Dear Chipotle, After reading ALL of these reviews, looks like god was watching over me and did not want me to have this job at all. I had got "2 interviews" at chipotle in Montclair, California! I say 2 interviews with the quotes because my 2nd interview was compleatly interrupted by Thr main manager and try told me to leave after using my own time to go back again because this was a job I Truely wanted. After feeling conpleated not welcomed this changed my views at eating at your place ! I won't be going back!

It would be nice when you call the main office. To talk to some one about a problem you could get a hold of them. I get tired of calling and no answer the phone.

I am tired of going into the Chipotle's at 7915 Dream Street, Florence, KY 41042 and having to put up with junvilles behind the counter who have the music turned up so loud that you have to yell to place your order or talk to the cashier. This has happened during my last four visits. You emplyees and the manager states that corporate dictates that the music be at that high level and there is nothing he/she can do about it. You can't hear the conversation from the person sitting across the table from you. Music is suppose to be heard in the background, not over bearing. What ever happened to managers?

im 18 years old attedning my last year at high school i was working a chipotle for about 3 months . i quiet yesturday . due to the fact that manager there didnt give me my 30 min brake . he told he was the boss and that whatever he say goes .and told me i had 20 min or less to eat . the manager needs to be fired . the managers dont have high school education at all . - marvin diaz -- Reston town center chipotle .

I just moved to Danville PA. FROM Cleveland,Oh. and this area needs a chipotle just a suggestion from a chipotle lover. Once you open your new store in danville pa I would love to become a distributor for the store;Also this area has Gesigner hospital, Bloomburg University you could probably sell about 5000 burrito's per day in this area. On 4/28/11, I for the first thought I would order on line so I would not have to wait...... WRONG!!!!!!!! WORST AND BAD MISTAKE EVER! My 2 orders which was a Steak Bowl and a Carnita was both wrong my order was ready for pickup at noon, I placed my order at 11:35am. I called and spoke a manager and he told that he will replace both that he apologize for the mistake. Today 5/4/12 I went up there he said he has no aknowlagement of me calling and he did not put me in the book and walked away to do a interview with a young woman in the dining room. I had to call up there just to get his name from another employee. The manager name is LOUIS he said he is the store manager for 5555 GLENWAY AVE ST. 700 CINCINNATI, OH 45238 513-451-2683 WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO" CUSTOMER SATISFACTION," THAT MANAGER THREW THAT ONE OUT THE WINDOW FOR SURE!!!

ABSURD. I ordered the pork queso. Because, I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT CHEESE THEY CHARGED 11.41 FOR A FLOUR TORTILLA, A TABLESPOON FULL OF PORK, PICO AND A LITTLE MOLE.The said because I REMOVED THE CHEESE IT WAS MORE MONEY. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD - ABSURD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just recently purchased an order of the steak tacos and was very disappointed in the quality of the meat. It was so tough and chewy that we put most of it down the disposal, and it even had a hard time grinding it up. I called the restaurant where I had I had purchased it and spoke to the manager. She was very pleasant and apologetic and offered to replace the meal with another one. She also stated tat Chipotle used to own its meat providers and that Chipotle's employees actually cut the meat used in the restaurants. She has had other similar complaints from customers. She also suggested that I call the Corporate Headquarters and voice my complaint. I for one will not be eating at a Chipotle Restaurant in the near future.

Ithica new York now has a chipoltle, it's hit and miss, when the little Spanish girl is managing the place sucks. She is rude and combative. She forces the other employees to put minimum amount of meat on your burrito. Everyone is miserable when she is working. The food also tastes crsppg when she works and the chicken was undercooked. I have been in there about ten times since they opened I can remember four of the times she had worked because she was so uncomfortable to be around. There is another shift that she isn't there and the people are happy and courteous. It's really too bad as I have been going to chipoltles for years in the west coast. But after this last time (about an hour ago) and that Spanish chick was rude again. I'm never going there again. I can't believe you people let someone like that manage .

I was a employee of Chipotle in Royal oak MI up until yesterday.I am pregnant and they fired me, regardless of the fact that I was a good employee,no complaints,and outstanding customer feedback they fired me.I am in my second trimester of my pregnancy and they didnt even give me any kind of warning that they were gonna fire me.I found out from my co-workers that was no longer employed there. I am going to HR because i feel like I have been fired unjustly.This is a warning if you have been unjustly fired dont sit still fight for your rights.

my fiance had been employeed with the company for 8 years. they were talking about promoting to a service manager and then 4 weeks later fires him. they tried to say that had many conversations with him about doing one on ones with other crew members. how was he able to do so when they worked opposite shifts? he even asked them to come in a half hour early to do so, but would they...no. ijust feel it was the gms way of letting him go because he had tattoos and piercings and didnt fit "her" style of a store. worse part of it is that he trained her while she was a crew member. they only reason she has got to where she is is because she so happen to be at the right place at the right time. she didnt deserve the postions she has gotten to.

I ordered a burrito from the Kensington, MD location and found a medium length black hair in my burrito. I used my lunch break to go get my lunch the first time. The manager refused to bring me a new one. I had to take extra time off of work just to get a lunch that I could eat. The manager didn't even want to see the hair in the burrito. I forced her to look at it so that she could address it with her employees. She seemed very put off by it (imagine how I felt biting into it!!!!!). The staff and manager didn't seem apologetic at all. I am NOT impressed!

