I visit our CiCi's locations in College Station and Bryan, TX. Very good service, great food, clean restaurants, real good value for being able to eat all you want and you can order a special pizza. What pizza place offers that, or any buffet for that matter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good meal at a resonable price.

On 9-11-12 , i took the family to cicis, on john r road in madison hts mich. the sign there in front said , that if you buy a $5.50 buffett, you will get a drink free. when paying for are meal , we was charge for are drinks, we told the cashier about the sign , she said she could'nt do anything about it. not only was we charged , but other patrons as well . when we ask for a refund for are drinks , we were told we would have to speak to the manager. who was'nt there. to me this is a false advertisement, and should be address with the B.B.B. there were alot of other customers that was unaware of the extra charge until we told them. theres no deals here, please advoid this place.

Is there any movements or developments of making a cici's pizzeria..and if there is a development of a cici's make it in torrance ca..please think about it..i mean i have no idea were in the heck chino hills ca is..and im from cali..so please put one in the city of torrance ca...

My husband and I usually go to the Cici's Pizza in Niles,IL QUITE FREQUENTLY and on this date Sept 6, 2012 the $2.99 Buffett Promo was going on and into my 3rd slice of pizza I discovered a long black strand of hair in my plate which I knew was not mine( my hair is brown) when I spoke to the manager his reply was that finding hair in my plate was bound to happen being at a buffett,I was APPALLED first of all he did NOT apologize, second the 2 young ladies serving the pizza had NO HAIRNETS ON!!!!! I work in a kitchen in a hospital and you MUST wear a hairnet at all times!!!! One girl had a headband on and the other had her hair in a ponytail. The young men had baseball caps on. When I asked to speak to the owner he never showed his face and I was told he did NOT HAVE TIME !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED, My Family will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! I will be contacting coporate.

I was very upset when I first placed an order, the YOUNG girl was talking so fast we didn't understand what she was saying.. We ask her could she please repeat, and she repeated real slow like we're stupid, at that time we got a bad vibe, but we went a head a placed an order.. At the end of our order we asked what was the total, the girl already hung up the phone.. Wow really??? We had all the signs to tell us to cancel our order.. Finally when we arrived to pick up our order, we walked in, I pulled out my debit card..The same snotty girl said Oh, Our Card machine has been down all day.. Since she has a smart mouth, wouldn't you think she would told her pick up orders that the cc machine was broken??..I ask to speak to the manager,Carla was borderline polite, she told me she can give me a discount how much money do I have, I told her 6 dollars in cash..Her response was I can't give you That much discount!! I told I didn't want a sicount I wanted CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Poor customer service at the cici pizza in Alexandria, La The cashier Becky was so rude, she threw my money on the counter And our drinking cups was slam and I mean slam!!! on the counter, Then she had the nerve to say my name is Becky and I don't give a damn if u call on me Now who in their right mind want an employee to talk to their customers like that I wouldn't, my boss would of FIRED ME Right then!!!

This is the letter I got from my boss after that piece of shit MICHAEL LUNDE went and had me arrested and told a bunch of fucking lies! I truly regret to inform you that your employment with the company is terminated and is effected immediately. Reason being is mostly due to the recent development which includes you facing misdemeanor and felony charges. I am glad that I was able to assist in having you bailed-out, and not have to spend the time in jail until your trial. But unfortunately, my decision is final. Respectfully, Peer Lavi - Owner LLT Engineering Services, Inc ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE A LITTLE COP CALLING BITCH WHO MAKES FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND GET PEOPLE PUT IN JAIL! He just cost me $3000 in bond, who knows in tow fees, not that I can get the car out. Especially because I no longer have an income. Some amount to be determined when I get another phone that has to be replaced because he stole mine. But the best thing about MICHAEL LUNDE (who has no ill will or wish to cause me harm) GOT ME FIRED FROM MY JOB!

