well first off that place is full of shit the workers the managers everything is sooo fucked up there i don't know y the fuck that place is still open they fired me for not looking like my id mind you i was 18 when i took the pic n my face just got a lil chunky don't you think if you don't think its me on my id wouldn't you call the cops. They told me they had to let me go because they didn't want to make the Restaurant look bad..... TOTAL BULLSHIT they let 7 people go that day and gave everyone a different reason for them losing their job.

i have worked at chipotle for about 3-weeks and as of june i have yet to recieve my pay check i have contacted corporate. i have even talked to managers at this store location in easton right off 50 oceancity gateway, they have two managers there who seem to not care if ther employees get there 2 15 minute breaks or there lunch breaks one of the managers is a young girl who is very rude and obnoxiuos she has once said to her crew with a house full of customers everyone should be happy and smiling all the time that they have a job and you are not standing in someones unemployment line.to parents with children who are seeking a job send your child to mcdonalds this would be a bad work experience for them and they wouldn't get paid.i wonder if the guy who stands behind chipotle even cares how his business is even being ran.some kind of management team and the rice is hard they dont know how to cook rice so sad

I was in OKC (visiting from Denver, CO) last weekend and visited the Chipotle at 3315 NW Expressway at around 6:30 PM with my daughter for a quick dinner before a movie. I thought you should really know about our experience. There seemed to be a surge of customers at the same time we arrived. The store was not at all prepared. Halfway through the line which was about 25 people, they announced there was no guacamole or corn salsa and then once we got to the front of the line to order they were out of chicken, brown rice and just barely enough white rice for the burrito bowl my daughter ordered. I think Steve Ells would have been so embarassed to see how poorly this restaurant was operating during our visit. I have visited many Chipotle locations in the Denver area and have never had anywhere near the experience I had in OKC.

I have been a fan of Chipotle since it opened. Recently, I became a shareholder. I was disappointed the last two times I visited the location in Los Angeles, on Figueroa, near the University of Southern California. During my visit 2 weeks ago, at approximately 9:00 p.m., they were out of corn tortillas! What? Last night, at approximately 8:30 p.m, they were out of chicken and pork! WHAT? I asked them -- "are you serious?" They responded with a "deer in headlights" look. I left Chipotle and drove a couple of blocks and had great Mexican food at a competitors restaurant.

I started going to chipolte instead of fast food when I was out when I started my health kick and got back into the gym. I ordered a chicken burrito w just rice and chicken w extra chicken, nothing else. The correct price is $6.60 but I was charged just under $10 for three months. I ate there 5 days a week right after every workout. Yesterday I learn that I have been over charged and a manager named Dustin mocked me in front of the entire restaurant, then laughs at me. I asked for a manager and he told me there wasn't one so I grabbed a manager card with the name Amanda Trujillo and called her cell number of (614)753-6799 and she didn't respond until I got the name of the guy who oversees the stores in Ohio named Sahul. He is very nice and told me he would take care of it and asked me to come back in and he would buy my burritos I definitely because of the amount of overcharges. This message never reached Amanda and in a very sugar coated way I was called a liar bc I couldn't prove I actually spoke to Sahul. I now realize why nobody takes the time to complain anymore, they just quit going. I am going to complain to the BBB and call the channel 6 On Yourside and the channel ten trouble shooters and let them know about being over charged and insulted and managers who just don't care.

I have been going to the Chipotle located at 2903 East Colonial Dr. Orlando, FL 32803 for several years. I have done the online ordering numerous times. I have had a very good experience at this location until this past week. On Sunday 5/27/2012, I placed an online order. My son and his friend were at the location to pick it up about 5 minutes after it was suppose to be ready and the order was not ready. When the order was brought home, part of the order was wrong. Called back to the store and spoke with Mike who was the manager on duty that day. Told him that I have been satisfied with service at this location and that they usually do a great job, but today my order was not ready on time and part of it was wrong. He told me that he would comp me my next order, and to be sure to mention the date of my current purchase and his name. On Thursday 5/31/12, I once again decided to place an online order. The order was due to be picked up at 2:55. I walked into the store at 3:15 and once again my order was not ready. There was one customer at the register and 2 in line. When I started getting upset and explained to the young lady behind the counter that this is the second time this week that this has occurred, she just started laughing. I asked her if Mike was in. She said yes. I asked if I could speak to him and she went and got him. I told him that this is the second time this week that my food has not been ready on time. I then told him not to even bother to fix my order and that I would be contacting corporate. When I got to my car, I called home to let my family know that I would not be bringing the food home and as to the reason why. Hike called my house and spoke with a family member asking if there was anything that he could do to make it up. My family member told him that it was too late. When I got home I called corporate and explained the situation. The person that I talked to stated that they would follow up and make sure that this does not happen again. They never took my name, phone number or anything to follow up with me. I personally will never go to this location again as the customer service is in my estimation is very poor.

