I would like to congratulate the team an White House Black Market, the one located in the Round Rock Premium outlet. specially to Mel she was very helpful and very nice, she helped me find a dress for a wedding, it may not seem like a lot of work but im just glad she was there to help me.

WOW! What a great experience I had in the new Chico's Outlet in Leeds, Al.! The ladies were so friendly and helpful! And the prices are excellent and the quality is still there. I am so glad I found this store...everyone was having so much fun. I WILL be back!

What an excellent time I had with my first Chico's shopping experience. I was helped by the most delightful associate. She quickly found things that just look absolutely fabulous. She did a much better job than I would have done on my own! I normally hate to shop so this was a pleasurable surprise. So much so that went back a week later and came back and spent what I needed to finish up a new look. It was great and I'll go back again.

The quality of the garments and fabrics is definitely gone down hill. I purchased the bamboo panties and they did not hold up well at all. I went to the store, and asked the store manager in East Cobb if I could exchange them due to them not holding up. She was very rude and said that I couldn't exchange them. She implied that it was my fault for washing and drying them. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I have been a Chico's customer for the past 10 years. I finally have had it with their poor customer service in their Wilmington NC store. My friends have been asking me for years why I continue to shop their. They have been with me and have experienced their rude customer service first hand. There were 4 sales associates in the store today and only one of them said hi to me. None of them asked me if they could help me with anything, and they all treated me like I was below them. Like I said before this has gone on for years. I did notice that if you are one of their customers that go in and spend $200.00 or more at a pop they are all over you. If not, they treat you like a piece of dirt. All the clothes and accesories in my closet are from Chico's. Don't they realize all those one or two item purchases add up?. I will be taking my business across the street to J.Jill, Talbots, or Coldwater Creek from now on.

I am very unhappy with the "Travellers pants". I have been purchasing these pants for years and now they are ill fitting, sloppily made and the quality is just not there. This will be the last time I will buy these pants from Chico's. You have lost a customer. The pants elastic is too loose, the stiching is bad and I have wasted a whole bunch of money!!!!!

I visited chicos at the summit in birmingham alabama yesterday. I was treated very well and got lots of attention while shopping. However, when I asked to us the restooom after I made my purchase, I was astonished at the response from the staff. I was told someone would have to accompany me to the restoom and stand outside the stall while I used the facilities! She insisted on holding my purchase while I used the bathroom. She was obviously irritated with me for requesting to use the restroom and her expression indicated that. She stood there waiting and when I was ready to leave, I told her the restroom was very dirty and that the toilet did not flush. She acted as if I had wasted her time. I have been shopping in chicos for many years, and have never had this experience. To sum it up, as long as we are buying something, we are treated like royalty, but whatever you do, never, never ask to us the restoom!!! I am thinking of returing my purchase and never shopping at any chicos again.

I have spent a great deal of money at your Corte Madera Chico's Saturday, January 15 and here it is Monday, January 17, Martin Luther Kings Day, and an email came over for 40% additional off already-reduced merchandise. I called up the store and spoke to a lady who said that they cannot honor the additional 40%, although my receipt states that there is a 14-day price adjustment on either original or sale price merchandise. Something is wrong here and this needs to be addressed immediately. If this is not taken care of I have no other choice but not to ever shop in Chico's again.

I agree about the t shirts... but that's not why I am writing. I too.. am DONE with chicos.. only not because of individuals in the stores.. they are wonderful.. but the customer service has done me wrong wrong wrong. I am not going to waste more time writing what happened, but they have been rude and stingy and acted like they could care less if I shop at chicos again. Guess what, I won't be.. and over half my wardrobe is chicos. I would rather wear the same things over and over till I find the perfect store for me than spend another DIME at chicos. their clothes are too expensive anyhow.. and well.. too much for me to get into. GOODBYE chicos. when you fold as a company... you will know why.

