I have a problem; seven months ago my wife and I walked into your store,I told the saleaman we need beds for our children, when t he bed arrived it was damaged and not usable.and it didny have matresses bed bed, i thought i was buying acomrlete bed I wanted a refund ,venhave hadsethe Mng,promised tofix it promptly,they have had seven monthsIhave wasted several days watting for promises that never happened the sales manager told my wife we could not get our money back please take back your broken bed,I live at 515 greenbrier dr. #4 oceanside california 93054 I bought the beb in san marcos calif

Horrible customer service - ordered stuff to be delivered - received call the night before to confirm an item that was to be delivered - item was not delivered - called customer service they said not their problem and to call the store - called store and they said I could come pick it up - even though it was suppose to be delivered - will NEVER do business with this company again - terrible customer service - I paid for the delivery - also will not give me a refund without charging me the service fee.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY..... We purchased 3 pieces from the Pearland Texas store all are stained poorly. We tried to return the worst and after a 3 week wait they tried to pass off a piece that looked like someone else returned. Piss Poor does not even begin to describe their coustomer service. Cheep Chinese Crap is what you will get from Ashley. Save your money, don't waste it on Ashley Crap.....

I had a badexpirence with Ashley furniture . First I purchase my living room set and I check my bill and they were charging me for my thrown that they had told me I got the day I purchase and I got nothing. On my dinning set I told them if they could send me the blue plates set and they still send me red. On my bedroom set was a back order and they said it would take a month then I called them a month later and they told me it would be a other month. Which all this time I would not move in to my new home waiting of my bed. I finally move in and been sleeping on the floor. My husband was ready to call them to cancel everything when they call and said if we would take a partial shipment the only thing that was on back order was the mirror. So hope fully they deliver on Tuesday be cause this is to much. I should have gone to living spaces. I went to the manager in northridge ca and he didnt seem to care he did not even apologies.

I purchased a table, went 2 days later to pick it up and it had scratches on the top. They said they would refinish it and call me when it was ready.... 3 weeks later l purchased a new table from another company to replace the one they had yet to refinish and called to cancel... I left 3 msgs for the sales man to call me and he never returned any calls. 2 weeks after that (6 weeks after purchase) I got a call saying that the table was ready, I said l was trying to cancel that table and the employee told me I had to speak to someone else and he wld have that person call me "right" back only no one ever called. 2 more weeks went by and l called again to speak to a mngr. He apologized and said he wld have my refund on my card within 3 days.... That was a month ago. I called again and the mngr told me he had to do some research because he didn't remember me or what l was talking about, that he would call me "right" back yet again, and l have yet to hear from him........ It has now been almost 4 months!...6/12/12

I GAVE THIS STORE IN BILOXI,MS. 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING LOWER TO GIVE THEM. THERE STORE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE MANAGER IS A JACKASS AND HIS GIRL FRIDAY AT THE DESK IS THE MOST RUDE HATEFUL DISRESPECTFUL EXCUSE FOR A YOUNG LADY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN BUSINESS. THEY LIE THEY PROMISE FURNITURE AND THEN CAN'T DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU. IT IS JUST THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A FURNITURE STORE THAT EVER WAS. I WOULD RATHER GET FURNITURE FROM WALMART THAN TO EVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. SHOP ANY WHERE BUT ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMESTORE AND MAINLY NEVER GO NEAR THE BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI STORE. IT IS A NIGHTMARE WAITING TO HAPPEN.

The sales people can be annoying (like most furniture stores), but ours was good. We got 2 couches, 2 tables, and 4 chairs. All were delivered on time and in good condition (within 1 week from purchase). They gave us 3 days to inspect the furniture for any defects, and offered to replace if we found any. Our couches are very comfortable and our tables are beautiful. We get a lot of compliments on the look and comfort of the furniture. I'm shocked at all the bad reviews here. I've had MUCH worse luck at other furniture stores.

