Working for bk is no so bad the problem is that this month they are forcing us to open an account with this bank from TN Meta Bank what happened to HAVE IT YOUR WAY it's okay to have direct deposit but why not to our own accounts at our own banks What a rip off to want us to deposit to this bank and the bank then in turn do the direct deposit to our bank that is not direct deposit is re-direct deposit We are going to find out if this is legal to force us to join a bank we never heard of Burger King 911 I know it's not the manager they are putting a lot of pressure on them to make us sign the paper and activate the account

Same situation at the burger king in Jersey City ,NJ Summit Avenue.Dirty girl in the back making sandwiches named Felicia smokes black&milds outside with her plastic gloves on.Returns back to work like nothing.And when you say something she gave an attitude and a look from her dumb face as if the smoke on the gloves is a secret sauce on the menu.. Also please re hang the American flag that has been there for over 20 yrs.

Hey guys I got a good one for you but not as good as the prior post with the kid taking the trash out with gloves on and then making burgers. I went to BK the other day with the intention of cashing in some coupons and gave the girl the wrong coupon and unfortunately they had to cancel the transaction and the girl said it would take up to 90 days for the money to go back on my card. 90 days for 11 dollars are you kidding me. Yep you heard that right, up to 90 days. I said why and she said because of the bank. BULLSHIT, my wife is the branch manager of a large national bank and she said 99% get refunded within 2 days and very few upto 30 days. Don't believe there bullshit lies. The question is why do they need to hold onto your money for 90 days. Invest in cds? or maybe pay payroll, who knows. To top it off she never gave me a reciept of the canceled transaction, and I had to demand it. Very rude and arrogant white trash assistant manager. Go smoke some more meth WTF. I own a buisness and my customers have 30 days to pay me and the same applies for refunds. So if they say 90 days tell them to go to hell thats what I did.

Just went the Abilene kansas Burger King drive thru. Got (4) $1 value burgers, the meat was disgusting, it tasted like it was very old or even somewhat rotton. Two of the burgers had large hard bones in the meat, almost broke a tooth. I tried to call the manager, but the phone number listed on the website and in phonebook is wrong. What a worthless operation burgerking is... last time my family will ever visit one of those worthless dirty stinking filthy burgerking restaurants... a disgrace Regards, Trent

i went to the burger king on south blvd. in charlotte north carolina,and i did not get all my food i ordered.they even made my food different then the way i ordered it. i ordered 4 whoppers with only.they told me they could not mayo and lettuce,and they made them the regular way.i also ordered 4 large fries and they gave me 4 small fries.when i confronted them they said just deal with it. my drinks were ok.the eating area was all dirty,along with the bathrooms.i had to clean my table so we could eat.could you please do something about this before i do.the cooks were not wearing gloves to prepair the food.they dropped the buns on the floor and reused them.the cashier was really nasty to me.please can i get repaid some how for my food.

I waited in "line" behind one car that pulled in at the same time as me at the Ludington Burger King the parking lot was empty the car in front of me waited 5 minutes before anyone came on the speaker to take the order. From my car I could hear the woman say hold on a minute please. 2 minutes later took the order and the vehicle pulled up to the window. My turn was the same I waited 5 minutes and was asked to wait. I waited 5 minutes and placed my order. I pulled up behind the customer who ordered ahead of me. Waited another 3 minutes. At this point I was getting upset but kept my cool pulled ahead and waited for my food after waiting on the customer at the counter the woman took my credit card and gave me my drink. After more waiting I finaly received my food. Total of 23 minutes in the drive threw. I pulled into a parking space and made sure my order was correct and began to eat when I noticed my burger had one small piece of lettuce and a half piece of tomato and their was more sauce on the wrapper than the burger. After taking a drink of my "soda" I discovered that it was more soda water than soda. I was very upset and will not be returning to Burger king.

