The AMC Theatre off of East West Connector in Austell, GA is the worst. The teenagers rule the establishment with their rude behavior. They are constantly out of their seats during the entire movie, they are lewd, curse, and have no respect for others. Management doesn't seem to care about the issue.
WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!! I went to the AMC Promenade 16 in Woodlandhills, CA. We went to see a movie and there was no good seats so we decided to get our money back since we never go there and we wait in line and the associate Zhani or whatever her name is ... Was beyond rude and even accused us of picking up a receipt to get our money back!! She was by far the worst employee any company can hire!! Because I refused to speak with her she had the balls to threatened me saying "ill meet you outside" who in there right mind would still consider keeping her as an employee!! AMC really needs to reevaluate who they have working customer service!! That is the first and LAST time I ever go to an AMC
Well AMC lost my business last night and my teens are no longer allowed to see ANYTHING at this theater!! We will give you no business at all plus I will tell everyone what a horrible theater you are and considering I'm a nurse in a local ER I see LOTS of people. My boys and I bought our Harry Potter double feature show weeks ago, we were told the doorswould open 30 minutes prior to show so we arrived 35 minutes prior to show. When we got there everyone was inside and has been because people had made camps outside the theater rooms ( but inside the theater). We went inside our assigned theater to get seats and there were not 3 seats together available so I went and got management to ask people to move closer etc. They refused!! Stated that they could not ask people to move, I told her that seat saving was not allowed and they agreed but refused to enforce the rule. We stood outside the theater until the manager came out and agreed that she could not find us seats, again I reminded her of the no seat saving rule and she stated "those people paid for a seat and I cannot make them move" um hello!! I'm standing here with tickets in my Gand which means that I also paid fir a seat and deserve a seat. The manager ( who was very young. Very young) just stood there and said "sorry". I then askedabout another theater room and then I told her if she would bring us chairs we would sit in the handicapped spots ( the previews are on and the space is empty) she then tells me they don't gave any chairs. After lots of bickering we go back into the theater resolved to sit separate but hold on there are no longer 3 seats. Which again she just says sorry. So basically you sold more tickets than seats or someone's in the wrong theater but they refuse to check. We left without seeing HP. Both my son and I took off work and drove over an hour to come to this theater for the double feature. It will never happen again - I don't care if you are the only theater playing the movie - we will wait for DVD. Y'all suck and ruined our night!!!!!
Me, wife and child went to see transformers three, we waited at the concession stand for 15 minutes waiting for our food, nachos, popcorn, and a pretzel I can't believe it took that long. The lady we got the tickets from was rude and started back talking my wife for telling her about a misprint in an add. The lady the got loud. We drove 45 minutes to deerborn MI because the movie said 5.00 before a certain time but we were charged the full price of the tickets. It was the worst they need to screen who they hire. Needless the manager told us there was nothing they can do about her behavior. I am disgusted by this establishment and will never return to another AMC theater.
Dont go to Bridgewater Amc in Bridgewater NJ the managers there are crazy they scream at the poor employees like they are scum. I feel so bad for those kids they work there butts off . Me and my wife went here A week ago and a fat white guy who seemed to be a manager was screaming at the top of his longs at one of the female Servers she was crying and ran out . I just thought this place needs to hire some new managers. DONT GO TO BRIDGEWATER COMMONS MALL AMC DIINE IN . ITS THE WORST
Hi, My name is Amanda and i work as a busser at amc bridgewater nj Dine in. I love my job except this one manager who always screams in my face and touches my back all the time i dont feel right . I am so disappointed in your decission to show the Palin movie...you have lost a customer for good...I will not attend another movie at AMC.....you might make some money for showing this film from her supporters but there are far more that view this as a poor way for her to campaign and it should not be brought to Theaters to do that...you will lose more money from faithful customers that are offended by this movie and not for just this summer but forever....any movie showing at your theaters that I want to see I will wait till they come out on DVD....
I am disappointed that one AMC bought out our kerasota theater it stopped the kids summer movie programs. That's real nice. Saving a penny anyway we can are we? I dont think I'll go to this theater next time I think I need to see a movie that's for sure! From free movies to $1 movies to nothing at all what a great progression of nothing. Great.
Dear Upper Management, Thank you so much for the “Free Night at the Movies” pass. I saw Thor in 3D. I ate my free popcorn and drank my free soda and really enjoyed myself. However, it is a huge let down to learn the MovieWatcher program has been discontinued. This so-called Stubs is a joke. For every $100 I spend, you will reward me back $10? Are you serious, especially, in this economy? For a long time, while a member of MovieWatcher, when I thought about seeing a film I only thought of AMC because of the points and rewards system. This motivated me to get out and see more films, even during winter months. With your program, I made the most trips to the theatre than I ever have in my life. Not only had you showcased a great brand, you branded my mind as well. Now, you had to ruin a great thing. Have you ever heard the expression, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it?” You can have these Stubs cards back. I’m dissatisfied and will never use them. And Congratulations, you’ve freed me to once again visit any movie theatre, especially, the ones closer to my house. Seriously, Anthony
I have had the absolute worst experience ever at MAC Veterens 24 in Tampa FL. My friends and I had purchased tickts for " Pirates of the Caribbean" and went to the theater. We were at least 20 minutes early. I selected a seat and there was a lady and man who were there saving a whole row of seats for family who were not there. The theatre was getting packed. If a person is not there in the building a seat can not be saved. Right before the movie started this ladys daughter showed upowith the rest of the the family and proceeded to get up in my face, curse me out and the entire theatre was telling her to shut up. An emploee came in and she was rude to him as well. The manager came in and same thing. The entire movie theatre was in an uproar. The manager called for security and their was none. I finally left. My ticket price was refunded and I found out later the entire theatre got free passes. Wroing way to handle situation.