I have worked for chipotle 2 years ago which was a HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE. So recently i decided to Apply again just to give it another shot && once again a horrible EXPERIANCE these managers take there position to another level not only do i have one day off My schudele says I get off at 3pm I can not get released until the next cashier until 5pm which that I do not agree I'm a single mother and I have RESPONSIBILTY to attend to,at times I don't mind to stay but it should not be a everyday situation there's no organization I also don't like the fact that I'm on schudele I go into work and I'm there for a hour and they send me home or they send me to another store and tell me you need hours. I'm really disappointed with the way chipotle has become I work in the NEW YORK unit #590 55 w 8st NYU please something needs to be done aren't you suppose to love your job like that's your 2nd family isn't that what this company about well if it is this is false advertisement something needs to be done many other issues I have with this restaurant that I would love to speak about how do I go about speaking to someone? Please help me....I'm pretty sure I can speak to someone because mystery customer works please some one reach out.......thanks

The Chipotle @ 281 Broadway, New York, N.Y. is just terrible. They are so stingy with the meat they put in the tacos I don't know why they bother. I took 6 minutes to put the tacos together another 3 minutes to ring it up at the cashier, and the food was cold. What a disappointment.

Overall experience has been great but this is the second time I have left without eating. Didn't feel like waiting while the floor was being scrubbed. At 8:40 store should be open for service not getting ready to shut down making customers wait. What happened to customer service? Is this company policy? Don't want another bad experience. Ok, I fell into this site and was amazed to see and read all the bad feed back about Chipotle. Well I see why after experiencing the same issue as those who here have been through there interview phase. I am from San Diego, there are 4 of these joints here.I went to there web site and applied, in fact I applied to all there rest/mgr position around the USA. Seems they have a major problem. There were three crew positions here. I got a call from Mat the store mgr. said he would like to interview me. Now let me give you some feed back. I worked for McDonald's for years and went all the way to field consultant. (corp) WHen I read McDonald's got involved with Chip's (the crew call it this) I knew they were going to be very organized, efficient with a high degree of professionalism. WRONG!!! I spoke to Mat, he asked me about myself and I went on to give him a cursory background. Way over the top for him. I could see in his eyes he felt what in the industry is called (oh oh, this guy might take my position) mat was excited and said he would set me up with s second interview with a guy name Keith san diego state location. I told Mat and he agreed depending on my second interview which at this writing has not happened yet (it is scheduled) I would be working with him. well I just received a e-mail from him (A form e-mail) I was not chosen due to someone else with skills suited for Chips. Skills?? What the hell kinda skills do you need to chop lettuce, onions, cook meat, chicken wrap a tortilla with stuff, are you kidding me.If this was a 5 star full service rest I could see the skill set required but at Chips????? I know one thing for sure. If McDonald's was still involved with chips you would not see all these bad reviews posted here. By the way chips stock is trading around the $400.oo dollar level. Go figure...

What is this I hear about Chipotle not being able to hire re-hires? I didnt know that store managers can make up the rules within the corporation, obviously the company is so loosely structured that all of these issues are coming up..

ATTN:monty and leslie !The chipotle on falls of neuse Rd in Raleigh nc Ran by James Gould has been hiring illegal immigrants and I am tired of letting this go on. I have warned the gm of these violations but he has done nothing about it. As far as I kno an illegal immigrant does not posess the 13 characteristics of chipotle because honesty is one of them and that's not being honest. Hopefully the corporate people will care enough to resolve this issue before more people have to answer for this instead of just those in this store! Please do something about this!

Invited for an interview by the manager at the store on Gunnhwy,Tampa, 3p on a mon. The manager no shows me. No call, nothing. An assistant of some sort, nice guy, says come back tomorrow between 2&4, and he be here. O.K.no problem. the guy no swows me again, but this time I do interview with his "Apprentice". Went well, said I'll hear from the manager within a day or two.Nothing. I call on a Friday, the guy that just interviewed me me three days before tells me it looks good, but the manager is kinda busy right now, can I call back in the morning at 9am. Sure, no problem. I call back at 9a like I was asked to, and I'm told he's stepped out but he will get right back to me. It's been 4 days, nothing. Not only totally unprofessional, but just plain rude. Incompetent. This is an example of their management? I would not work for them now if they called me today. They obviously have serious problems. Their web site and pitch to work for them is misleading at best.

Hi i am a big fan of chipottle i like that food so much and i teach my family about chipottle. But you know what if you guys don t like it , don t buy it but stop talking shit about it

Visited newer location on Hoffman Estates, IL and was told it would be close to a half hour before more white rice would be ready! A suggestion too please. Nobody likes to see little pieces of burnt onions and peppers at the bottom of the steam trays. I see this at all locations. Fill the trays up! Stop being so cheap with meat portions.
