I bought the largest Tracker Jon Boat 15-1/2 ft with trailer and 9.9 Mercury motor. $4200.00. Not counting another 600.00 for seats and misc for the boat. I finally got to take the Mercury out saturday 6/5/2010 a lake is over and hour away that I can put it in. Well the damn thing would not crack!! Here me and my stepson Michael Hulsey was dead in the water close to the loading dock and we called the place where we bought it at Bass Pro Shop on Surgar Loaf Parkway in Lawrenceville GA. The lady that work your phones kept putting me thru to voice mail and I had told her we were dead in the water. So since we could not get any help we had to load it up and bring it home which was a hour away. I called Bass pro Shops same thing again well we are fixing to close and we are closed on sundays, (parts dept). I got the store manager, he said to bring it in that 9 out of 10 of these Mercury Motors come back. Well if that is the case why are you selling them!!!! Its not right I have to drive from Douglasville Ga to Lawrenceville gA just to get it checked out. That is very BAD BUSINESS. I want someone to contact me on some kind of resulation, I bought this set up so my handicap wife can have some enjoyment in her life. Now I am afraid to take it to another big lake for fear of going dead in the water. If someone calls the stores and they say they have a problem like us they should jump on it. You need to have more training on the phone system. My home number is 770-947-9262 you can talk to me or my wife. Now adays money is tight and when you drop or charge almost 5 thousand dollars you would think it would mean something. Now when I went and bought it the people were very helpfull so I am not downing them. Its the way it was handeled and should not have sold it to me. Please have someone to call me!!!
