I am contacting you in regards to a problem that my family and I had when we went the Star AMC Theatre Fairlane 21 at Fairlane Mall in Dearborn Michigan. July 27,2010 we saw Salt at about 10:30 P.M. I bought a large popcorn, large Icee and candy. I did not get a chance to get a refill on popcorn as I usually do . I waited at the stand where you buy food. I didn't see anyone so I called Hello. The gentleman come out of the Guest Services. He asked if he could help me. I asked him if he could refill our popcorn. He said "You don't want any of the popcorn, it's been sitting out all day." I told him that I did and asked him to give me a refill. He responded we're closed. He was very rude. If this is the incorrect area to direct this problem please inform me where to go. Thank you. My contact info is Cylvia Ahmed, 12775 plymouth Rd Apt. 1, Detroit MI 48227 248.497.0896
Your AMC FORK AND SCREEN is the by far the worst branch of your company to work for you have a poorly put together mangment team that cant work well with other member that are part of there mangment team they are a bunch of manager that think they are the best at there jobs but in fact they are not they are just a bunch of high school kids that lack people skill and mangment skill as well they do not at hear to the rule that they want there peers to its many thing that I could say but it would take all day
I will NEVER, EVER, attend your movie theaters again. I have complained on your website but could not finish because I ran out of room. Your attendants are RUDE and Dis Courteous. I received a refund after waiting in line for concessions for 10 minutes and the rude attendants not taking my order. I will shout from the roof tops what poor service you provide. I will tell everyone I meet how awful your establishment is.
I hope I have the correct website. I can't believe that you have stopped listing theater times in the Chicago Tribune. At least run an add in the Friday paper. You just took over the theater in Lake-in-the Hill, IL and no one knows it. This is an extremely poor marketing decision. I know many other who feel the same way. Please reconsider this decision. More people will go to your theaters if they know where they are and the show times.
I need help in cashing my debit amc money clip. Please help.
