I live in Canton, ohio. There is an General Manager By the name of Stephanie Lowry. She is 22 years old and treats the employes with total disrespect. She intentionally tries to find reason to fire me. I feel Discrimination is a part of it because im the only minority that work there. She humiliates me in front of customers and always threatens to fire me. I always show up on time, do my work and also others but she still trys to find ways to discredit what i do. I feel that she is too young and immature to be a general manager, but her mothers friend works with corporate and thats how she got the job. Its so unfair and im at a cross road. She talks about me to the other employes, which i feel is so unprofessional. She always late, always having someone else cover her shift, and always bringing her personal issues to work. I really feel that corporate should review Stephanie lowry's status as an general manager.

On 2/29 I call the Chipotle located at 230 W Monroe Street Chicago IL. I needed to place a lunch order for 3 people. I Asked if they delivered, they did not. I said fine I will have someone come pick it up. They asked if I could call back after 10:30am becasue they were about to start a staff meeting. I was a little confused as to why they even picked up the phone in the first place if they were not going to take an order. I then said no I could not because I needed to place the order before getting on a plane. They took the order but when I went to give them my credit card they insisted that I call back after 10:30am!!! I did figured out a plan b and was able to call back after 10:30 so I could pay for the order. I asked if they could go through the order with me one more time to ensure accuracy. I was told that they were very busy and did not have time for that and to please just give the credit card number. When my assistant went to pick up the order they not only had it under "Telly" instead of "Kelly" they had some of the food wrong (of only 3 orders!) I work for a large corporation and we would never have treated a paying customer like I was treated. Not only did they make it very difficult to place and pay for my order they didn't even have the common sense to go over the order with me! Needless to say I will NEVER be using Chipotle again for my office lunches. Oh and on a side note: I was speaking with the manager of the store to place and pay for my order.

im a regular at the chipotle, in the city of industry, california Dont get me wrong I know they are a fast paste invormentand they need to great every customer the same way they treat the one right next to them. Just for the fact that its all about customer service at chiplote. Although i had a very poorly visit today.. well was ording two steak bowls to go, I had "ASKED JESSICA PEREZ TO JUST ADD THE HOT AND THE PICO DE GIO ON ONE AN ON THE OTHER ONE JUST MILD.. though she didnt seem to understand, not blaming hr since they are in a hurry howver though she but all three salasa on both bowls.. so i brought it to her attention that i just wanted mild on bowl and the two red ones on the other bowl.. Didnt seem like i said something for the fact that she raised her voice at me once i told her something... SHE SAID THAT WELL U SAID THAT U WANTED ALL THREE..AS I RESPONDED SAYING NO THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED.. SHE JUST STARTED GIVING ME ATTITUDE SYING THAT WELL I CAN MAKE U A NEW ONE.. that was not the point though i just said its fine just leave it that way sinec it was busy.. so well i was checking out i had ask the cashier what there manager name was n they said MARI.. i Was okay thank you.. Though right before i was about to leave the cashier and walk out the door. Jessica perez had mentioned saying well JUST IN CASE YOU DO CALL MY MANAGER MY NAME IS JESSICA PEREZ.. I WAS LIKE WELL FIRST OF ALL I WASNT GOING TO SAY ANYTING BUT FOR THE FACT THAT YOUR JUST PLAIN RUDE AND UR GIVING ME ATTIDUTE IMMA CALL YOOUR MANANGER DONT WORRY AND ILL CALL CORPORATE ALSO... so now that i try to call the storre to ask for the manager to tell her about this employee of her.. they keep saying shes on another line.. well they seem to say the same exact thing when i call back.. this chiplote is just horriable customer service.... ill think twice on going to either chiplote

I work for chipotle on Connecticut ave.And the general manager Christopher he just fire everyone for no reason.If you ask to change your schedule your fire,call out because your sick your fire.He comes to work when he's off to take the petty cash,he has staff on his arms and hands. he scratches right over food don't wash his hands or wear gloves. He said F the store and everybody and was right in the front of the looby and said i quit F this sh**. The customers had kids there and he just don't care.

