I just left Burger King restaurant #5156. I pulled up to order and the asked my order. When I got up to the window they didn't know what my order was and asked me to order again and then told me that they had bad iced tea and offered me fresh iced tea. I replied yes and received a cup of cold ice water with some color and no tea flavor at all. On top of all this I was waiting for my order for ten minutes in front of the store, I guarantee it was because they're cheating on their drive through times. I will never return to this store or ever recommend to anyone I know. I'll recommend never to go this store, they didn't even give me a receipt b/c they knew I was going to complain about this poor service.

YESTERDAY 4/12/11 I WENT TO THE BURGER KING IN OLNEY, IL AND GOT A SODA AT THE DRIVE UP WINDOW ON MY WAY HOME. WHEN I GOT HOME AND WENT TO POUR THE ICE OUT AND THROW AWAY MY CUP, I SEEN SOMETHING BLACK IN MY CUP, SO I POURED IT INTO THE LID AND TO MY HORROR IT WAS 2 MICE TURDS...I CALLED BURGER KING THEY WERE NOT THE LEAST CONCERNED, ASK IF I WANTED A FREE SODA!!!!!!!! I SAID ABSOUTLEY NOT!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP AT A BURGER KING AND WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO TELL EVERYONE IN OUR COMMUNITY ABOUT THIS. I WORK IN A BUSINESS THAT HAS A LOT OF CUSTOMERS AND IN A SMALL COMMUNITY.I WILL GET WORD OUT ABOUT THIS. THE MANAGER ASK HOW DID IT GET IN THERE? LIKE I KNEW...I TOLD HER I DID NOT KNOW I CAME HOME THE LID WAS NOT TAKEN OFF AND I DONT HAVE MICE IN MY CAR...SO BE WARY OF BURGER KING IN OLNEY, ILLINOIS...
I am 99% done with Burger KIng, The only reason why i didnt say 100% is because if there is nothing else around and im starving then "MAYBE" i may get something. I went to a burger king in Laudehill Florida on commercial blvd and university. When i placed my order i realized that the person wasnt wearing gloves, and then scratched his afro. I asked the lady, why is he not wearing gloves. she said they are not required as long as they wash there hands. I never seen anyone wash there hands, unless they are rinsing them under a hose in the back. All other places where gloves except B.K. Well Burger King since you dont care for anyones health, you will lose me as a customer now, and i will advise people on the gross health you teach your employees.
I am a former employee of Burger King...summer of 1978, Columbus, Ohio. Back then, Burger King was one of the best fast food restaurants a person could visit. Over the years, the quality of service and food has deteriorated to a level it may never recover from. Why is it that every Burger King can set it's own prices? One sells a small frozen coke for $1.00 and then an other just down the road is $1.50 I will not purchase anything from a company that let's each owner set it's own prices. I have enjoyed the whooper for a long time but I guess everything comes to an end!!!!
Hello, i recently went into a burger king at, 510 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201-5305, Restaurant #11184. I think some of the pricing at this store is outrageous. I went to this store with my wife. She had the #1 whopper meal & i had a BK Stacker the 1 dollar one. The rep asked my wife if she wanted cheese with her meal which my wife obliged to. What i find totally wrong is that you need to tell people that they are being charged for extra what what im really upset about is that they charge an extra $1.41 for a slice of cheese. 1 little slice of cheese, i didnt make a stink of it because that what she wanted but was upset at the fact that they dont inform you of the extra charge. Her #1 meal was $6.09 and on the reciept she charged me $7.49. I had to ask why and point to the meal saying the sign says $6.49. Then she finally told me that a slice of cheese is $1.41 cents which they dont inform people of that outrageous charge. I had 1 BK Stacker that comes with cheese for $1 and imagine i had to pay $1.41 for a slice of cheese as an add on. That one slice of cheese costed more then my BK Stacker hamburger with cheese. Absolutlely LUDACRIS!!!!
I stop at one of your burgerkings in cleveland, Tn. on hwy 60. The whooper i got Tasted Like Cow shit , It realy did. I been a round cows & horses. I been throwed on the ground in shit before. So i should know what it taste like . Not kiding it did, it made me sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The whopper has always been my favorite Burger.
I recently visited the bay city, mi location. The food was great as usual. I saw the distric manager And the general manager belittling the crew members in front of the guest. This is very unprofessional and shld not be tolerated. I saw one employee terminated without any reason and she was denied any proof or paper work. What kind of company is this? The better business bureau shld be notified and action shold be taken with these managers. I will not be returning and encourage other guests to visit a different location.
we my wife &i stoped at b/k wilmington,ma on lowell st. we orderd of the value meal f/f two double cheeseburgers one each coffee,and a cold drink we started on the f/f first then we both started eating our burgers they were only warm i called for the person in charge i belive her name was holli d. she asked if i wanted my money back i said no i would like two more hot double cheese like we got earlyer she said o.k. we waited about 10 min. a man brought out to more on a tray they were so hot all the cheese melted of she said they were coked on the grill then put in micrwave paper wraping was so hot we coulde'nt open them i don't know what they were trying to do.not a good way to keep customer's comeing back we have been going there since b / k opend.good luck in your indever to keep custmers happy.

