Never again. Just left one of your places that was nasty. Dirty tables, food all over the floor. Empoyees standing around flirting with girls instead of cleaning. Never to go back.

I recently went to the brandon fl cicis at 9:26pm only to have a very rude man greet us at the front door to tell us the buffet was closed and we could not have dinner there. He told us in a very rude manner that the buffet closed at 9:30 even though it was only 26 hour and basically shooed us off. Not a pleasant experience and certainly the last time I will be going to that store.

My family and I went to CiCi's Pizza on Semoran Blvd in Orlando, FL after church last Sunday and had a horrible experience. While trying to enjoy our appitizers, my daughter and I squashed multiple ants next to our plates of food. Then we look over at the wall at our booth and see numerous ants or termites crawling up and down the chair rail. After I politely let the staff know of the situation and nothing was done or said we decided not to finish our meal and to leave. While we were getting up to leave we see ants/termites crawling on the booth's headrest, also. I decide to speak with the manager and make him aware of the situation. Well, he informs me that be has been aware of the situation for 10 years and there is nothing he can do about. Are you kidding me!? How disgusting is that!? I let him know I would like my money back and he refuses, telling me he will call the cops on me. I was not doing ANYTHING wrong. I simply asked for my $20 back and he blatantly refused. I contacted the corporate office asking to be contacted and have yet to hear any response. I cannot not see how any company that treats their customers so poorly can be in business. Worst restaurant experience EVER!

Hello. I wanted to write a review and out your salad bar at CiCi's Coppell,TX. I noticed over the years that this store began to retract some of the options at the salad bar, and have begun to use distasteful low quality lettuce (the bitter heart and yellow inner variety). Cici's was once a hot spot for the best of both worlds- kids eat pizza and adults can eat a little more healthy. You salad bar used to include: sliced egg, sliced cucumber, sprouts, and beets. You have taken these option away and now offer sub standard salad bar that is tasteless and sad. By voicing my concern, my hope is that you will return the quality back to the salad bar. I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice these changes- just one to voice them. Thank you.

we wanted to share with you the wonderful experience we had at one of your resturaunts in Winter Haven, Florida this week. what really expressed us was the friendly staff and teamwork. but what really stood out was the hard work of the manage who's name was Scott Bailey. He worked non-stop the whole time we were there. he worked with a smile and always greeted customers as he brought their orders to their tables. it was apparant he loves his job and the staff also was motivated and worked right along side of him as he served the people. its rare to find this kind of help and service these days, but the experience we had this week shows there are still hard working people who do care about their jobs and want to provide the best customer service to the public. we felt this was important that we shared with you today. we pray this message gets to the corporate office. thanks, John and susan Finley from Illinois

My issue is directed to the salad bar. The lettuce is nice and crisp, but the toppings is extremely limited. More attention needs to be paid to this area of dining. It would be niced to see real bacon pieces instead of artificial bacon bits. Potato salad/macaroni salad would also be a great addition as well as black olives, broccoli, cauliflower, dill pickles, radishes, carrots and mushrooms. There is no container with grated cheese either. The cheese issue really annoys me. I ask for cheese and they provide me with this tiny little cup with a very small amount of cheddar in it. I would be more than happy to pay an extra dollar onto the price to get a good quality salad. This is at store #319 in Hinesville, Georgia. Please consider and see if we can't make some kind of compromise on this issue. Other than this, I have no issues with CiCi's. I enjoy the atmosphere, the service and the food itself. My only issue is the salad bar. Thanks. Paul.

First of all after reading all of these reviews I doubt that I would ever go eat here. I live in Washington State where there is no cici's at least according to their website. There are always commercials for cici's on television although all after looking I can find no cici's in the northwest including Oregon and Idaho. I find it ridiculous the company spends all that money on advertising with no stores for it to support. If there are stores in Washington State I can't find them on the website. Either they need a new marketing department or a new CEO. Alas I won't ever go to cici's.

My daughter had received a cool cat reward to eat at ci ci's for free. I'm a single mom and have enough bills and money tied as it is. She was so excited to go to cici's in Rome Georgia to claim her free dinner! I did not have enough money for the both of us so I was just going to let her eat and enjoy her reward. I was rudely told by the manager she could not eat there we had to leave. I do apologize for my daughter being thrilled and me for about going to cici's I promise you we won't be coming again nor any of my extended family. My daughter was very upset and didn't understand why she got the free pizza from school but could not use it I apologize again for her excitement. After we had been told to leave I asked if we could just get it to go sit down let her eat it and then we'd leave my daughter loves the atmosphere cici's brought the games etc.. I was told "No you will not" in a tone that made me feel like I was being treated like an ignorant fool.. Also I apologize for being an ignorant fool. This cici's has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be shredding any promotions I am sent by this company. We will start going to our nearest mellow mushroom to eat pizza or Pizza Hut for that matter. The business that is in Rome Georgia has been there since I was a child and I can tell you it has gone downhill. I will not apologize for you guys faulty hiring system as that is not my fault it is yours.