On the night of the Fast Five opening in Tampa Florida I took my son on our mom and son date night to the opening of the event. knowing it would probably be busy I got there early. I spent $17.00 to get in. I sat my son in two seats next to the exit door on the bottom level then I proceeded to get us something to eat(It was a Friday night and I had to work til 6 movie started at 7:45 so I didnt have much time to get ready and get there to guarantee him a seat for his favorite movie) Unfortunately this is where it went downhill. After paying $28.74 for our dinner????? Really???? we sat down to watch the movie. About 15 min into the movie some local kids started running thru the movie theater they tried to jump the bar at the front of the theater and missed the bar when their friends started laughing the kids got upset and almost started a fight. everyone in the theater was yelling at them to sit down. Again the same kids started causing another problem. A lady in the same row as me but farther down got up saying this is ridiculous and went to complain...meanwhile her daughter who was sitting two seats over from my son had a seizure...another family member started screaming for mom...while people were calling 911 and trying to help her. After that was calmed down (which the daughter recovered from her seizure and walked out) we started to watch the movie again...the kids decided it was now too quiet and started running thru the theater again. The Manager (not sure who cuz it was dark) started yelling at them (bellowing) for them to leave the theater. This was my first experience that was bad with this theater however it was an insult to me that management was thoughtless enough to hand us a free small tub of popcorn afterwards for the interupptions! Um Im certainly not stupid. I know how much that movie made in one night. To be treated like that was just plain stupid. If this is not the proper website please feel free to pass on my information. I have complained to management at westshore getting no where cuz they said I would have to go to corporate. Let me just say that I am a director of a child care facility in Tampa and we USED to go to Westshore AMC every week in the summer. This year we will not do to lack of service on ya'lls part. Your AMC Gift Card help line (18002550411) is no help it gives different help numbers each time and then kicks you out of the system. I want to be able to flak with someone who can give me an answer to my question not list where the closest ACM theater is. I seriously think Wal-Mart should stop selling your gift cards. Where's your customer support?
I must compliment one of your ticket-takers (or maybe she's also a manager) at the Saratoga AMC in San Jose, California. Her tag name is "Karen" and she's an older woman who seems to know what to do whenever any weird or unusual or just normal situation comes along. Maybe it's because she has some years of experience on her. She's always so friendly and joking, and seems to make people actually feel like she remembers them! Andrew above pretty well nailed my experience at the same exact theater............. Here it is again.............. "Incompetent service at Essex Green, West Orange NJ. Dinner (and snack) order was lost and had to be resubmitted. Time from original order to eating the lukewarm facsimile that finally arrived: 90 minutes. Drink order was also incorrect. We were visited by four separate servers who came to our table with someone else's order! Server to customer ratio, about 1:3, so they were not overworked. Very, very poor management at work here. Should be replaced wholesale"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to the LITH amc tonight and I am absolutely appauled at the customer service and treatment of people. Not one employee at this company could care less about the customers, not even the managers. Our theatre was yelled at like we were 4 year olds; I do not deserve to be yelled at when I paid TEN dollars to get into your theatre. I called the theatre to complain and the managers could care less about what I had to say; all I got was an, "Alright, bye." I will NEVER go to this theatre again and someone needs to step in and teach these employees some things about respect and a few people skills.
I used to enjoy visiting the Fork and Screen in Atlanta but my last few visits have been very disappointing. My food often comes out cold, so I now only order popcorn. The service used to be great but now I am met with inept and disgruntled waiters. I actually had one lady tell me I had to pay now because she was schedule's to get off in 5 minutes. When I complained to management they seemed to be more concerned with shoving free passes in my face than reaching a true solution. I will no longer visit this location until something drastic within your staff moral changes.
Wow. This company could be making so much money and yet no one seems to care the losses that you are incurring.kThe Springfield, Illinois locations have become dirty since your purchase. Prices are incredibly high, showtimes are not accurate on FANDANGO sites, yet you have no problem running their commercials prior to previews. The small drinks are 32 ounces and round up to $4.00 a pop, and no refills unless a large? my husband and I really enjoy attending movies but we and our two children will Netflix rather than spend our money on your product. Try taking some pride and investing it in your business.
No sound for first 10 min of little fockers movie (Burlington,Ma), had to get up and go to lobby to tell someone. No replacement passes offered at end of movie. called 4 days later talked to female manager said she would send passes, nope no passes sent. Called one more time 5 days later talked to differant female manager, said she would send passes, NOPE still no passes. Should I have to baby sit like this? I think not. No follow up. Customer Service is key at any company, why is it not key hear at this AMC? I Hate to have to write a review like this.
jose at the skokie office is the worst manager i ever dealt with, very rude, and in no way wanted to help me with a problem,so i asked for a higher manager than him,he said he was it, i said oh my goodness, so i then asked for the corporate number which he refused to give me,in fact i worked their before, and complaints would come in all day about their poor customer service, they need to train their managers to be hospitable,before making them a manager,