The job is not as easy as all the pricks on here think it is. I want each of you to do my job one time. What a bunch of losers. Grow up. I know every last one of you are probably fat and ugly and have nothing better to do then complain. How bout you go on a diet and you guys won't have to worry about bad sevice lol. Fat fuckers.

I had the worst service in Thompson, Georgia store number is5907.We decided to stop there for breakfast,I decided to go up to the cash register with my brother to order for a party of 10. I thought it would make it easier just go head and order for everybody.After I had finished up placing the order,I asked the cashier to repeat it back to me,all of the sudden, she started sucking her teeth, rolling eyes,and slammed the cash register.I asked her what's the attitude, she said she didn't know what I was talking about.I asked to speak with the mananger she says she is the manager!WOW REALLY? First of all, I shouldn't have to ask her to repeat the order,it's her job.BK should be more careful on how to hire more friendly and responsible people,because of the manager like her, that's the reason why it gives the employees under her,to treat the customers with the attiude which they didn't call for.
I sent my husband to Burger King tonight (Sunday 3/6/11) to bring supper home at the one in Lebanon PA on W. Cumberland St. He went to the drive thru window. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers PLAIN..they were NOT!!!, a Rodeo burger with pickles--NO PICKLES were added, a BK Stacker--the buns were bigger then the burger, there was two TINY strips of bacon on it & one very SMALL dab of suace--the dryest sandwhich I ever had!!...Onion Rings & French fries were OVER COOKED!!!...Burger King USED to have good food but now it's becoming the WORST fast food place around!!! They just LOST OUR BUISINESS!!!...The MORE you pay the LESS you get!!!....BURGER KING YOU REALLY SUCK!!!!
3-6-11. THE BURGER KING ON 40TH AND OLD CHENEY ROAD IN LINCOLN NEBRASKA IS HORRIBLE. THE MANAGER (ERIC) CANT EVEN FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A BURGER "MY WAY". I ASKED ERIC POLITELY ONE EVENING IF HE COULD PLEASE ADD THREE SLICES OF TOMATOES TO MY BURGER. AS I OPENED MY BURGER AFTER DRIVING ALL THE WAY HOME I FOUND ONE SLICE OF TOMATO WITH THE STEM STILL ATTACHED, ACCOMPANIED BY A BROWN LOOKING SLIME I COULD NOT IDENTIFY. I AM JUST APPALLED AT THE FACT THAT EVERY TIME I DRIVE THROUGH THE 40TH AND OLD CHENEY BURGER KING MY SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALWAYS NEGLECTED. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THE SIMPLY ASK FOR. IF THEY CANT SIMPLY ADD TOMATO TO MY SANDWICH THEN HOW AM I TO BE CERTAIN THAT ERIC WASHES HIS HANDS AFTER HAVING DIARRHEA?
For 20 years, Burger Kings in Maine used to be our favorite fast food restaurants. Not any more. We're done with them. For a year now, everytime we walked into the Auburn Maine restaurant, it smelled like an unclean bathroom, if you know what I mean. We would always walk out. In any of the restaurants, the Junior Whopper used to have a good size burger and it was juicy with tomato, lettuce and mayo. Now there is more lettuce than burger. The meat is very thin and much smaller in diameter than it ever was before. Today we bought 2 Junior Whoppers. Took it to the car to eat and there was no tomatoes. My husband took them back in and without saying a word the cashier pointed to a sign below the counter that said (We are out of tomatoes). How could this happen when tomatoes and lettuce complete the Junior Whopper. Poor management, I would suspect. Whatever the reason, we've had enough with all of them.
My 3-5-11 visit to the Hope Mills, NC B.K. was a disaster. Arrived at 8:15pm The drive thru lanes were just not moving. Busy but nothing extraordinary, a typical Friday evening. I gave the voice attendant my order then pd at the window and rcv'd the meals at the final window. I looked in the bag and realized that what was given to me was someone else's order. I parked in the lot and carried the order into the store and the lines were long. After 15 min's, I went back to the car and got into the drive thru line again. It is now 9pm and 45 min's have been used so far. Finally at the order speaker and it took 7 minutes for someone to ask for my order. I explained what happened and after a long pause the mgr came on speaker. I explained the extreme long wait and she told me and I quote: "Sir, maybe you should go somewhere else." I couldn't believe my ears. After all the wasted time I threw the BK meal bags into the dumpster and went down the road to a BBQ place and got in out and my order in less than 4 min's. I curse BK and will call all 8 grand children and their parents to never visit this restaurant. And advised them to tell all of their friends to avoid BK like the plague also. What a nightmare. These BK mgr's should be fired. They don't give a hoot about the service to the clients.

What is going on with BK these days? The people there want to kick you out as soon as possible and treat you like they have a higher education than you do. Dont use the bathroom and ddont order anything that they can touch..........actually I think you are better off just buying from a vending machine.
