife was the GM for your Toledo franchise. It was her and one AM for two years and four or five of them quit without notice, leaving her the sole manager for the store. Vacations were cancelled and family events were disrupted but she stepped up and didn't complain. So for all her hard work she was demoted to assistant and docked $2000 pay. So she found a new job and quit, but is still owed one weeks pay. Today is pay day and the check is not at the store nor was it deposited directly. She has told me that they send the check to Cleveland and are forced to wait until someone delivers the check to Toledo. I fail to see how this is legal! Why was it not sent to the store with all the others. Jerking people around with their money is pathetic, regardless of how they leave the company. I understand that this is a franchise location, but they still bear your logo, and ultimately your reputation.
I want to first say I've frequent CICI's as we travel and at home as I thought a great family place to eat. Tonight my mind is changed as I see the management in our town (Hot Springs, AR Store #139) teach teens that it's ok to steal...Several teens came into the local CICIs....there were 7 or 8 of the high school kids...surprisingly only 2 TWO of them paid but the rest were allowed to go on in with them, saying we're not hungry. These 7 kids ate enough pizza to feed several families and took pizza with them...brought in bottles and filled with the soda pop machine! They were bragging how well this works...the manager was aware of this and said there was nothing he could do!!!!??? So he is backing these kids in learning it is ok to steal....~ How does a store stay in business with this going on. To top all of this, we asked for a special pizza because our "paying " kids wouldn't eat what was on buffett and after 3 requests, we gave up and drove through another drive through on way home. I feel that this place is being a bad influence on youth;, and many of our friends agree.. To brag how they would tell others because they had been told too and spread this place is not funny...to hear them brag is not funny. I hope the owner of this location will soon see this is not good and help us teach our youth right from Wrong soon!...plus take care of his paying customers!
I enter your Aurora Colo store 14000 E Miss and the guest greeter was a new young lady had to been I eat dine in a lot.She was standing behind the counter eating a bread stick where you can see her eating.Hello that's what breaks are for.Health Dept would of had a field days with Ci Ci Pizza .March 17 2012 time was @4pm I think there is a time and a place to eat.
Great food, bad customer service. Las Cruces New Mexico. This complaint goes to the management of this "family" place. I just do not understand why this supposedly serious establishment hires incompetent and insensitive employees who do not have the slightest clue of what true customer service means, It is well known that in order for a business to maintain customers you have to treat them with respect and not threats. And this person, Helen, didn't care the impression she would cause on my kids by threatening my brother and making a big scene in front of everybody. Not only did she call the police on my brother, scaring my little kids and causing a big impression on them but by arguing with my brother who is a regular customer. My brother talked to the manager and he was promised an apology to him and my kids, to this day the manager has not contacted him. So here's my question, What type of business are you guys running when the employees falsely accuse their customers? Is this a serious family establishment when the manager allows and covers this type of behavior where the employees threat customers? If you are serious about your job, show some respect for the people who keep your business going. And if you are a capable, responsible and educated manager, show us you really care about your business and prove that you are truly the manager who runs this place and not this wannabe employee named Helen.
CiCi in Clayton NC has a terrible manager, he is rude to the customers, throws pans around, slams down plates, stomps around. We take my father every friday night and each week he has been there it is a site to watch him. I am thinking about video taping him next week. He has Red hair but that gives him no right to throw his temper tantrums while serving the public.
I went to cicis pizza with a couple friends on northoak and vivion in kansas city missouri around 9 o clock and a manager by the name of brock told us the buffet closes at 930 and you all do take outs until 10. I dont know the policy but the buffet clearly says open 11am to 10pm sun through thurs and the buffet was completely cleared just about. His attitude was rude and closed the door as I was speaking.
Went to cicis in lubbock texas on slide road right accross from the mall i will never go back there again the new owner she is no good at all she sets up interviews she doesnt even come in to interview the person i was there waiting on her for almost two hrs. No call no show. So i left cicis pizza and about two hrs she end up calling me to tell me to come in the next day i was about maybe 5 mins late and she had the nervse to ask me if it was going to become a habit if i was hired but never once stop and thought about what she did when she never showed up for the interview she plan the day before. I worked for cicis and never had a problem with the old cicis owner he was a good owner to sad to see him leave the bussiness. I was a manager for cicis pizza in SC and when i set up interview with people i made sure i was there 30 mins before the interview. So i.hope she can start doing the same thing and maybe think twice before she says something when she knows she doesnt show up on her own interviews with people or maybe she isnt made for cicis owner and she needs to let someone else take over.

