Feeling mistreaded and bullied

My husband and I went to the ashley store in Hobbs New Mexico and purchased some pretty expensive stuff in Aug 18 2012. we are still waiting for the remander of purchases. Since then we have called there somewhat customer care and have gotten no where. I called in september to cancel all my orders but got pursuaded not to and that everything would be handled. Its december now and I'm still in this situation where nobody wants to answer there phones when you call and dodge you and never returen your phone calls when they say they will. Then they throw that 25% cancelation fee at you for something thats there fault for having horrible service. It's like we our the consumers in this falling economy and we our the ones that hire these companies and pay there wages whith our wages. Its like every job in this Country. You are on a 90 day probation period depending on your conduct of work you will be rewarded by keeping your job or recieving benefits. My employee Ashley has failed to accomplish there performance and conduct for 90 days. Its time to termenate the contract and be refunded 100% of my wages.

Worst experience I ever had. Do not trust these people they are professional crooks. I would not by toilet paper from them.

Liars

My mother bought my daughter a 2,003.59 bedroom set,beautiful..The sales person assured my mother that i had 1 move after they set up the set.. As to say if i were to move they would move just the bedroom set once, now this was what she told me... Delivery men come make sure the bed is put exactly where i want it because they said DO NOT MOVE THIS BED!!! We will just 1 time even if it's just around the room because a non-professional might brake it.. Okay... I'm moving now with 3 days left.. I call and say i'm ready to schedule a date to move the set,,OMG they said we don't do that, we never have done that and we are not going to do that.. I'm totally confused, telling i should hire a professional mover, had i known you were lying to my family i would have.. I've been on a Merry-go-round with managers,corporate,the sales men who sold the set.. I mean ridiculous.. Now im waiting on the owner,like really,i have to taddle tale on you.. NEVER AGAIN.. RUDE, sending me to voice mail.. But this is what they"ve come up with... Their gonna send me a let's call it do it yourself paper and e-mail.. How to take it apart and put it back together. I have had a spinal fusion and this is what you have to offer me??? Disgusted is too nice..

Worst Customer Service Ever

We went in 3 weeks ago and purchased a love seat and sleeper sofa. We were advised the wrong delivery date by the Sales reprensentive after being advised were were allowed to rotate certain Items. We were not delivered our furniture on the same day as promised. Then on the day it arrived it was the wrong sofa. We rejected the sofa. I called and spoke to the sales guy and he advised they would send it right back out. We had thanksgiving with no furniture because they did not send them back out. We called them and they bounced me back and forth between manangers. Not one person could except responsibility. We were just told it was black friday. We advised we did not care we purchased our furniture 3 weeks ago and we have a payment coming up and we will not get our furniture until 3 days prior to our payment. they would not take the blame for any of the sales persors errors. They would not provide in additional contact information or any of their corporate offices or district managers names. They will not let you pick your furniture if you pay for the delivery. No one excepts the error's ......... I would never ever purchase from them again. I wished Iwould have checked this prior to purchasing with them since they are only 1.4 stars. They make you choose a star or you can not submit. I would not have chosen any stars They all around stink

Out of patience

Ashley Furniture I will never ever even think about ordering something from them again. I want to have my merchandise returned and money refunded as soon as I can. I bought a bedroom set from them around a month and a half ago and I am still in the process of exchanging defective pieces because they were scratched and dented. I didn't spend all this money on furntiure that looks used and old! I have had a shipment delivered five times and each time I had to refuse them because they were worse than the ones I had originally. I keep calling the customer care people and they keep swearing the warehouse manager will check the furniture before they re reliever it. Which looks your quality control is non existent in this company. I highly recommend that no body even bothers shopping at Ashley furniture because it is a waste of energy time and money!

I took my mother and father to Ashley's in Greensboro, N.C. Saturday Nov. 24th 2012, there were 8 salespeople standing in the store when we walked in, no one spoke or ask us if we needed any help. We were gonna buy 2 recliners, was in there for 20 minutes and was never approached by no one. So we decided to leave and go somewhere else. When we walked out, the same salespeople were still standing there and they were not busy either, so I will never shop there again ever!!! Very bad customer service!