Ive never seen the most unprofessional, rude and stupid manager a place could ever have! Ordered half mild and half barbeque chicken wings, gave us half hot and half barbecue instead. Manager steve insisted that that is what we ordered when even my receipt shows that he punched in the order that we wanted. Didnt even apologize, was very rude about it. Never going back to this orland park, IL location or any other cici's!!! Talk about very poor customer service! Even the bathroom has no soap or papertowels!

Your Orland park Illinois location sucks not because of the its because of your manager Steve they gave us they wrong order and he keep on insisting it was the right order even we showed him what's on the bill he is so RUDE and ARROGANT we won't go back to cici''s again

Our CC's in Alvin, Texas has steadily gotten worse. Today was the last time I will ever go to CC's. Rude unprofessional and service is terrible.

My dinner was ruined by manager jaycob m. My husband and I took our son to have dinner which he likes cicis.My husband had already ate but he accompanied us to have dinner so he did not order to eat there.So,manager Jaycob approached our table and stated are you grubbin without paying to my husband. When my husband was not eating.I feel he was so unprofessional how he approached a customer and so disrespectful with his false accusations. He made us feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable.I will never step foot in that place again,he needs to get fired.I will let corporate know about this manager.

Drove out of our way to go to Cicis Pizza at 4538 south semoran Blvd in Orlando ,FL . WORST EXPERIENCE of any restaraunt ever! We had coupons from the kids school that say clearly free Childs buffet per paying adult, we are charged 17.00$ for two adults? I asked for water and she says I still ve to charge 3$ for drinks, I said no thats wrong, she goes to the mngr comes back and says ok we will take the 3 dollars out but the kids cant have water!? I ask for the manager, he comes over and says " whats the problem?" I explain, he has the nerve to say , I have owned this place for ten years, do you want to eat here or not?" Never again will we ever eat here! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I asked for his name and he says Chad and if you want to eat fine if not than dont and leave!!!!!?????? Why is this allowed? I am in the sports business . Believe me when I will spread the word of my experience to friends and family!

Ok most of these comments are valuable but they forgot to say the most important idea CiCis does a good job at hiring folks remember we are in a JOB DEPRESSION and any job for now is very important. On the 23rd of October 2012 I went late before closing to the store nr. 339 manager ROBERT AND Bobby or KURT STORE 5771 east Fowler temple Terrace Florida 33617 The manager at that time was Lesa . She was very helpful asking me if I needed more help she and the other girls smiled and were very nice and it was very kind .The Pasta could have been warmer and some of the pizza was cool but the big thing the location was great for the University of South Florida is close. The sad thing I noted to the girls was the Mens restroom had a problem someone customer had left a mess I guess you will always have a bad person but the employees said they were use to that. In conclusion Please , do not close any more locations already you have closed two in Hillsbough and there is few if any left I hope this helps to keep the stores open for the future It is hard now for JOBS and this location is great thank You for store NUMBER 339 AND THE MANAGEMENT in the Tampa AREAS..Yours Gratefully michael Labadie Lutz fLORIDA....

We have been eating at Cici's Pizza in Wake Forest, NC for a very long time and have usually had good service. I placed a pick order for a medium cheese pizza, a zesty ham & cheddar pizza and an order of read sticks. When I arrived to pick up my order the young girl was nice & was trying to. get cups for sauce. She did not show me my order, and I take partial responsibility for not looking at it. When we got home and saw we had a veggie pizza my husband called & asked for the manager. She argued with him over what I ordered. We were not asking for anything, just wanted to let them know just in case we had someone else's pizza. She was very rude!!! She said I needed to talk more clearly, my English is very clear, I have worked with the public for over 19 yrs. Employees or managers like this will cause your business to suffer. It is surprising that a business would have someone in a management position that argues with customers.

Went in to my saint Augustine Florida location today, with numerous employees dancing to loud. Hip hop and ignoring the line at the register. They were rude and treated people poorly, and the busser ran over my wife's foot with his cart and laughed. And why are there never any grown people managing this store? The employees were at a table talking about loritabs and how much they sell at his highschool and how this job is just so his parents don't ask about his cash flow.

My family always go to CiCi every wedensday in FortWalton fl.This was our favorite place to go but this wed we had a bad time.We order two meals and one senior meal and no drinks(water)but the manager made us get drinks, Then the empolyees were very rude by cussing loud.However the food was perfect, but the service was bitter. Needless to say we want be back.

I usually visit the Cici's on John Price Road in Charlotte, NC. today after my son's football game. I noticed that my card was charged for more than my bill. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and he says maybe it's just your bank. He did not try to even look more into it. I felt very upset because normally their customer service is the best I had, but this is my LAST time coming here.

The Ci Ci' s in Livingston Texas has gone down hill fast and lost tremendous business as you hired back a manager that was fired before you took over. She is rude, arrognat, talks in Spanish and as today, nobody will answer the phone. Tried to place an order for the prison but again, nobody will answer the phone.
