CiCis Corporate Office & Headquarters

First off, not only did we get the usual "Welcome to CiCis" when we entered, but actually were talked to and made to feel special when ordering. Then our son left his orthodontic retainer on the table. The manager Jeff and his whole team showed concern and Jeff went above and beyond our expectations by helping find it. We do not live in Lawton, Ok, but I sure hope the town appreciates the team they have working at their CiCis. Thanks again Jeff. We really appreciate everything you did for us!

The cleburne store I must say is always clean and everyone is always nice and smiling Cassy is the mangr. Very very helpful thanks guys we eat there frequently keep up the good work.

I was at cici's with my boyfriend and we both found hair in our pizza. The manager was informed and did not seem concerned and did not offer any kind of compensation. We will not be going back!

I don't know what happened but the location in Texas City, TX on FM 1764 and Hwy 146 wasn't good. First of all there was dirty dishes on almost every table and it wasn't even crowded. Then, the pizza wasn't good. There was hardly no toppings and it didn't taste as good as it used to. The desert was delicious. I probably will not eat at Ci Ci's pizza anymore.

The website for Jacksonville states this place closes at 11::00 pm we get there and are told they close the Buffett at 9:30 we got terr at 9:35 so we were turned away, then I tell the night manager who is outside talking to some man in a car tells us they are closed and when I tell her the website says they close at 11:00 she points to the window and says no it's 10! I said that needs to be changed she sas something under her breath that was rude!

I haven't eaten at your restaurant in years, only to remember why i stopped. The pizza is great and it got me to thinking that, you should merge with Chucky Cheeze. There pizza is horrible. It would increase the sales and more pizza being eaten, then waisted. Just a thought. Thanks for reasonable prices.

At Cici's in Westwood shopping center in Fayetteville, Nc Manger Russel had a bad attitude towards customers and was flirting with his coworker instead if doing work. There were maybe 3 pizzas on the buffet at a time and employees not doing work. Tables were left dirty and unclean. By far the worst experience at a cici's.

The manager of this store isn't using proper food handling techniques. He has given change from a video game, handled a dirty dish container, opened the register, reached in his pocket and more then went on to prepare pizzas with the same glove. He has not washed his hands nor changed his glove since I've been sitting here. I'm reporting this store to the memphis health dept asap! The managers name is Greg Cabeit.

I work very nearby to CiCi Pizza on Shaver Street in Pasadena Tx....they have the worst service...no one is ever friendly except Gloria....everyday everyone shows up about 30 minutes before opening. ..and the worst part customers are always waiting for the doors to open well after 11 am....when the store is suppose to open at 11 am....this store needs a big change it compares to no other location around here....all other locations nearby are excellent. ...I wouldn't visit this place if it was the only open place to eat....seriously the owner needs to wake up...

Walked into the cicis on battleground ave in Greensboro NC.atmosphere was nice. The only staff seen, the manager, charged us for our meal. We started with the salad. Then moved to the pepperoni pizza line. Every pizza was pepperoni. And filled with grease. The ones that looked ok, we ate. The garlic bread was hard as a rock and had no taste. We then asked for a pizza to be made. Spinach, chicken, onions and mushrooms. No sauce. The pizza was under cooked and full of grease. And before we left, the manager let six hispanic customers eat for free. Drinks and buffet.. Well, that ended our experience with this location.

I have been going to Cici's in Kendall, Fl. for the last 3 months. Within the last 3 weeks the service has been horrible. They have no plates, silverware, soda and even told they could not give me the specialized pizza I requested. I think this location was sold and it has terrible service. The awards card is always down so you don't build up any rewards. When complain to supervisor she did not even care. I have stopped going and will let others know.

Your Southlake Texas location is horrible.... went in over 2 hours before they closed and they were not making anything new. All the piazzas were clearly very old and no selection whatsoever! Huge waste of money. Not to mention most of your employees were standing around on their cell phones.

After contacting the corporate office they had the regional manager contact me and they were both very professional, and concerned about the experience. It is not their general policy to refuse older bills and it was agreed that it was a training issue with younger staff that would be addressed. The response was quick, polite and very positive, I will give Cici's another chance as up to this time this location (Gunbarrell City) has been OK.

Manager Jerry is so friendly,greated everyone he saw .Rocheal the girl behind the service is so good.Brought our pizza to table.experience is excellent at this location.

Please please please open a new location in the southeast texas area. We have a CiCis in Beaumont,TX. And there used to be a location in Port Arthur, tx but Hurricane Rita hit in 2004 and you guys never reopened. This is a great location to open. Please look into it. Also do you franchise can someone buy into your company.

The place was dirty .the floor had breadsticks laying around napkins etc tables werent bussed down. Just wasnt my best experience and i come here alot. Mishawaka. indiana

Normally I find Cici's a fair place to take my daughter for pizza however after an incident at the Gunbarrell City Texas store this weekend, I will avoid them in the future. The store itself was not an issue, it is what it is, however when I was paying at the counter, I was told my money was to "old" and not acceptable. It was an older 20 dollar bill, printed before the latest, big head, bills with the portrait of President Jackson in the center. I was told this was their policy as their bank would not accept older bills! What a ridiculous statement. I realize a business has the right if they tell you up front they won't take a particular form of payment, but if this is the policy at Cici's then I will visit Pizza Hut next time, they don't seem to mind older bills.

I am thinking of calling the health department concerning your Fredericksburg (central park location) restaurant. You should check up on this place - read the reviews! I won't mince words there was fecal matter smeared on the walls of the bathroom. The people who work there are using that bathroom then preparing food. I am going back in 7 days and if this place is still in this condition I am making a formal complaint. The manager needs serious training.

We go to our local one in Kerrville, Texas and there are no problems there at all. The staff are friendly and helpful. Tables are bussed in good time. The bad reviews sound awful, but I do know that our Cici's is one of the best for sure. What's more the price is great and they even do regular promotions on that price, so hey, I wouldn't knock them at all. I only hope the great service keeps up. Please don't close the Kerrville one!!! We all love it!

I'm am writing this as I am sitting in the LaVale MD store. I can't believe it. This store is filthy. Dirty trays, dirty plates,dirty silverware and dirty drink cups. My wife's water had an oil slick on top of it. I'm calling the local health department tomorrow and complain. This is my last visit here. The bathrooms are cleaner than the plates! Don't go to Ci Cis ever!!!!!!
