You would earn a 5 if you added white meat chicken as a option.

I worked for the chipotle in bridgewater and they have 3 manager that are out of control. they curse and yell and put finger in your faces. if you are in the bathroom to long you are then told you not aloud to use the bathroom or you will be fired. so they expected you to work 9hrs shifts and not use the bathrooms. and if they dont like you they intent to threaten you that they are going to fire you everyday. if you miss work you must bring a dr. note and then when you bring the dr. note. you get ignore and then they tell you your fired with no excuse of why. one day a boy never showed up for work or called but showed up the next day like nothing they didnt say a word. but when other boy called out and he called he was told the only way he can come back to work was with a note so after he took it they told hime to come back in 3 days to talk to a different manager and was ignored and told your fired with no reason.

The amount of meat given is not $6.25 worth..OH MY GOD seriously you're only paying for rice and vegetables! And you had a nerve to go up from $5.95 to $6.25. And the funny thing is I only have this complaint for one of the locations downtown cincinnati all of the others are much better. IT makes you not want to eat there!

When are you all going to build in Greenwood Indiana?

I went to my local Chipotle Mexican Grill in Carmel Mountain, CA after reading the article on Steve Ells and his food philosophies in Time magazine. I experienced 3 difficulties: 1) The menu posted above the serving counter was difficult to understand. I think there were two numbers next to each item; one was price and one calories, but there were no dollar signs. There were no combination plates available or listed. 2) Music was playing so loadly in the restaurant that it was difficult to hear the employee trying to explain the menu to me. 3) Most importantly, the food was so salty as to be almost inedible. I had 3 tacos: beef, chicken, carnitas plus guacamole and chips. All the tacos and the guacamole were overwhelmingly salty. Really, what's the point of pasture raised beef, antibiotic free chicken and locally grown avocados and tomatoes if their flavors are obliterated by salt?

Ok, I'm reading all the negative stuff about this burrito place and still the stock is very strong??? How is this? I have spoken to several people who work at the locations in la Jolla and sdsu area. Apparently the mgr including his asst's have been thru intimidation with loss of there employment if the girls do not shall we say allow them some liberty's. I have found Mat who is the mgr of the la jolla location is married and still not enough women for him...Will someone at corp do and investigation before this is seen on local news as "The Get"

My wife and I went for lunch on 7/20/12 to the store at 335 Princeton Road Suite 109 Hamilton Ohio 45011 and we had a miserable experience. We arrived at 11:30am and the the store was packed-not enough seating in this location. As we approached the food service line there were customers standing to wait to sit down. My wife and I did not want to eat in our car. We wanted to have a nice sit-down lunch. We thought it was unfair for us to have to pay the extra fee for a sit down lunch if there was no room to sit down. In Ohio, we have to pay extra to sit-in and eat. We asked a line worker how that would work and they got a manager-his name was Joe Stwetaurt. He claimed that that we would still have to pay the extra money anyway-how is that fair??? People were standing in the restaurant waiting for people to leave. It was a mess-the line workers were rude to us as well. It started out as a question and turned into a nightmare. What Joe should have told all the customers tat wanted to sit down--just take it to go and if a seat opens up take it---poor customer service skills......

I am employed at the Chipotle's Restaurant in Henderson, NV. The one on Eastern ave. MY Restaurant Manager JOSE MEDINA Put me on schedule today and when i got there sent me back home, he told me the restaurant lost hours?????? and he had to do change the schedule,BUT HE NEVER BOTHER to call the employees, I had to take 2 busses to get to work, but this Manager is not concern about his employees at all.well just to give you an idea of what kind of manager he is (He can't speak english), or spanish, Who in hell made this guy a Manager!Chipotle MUST be desperate in Manager, because this is by far the most ignorant manager i have ever deal with. PLease Chipotle's CEO check this guy out, you are loosing business, because he keep yelling at the employee using a very unprofessional words, I don't know about the other employees, but I am filing a complain at the BBB in Nevada and the Labor department in Nevada. I love my job and the Restaurant but Please, Please get a real manager( it doesn't have to be a Mexican Manager for a Mexican Restaurant Just get us a Real Restaurant Manager. someone who respect employees and is concern about their business, just get JOSE MEDINA out of here, He will be excellent for the next chipotle in Tijuana.

Chipotle on St. MARKS has been a disappointing experience. Same wit Union Square. Meat overcooked and saturated with the gut wrenching rub; lettuce wilting; and tomatoes harvested by illegals. The Ells family may be proud of their weenie son, but his sellout franchise is just another stolen idea from honest, hard-working Americans who genuinely give a f**p about clean hands in 21st century business.