ONE_ MY WIFE AND I DECIDED TO STOP IN CICI IN GARLAND - NORTHWEST HWY AND CENTERVILLE , WELL I DECIDED TO GO WASH MY HANDS BEFORE EATING , WRONG NO SOAP IN THE MENS RESTROOM. I KNOW THEY DID'NT HAVE OVER 100 GUYS USE THE RESTROOM IN 5HR SPAN EVEN AT THAT IT WOULD STILL HAVE SOAP IN IT. SO MY QUESTION IS HOW LONG HAVE THEY BEEN OUT OF SOAP A DAY TWO DAYS A WEEK. SO CORPORATE IF YOU READ THIS YOU NEED TO TELL THEM TO CK IT EVERYDAY OR SEND SOME ONE TO CK IT OUT WITHOUT THEM KNOWING.

There is a CICIS PIZZA ON 153 HWY near Northgate Mall, CChattanooga, TN. They have two male managers and a female manager. The male managers leave the buffet open until 10 pm or closing time unless they close early due to know business. The female manager closes the buffet at 9 pm and leaves the scraps on the buffet for people who enter between 9 pm and 10 pm saying she will cook them a pizza of whatever they want. I informed her that was not a buffet and so forth and that was no deal the second time I went there and she had the door locked shortly after 9 pm the first time I went there while she was the manager. I told her both times she was out of line for customers traveling to buy the buffet between 9-10 pm. She deferred to do it her away which probably included closing the store early by getting the dishes and buffet washed early. No deal, a BUFFET IS A BUFFET, NOT DOGGIE BAG SCRAPS?!!!

If I could give this store zero stars, that's too good. I took my two young granddaughters out for pizza and shopping in Marion, Ohio. The tab came to more than $17.00. Didn't look right, so the owner of this store re-added. Still over $17.00, but ok. I paid with my credit card. When I got my receipt, the manager said, "Tax was 1.40, but we have to pay for those who WON'T WORK to eat." OH MY FRICKIN' GOD! As we were leaving the store, I noticed him talking with obviously like minded people. He was discussing the issues of Disability, Medicare and Medicaid in a very derrogatory manner. I don't have a problem with this man having an opinion about these things, but it was completely inappropriate for him to use his store as a soapbox. I was incredibly offended. I will not only never visit ANY Cici's again, I will encourage every single person I come into contact with to do the same.

3379 Battleground Ave Greensboro, NC 27410 i went there today with my wife and and was pretty upset to see someones scooter bike parked at the top of the handicap ramp and had a covenant sign on the door that said "please use other door". the door that the general public is suppose to use noticeably not wide enough for any kind of wheel chair to fit. i ask the man at the cash register why the scooter was allowed to park there and he said it must have been a customers and no one noticed. well little did he notice there was only 5 other people in the dinning area so this lie was gonna be discovered very quickly. as we ate their very under par pizza i noticed the man who i now am pretty sure was the manager on duty playfully talking to another employee surly talking about my complaint and tried to justify his actions.. all the other people in the dinning have gone and guess what.... scooter still there blocking the door at the HANDICAP ramp.. i see how cici's pizza employees are gonna see themselves as better then someone who is handicapped so i will not return to any of your restaurants.. i would have giving you zero stars had it been an option.

Houston Highway 6 and Bellaire...Lastnight I took my kids to CiCi's to eat since I decided against cooking. Bad bad choice!!!! When we got to the register, we were informed that there was no alfredo sauce or spinach. The had 2 half pizzas on the buffet. One was a lot of red sauce with almost no cheese and one with white sauce and Canadian Bacon. The place was only a 3rd full, so no reason for there not to be any pizza on the buffet. There was no cheesy garlic bread or brownies. Asked for both and never got them. Pasta was way under cooked and the worst part of this story...The straws, they were not wrapped. Just a bunch of striped bendy straws stuffed into a dish from the salad buffet that they keep dressing in. Kids hands were all over the straws while they dug for the color they wanted. Floors dirty and my daughter tried to put parmesan cheese on her pizza and the whole top came off the jar. The tables were a mess, the tables that had no occupants but stacked with plates were still stacked with plates when we left. never again will I go to this establishments. It use to be decent, but now.... Just nasty!!!!