They dont deserve any star at all. I went to buy furniture at Cumming GA store. I ordered Sofa and Loveseat at the same time with lot of other furniture. The delivery date was confirmed and the day of delivery they just gave us sofa and told us to wait on loveseat coz it back order. One month is already gone and nobody contacted for loveseat. When I called the customer service they said that they dont know till now. I called Manger to return the sofa coz it is useless without loveseat. They refused to return. Never going back to buy any single item. I just started hating them so much. Warning for all of you gusy.

I purchased a dinning room and bedroom. It took four weeks to receive my furniture and the bed rail was broken. I had to wait another three weeks for the bed rail. The delivery was set between 9and12 noon. The rail arrived at7pm. I played phone tag with the sales clerk regarding my frustration. To add insult to injury, I signed up for no money no interest for 24 months and now the bank is calling me for monthly payments. I submitted a complaint to the Attorney General Office and to The Better Business Bureau.

NO STAR !!!! in 2006 , I bought a bedroom set at S&Y Ashley dealer in Mojave , California . The mattress sunk in the middle right away ...the guy at the store where I bought it said I had to flip and rotate it so it would wear evenly . I bought a pillow top memory foam to fix that at my expense . Like an idiot I went back to them in 2011 and bought a lether sectional sofa with three recliners in it and paid $1800 for it . The day it was delivered it had two holes and a large sewing needle sticking out of it ...it was junk ! I asked if I could exchange it and I was told no ...I asked if I could get a refund and I was told no ...since I had a warenty they took that peice back and re-apholstered it and bought it back . The sofa had a horrible odor that gave me headaches for over a month until it wore off . Never received the lether kit ! After a few months the arms caved in and one of the recliners handles broke . I called them and they said they would order the part and i could fix it ( I don't know how ) ...then they said i could bring it in and they would fix it for free ...but' if they pick it up ...I have to pay them $98.00 and I have a damn warenty that I paid for for nothing ! Never again ...I could have done better at a thrift store with junk furniture ...Ashley is all junk ! Don't ever trust them as they are rip off city !

Horrible furniture, first 2 side tables were not working properly, order 2 different ones. they arrived via 2 men who spoke no English, corner of one broke off, other had damage to molding. Delivery guys says " no its ok you keep" made them take it back, we have had 3 recliners! back broke, cushions are crumbled, now the 3rd one is broken the same and will not recline, the sofa cushions are crumbled, lumpy, feels like your being dumped off the sides. horrible furniture, cheaply made, made with particle board!!! we been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to talk to us to!!! want our money back and NO MORE of this junk furniture!! HORRIBLE!!

Want to add to the trend of comments about Ashley's poor customer service and low quality furniture. I bought an expensive sofa from their Millenium line that is supposed to be top of the line. Three days later I noticed many strings hanging from the foot areas of the recliners. I went to look closer and noticed that all f them had the same issue. I also found that one of the recliners is missing a support board that prevents the leg area from sinking when reclining. I called their customer service number and wow what an experience. There is no way they are given customer service training and even follow procedures for consistency. Now I'm told that I need to wait for the part to be delivered and that "I" will need to call back to schedule a repair person to install the part. They also cannot confirm if the necessary screws come with the part. This means I may again have to call back for the screws if the part doesnt come with them. Another 7-8 days for delivery after that. In the mean time, I can't use that recliner. Granted I just had them delivered last week. Last time buying from Ashley.

I live in Kentucky. My problem is not with the local store but with the whole Ashley company. I ordered two desks a hutch, entertainment center and a corner table. The store delivered the two desks but I sent the hutch back because it was damaged I told the store that I don't want anything that is scratched or dented. Since then Ashley has sent several pieces to the store that are damaged. The store didn't even call because they know I will not accept it. I went to our local store the other day and found out that a Rep from Ashley was in the store and looked at an entertainment center that had the corner off of it and told the sales lady in the store that the damage was not that bad. She told him look this lady only wants good furniture. She does not want anything scratched up or dented in any way she paid a lot of money for this and is upset about not having her furniture. This Rep told her that everything has some type of dent or scratch on it.... I have called this company and the only response I got was we will forward your complaint I could not get to talk to the anyone who has any kind of power to do anything I ask for the phone number to the Rep was told that they don't give out those numbers... How in the world is this company still in business treating us the paying customers this way... If your thinking of buying furniture DON'T BUY ASHLEY... EL Thompson