I work at OfficeMax in Solon Ohio. When i first started there, i enjoyed many a meal at the Chipotle right across the way. Unfortunately after getting HORRIBLE service, slimy, cold, and vein ridden meat, and talked to like i didnt matter, i discontinued my trips to this particular location. I made a trip there for the first time in several months. In line there was a couple ahead of me. Only one person ordered. I placed my order, and the girl before the cash out marked my bowl as number two of their order. Politely i said "Oh, no no thats not theirs" She ignored me. I looked at the girl who made my bowl and asked her to let her no, the girl who marked the bowls proceded to shout "What does it matter? It all would have gotten figured out anyways." The first girl replied "Dont be yellin at me, shes the one that be trippin." First of all, hire employees that can speak english. Second off, hire managers who actually give a crap about their customers, because when i spoke with the manager about this, he stared at me and said "i understand." with a dull blank look on his face. This location 33599 Aurora Road needs to be shut down. They have SO many health violations, between associates masturbating in the bathroom, to them smoking pot and cigarettes in front of the store, The lax of any kind of real management, and disrespectful associates. If you dont like your job, you should probably consider a career change. Needless to say, i will NEVER return to ANY Chipotle. Ever.

To all Chipotle Customer this location let me tell you all this I went to the Chipotle on 8913 Woodyard Road, me and my boyfriend on Feb 18, 2012 around 8:00pm. Once I walked in my friend order a bowl and I order a chicken burritos, but I once a young lady that was streaming the burritoS ask me did I want rice and I said (Yes). Why did she get my rice with the spoon and then started to just smash my rice with her hands on my burritos. I looked again and she was doing this other customer. Finally, they ask what kind of meat do I want and I said "I don't want that, they made 2 before she relaize what she did." She put her hand on my rice smashing it down over and over again. They made another and then she did it again, and the lady that worked there said she doesn't want you smashing or touching her rice, well the moron did it again; and said whatever. And then another employee said I will make it I got the chicken but they put about 3 small pieces and that was it, very salty. The girl, got mad because, I called her out and I told her that I could be an inspector, you would never know who is watching you. I stated to her don't take it so personal, I don't like anyone touching my food period. And I ask where are your gloves. You aren't supposed to be touching people food with your hands. Then she put on a plastic glove. I said to her as she was getting loud, sweetie that is my food and I am paying for it, and you can get mad all you want to I don't care but you aren't supposed to be touching the food period. Some of the employee's told her to shut up, and she just look and said nothing, they apologize to me about her behavior. I will be reporting this to the inspector’s, and that exactly, what I did. I lived in Montgomery County, MD, the Chipotle there is very clean well manner employee's nobody touching your food with their hands, and the attitude of the employee's is great. That young girl shouldn't be working around food she is just nasty PERIOD. Once I got home the burrito was nasty as hell fell apart and and I had no chicken on it but I end up throwing it in the trashcan. Clinton, MD Chipotle, it is all black folks which seem to make it worse for other ethnic what happen to hiring all race. These folks was talking loud to each other and the counter was nasty and food was all over the floor. And then when I said that you never know who a person could be. I stated to them what if I was inspector then what. They started cleaning up and wiping the counter and They should be ashamed of themselves, you never know who come in there, I do work for the Federal Government, the joke is going to be on them, they had a lot of violation, the floors was nasty and the counter top was nasty, and that girl is a MORON. NEVER AGAIN, THEY CAN'T WORK IN Montgomery County MD, and doing that nasty mess, they would be fired....And then here we are getting mad when we spend our money in the white area fare away from where we live. In Montgomery County, it a lot of Spanish people working in them but they are very much well trained and professional and the manager's you get to see them working in the resturant and if you have a problem they would speak to you face-to-face. And always apologize for there mistake that they have made when its a problem. And you get the meal on the house. It is how you treat your customer's make you want to come back for more. REMEMBER THAT they need trainin on how to handle customer food. Janet Dean

