i go eat at the cics location in springfileld mo a lot a couple times a weed and there is this young manger there maybe in his twentys and he he greets us as we enter but never faces his guests theres a young woman there who cuts pizzas and he always stands next to her they seem really friendly wich each other he never once turns around I have stood there and waited for someone to takle my special and not once has he noticed that I was standing there and this is an every time thing when I go eat there than I had a friend that goes and eats with me she saw him feeling on her butt and every time she goes to the back he fallows right behind I don't know how cicis runs the business but I think it is very unaprobriate managers and employes just don't mix there is a law against that and I am utterly discusted by it and I think someone should look into it before others start to notice if they have not already

I came in around 5:30 the place was a little busy but not swamped there were around 8 employees that i saw, there was no pizza on the bar just empty pans with a few pieces, one employee was on the pgone walking around the rest were just hurtles in a group talking, thia had to be far the worst cicis pizza i have ever been to i will not be returning we were not even invites back as we exitied the buliding....rude and not very professional customer service

I recently went to your establishment on Buffalo Rd in Erie, PA. I actually go quite a bit however, after today I will question coming again. First, my husband found a long black hair BAKED into his pizza. When we confronted the cashier, she implied it was ours. Second, I went to grab a clean plate and had trouble getting one because they were stuck together. I get them unstuck just to find a half eaten slice of pizza still on them!!! THIRD, we watched the cook pick garbage up off the floor, WITHOUT gloves on and then proceeds to handle brownies with his unwashed hands. I'm very disappointed as I used to like it here. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the woman collecting dishes was so polite and wonderful.

Saturday night July 20 2013, three of us were eating there and best service ever,r table was always cleaned by Glujon, the manager was very helpful with our order, and the young man that help make r pizza went out of his way to make sure r visit was one of the best visit we ever had there. They were so bz but it was running so smooth, prior visit on a Sunday night with a church group was there it was horrible. So please keep this group there, way too much turn over before, Thank u Karl Olivarez

I'm at the Virginia beach location and the entire staff has been so nice and all seem to truly enjoy working here. Everyone is extremely friendly and outgoing.

my family and I went to CiCi's pizza in Hagerstown, Maryland and had the most beautiful experiance. the managers were courteous above and beyond and made my entire family feel as though we were at home eating with family I want to send a special thanks to the managers Jason and Savanna. With that experiance we've eaten more pizza at CiCi's than ever before. Again thank you for your amazing customer service skills, but more importantly a God given heart. May god bless you abundantly. This will not happen again! I called and placed an order for a large alfredo cheese pizza, I aslo got a medium supreme pizza. The attendant said it would be 25 minutes.. so I get to cicis 32 minutes afterward; when I was talking to the women in person. She tells me aafter about a four minute wait for her to come back "uh, sir it sould be about two more minutes." So I go sit in the truck for 4-5 min go back in and she's acts like she doesn't even know m e or that I just spoke with her after half way re introducing m self the girl says "oh yes, its still not done yet will need a few more minutes sorry" I sit right there for another 3 minutes, get the pizzas' and I open to find a large pepperoni, and medium

It would be nice if CiVil back to Roswell, it is missed very much. CiCi pizza is a Great buffet with a Great price. Please come back to Roswell.

The buffet is empty.. At least the staff is nice. The chino hills cici's is not my favorite anymore

Today i went into cicis and the manager a female was very rude greeted me rolling her eyes i pay sit down with my kids n noticed what seemed to appear the managers friend came in n jyst walked to the buffet and didn't pay and started picking at the buffet with her hands and says,out loud man im.high baby the manager looked at her and said type going to get me introuble get outa here My point to this review is do u do random drug testing on your emplloyees ? We have children we bring in to these public places to eat not to smell marajuana reeking from your employees and their friends its un professional and disrespectfull to this community if nothing is done about this i will continue to contact someone who will get this job dobe and in a professional manner thank you i wil be checking to see if anything has been done about this

I got to eat at cicis in gastonia nc all the time with my family there's a new maneger in there his name I think is Brian I would like to ask you guys to change that manager because uevery time my daughter when to the buffet he would stop her and stare at her another thing is that He would go and bother the costumer while they were eating and to be straight the thing that pissed me off the most was that for most of the time he was sitting down, eating, and talking of the phone and not helping any of the employees ... I'm sorry to said it but that manger should not be there I think you guys should fire him

I go to Cicis in Gastonia nc all the time the other day I when the manger by the name of Brian was there I'm sorry to said that was the worst day one because it was full there were no pizzas on the buffet the workers were trying really hart to bring the buffet up and there was a line all the ways outside there was a person in front of me that wanted to talk to the manger and he was no where to be find he shows 30 minutes later with his phone on the hand and saying that he was doing something in the back after all that happen everytime my friends and me when to the buffet he would stop us and talk to us about weird stuff and he kept staring at us I'm sorry to say it but I'm not going back there anymore after all that happen unless you guys fired him

We HAD the best Cici's in Horseheads, NY. It was always busy, the service was wonderful. We went to eat there one day & found the store closed up. My 3 year old asks me all the time for Cici's. There are none nearby that we can take him to. I am sad that they closed a successful restaurant with no warning. Please open another Cici's pizza in Elmira/Horseheads area.

We usually go to Cis Cis once a week until now, as we got threatened by a team member for my son putting lemonade in a water glass

Went in with my online coupon for free Fathers Day buffet but Patrick, store manager, decided not to honor it. Asked me to go home and print out. My Family of four left and I will never ever give you my business again.

We received a gift card for Cici's from a friend. We used it one time, but the next time we went, the restaurant was closed down, for good. No notice was given before. Called corporate phone today to see if could get a refund, but told no, as they have nothing to do with what is sold in the restaurants. Nice way of washing hands of any responsibility, Cici's. I have no intention of eating in nor recommending your pizzeria to anyone. Poor quality only topped by rotten customer service, at least in my opinion.

My family and I recently visited cicis pizza in gun Barrel City Tx.There was a man wearing a Blue shirt I didn't get his name but he told us he was the manager. He was very nice and got us refills on our drinks.The reason for the review is to express the gratitude I have to see some places showing great service and actually holding conversations with the customers. Great place.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and i got 3 pepperonis per slice. Next time I will just go to Little Caesars instead it's right around the corner.. Tyler,tx
