My family and I stopped at one of your locations # 3064 located in Russellville, AR today. I have been in some form of customer service line for most of my life and have never experienced more inconsiderate treatment. I will make this as short as possible as the whole incident is over a 99 cent burger. There were six persons traveling in our party. My daughter's order was approximately $16.00 my order was $18.46. My daughter asked for an extra dipping sauce and was told very rudely she was only allowed two and not given the option of purchasing another which I am sure she would have. However she had been at the counter waiting for her order to be completed. Which took longer than necessary as no employee had put fries down. She brought her order to the table and told us of this. My grandson decided he wanted a burger instead of the nuggets he had ordered. We removed a tab from a drink cup and won a free burger. When your representative, Kathy Walters, was approached to redeem the prize she instantly said the tab had been tampered with and would not lose her job over redeeming the ticket. My son purchased the burger and came back to sit down. I approached the counter and a female asked if she could help and I showed her the tab and then asked if she was a manager. She said no, I asked for a manager and Kathy came to the counter and said she would not redeem the coupon. I asked for her name and she gave it willing and immediately stated she had already called her manager and was told not to redeem the coupon.(This decision was made on the phone without seeing the tab) I told Kathy this was all over a 99 cent burger and did not appreciate her insinuating a member of my family and myself would try to lie over a 99 cent burger when I can easily afford to pay for. As I left the store I noticed the customer service number (the last 4 digit) have been scraped off of the door. I asked a male behind the counter if he was aware the numbers were missing and nothing more was offered. As a manager it would seem your representative could have made a decision to satisfy a customer and offer the burger at no cost. The only Burger King in Apalachicola Fl.has not served ice cream, shakes, or any floats since I arrived on June 9th 2010. There ia a sign on the drive-thru menu that says TEMPORARILY OUT. Can someone please come fix it?

I have always liked the coffee at Burger King and always purchase some with my Whopper. I cannot drink caffeine, so I get decaf and add some hot water to it to dilute it a little. I usually go in the afternoon when I get hungry after working in my office. Imagine my surprise to find out that the coffee machine is gone and is not coming back!!! The manager at the store on Collins Ave in Sunny Isles, FL told me that now they put a small coffee server on the counter for breakfast only! WHAT A STUPID IDEA!!!! Why can't we have coffee in the afternoon when we need it? Why can't I have coffee with my burger? I do not drink soda. All the soda machines are still there, but NO COFFEE! This is outrageous! BK, you have just lost another customer.

Last night my husband and I went through the drive-thru in your Elmira, NY Burger King. We got two drinks, but no straws. My husband then had to go inside to get us straws. How can you drink a soft drink in the car without a straw? Comeone people common sense. The fries were so greasy and hot that they actually left marks on the bag. The fries left a terrible aftertaste in our mouths. We tried to get rid of the taste by drinking, but it didn't go away and made the drink taste horrible. After about 5 minutes the aftertaste was gone, so we were able to drink our drinks. We love to eat at Burger King, normally, but this morning neither of us were feeling good either. Too much grease gives too much gas.

Today I went into BK for an eggnorous. I was third in line waiting while 4 employees talked to each other and ignored the customers. After 18 minutes, one of the employees looked up and saw about 12 people in line. All of us were told breakfast ends at 10:30! It was then 10:35, but we were waiting since 10:15! This is the third time this has happened on 3 separate weeks. I am really upset. How do you expect to survive this economy if your employees ignore the customers ? This store is in Mount Pleasant in Town Center. When I asked for the manager, I had to ask twice and waited another 10 minutes. I went to the Burger King in Halls Crossroads, TN the evening of June 26th, 2010 around 7 PM. I was craving a charbroiled whopper and some fries. I have not been to a Burger King in years but I remember the fries as being really good. The plain Whopper I ordered really hit the spot but I was shocked at how bad the fries tasted. I could smell the odor of old cooking grease before I even tasted them! It was disgusting and a total waste of my money. How about changing the cooking oil a little more often! A. I was just at the Burger King in Englewood, OH and my kids were treated horrible by the manager "Debbie."" She would not give her last name and would not give me the district managers name and number. She is a disgrace to Burger King and we will never go back!