Hi: Yesterday we had lunch at CiCi's Pizza in Denton, Texas. We hadn't been there for lunch for a while and were surprised at the price hike. We were very disappointed with the salad bar which contained 4 items, 2 of which we liked, no tomatoes or cukes or mushrooms, we don't expect all of these items but one would be nice instead of the green Mexican peppers (sorry don't know what they are called), basically we thought the salad bar was pathetic. The rest of the food was excellent but you need to enhance the salad bar just a little. Thank you, Ray and Marlene Gillen
I interviewed for a job at CiCi's Pizza in Howell NJ, I got the job and did great the first day of the orientation! The second day of orientation however they told me I no longer had the job, for what real reason I am still unaware of... Phil fed me lies and it is probably because of Craig the District owner. I was able to work full time any hours and I was a cook. I WAS looking foward to working but now I am unemployeed for no reason, I would like to talk to someone at Headquarters to find out why I was discriminated against. "Who are we? Guests first!" but apparently the good workers arent valued.
I will not be doing business with Cicis of Duncanville,Tx any longer. The service is poor, & when you order a pizza for your table, they act like you have asked them to make and serve you a gourmet meal. I asked the manager once for some croutons for my salad. Her response was, "We do not carry them anymore." I looked at her in a puzzled manner and then she proceeded to tell me, "Well, I'm not going to lie to you...we are just out of them." I mean,seriously....you have to lie about something like that? The employees dont care about their job so I dont care to spend my hard earned money there anymore. I saw an employee drop a bunch of 'to go lids' on the floor and the she picked them back up and stacked them with the others. The buffet is pitiful and never fresh. And when I order to go....they put very little meat on the pizzas,& then charge you 2.30 for about 15 of the tiniest pieces of sausage I have ever seen. I also orderd a small pizza by phone..the manager confirmed it...repeating my 'small ' pizza order, and then charged me for a medium when I picked it up. I questioned her and she proceeded to tell me that they did not sell small pizzas. And yes, this is the same lady that lied to me about the croutons. I will not be giving my business to a cicis ever again. A one star rating is very generous...but that's the lowest score that was offered.
I recently went into the Cicis in Denton, TX and I was much happier to know that the staff that was there has been replaced. The service was much improved and the manager at that location is doing a great job. I was relieved to know that I could eat at that location again. Thank you for continuing to improve Cicis pizza and listening to the reviews that have been given. Oh how I love your pizza way more than the other places. I hope things don't change here for a while. :-)
The location is Cici's in Lubbock Texas on 60th street. Me and my wife went in there tonight to get something to eat. Price was about the same, $15.52 but unlike other places, instead of keeping the bar stocked, we spend this much on two cokes!Neither me nor my wife were able to eat, the receite clearly says no refunds. I don't see any reason to pay this much for something to drink that I can get somewhere else and also get food to go along with it. I was a very loyal customer to Cici's, but it only takes a few minutes to lose a good customer. I will never go back to Cici's, I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Me and my wife may have only eaten there two or three times a week, but now Mr.Gatties and Dions will get my pizza business. Take $15.52 and times that times three and times that again by 4 then again by 12. That comes to $2,234.88 a year that Cici's will never get from me again. Thanks for nothing this last trip, but for a good suggestion, fire the staff and bring on a new crew that has the capabilities to keep the bar stocked. Time of sale was Friday night, December 9, 3011, this was also the final sale they will ever get from me and my wife and everyone else we tell about the type of service to expect from this place.
I like our local CiCi's but everytime I eat there, I get cramps, gas, constipation or the go goes! What's up with the ingredients? I eat Pizza Hut and nothing like that happens, just cost more.
Friday night trying to see if the 3 pizzas for 9.99 were still on sale and of course yes so we were going to place the order and the girl Jamie hung up so I called again and asked for a mgr . and she said that he was available and then hung up again with out trying to resolve the problem .. I called back and spoke to a so called mgr Jared and he was rude and not helpful in getting things resolved blamed it on the cordless phone and not his rude staff.... hello the customer is not happy and will not be ordering there again ........sherman texas is the location your service sucks guess thats why your are working at a dead end job
This was absolutly not a good dining experience!! This place could take some real lessons on being sanitary and knowledgable on serving decent food. The place was dirty and the cashier was handling the money then handling the salad, which was of no choice and what they had was empty or wilted, then food dropped everywhere on the buffet line, the pizza was cold and almost all were empty, the drinking fountain was filthy and when approaching management concerning this, he brushed it off and gave no reply! I have eaten at about all the CiCi's in Arizona and it was excellent!! They could certainly use some training at one of these state locations. I mean of course the tv ads go overboard some what, but this place was sickening!! There was no need to ask for a refund, for the management could care less and with the attitude of hurry up so I can get home thinking! I would never recommend this CiCi at 4770 Montgomery Blvd. in Albuquerque, NM!!!!!!!!!!!