I was in Atlanta, GA for the Thanksgiving Holiday and was able to go shoppint with my two daughters. I had never shopped at Chico's and was quite pleased with your store at 2385 Peachtree Rd. NE. As my daughters and I looked around the store, we saw many things that we thought we liked but as one daughter tried these items on, we became very disappointed and were ready to give up. Then an ANGEL (Pam Carson)appeared. Pam knew exactly what type on clothes my daughter should be trying on and she found many special outfits which worked beautifully for my daugher. Pam not only worked with my daughter but she handled other customers needs as she continued to help us. We would have left Chico's and purchsed nothing had it not been for Pam's help. She is certainly to be recognized as an outstanding employee. When we finally departed your store, my daughter had purchased close to $3000.00 in clothing. ( She had not really shopped in years due to job, family and the feeling that she could not find clothes that looked good on her.) We had so much fun with Pam and will certainly return in the near furture. In fact, I may become a Chico's customer in the near future. Must shop for Santa toys now. Happy Hoidays PS Please recognize Pam Carson for her outstanding performance and her wonderful personality. She is certainly a KEEPER.

I have shopped three different times at the Chicos in Ft. Worth, TX on University Dr. Every single time I go into that store the sales ladies IGNORE me. This time I brought a friend with me as a witness. I walked around for at least 10 minutes with my arms FULL of clothes before anyone offered me a room to try clothes on. Then I put a silk top, scarf and necklace on hold for just a short while. Came back about 45 minutes later and they had sold all I had on hold. My friend told me "It is not in your head - they are very rude in here". Couldn't agree more. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Stopped at a boutique on the way home and spent $300 for my date night with my sweet husband. Can't wait to wear my new outfit - which is NOT from Chicos!

The store in the Fall's used to be a nice place to shop. Now its awful. The help is rude. There is never anyone to help you. And the district manager is rude and full of herself. She happened to be in the store one day while I was shopping and I heard her speaking to an associate in the store. If I was employed there I would have walked out. I believe her name is Marlene. I will not go into that store again. Once I did get help I was pressured to purchase more than I wanted. Another negative was that all the help was speaking spanish loudly. Not worth going back.

I was a regular Chico's customer for over 12 years. I am done with Chico's. I will not shop there again. The girls in the store are pushy and rude. The manager was rude to her help at the register and they all spoke spanish. I am very disappointed in the way the store has changed especially the one close to my home. (near the Falls in Miami.) I even took the time to call Customer Service and they were of no help. Chico's can keep their coupons and their rude employees!!

My experience with your tee shirts this summer was VERY poor. All the necklines sagged. I was away, and I had no access to a store,so I kept them. I am very dissappointed.

I shop at the Chico's here at the Americana at Brand in Glendale calif. I love this store but please I was very disturbed by the early Christmas music. Hey doesn't it start till after Thanksgiving??I as well as 4 other ladies shopping at this store today we were realllly bothered by this. I actually left without buying anything, (this is a first for me)because it was so disturbing. Please change this, I am a regular at this store but I won't be stopping by as often as I normally do if I have to hear this music. Shopper should be focusing on the clothes not side tracked by the store music. Thanks

I was recently in your Stony Brook NY store and asked to put a top in hold until the next day because I had a gift certificate at home. The sales person had me write my name on a card and place it on the hanger. I wsent back the following morning and was told that the top was gone. The manager said that they had packed everything on hold that did not have a date on the card. I asked that she go through the carton but she said it had already been shipped. I told her it was Columbus Day and that the mail services were closed. She said there was nothing she could do. I think there was plenty she could do. I purchased another top and asked for a discount for my inconvenience. She said she could not do that. Not very good for business!!!! When you make a mistake you usually try to make it up to the customer.

I would like to compliment Chico's in Northbrook Court, Northbrook, IL 60062 all sales associates and managers deserve a special gift for the excellent customer service I have received. All the ladies have given me excellent service, Abby/Linda and Sam are my primary contacts, I have known them longer. You should clone the store its beyond perfect. All of my wardrobe is Chico's, only. Thanks again for the continued Super Super Customer Service Irene Theodore 461 A Foxboro Drive Wheeling, IL 847-275-8053 peacegddss@earthlink.net

Your "Extra 30% Off" e-mail offer is completely misleading. Your customer service clerk Kimberly was hugely offensive.

I am very unhappy with the current T-shirts. There is no top-stitching around the neck, which is a recent change in Chico's shirts. After just one washing the neckline is warped and the V is misshapen at the bottom. Instead of a flat, smooth V-neck, I have a crooked, lumpy, neckline which makes the shirt look old and worn. I have top-stitched shirts which are two, three, and four years old that still look like new, but my new shirts look like candidates for the rag basket after just one washing. I guess I will be forced to go to Eddie Bauer or Land's End for my shirts.