In Chicago, I go to BK on either 2500 or 2600 N. Western Ave. I also been going to the other BK at Belmont and California Ave. It is like night and day. Why is the BK on Western Ave look in such poor condition, in need of a face lift. When the one at Belmont looks so friendly and homely. It is not that it is not making a lot of money. For I know that place is bringing in the bucks. What is that owner thinking? Down the street is a McDonald and way more nice looking. I now take my friend to other fast food places that are well maintained. Ops did you loss some business. You know the game, if you do not appeal to the public, the public will go else where to be happy with the money. Remember, the customer is always right. I had the worst service at a burger king in RIVIERA BEACH FLORIDA on BLUE HERON BLVD by the i-95. This burger king has a nasty manager with a bad attitude and some rotten gold teeth in her mouth. I placed for a chicken sandwich meal, when i got it the chicken it looked dark brown and hard, my fries was cold and greasy. I went back and asked for a refund she said there is nothin wrong with it it just looked burnt we need to change the grease. I said no i want my money back, she said we don't do that at this burger king!!! with an attitude. Were do you get these managers from? I will never visit another burger king they refused to give me my money $6 and change i payed for nothing!! NO MANAGERS WITH GOLD TEETH (ROTTEN GOLD TEETH) SMDH.

Store 11832, 3293 Columbia Blvd, Titusville, FL 32780 has become a nightmare! We used to eat there at least once a week but over the past 10 months, and particularly this month, it is a pig sty! Constant change over of personnel with increasingly poor customer service skills, general state of uncleanliness, behind the counter and in the general seating area, are only the start! Both bathrooms are ALWAYS in a horrible state - disgusting! We had to wipe our shoes in the grass before getting bak in the car because of the filth on the floors in the restrooms. I don't know who owns that franchise, but they are killing your reputation! Fortunately there is a Wendy's and Taco Belle just across the street to the north and a Micky D to the East! Get on that franchise or it is done soon.

Last week I purchased from your burger king at Address: 580 Hegenberger Rd, Oakland, CA 94621, USA Phone: (510) 568-0668 they sold me your new rib promotion 8 pc ribs $ 9.00 very exspencive for 8 quarter size ribs also two whip it whoppers and apple pie the only thing i could eat was the pie, the tiny ribs were burnt beyond black and totally dry the whoppers also were minus pepper jack cheese & spread.The thing that makes that burger what it is I called and spoke with the on duty Mrg. A Marta told her of my unsatisfactory meal she said they would replace it fine. I return today 6-11-10 the unbliving Mgr on duty her name Linda, tells me no more whopper Whipits. Linda Gave Me A very Hard time was very unpleasent toward me and when I asked about the burnt ribs was told all there ribs came out brunt and that was just the way it is I requested another meal, one that I had Had at other Burger Kings with no problems before the 12 pc chicken fingers. she begrudgenly gave me my chicken fingers but when i got them home they were also dark hard dry things, I have come to the conculsion that the lower econmic areas were Burger King sells it's products do not have any quality standards I belive they reheat reuse food that does not sell and or give the sub quality food to any one who makes a complaint, this is a terrible practice especially given that most of the money made from your chain is dirived from the high volume of sale to this customer base. you make enoufe money you don't have to rip pepole off! Burger King was my first job. I was an original crew member from Albany, Ga to go to Florida for training on the Original Chicken Sandwich when it was first introduced. I have been eating it now for over 30 years. I live in Camilla, Ga and up until a few years ago when Burger King opened up here I would have to drive into Albany to purchase one. So I was thrilled to have a Burger King right around the corner. I am sad to say however that the customer service there is less than desirable and has gotten so bad that after the incident that happened to me last night I feel the need to right this review and possibly take further action. It was 8:56 pm and I was hungry and could not decide between a McDonald's hamburger or of course my chicken sandwich. I saw the Burger King Sign Marquee that said Chicken Sandwich Meal Deal $3.99 and that made up my mind for me! Usually the Meal deals are on on Mondays and this was Saturday Night! I pull up to the drive-in window and asked for the meal deal. I was told that the chicken meal was only for Mondays and the Double Cheesburger was on special this night. I told the girl that I was well aware of that however on the huge sign out front under your Huge logo sign it plainly states "Chicken Sandwich Meal Deal $3.99". She said maam you can't have that for that price it is only for Mondays. I said than why do you have the sign out front saying it is on sale with not mention of it being on Monday? She did not respond. Then she said what do you want to order lady? I said again the meal deal advertised on your marquee. She yelled at me YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET IT! I said fine and drove around and parked my car. I went into the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told him what had happened and he said well the deal does not start until Monday. I said sir I can read and I turned and at looked at the Sign right out the window and said to him does your sign say starts Monday on it? He said no. I said than how would a customer driving into your restaurant know they were supposed to read your mind and wait until Monday to order it? No response. I said are you as the manager going to stand here and tell me that you are not going to honor the sign you have in big bold black letters? He said the register will not let us ring it up until Monday. I said than why did you put the message on the marquee? He said because I have to do what they tell me to do. I said sir this is outrageous. I was an assistant manager at Winn Dixie and I would have been fired if I gave a customer a response like he gave me and not handled his complaint appropriately! (At Winn Dixie we would not however have put out a huge sale sign like that until it was actually on sale!) I told him that I was going to take a picture of that sign and send it to your headquarters and see if they can explain to me how it is my fault I cannot get what you advertise. I asked for the corporate number to call and make a complaint. As he walked back into the office I asked two ladies next to me if they could read the the sign they laughed and said yes. I said what does it say? They said just what you said it did and they should honor it. I said thanks I think so too. The man came back and gave me a number. I tried to call the number he wrote out and of course it was not your number. I think the manager that was on duty saturday night June 5, 2010 at 8:56 pm in the Camilla Ga Burger King needs to go to manager training from some place other than your company if this is how you teach your managers to handle their stores and that the girl that yelled at me should be fired. We as consumers work to hard for our money to come and spend it at an establishment that will treat it's customers like we are the idiots and I for one have eaten my last chicken sandwich from Burger King until you guys can get your act together! I drove by the Burger King this morning and the sign is still up. I have a picture of it and I am going to write an article for our local paper and attach the picture. The manager was so unconcerned about my complaint that he did not bother to change the sign. I am quite sure mine was not the only business lost because of it.