Tonight I visited CiCi's Pizza for the 4th time since its been at this location. Store #594 468 Trade st Danville, Va. Initially when we got there we were greated with a nice friendly young lady. My son's flag football team were having their team dinner there. So I ordered for myself and water. Everything went well until I admittingly got a sprite from the fountain and not water on my 2nd trip. The water tasted horrible and I only got a half of cup of sprite (normally don't drink sodas). Anyway, I was seated with the boys on the team and the coach- when the cashier came and asked if I ordered water. I answered yes. She then immediately took my drink and placed a slammed a cup of warm water on my table. I stated to her- " If I need to pay for my drink, I will but you can not just come and take my drink like that" She said to me: "If you are going to drink sprite, it goes in a different color cup" I said ok, with the assumption that she was bringing a cup back to me. After waiting about 5 minutes I walked up to where she was and asked for my drink, she told me then I had to pay. I told her its not a problem for me to pay but the way she handled things turned disrespectful. So she and I were engaged in a dialouge when a lady in a red polo, who seemed to be the manager walked up and placed her arm around the young girl. She introduced herself as the owner She hurried the girl to the register and told her she has done nothing wrong. So the manager tried to control the situation by saying things that she obviously had no knowledge of. The entire time that I was there she was cooking pizzas. The conversation became heated and voices were raised and she asked me to leave. I told her that I would not leave, as I was not done eating- she stated to me that it seemed like I was working on desert (I had cake that was provided by my son's footbal coach sitting on the table- untouched). I told her that I paid for an all you can eat buffet and if she was kicking me out, that I wanted a refund. she refused initially. I stated well then, I'm not leaving. She walked off. i went to the register asking for a Coroporate contact- she refused the info. I told her if this is requested of you, she must provide information. She directed me to Cicis website. I still then requested my refund. She gave me a refund and I left the premises. I am so disappointed in this business, this confirms why we never went back until now. The 1st two times, i was pleased. The 3rd time, I had issues with wet plates and dirty silverware. This last and I mean last time it was the way things were handled. I know that the store owner is Ken Ingram and not the woman who claimed to be. I have attempted contact with corporate tonight and no answer. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE CICI'S IN DANVILLE, VA EVER AGAIN!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER- FOR ALL SHE KNEW, I COULD HAVE BEEN A SECRET SHOPPER.. ;)CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST- AND BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF IT THAT I RECEIVED I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN.
I live in lake Charles Louisiana and often visit that location - the food is great and the people are friendly. This past Friday night, however (oct 7th) I visited the Alexandria location and it just made me appreciate the lake Charles location that much more. When I entered, the girl who was supposed to take my money, was taking a take out order on the phone. After about 3 minutes she finally finished, only for the phone to ring again. She called for help, saying she had to help me ( and by now about 7 people behind me) but no one came to help her so she had to answer the phone again. This phone call took FOREVER. when she finally got off this time, she apologized, And gave me two free child buffets for my kids for next time which I appreciated immensely. If that's all that had happened during my visit, I would of had no problem because I realize that it was in no way her fault, that someone should of stepped up and helped her and like I said, she was very nice and was really trying her best. But the whole experience just went from bad to worse. When I reached the buffet, there were no pizzas on it- literally!!! The manager told me it would be five more minutes before any was to be out. So I decided to get a salad while I waited. Unfortunately I couldn't even do that because there were no forks. I asked the manager about them and he said that that would be about 5 minutes as well! By this time i was very frustrated and just decided to order a custom pizza to my table because by now many people were lined up at the buffet and I knew getting any fresh pizza when it finally came out was going to be next to impossible. When I went to order the pizza, the young man told me it would be at least 25 minutes!!?? Is my experience normal??? I've been to many fast food and buffet style establishments before but this was just ridiculous!!! I finally ended up getting some pizza, but my salad remained untouched my entire visit because I refused to eat with my hands and every 5 minutes or so I went back and asked if the silverware was out yet and told each time that it wasn't. When I was leaving I decided to order some sticky buns to go and asked the women before I paid about how long it would take to make. She told me only about 7 minutes. So I decided to wait. After about 15 minutes I went to inquire about my order. The young man I asked literally argued with me and told me that I didn't have an order?? Then I told him my name again and asked him to please go check again. He came back after a few minutes and said "oh my bad, I accidentally put them on the buffet." by this time I was livid. I went back and demanded a refund for the sticky buns. The manager actually argued with me and told me that if I could just wait 5 more minutes he would get them out for me. I did not wait and ended up getting my refund. I just feel that my experience could of been so much better if there had been more workers and management actually cared a little about the customers wants and needs. I fully expect the district manager and owner to see my complaint- otherwise they might never know what really going on in their stores. -kesha summit keshaanddougdwayne@gmail.com
Tonight a group of 6 went to Cici's at 10135 W.Colonial Drive in Ocoee for the $1.99 customer appreciation and of course there was aline to get in. The managers were great bringing out cheese bread for those waiting. The staff was great and very attentive with getting pizza out. You could see they were enjoying their job and great teamwork for such a busy night. One manager came over, Rob, and he was very friendly and asked if everything was alright and thanked us for coming. We all had a wonderful experience and looking forward to going back. Thank you CiCi's mangers and staff!