I went through a drive through in Del City OK and they didn't give me all my order. I didn't know this until I got home. When I tried to call the store the call went to the fax line. I kept calling back and someone finally picked up but then put it through to the fax line. When you go to the corporate website theres no place to place a complaint! BK forgetting to put food in the bag has happened numerous times and I've overlooked it and kept going back, but this time I won't be back!! BK you need to get better at customer service!!

today i recently went with my 3 year old son to burger king, and respectfully, the food service is just great, in ANSONIA CONNECTICUT, but the friendly service is horrible, i went through the drive through and noticed that there was over 6 inches high of ice that no one can drive around, right next to the window, now despite my car being a bit lower, it wouldnt matter most cars arent over 6 inches off the ground, maybe 4 at the most, but besides that, they waived me on, and i tried to mention i couldnt but they got angry with me, just after 10 seconds of telling them i cant, but so i did and my car bottomed out so bad, it broke my drivers side stock ground effect, nothing special but now this perfectly kept original car i bought last month, isnt perfect, i am getting a lawyer and i do have pics of the ice etc etc etc so burger king will eventually be hearing from my lawyer, i know you have a contractor for the snow and ice etc, and when i mentioned it to the drive thru window, they refused to offer me the corporate number, leaving me to drive over the rest of the ice, they did not care one bit that everyones car is scraping on the ice, and that theres no way around it, i just bought this car with car for a hefty price due to it being perfectly scratch free, and im not going to have this, im very dissappointed in how your employees act, most of the time the food portion of the service is perfectly fine, although the rest isnt, someone must not be taking customer satisfaction seriously when training there employees, but i am gathering plenty of evidence.....of all of this, cause im not going to pay to fix my car myself, its a good 400 bucks for this part and to paint it to match the car and pretend like it never happened, i have been a head chef for over 11 years, and even as a head chef i understand you need to clean the sidewalks etc etc in and around the store, but this store looks as if no one even shoveled, and its been a good week since it snowed last, this is not proffessional, and whoever you hire for your shoveling and ice removal etc etc is obviously not doing their job or this burgerkings manager isnt on the ball obviously......thanks for letting me express my concerns, but even so, im still going to be seeing burgerking in court unless they somehow someway, contact me with my concerns, i cant post the pics here but they are on my cell phone and my computer now, i am not deleting them they are my proof that no one there cares about customer satisfaction and the rudeness i get from the employee when i even politely ask for a number or the manager etc etc........my cell phone is 609 456 3341, and my email address is saturn82783@yahoo.com, i really really would appreciate some type of contact, instead of being ignored.........ty....Justin

On January 21 I and my husband picked our two grandsons up from school one town away from our home and came back to our town Granite City, Ill and drove thru Burger King Drive thru to get supper. I ordered kids meal chicken tender and three #9 Chicken Sandwich value meals, one plain, one no mayo and one regular with a cost of $23.36 I paid and got home 12 blocks away, sat everyone down at table and was passing food out and only got 2 #9's one plain and one no mayo with five peices of black lettuce. I call the store asked for manager and explained the picture in drive thru shows tomatoe on sandwich, told her of missing sandwich and the black lettuce on the one sandwich. Her response was whats your name? I told her then asked why she wanted my name? She said you can come on your next visit and get a sandwich and hung up. Never apologing for mistake or anything. My husband and I are handicapped so use drive thru for conveinance and I thought that was what it was invented for., but I went without supper on a winter day with ice on roads. ITS SAD YOU PAY FOR FOOD AND DON'T GET IT! AND NO APOLOGY! And this is not first time order messed up, I just never complained before. I'll take buisness elsewhere, my money will spend any place, I just loved Burger Kings fries better than McDonalds.

My experience with the Burger King in Senatobia, Ms. was very poor. On this particular day when we went to order, they were out of most everything we wanted so we had to order something we didn't really want and they didn't seem to care whether we ordered or not. The manager was walking around with a cell phone up to his ear laughing and carrying on. The employees seemed like they were having a party instead of taking care of business. Overall this Burger King was very sloppy run. There are other restaurants in town. Bad Bad

I have been working at burgerking in Baltimore,Maryland for 5yrs.on tuesday january 25th i had recieve a 100 dollar bill the rules regulate that any bills over 20 dollars we must feed rite away,we were super Busy and appromixe 30mins went by,i saw one of my manager(Donta Adams) on my draw,wHEN i went back to my draw the 100 dollar bill was gone.In result i had to pay back 84 dollars because of draw shortage.I feel this is unfair and the many years i have been working there i Have never had a draw shortage.This is very unacceptable but what i also dont understand is the 5yrs i have been working there anytime two people are on your draw and there is a shortage at the end of your shift both parties put up the money..I really feel thaT I SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY ONE PUTTING UP MONEY.CAMERAS WERE RAN BACK AND IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE MANAGER WAS ON MY DRAW.