I had quick need for sugar today and visited BK in Salem NH for the first time in about 14 years. Flipping DISGUSTING fries, totally greasy burger and not orange soda. I have not had one in about 5 years (soda but really craved orange for some reason). But the MOST OFFENSIVE was the trash surrounding the perimeter of the property and not ONE trash can. Can you say HEALTH DEPARTMENT FIRST THING IN THE AM? Unreal, there must be rats all over the place. I did restaurant for three years, sold and would not touch it with a ten foot pole but not having trash cans for takeout is against health codes. Cut costs all you want but this will be dealt with, promptly.

Ref store# 12809 Collins, MS. During my recent visit I was instructed to "pull forward" after paying for my meal. Little did I know that I was the third car in the parking lot that was told to pull forward. I was told that this was done so they can keep the drive thru time to a minimum. While waiting a full fifteen minutes to receive my order, I observed three other vehicles pull into the parking lot, enter the restaurant and leave. All of them were talking about how nasty it was inside. The other two cars that were ahead of me received their orders but had to return them because they were incorrect. One of the ladies that returned her order told me that there were 3 other people in the store asking for their money back because of the filthiness of the store, incorrect orders and poor customer service. I will never return to this location again. I also know of several other people that will not return to this location for the same reason. You should be embarrassed to have a restaurant in this condition.