Terrible Buisness! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This what I posted on "Yelp.com" It's a buisness like this that made me get a "Yelp" account. This is by far the worst customer service establishment that iv'e ever encountered....EVER! I purchased a bed from "Mary Jane" the sales associate, She informed me that the bed would have to be delivered from Wisconsin. 5 Weeks later I contacted store and asked Mary Jane where was my bed? She said that it hasn't arrived and she did not have an arrival date. After threatning to cancel the purchase I was referred to the manager "Mr Kimble" he informed me that the Bed was on it's way and he would track it for me. I called Kimble again last week the 26th of May he informed me that the bed was in route, Delivery could only be made on the 10th of June...Save your time money and sanity STAY AWAY FROM Ashley Furniture. If you buy from them expect 6 weeks or more to recieve your furniture. I will seek a full refund tomorrow 31 May 2012.

I had a bad experience trying to get parts for a bed no longer made with the franchise store I purchased the bed from in 2004. I contacted corporate customer serice contact via email which was no better. I then called spoke to a great rep. who not only followed through but got the parts. A+++++ I will do business again with them, unfortunately the brand is only as good as the dealers.

Too bad I have to pick a star rating. I ordered bedroom furniture about 6 weeks ago in preparation for my move this coming week-end. I called last Friday to find our when I could scheudle my delivery. Was told someone would call me back. When I got the call back was told my furniture wouldn't be shipped until 6/23/12 a month away~! Went to the store as advised by the "manager" or whatever her title is so we could choose somthing from the showroom floor. After we wandered around the store we selected a bedroom set that met our needs. We could have that bedroom set if willing to pay an additional $500! Amy would not budge! Offered no other alternative other than a frame we could use for a month to sleep on! NO! I ordered in good faith that I would have my furniture when I moved! Took almost a half hour to get our refund back. NEVER AGAIN! Furniture HomeStore will not ever see us again and I intned to tell everyone I know how dissatisfied I am! What happened to he customer is always right and making things right.

Oh my Oh my Oh my....that is about all I can say. Went a store where they sold Ashley furniture one of there dealers. Well my Leather Couch and Love Seat arrived today after 2 months of waiting and it was ripped on both pieces. I was told they could not replace them because Ashley Furniture does not work that way. I would have to keep them or get a refund. Oh I am so mad right now I could scream. And after reading all these complaints about the furniture falling apart maybe it was a blessing this happened and I was able to get my money back before it really fell apart. We never I mean never shop or buy Ashley furniture EVER.....

I bought furnited at Ashley in Melbourne florida which is no longer open. I had bought the MFS warranty for stains etc for 130.00 and "promised" money back if not used. Well now they are gone, MFS will not stand behind it so I was not given what was promised. Ashley Headquarters says each store owned individually and they will not stand behind it either. Next time I buy furniture it sure won't be from Ashley and I will check on the store and be sure their "corporate" office stands behing what is promised. Very poor customer satisfaction !!!

no star.....never again will I shop at ashleys IN LUBBOCK TEXAS...Bad customer service THAT NEVER CALL BACK...and everything falls apart....DONT BUY HERE OR YOU WILL BE TYPING UP A ANGREE REVIEW IN A FEW WEEKS JUST LIKE ALL US ANGREE CUSTOMERS... THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT SPEAND $10,000.00 FOR A BEDROOM AND LIVINGROOM SET. I WORK TO HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I KNOW YOU DO TOO. THAT IS WHY I TOOK TIME TO WRITE THIS TO LET YOU KNOW IF YOU BUY HERE U WILL BE THROWING YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AWAY. DONT BUY AT ASHLEYS IN LUBBOCK TX. NOR ANY ASHLEYS !!!!!