I have had intentions of giving you this feedback for some months now and just never got around to it. I had been a daily (several times daily) customer of Burger King for years and primarily due to one reason - your coffee. I loved the "Turbo Joe" and the "Regular Joe" also. My work takes me to various locations in Northwest Florida and I found the coffee to be identical at them all. It was delicious one year ago. I could take or leave the food menu. The food menu at Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, or any other fast food franchise made little difference to me. But I take my coffee very seriously and consume a lot of it. Since Burger King changed coffee a few months ago, I have tried it three times, from three different locations. Each time the coffee tasted the same - as if it had been brewed in someone's dirty, smelly, work boot. I'm sorry, I don't say that in a mean spirit, it is just that your coffee is now awful! I realize I am only one customer, but everyone I worked with and knew who liked your coffee one year ago, no longer does. You probably should ask yourself, if one guy felt strongly enough about our coffee to email us, how many others simply quit coming to Burger King? I will probably not return to Burger King ever unless I see some advertising about a change in your coffee. i went to A BURGERKINK IN CHICAGO,[6400 FULLERTON AVE] ABOUT NOON,THE RESTROOM WAS NOT CLEAN THE DINEING ROOM WAS TERRIBLE. I DON'T THINK THEY CLEAN THE TABLES AND THERE SODA DID NOT TASTE LIKE SODA. SO I WENT TO THE SAME PLACE AT NIGHT WHERE I FOUND OUT THERE MANAGERS ARE VERY RUDE. BUT WHEN I WENT THERE IN THE MORNING BEFORE NOON, FOR SOME REASON THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN VERY INVITEING; WHO EVER DOES THE CLAENING IN THE MORNING IS DOING A GREAT JOB. VERY INVITING.5 STARS TO THAT PERSON 0R PERSONS.

Oh my god I had the worst experience at this Burger King ever. I went there for two Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwiches and got over charged. They charged my account $12.84 and I called and spoke to a Carrie (supposed to be a manager) she told me unless I had my receipt or could bring in a bank statement then she couldn’t do anything. Then she went on to tell me that they don’t give refunds and that BURGER KING MIGHT give me a gift card for $10 or $40 she didn’t know. Then about 3 days later I got a charge on my account from a McDonalds for $3.99 and I havent ate MCDonalds in almost a month. So I was like wtf. Someone from this Burger King has stolen my debit card info. I will never go back again and today I am calling corporate. If I was to call this store back it is so hard to find the number online. This is bs.

i was in a burger king in barrie vermont on n main street in barrie tonight. I like bks food but this was the worst ive ever had i was totaly disappointed. ive never had a problem with your food something needs to be done. i threw it out the window to give it to the animals. i will never eat there again.

burger king sucks. the soda was flat and they wouldnt give me my $ back. burger undercooked refused to replace it. sorry im going to go to mcdonalds or wendys next time.

This use to be my favorite fast food restaurant. I'm sure gonna miss those whoppers. Burger King at Tara Boulevard #06593 in Jonesboro, GA. They have the worst customer service. The girl at the drive thru took my money and just chucked my food at me without even greeting me. I forgot my fries and then when I went inside wow! I practically got cussed out because I asked the girl (Nikketa) to please wear gloves when handling my food. Her response was "front staff ain't got to wear no gloves". Then when I tried to get the manager's attention she totally ignored me. I was so disappointed and in a way embarrassed at the way they treated me. I am a nurse and I was also in uniform when I went into the restaurant. People who handle money should not handle food...period.