I'm not sure if you train or hire the right Managers. My college daughter applied at Chipotle, she called so many times, wasted her cell phone minutes, emailed and visited the restaurant for over 2 months. If you're not hiring why not tell a person sorry we're not hiring or let them know they filled the position or they simply don't meet their expectations....how difficult is that. Then goes again in person, gets 2 interviews and she's getting hired. When she tells the hiring manager, after all the paperwork is completed, she tells him oh I just wanted to let you know that I can wear jeans but it will have to be skirts because of my religious belief, the manager backs off and comes up with the excuse that he has to check with his manager and will call her back. This happened more than a month ago, guess what NO call back. I refuse to allow her to keep calling them and to work for such an unorganized, racist, discriminitory company. I told her it's not worth it and I will never eat there again and I will spread this to all friends and family. I'm taking my business elsewhere and if they continue this, they will be out of busines. I can easily take this to court, but you're not worth my time or effort. in the year 2012 this has Discrimination written all over it. I'm sure the Labor law and BBB would like to get their hands on this one along with the States Attorney.

Last Sunday 04/08/2012 I went into your store located off E. Washington ave. I ordered a burrito. The rice was overcooked, in fact it was gooey. I wasn't able to call the restaurant right away due to headed for work. When I called the next afternoon I was told I should have brought it back. or called that same night. I work in a assisted living center. That was my dinner and couldn't get another free time to call. The burrito didn't sit around for a long period. the drive to my employment was 10 minutes away. was what I told management. I don't work a 9-5 job. sometime I have to stay late. Please have better management and cook.

I have tried to eat at the Chipolte located on Rt. 73 in Franklin, Ohio with very little success. When the store first opens very seldom is it ready to serve. The manager has no clue what is going on. For three visits in a row there was no pork, his response was 'too bad'. Portions are incredibly small. Place is dirty. Bad attitudes. Store on Brown St. in Dayton Ohio has the same small portions. But they always have pork. Store on Miller Lane in Dayton, Ohio I won't even go there anymore even though I live five minutes away. The employees are not concerned about customers, only talking back and forth to themselves. Again, portions are very small. When I have the time I will drive to Cincinnati where the portions are correct, the place is clean, the employees are so much better. Not very happy.

I do not understand how certain individuals are allowed to slack off and be praised. KM's not doing their jobs, SM's working double the amount, GM's leaving early and not helping when understaffed. This makes no sense to me and am wondering how you are allowed to speak so ill of your employees, spy on them, and report this all to your ATL without any repercussions. It always felt like walking on broken glass once you took over, you said I was your back bone but decided that my assistance was no longer needed. You decide to put a KM who has no idea of what she is doing as your right hand. Hope you are exposed for the piece of shit you really are. Hope you enjoy the investigation.

This is the second time that I have visited your new location in Matteson, IL and unfortunately I must say it is the slowest restuarant that i have EVER been in. I realize that it is new to the area but that does not compensate for the line out of the door and the slowness of the staff and the lack of needed staffing to meet the overwhelming number of customers in line. I am going to give this one more try after tonight and if I encounter the same sub par service, this location will get the 3 strikes and you are out designation. I will not patronize a food establishment whose priorities do not include excellent customer service. Also, the staff does not clean the tables. I wanted to dine in and was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. SMH!!!!!

I am an employee for the Naples,FL Chipotle. Please, Save yourself unwanted stress and do not work here!! I must say this is one of the worst jobs I have ever had! Very unprofessional and employees are not treated with the respect they deserve. With the amount of drama and stress, it feels like a high school setting with people who are suppose to be grown adults. I don't understand how managers are hired that cannot do their job properly. Do they just let anyone move up to management?! One of the managers runs the Chipotle like it is his personal company, I thought Chipotle had company standards of how things are suppose to be done? Not at the Naples,FL Chipotle. I really wish Chipotle Corporate would look into how these stores are really run. Because if they actually knew, they would be deeply ashamed. Most employees who are hired never even look at the Chipotle handbook or have proper training! WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR EVER! PLEASE WAKE UP CORPORATE! THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT BEING MANAGED PROPERLY! The treatment here does not make me want to stay in this company, LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB!

Dear Chipotle, I'm over the top pissed at the horrible service I continue to receive at the Mesquite, Texas location. The employees act like they don't want to be there, they assume that we all want the same damn items on our burrito bowl. Before I can even open my mouth they are deciding for me what they want me to have. When you try to communicate with them, they either ignore you or don't understand. In the past I have overlooked the piss poor customer service, tonight they really struck a nerve. They completely engulf the bowl with rice and then add bits and pieces of the other items I select, or they select for me. I ask for pico on the side, before I knew it, it was on the bowl. She then realizes that she has made a mistake and puts pico in a little container and tosses it on the counter towards the cashier. And to top it all off, I get an evil eye. This is utterly ridiculous, if these people hate their jobs so much then they should not be there. I waited until I left the store got in my car and called to speak with the manager. She got on the phone, placed me on hold for over ten minutes. I hang up and call back, she answers the phone laughing saying are you the one I had on hold. I stated yes, she asked me to hold again, this time she hung up. By this time, I am fuming. I call back and ask for the number for corporate and she says there is no number availabe just go to Chipotle.com!!!!!! Un-freakin believable. Why would I continue to frequent an establishment that obviously has no clue, I've decided I won't. I'm so sure that there are sooooo many restaurants that value their customers and the way they will be treated.