Tried your new store here in Huntsville Alabama today and was very dissapointed...first your menu is not very clear so when I ordered a soft and hard taco I had no idea it was supposed to be a 3 taco deal and your less that helpful staff did not inform me as such. I requested my toppings and paid an extra 1.80 for a teaspoon of guac on each. I paid 9 dollars and change for 2 tacos, I thought that was a bit high, there again, the staff LESS than helpful....I just figured these had to be the best tacos in the world....they tasted ok but nowhere near over 9 bucks, sorry. The dining room was filthy with dirty tables and trash all over the floors, no one was cleaning anything up it was unacceptable for a restaurant to be that dirty I know that it gets busy but that dining room was awful....I wont be going there again but thought you would like the feeback.

I have been eating at Chipotle for a long time. It is, without a doubt, one of my favorite places to eat. After reading a lot of these reviews, I am left dumbfounded and can only conclude that the problem is regional. The work ethic here in Texas must be better than it is in New York, Florida, California, etc. Longs lines go quickly, the food is hot, they are never "out" of items, portion sizes are freakishly large, and the service is exceptional. Maybe the best advice I have is ... Move to Texas!

I worked at the Chipolte on Fort Ave in Baltimore, MD for a lil over a month, and lastnight I get fired after I busted my butt cleaning the dishes and everything else. The 2 managers said it just wasnt for me. I just dont understand, I did everything they asked of me plus came in and stayed over for them. They even said I was doing a good job a few days ago, so whats the deal? I have 3 kids, its hard to get a job these days. I go in the store the next morning and ask Sanchez the manager what had happened and he says he dont really want to get into it. I deserve a better explanation than the one given. I just cant believe it.

I am a big fan of Chipolte. It's one of ny favorite places to pick up food. Tonight I dropped by the Independence Mo loxcation and somehow my order was mistaken for someone elses. The staff tried to fix the mistake by yelling down the line what was on it they made another and put it in a bag. When l got home I started eating it and it wasn't what I ordered. It had too much of the things I always order less of and not enough of what I like the most. i couldnt eat it. I am very disappointed abd dont know if I will go back.

I had never been a chipolte before but I decided to eat at the one in Evendale, Ohio and it was the dirtiest place I had ever been in--food all over the floor; tables; and the employees were looked like haveing a party--no one was attentive--one was on a cell; 2 were talking personal stuff to each other as if it was not their place to clean. When i walked in the doorthere was food on the ground right in front of the door and when I brought that to their attention--someone told someone else to clean it up and he said "me?" Why me? But finally did after persistance on the other persons part. I will never walk into another facility like this again--it was a disgrace to the American way of feeding the public--hopefully you will get a grip on this and take action soon. If all your facilities are like this--you will go broke soon!!!! REading some of the other comments pretty much explians the lack of care.

MY RACE MADE ME NOT ELGIBLE TO WORK AT CHIPOTLE 5697 Romar Drive Milford ohio NO BLACKS ALLOWED!!!!!!!!!!!

I love love Chipotle. The portion sizes are enough for me. I was recently disappointed on this past Friday 7/6/2012 at around 10PM my husband and I were searching around to see if there was any of the Chipotle's open and yes the only one in College Park Maryland was supposed to be open. So when we saw all of the chairs up on the table and the girl was cleaning up. I asked her why are they closed she stated "the manager closed because it was too slow". I don't think this is good for you guys business. She could have easily sent 1-2 people home. Besides there was a great deal of people outside asking the same question. Please talk to the manager that closed that night because she might do this every Friday or Saturday. Baltimore Ave College Park MD

Chipotle in englewood nj barely give you food they are so cheap they gave me like literally 5 pieces of lettuce!!

Heard Chipotle was a great place to get a burrito. Today, 7/6/2012, my husband went to order a steak burrito with guacomole. He returned with it and it was absolutely cold. I told him to heat it up in the micro as we were not going to drive back. Location was on bison in Newport Beach, CA. Unfortunately we will not be buying at a Chipolte again. Sad! I could understand that the guacomole would be cold, but not the rice, beans, or steak.

I think chipotle has a great meun if you are watching want you eat or if you would like to loss weigh the food is tasty but chipotie please step up your customer services and stop serving cold chicken cold rice and stop being afraid to give your customers some meat its a shame to pay 6.50 for a bowl and all you get is rice, lettuce,I would like some meat ask for more and they look at you carzzy I know you cannot pleased every customer but a lot of customers have complaint about not enough meat step it up or this will be one more loss customer and I know there will be many more loss customers I am tried of the bad experiences and I can take my money else where.

I don't know but all of the chipotles in my city are closed what is happening?