To: Burger King Corporaton. Good Morning; I have worked for B.K. since Nov.29th 2007. I am Ex-US Navy (Active Duty 16Nov1972 - 16 Nov1976. 16 Nov 1976 - 16 Nov1978 inactive reserve) my main job was in the supply division onboard ship. During that time I learned how to work in a TEAM, I also learned to be a TEAM leader. In 1991 I went back to college and have earned 138 college credits. My main course of study was Business Management and Computer Science, I carry a 3.58 grade point avarage. My problem is that the management company for this part of Michigan seems to me is failing to do the job profesionaly. 1.) I am the AM porter. Over a year ago I asked to be cross trained, to simply to work in the kitchen, to get more hours. The manager and the district manager had to look-up what affirmative action ment,according to the State and Federal labor law poster I, being Ex- military I am to "requires affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified Vietnam era veterans." I have my DD 214 military discharge papers that very clearly show my time of service. All I have been given is a hard time about it. 2.) This store has been in "Lockdown" for the past couple of months. I have been given orders to use DOLLAR STORE cleaning chemicals. They want the job done but they don't provide the proper approved cleaning chemicals to do the job and they expect/demand the job to be done properly. 3.) The AM Porter Schedual clearly states that I should start my day @ 5:30am and finish at 11:30am. The manager of the store (7180) has me come in at 5:00am and tells me to go home @ 8:30am-9:00am. the is no way I can get everything done properly in 3 hrs. or less depending on LABOR for the day, his call. 6 hrs of work in 3 hrs. or less, then if everything isn't done I get yelled at or worse written up, for following orders. Cutting operational costs are a priority but this is just STUPID. 4.) 33 days ago I had a meeting with manager of the store, the district manager, and the regional manager, based onthe idea that I simply wanted a raise and to hash over some other minor problems. I was put into a 30 day looksee. At the end of that time I was re evaluated, I followed the store managers instuctions to a "T". I did any and everything that he wanted in the time he gave me. He tells me when He wants me there and what needs to be done daily and when to go home. For all my work I lost a whole point. 5.) Due to the tomato shortage, the store is buying local greenhouse tomatoes and then having my rebox them in our regular shippers boxes. 6.) Salids: any leftover from the pervious day the time stamp stickers are scraped off and current stickers applied. 7.) Having other employees work around the building, painting, planting of flowers, weeding, and for those people, including myself, to work "off the clock". To save on Labor. 8.)Playgrounds 2008- I was appointed as the PROJECT MANAGER, I trained 11 people and 2 district managers how to do simple repairs. I did ALL the structureal change overs, I did all of the installation for the floor matts. During the first two weeks I was told that I would be given a raise. I did get my raise but 30 days after the project was done and after I got back to my home store. The Regional Manager and the District Manager both got the yearend bonus for a job well done,- BUT I WAS THE ONE IN THE TRENCHES DOING THE SWEAT EQUITY, DOING THE WORK AND TRAINING THE PEOPLE. I DID NOT GET A BONUS. Now "they" treat me as a threat because I have the tools and the knowledge to use said tools. I managed and maintained 5 work sites all at the same time. My actions saved the management company well over $100.000.00.(One Hundred Thousand Dollars)and I didn't get a bonus. They took all the credit and got their bonuss. 9.)I am building maintanceman, I am a professional, in my other job I am the resident manager of 26 apt 3 floor building. I am a dyed in the wool manager, I am the old guy on the block that fixes stuff. I was asked to loan my tools and equipment to the district manager and the store manager, neither one knows what end of the wrench to hang on to. I do not loanout my tools, if there something that needs to be fixed, ask me, put me on the clock and I will see what I can do. Now, it is my observation that you as "Corporate" really need to look into this matter and to take an active role to fix this problem. Right is right and wrong is wrong bad management is bad management If you as BURGER KING don't do anything I will take my next step and file a complaint with the State and Federal Labor Boards and the Veterans Admin. in Washington DC. I will take legal action and will bring a massive lawsuit to your doorstep. Veterans are NOT TO BE TREATED BADLY! When I first started working for BK, I felt rather proud to be working for BK, the #1 burger joint in the WORLD, but now, I am not so sure. Work for the "KING" and get screwed. I HAVE TO TURN THE CHANNEL OFF WHEN THEY COME ON BECAUSE THE MASCOT "KING" IS THE MOST FRIGHTENING CHARACTER THEY COULD EVER COME UP WITH. THERE IS NOTHING ENDERING ABOUT HIM WITH HIS SOLID PLASTIC HEAD AND SCRAWNEY LEGS. HE IS ALWAYS PORTRAYED AS VIOLENT : PUSHING PEOPLE DOWN, SHOVING PEOPLE OUT OF THE WAY , AND THE WORST WAS WHEN THEY HAD HIM DRIVING A CAR AND USING IT TO CHASE PEOPLE DOWN ( I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT THE FIRST TIME I SAW THAT ). IN THE MOST CURRENT ADS HE SNATCHES A TRAY OF FOOD FROM SOMEONE AND MAKES THEM CHASE HIM . HE IS NOT CHILD FRIENDLY , IN FACT , IF ANYTHING HE IS THREATENING . MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO DITCH THE "KING" , GET A TOTALLY NEW ADVERTISING DEPARTMENT AND START FROM SCRATCH TO MAKE SOME FRIENDLIER , FAMILY HAPPY ADS THAT WE ( ALL BK LOVERS ) CAN BE PROUD OF .

Ref: Restaurant # 6782 Tukwila WA. Two orders of Grilled Chicken Garden Salad this week were both off target. On both orders the chicken was not cut into smaller serving sizes. One order, croutons were not placed into the bag. A 'manager' later took my call but did not seem to be concerned with my complaint. After some 15 years of patronizing this restaurant, my business will be elsewhere. If a so called 'manager' cannot assume any responsibility, and the condition of my dinner is somehow my ' fault', Burger King has much larger problems.
