Worst service in the world. Looks like you have a bunch of people who would agree with me. Sales person very misleading in deliver date. Need to train them better not to give estimated delivery date and/or at least teach them to be more honest with customers of delivery date. If it is going to be a month tell them that before they purchase. Would never have guessed service would be this poor. I would pay a $1000 more to keep it local. Shame on me!!!!!!!!

worst company ever.they tried to deliver our bed 4 times and each time it was broken or defective. They are rude liars and I would never buy anything from them again!

I will never purchase furniture from Ashley again. My delivery window was 9am-1pm and it is now 9:20pm and I am still waiting. I was bounced around customer service all day with no answers. Almost everyone I spoke to was extremely rude and the customer service was beyond horrible.

we purchased an aviator brown colored leather sectional sofa that had the attach/detach chaise end. well we have had it for 3 years now or so and for over 2 years the other end of the sofa, not the chaise end as sun so bad, i had to put something up under there to make you feel like you can sit there without an issue but believe me, it is an issue nothing seems to work. to add insult to injury coming in the doorway the delivery men buffed a bit of the "leather" off, and about a month or so after i got the sofa i found out there was a spider nest inside the bottom. and guess who had spiders all over house? pissed beyond belief, will never buy anything else from them again. if you do - check for nests of creepy crawlies.

I rate your service in shipping as poor.

If I could rate Ashley Furniture 0 stars I would. Worse experience I have every had. Buyer beware, read the fine print. The store in Orange Park, FL is the worst managed store. Front personnel rude and inexperience. Not only will I not shop at the orange park, FL store, I will never step foot in any ashley furniture.

The worst customer service ever in United States, cannot think on anything worse that this. Never go again to buy anything needed nor I will recommend my family and friends.

I purchased a chest and night stand a few months ago the drivers droped it and broke it and we noticed it after they left. I called the store in Charleston, West Virginia and the manager was so rude and hateful and now I have to pay for something that is broken due to their workers. I can assure you that me and my family will not shop there anymore. Poor service

I puchased from the Ashley Furniture in Woodbridge VA and they are TERRIBLE. I ordered a bedroom set on 8/29/12 and when it was delivered to my home 9/25/12 they delivered a bed I had never even seen before. I went back to the store to inform them of the issue. They said that they could pick the furniture back up and refund my money because it was an error on the sales associates end. However, when I go to get my refund they say they still have to charge me for delivery (139.99). I have no furniture because of their error and I still have to pay when I have email proof from the manager that I would receive a FULL refund??? After they get your money that do not care. I got hit with the "BAIT AND SWITCH" method. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

worst furniture company ever, wished i had read complaints before purchasing, they only know to lie and pass the buck to someone else. they call to delivery and never show up, then lie and say they knocked for 15 min with no response,lie, lie, lie.furniture is horrible and cheap made.customer service is a joke,they never write anything down,because they are not going to do anything about your complaint. do not purchase anything from this company unless you want to be disappointed.

I have to add my discontent with Ashley’s furniture. I bought a bed and really love it but not all of the bolts were included in this packaging; my bed has been stored in storage for 3 years and the packaging had never been open until I moved into my home yesterday. Me and several others were putting it together and the bolts were missing. I contacted Ashley’s and they told me to contact customer service, customer services was not helpful nor understanding and they want to charge me for the bolts. I don’t even know what bolts they are and have to repack up my bed and take it back to the store because they will not send somebody else to take a look at it. The number provided for corporate is out of service. This is unacceptable. I am going to send out a company email about Ashley and I will Facebook, Twitter and Google+ my discontent about Ashley’s furniture so that the word can be put out there they this company is not willing to accommodate their customers. I will never buy from this company again.

I just wonted to let you know how upset i am. I had just sold my home to move into a new home, Jan 2006 so happy invited friend to the Orlando store to shop with me, as anyone that know me will confess i have a formal livingroom where hardly anyone goes i dust weekly, but hardly sit unless friends come on holidays i decided three days ago to clean behind the couch upon moving it i was shocked to see how it began to flake in my hands ever area i touched parts came out in my hand. What really scared me was when my two year started picking parts off the floor and handing it to me i cried, my lovely leather sectional. I had made phone call to the office today send fifteen or more picture i will not give up on this matter, i will take it to the media if i have to i will and i domean will not be riped off in this way i paid to much money.

My only conclusion is this place must be run by the Nobama administration. Promise ya the moon...then when something isnt right.....you can wish in one hand and...............(you get it)

I have decided that there is ONE more way to get Ashleys to respond to me the customer. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau, BBB. If anything that will get Ashleys attention

YESTERDAY, A $2000.00 SET OF LEATHER SOFA AND LOVESEAT CAME. AFTER THE DELIVERY, I NOTICED THAT THERE WERE 3 SLICES IN THE LEATHER MADE FROM THE DELIVERY MEN WITH A KNIFE. THIS MORNING WHEN I CALLED CS. I WAS TOLD THAT HE COULD NOT REALLY HEAR ME AND I NEED TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE SLICES. I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN PHOTOS. I WANT A NEW SOFA. SO FAR I AM NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY RIGHT NOW.

The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. Do not bother to purchase the extended warranty, because they will exaust you to the point where you give up trying to get a repair/replacement. They do not stand bye there product, or warranty. Im stuck with useless furniture that i paid alot of money for. Will not be a repeat customer!

I purchased over $10,000 worth of furniture through Ashley in Jan 6, 2006. A leather couch set, which the color rubbed off. A $429. cherry carved coffee table and end table. When the leg broke off, I found out the table was not carved wood but fiberglass. I asked if I could bring it in to be repaired at my own expense and I was transfered to Tammy at customer care. When I asked to be transfered to corporate and if she had a log sign or any other way to I.D her I was hung up on. So I call back and after 2 more transfers I get a new Tammy. I think this is to make it impossible to hold anyone accountable for their actions. Well, needless to say when I buy furniture I plan to have it more than 5years. It's not practical to pay this kind of money and be told "we don't carry that model any longer so we can't fix it.!" Beside acting like I'm asking for a kidney or something maybe somebody should try some real customer service. It will be a cold day in hell before I step into another Ashley furniture. I have over 400 friends on facebook and sharing my story in hopes of saving somebody else from making the same mistake as I did.

Customer ID RON1 We bought and received our new furniture on 8/22/12 at 2:29 pm. We received delivery on 8/23/12. We noticed after a two days that the Rocker/recliner chairs seemed to be broken as they rocked when in the full recline position. We went back to the store and looked at the chairs we bought, they didn't rock when in the recline position. We talked to the Manager Steve Voight and he set up for a repair person to come by and look at them. When he arrived, he spent about 5 minutes here and said "he never saw anything like it. They were absolutely not right." He told us we would hear back within 3 days from the store and what they were going to do. No phone calls came. So I called back and talked to Bee Bee on 9/17/12, as you can see I gave you plenty of time to call back before I called back, Bee bee took my information and first wanted to send out a tech. I told her we have already been through that, if she had been listening, she would have known that. She told me that she would leave a Message for Steven Voight, as he wasn't in that day and also leave a message for the manager Jessie Cardon to call me when he got back from lunch. It is now 9/21/12 and no phone call I still have the defected furniture and I am paying on time for something I can not use. I want the chairs taken back and want my credit corected with the financing I took with this deal NOW.. Very unacceptable to say the least Kathy Coats
