Burger King Corporate Office & Headquarters

I live Naples FL.. after working a 14 hour shift at my job i dint want to cook.. I asked my boyfriend to go get some food.. we got twowhopper meals.. It was $20.01.. The next day i look at my card charges and you guys charge me twice.. When i went back into the location I got my food at the night before.. They tell me there isn't anything they can do.. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning!! You guys are a rip off!!

BK would save money if you guys change the condiment portion amounts. Often the sandwiches are very sloppy because of the excessive amounts of mayo. I can't get the flavor of the sandwich because of the excessive condiment amounts. Let the customer request extra packets if they prefer additional condiments.

Close the store. Just close it! The address is 1501 Charlotte Ave. Nashville, TN, and I've just wasted my last dollars there. If a 16 yr. old boy (my son) throws away a meal, it's beyond BAD! He'll eat anything ...or so I thought. We ordered the Whopper meal - he said the sandwich was bad (tasteless and lifeless) and the fries were even worse. Personally, I gave up on Burger King myself long before this - ESPECIALLY this particular store! Board it up without hesitation! I'm not joking. I gave it one star because I couldn't find a way to give it a below (negative) rating. It doesn't deserve one star.

I eat tons of fast food. I like them all. But why on earth does B K burgers are MUCH smaller than BUN .Woudnt you save money if bun was reduced to the size of the patty!!!!!!!!

dear corporate, my name is Crystal S. and i am from Pharr Tx. I had ordered a ten pc nuggets combo. Then nuggets where cold and also the fries very time i go their they always miss up my order. The employees are always rude.

I was going to leave something but do not think Burger King gives a damn about what people think they just wont to rip people off what a shame they are just like the rest of the world but they can not take $$$$$ with them. guess they will figure it out when they are gone

I am a navie of Apex NC.....I took a bus load of students to the Burger King on East or West Williams St and was mistreated, NEVER AGAIN!! The manager said that I would receive a bus courtesy because I brought so many customers . when I ordered she stated that I could only get ice cream.

Can somebody please tell me why the Burger King employees of Sint Maarten (Simpson Bay) don't use gloves to prepare the burgers, and why are the burgers so small and sloppy? What are the owner and manager doing? I stood there on many occasions watching them prepare the burgers with their nasty, bare hands.

I live in Traverse City Michigan and as a corporate headquarters you should really look at the way they treat their employees they make the sm, am1,am2,and am3 work 9 sometimes 10 hours shift and only give them a fifthteen minute break. The owners of the Traverse City Locations should be investigated and fined. This is unfair labor. I bet the owners have longer then a 15 minute break. please I ask that you look into this and make it fair for the employees of the traverse city Michigan locations.

like the new fall menu I'm a Tractor trailer driver eat fast food a lot but been on a BK hiatius for about ten years because the food sucked . I'm eating the Italian ck sandwich a lot for lunch lately its delicious :)

I went to the Burger King in New Waverly, Texas. Was the best service I have ever recieved at a fast food establishment. The service personal had SMILES!! WOW!! do you see that in fast food any more. Food was excellent and it was clean. Ever in Texas just take exit 102 to the BURGER KING!!!

Dear Sir, I stopped in to one of your stores #9301 and I could not believe how this store could put out such a poor product. I think you should start some sort of quality control and visit your stores. Thank you, Dennis

THE BURGERKING IN WESTWEGO LOUISANA IS VERY SLOW IF YOU ORDER AT 1200 YOU WILL GET YOUR FOOD AT 1240 AN ALSO I AM A TRUCKDRIVER I STOP BY THIS BURGERKING EVERY MORINING AT 600AM FOR BREAKFAST FOR 2 MONTHS IN A ROW THE SIGN SAID OPEN AT 530AM I SIT THERE UNTIL 645AM THE DOORS ARE STILL LOCK PLEASE ADRESS THIS ISSUE TRUCK DRIVERS NEED TO EAT TO THANKS .

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes with one car in front of me. Was stuck in line until the two cars behind me were able to back up. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past the BK on Oregon Ave. in Philly!

Cleveland, Ohio 6000 Memphis Ave store General Manager has very nasty attitude.

The worst service ever! First off the Burger King on Highway 73 in Gesimar Louisiana and the one in Gonzales Louisiana on Highway 30 should be shut down because there service is so slow. Today I went to the one on Highway 30 (10/24/2012 @ 7:30 PM) with a friend. He ordered a raspberry smoothie and gave them $10. And they gave him $2.26 back and the wrong flavor smoothie. Then I ordered a smoothie and a grilled chicken wrap. And they gave me the wrong smoothie flavor and a crispy chicken wrap. And by the way these two orders took about 20 minutes. The manager who was actually taking the order was also on the cell phone talking to "according to her" there general manager about some Burger King scholar ship program. There is no way a company should even employe a person like this. And to the scholar ship program, no comment...... What a joke customer service has become over the last 10 years. Please fix this management and customer service issue or I will take my money else where.

The location in Albany, GA will only allow Fox TV station to play during the lunch hours and that is offended to me. I feel there should be more choices. It seems to be seening a message.