Not Good

My son in law bought me a leather blended sofa and a love seat about three years ago. I am going thru cancer treatments and he thought this would lift my spirits...which it did. Now the 3 cushiions on the sofa have fallen apart. Leather is all peeled off. Took good care of it. Warranty is out and sofa is discoutinued. Now we have to keep a blanket on it because it looks so bad. If this is how their quality is I will never buy any thing with Ashley Furnitures name on it I would not even give it a one star rating

Overall Worst Service and Products

To The Ashley Corporate Office: Given the fact that your Ashley Company has disatisfied a great deal of the American population, as a corporate office and the main stakeholder, you would think to break this stigma of negativity! I hope that you will do something about it because your company will fall dramatically if you ignore these valid complaints.

Ashley Furniture @ Carolina Place Mall, Pineville, NC met me at the door with an attitude and plainly told me that I had three minutes to shop. And if whatever I had to look for could not be done in three minutes, I could come back the next day when they open. I told her that we were from out of town, but I would never be buying anything at Ashley Furniture now or in the future. And I would take my business elsewhere. We spoke with the mgr. but to no avail did he even act concerned with an associate with such an attitude toward a customer. If the sign on the door says, "Open" and a customer comes in, even if it is close to closing, the customer is not approached by any associate. The proper thing to do in retail sales is to make an announcement over the intercom to all customers that the store will be closing in "?" minutes and they will be opening again tomorrow at ? a.m. I will not be treated like a child in any retail store. And I will take my $ elsewhere.

We bought a living room set on the 27th Oct and we given a Nov 6 delivery date. We told them at the time of purchase that the time was very inconvenient since we just moved into the area and only had folding chairs to sit on in the living room. One week later we received a call that the delivery would be pushed out for another week. This would make it nearly three weeks to receive our furniture. Oh by the way, they gouged us for $130 for the delivery. They did offer us a $100 gift card for our inconvenience!!!! Like we would go through this fiasco again!!! Advice - go anywhere else but Ashley Furniture. We had much better luck at Rooms to Go. We are sorry we switched. When I called to speak to someone about this problem, I was immediately switched to a voicemail box. Isn't it great how their sales staff attack you like pit bulls on a pork chop when you enter the store, but treat you like that same digested pork chop exiting the other end once you drop over $1000 on their merchandise!!!!

Extremely dissatisfied

Recently purchased furniture in the Midland Texas showroom. The quality of the furniture is very poor. Will not be buying from Ashley's again. Will not ever recommend anyone shop at any of Ashley's Showrooms. So very disappointed with our purchase. We bought living room furniture.

The worst customer service I have ever received.

Delivery took way longer than I was told it would. I also was expecting something else when i bought it due to the fact that I told them exactly what u wanted them I was quoted for it and went through with it.. when it finally arrived it was not right. All I could get was that I was not quoted for what I wanted and that I was quoted for what I got. They make it sound like they will work with you on things. Then when things happen you are done for and they do not follow through with what they say.

bad bad place to get sofa got a pair it was defected they brought a new one after a bout month talking to everyone those ones were messed up too.i wanted my money back they only gave my opition to re[lace with something i really did not want. this ones were made badley . seems undone and sofa filling was all lumpy. very unhappy

I purchased furniture at Ashleys in Altamonte Springs, FL. This was not the first time but this time was horrible. The salesman was more interested in making a sell and not listening to my needs. I didnt want any furtniture that was not avaiable on a certain date. I said that several time sover. He promised and lied to me. I call the day before and the store is telling me oh well! Nothing we can do but we do see that when you wanted it. NO one has returned my call YET!

I would have rated 0 stars but it wasnt an opition they just give you the run around on everything instead of being honest i give it till mid year next year to shut down again. WOULD BE ASHAMED TO WORK THERE.

We bought two recliners which came a week ago. My husband has a collapsed spine. After one week the recliners are tilting to the left. Can anyone help me get them to take them back and fast?

i hate to rate any body 1 star i spend 8 thousand on ashley 81 trotters way nj 07728 they sent me corner section with two different color i call they sent a technician for two times the tech cant do any thing more added more to the pillows for two times and they still flat i call the store i sent pictures for prof to the mg never call back they say wait 24 to 48 hours for call i waited 3 to 4 days no call i call to ask for mg five time or more never there they ask me to sent the pictures again i sent they say they have to look flat i went to the store again and a spoke to sells man in the store they look good the way they suppose to look in my house they flat i will never buy any thing from ashley i will post it any web so people can see it thanks ashley for the worst service