I just have to say the gentleman cleaning tables today Friday Aug.3 12:25 at the Fort Smith,AR location is just a wonderful friendly gentleman...very polite and is going above and beyounnd to make customers feel comfortable...Super kuddos CiCi's! Would love to know he gets rewarded for doing so well. He is an older gentleman with braided hair and Im thinking he may have possibly had a stroke at sometime. The Middleton Family :)

CiCi's Pizza in Jacksonville Florida(Northside) Dunn Ave WOW!!!! If you want to go see people fight and eat then this the place to be. I was eating with my family and two young ladies was eating and fighting with a young man. An older couple went to the manager and said that i think that it's gonna be a fight before it started. The manager's didn't take it seriously. After they had a few words the went running through the store and outside in front with the door open making a big scene. The choice of words was harsh and make it uncomfortable for everyone in the place to enjoy. I don't know the manager's names but one was an white mid age women and the other was an african american male. They could have prevented it all. We will not be back. Also they let a couple stand outside the store harrassing people as they walk-in. Beggers Managers should have a little more respect for the business, all of that in one day brings the business down

I was in your cicis in kenner la afew thursdays ago and when walking in lady at thefront was drinking or drunk at work and as i said in my conent localy im a truck driverthat delivers to a local sporting good store and eat in kenner when im in town and since that incedent ive been back and had the same manager fussing and yelling at the employees and when going in the back it would get wirse. Now sometimes i have parked on of my trucks in there parking lot for rest and seen employees go next door to the bar . The only reason im so concerned about it is i have lost family from drunk drivers and i am still mad about it. If they want to drink keep it off my roads and your buissness unless thars wat u like i can only imagine war the families were thinking dont know if ill go back........

So I went to Cici's in Conroe, WORS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! NASTY PLACE TO EAT, VERY DIRTY, NO PIZZA!! TABLES WERE NOT CLEAN!!

This is in regards to the Cicis location at 2821 50th St Lubbock,Tx. Where do I begin. Its a big hot mess! The Manager is unattentive, uncaring, negligent and doesnt have any control over this place. There was a shortage of cups and silverware so most of us dining in there couldnt enjoy soups,salads etc and the manager kept walking around picking up dirty dishes to take back and have them cleaned, (i never got to eat my soup)...The soda machine didnt work except for Cola water and tea. the place loked unclean and i never saw anyone wearing gloves when handling food,especially the cashier who was handling food at the salad bar! Too many irresponsible young employees working at this place and the manager doesnt have a clue how to keep the place together. This was the worst dining experience ive had at Cicis and never plan on returning.

I went to the CiCi's on Battleground rd in Greensboro, North Carolina on July 24 around 430pm.When we got to the register I handed the manager who was at the register my discount card which says "FREE Buffet with purchase of an adult buffet&two 32oz drinks(Greensboro). Zephyrhills florida location food was soso until thay brought out fresh then thay decided to fill the ice machine with a bustub that was dirty on the outside i asked manigment if that was reguler practice to use a bustub he said yes thay only that one for ice ive been in the food industry for 20 years we allways used a clear bucket that says ice only on it bustub arnt labled for ice

I took my family and I to the cicis pizza in lake Buena vista,FL location. We began our meal pretty good, but soon the experience took a turn for the worst. my wife had wanted to order a special pizza and had to flour her own order sheet. After that the bread sticks that had been made were hard as a rock. a short time later we wanted to get cinnamon rolls and observed one odd the employees cutting food with a dirty cutter. It looked as though this cutter had Ben cleaned in a looong time. we were there for about an hour and in the hour about six employees were sitting down eating in front of other customers. there were major health and safety code violations in this restaurant I will not be returning.