I am very disappointed with the mayfield ohio branch! The staff there are a bunch of teenage kids who don't pay attention to what they are doing. The line is out the door because they are so slow! I had to repeat my order about 4 times. They are all laughing and messing around not paying attention to the customers. One woman there kept saying HUH! about a million times because she would ask you what you wanted, but wouldn't actually listen with her ears! The guy who is usually at the cash register ( I don't understand why? he is the slowest of everyone!) said i had chicken and rang me up as chicken but that wasn't even close to my order. I actually got something more expensive which made you guys lose money, but that is what you get when you hire stupid people. Lastly, my husband went to chipotle on a weekday around 4 p.m. but could not get in because the doors were locked. Not only that but there were people inside eating so it was open. There wasn't even a sign on the door explaining that one. Everyone inside ignored him and wouldn't let him in. We are still confused about that one. But anyways you are losing another customer if better workers are not there soon.

I am a customer once a week at chipoltle, and I am still standing in line at the clifton, cincinnati, location. The staff here is extremely slow and incompetent. It was over a 30 minute wait just to place my order let alone leave the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous. I will for sure be rethinking my next visit. Terrible.

my experience with chipotles in dallas and minneapolis made me to comeback from times to times...but yesterday, i visited chipotle in newport beach, in McArthur i was so disappointed...they gave me a thick layer of rice burried under a thin layer of other food...the rice and the chicken were so plain in taste... my suggestion is that, rather than cut down the amount of food, which also cut down the level of satisfaction from customers, the management should consider raising the price, if necessary to maintain the quality of food...the effort to get there worth much more than an increase in price for most people...the chipotle die-hards for sure won't mind that... an idea, a taster sent by the company should visit chipotle dallas stores, or chipotle minneapolis stores as a regular customer would do to check on the taste and the amount of different ingredients within the order and then compared those to the ones served in newport beach...and i hope the one on McArthur will change soon for the better...since this area is my current residence now... most sincerely...

Here in bloomington mn france and old shakopee rd I was fired after being admitted to the hospital for 2.5 days by the apprentance manager. Before this he opened the store and hour late when it was 19 below zero and refused to pay us or that hour me and two other coworker waited in the parking lot to start our day. (If that don't show dedication to the job I don't know what does) Even after bringing the doctors note in I was still informed that I was terminated and told to exit the store. I'm not leaving until I get the number to his boss. If this is how the management of this company treats their dedicated employees, mexicans who only want mexicans working in an american store, then I really don't want to work here and I am going to tell the young lady who is waiting for an interview to look elsewhere for employment. This is garbage, and this man does not need to be in charge of anything or anyone. Its no wonder that this store has such a high turnover rate, the american employees are treated like shit by the immigrant managers who won't hire you unless you are the right shade of brown, a woman, or white. I am messenging lawyers for a wrongful termination suite. If I was half the man I used to be id take it to the streets.

I am a true lover of the gourmet chipotle burritos. I am writing this to explain my complete and utter disappointment in my past visits to your restaurant located in Atlanta,GA on Ponce de Leon Ave. Now the quality of service was usually excellent and the quality of food was remarkable, but recently on several visits the quality of service has been sub par to say the least. The new emoloyeees dont know how yo wrapproperly and I have received several burritos with two or three tortillas on them because they tore the original and they didnt have the decency to remake the burrito they just attempted to stuff everything in pillow case type of roll. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from upper management would step in and correct this easily correctable problem. Thank you

Hi my name is Frederick Fernandez I am the husband of one of your ex-employees. I just want to know if what my wife told me is true so I can take further action. She advised me that one of restaurant tour advised her that if she did not move up in the company she would get fired my wife advised him that she was willing to grow with the company and about 1 month later they fired her. Before they fired her henry the store manager sat her down and said that she was not doing the D.C.R paperwork incorrectly. Now my main concern is that if henry wanted the paperwork done one way and Chris wanted it another way why didn’t they sit down and talked about it. But from my understanding Chris did not know of the changes that henry made to the D.C.R paperwork and my wife took the fall for that. Now I feel that henry as a store manager should have talked to Chris about this but if he would of it would of bin him on the chopping block. Henry could of also advise Chris that it was his fault that she did it that way. Before my wife was terminated she tried to call Chris but he did not answer the phone she was going to advise him of the paperwork and find out if that was the way he wanted it done. I feel that my wife was set up and due to the fact that henry wanted a new crew. I would also like to say that if my wife was terminated for someone else’s mistake then that person should be treated the same. And there are a lot of other things that need to be taken care of in that store. And yes I tried to call corporate office and only a machine answers. I will be waiting for a replay from you. There are things going on in that store and you guys are too blind to see it even if you already went there and did you audit. You think they don’t know when you’re going to the store to do your thing well they know so be careful of who you advise that you’re going due to the fact that it could be the same person you advise. And I would also like to add if my wife didn’t know much then why did they need her so much and for so many hours please explain that to me and also why did she have to do the schedule if can’t do the other paperwork right I’m sorry correctly. If something isn’t done about this then I will take care of it and go even higher than corporate office. And one more thing when my wife was there she always did what she was told and always had her crew on check. And I would like to bring to your attention that when she filed for unemployment they sent her a letter say that you put that she was terminated for her not preforming the job to the employer’s satisfaction or claimants ability. How would you know that if you didn’t even talk to her about what happened? If I were you I would pick up that phone and call so you can hear it for yourself and find out if she can’t do the job right or not and find out everything else that you want to know or need to know. I feel that the way she was terminated was in just. Thank you and have a nice day.

I visit different Chipotle often and for the most part have had a good experience. Last weekend I went to the one in Monroe, Ohio by the outlet mall. It's hard to sum up all that was wrong from the service, food and the general condition of the place. I guess the best way to describe it is a TRAIN WRECK. That had to be the worst eating experience I have had in many year if not the worst. Chipotle please clean that place up in every way possible. Start with management.

I worked at Chipotle from November 2010 to April 2011. My manager would work me like a dog and keep me late while other employees were allowed to slack off, not help me, and leave before I am done(I was there at 7:30a until "4" or whenever I finally was allowed to leave) when they arrived around 10am. This was unfair, I felt disrespected, and further more I NEVER RECEIVED MY LAST PAYCHECK! I returned my uniform and they said the check was being mailed out. I NEVER RECEIVED ONE and now they expect me to remember my 6 digit employee number. I do not understand Chipotle and how they make certain positions so hard to do and give them no assistance other wise I would still be working there. also the manager would have me clean certain things so I would have to get on my knees then he would proceed to make inappropriate comments towards me. I would like the phone number to CORPORATE so I can SPEAK to a PERSON about my last paycheck!

Absolutely hands down the most horrible service ever at this chipotle on 1671 stringtown road in grovecity Ohio. had to wait in line for 30 mins when l finally got to order my food requested for extra rice got l spoon asked for extra chicken barely got any the crew were busy chatting bt coloring her hair blonde just plain rude and in no hurry.called the manager and his response was if l wanted more food l should have said so and if t lts extra rice l want l will give it to you just didnt even apologise.l would rather eat dirt than go back there.

Meat is WAY too salty. I had the pork. There now is some kind of nasty unidentifiable spice on the pork. I don't know if it is also on the other meats, and I won't know b/c I will not be eating there again. The price is too high to risk another nasty meal. Too bad. I really used to like Chipotle and it seemed much more healthy than other fast food places. It's unfortunate that they messed with a good thing. When will restaurants learn that MORE SEASONING USUALLY MAKES YUMMY FOOD TASTE NASTY!!!!!!

Chipotle is Usually amazing although the chipotle in Topeka Kansas on Wanamaker was anything but that. When I go to chipotle I come with an appetite and I leave completely stuffed. This is the third time I Have visited this chiPtle location and every single time I have left hungry because my portions were less then half the size of any other chipotle I have been to. very disatissfied right and I possibly ever come back to this location.

Last night I stoped in you rest. in Marysville Ohio. Bad time for all, you were out of pico sauce, onions and tomatoes. Could these people go to the store or go to another location such as in Dublin. I was very disappointed
