I have been a customer for a long time, I had an incident on 8-25-11 Thursday, Well, I bought groceries in the morning then went to work, about 5pm I had to go to the bank, I notice that my 18ct of eggs were in the front set, so I took them back to Albertsons and ask if they can take them back so that I may have fresh eggs, The supervisor and one of the managers, Told me that they couldn't take them back because they were perishable and they would be losing money, where is good customer service? this is a multi million or billion dollar industry, corp, I hope they're not teaching that concept, I also called another Albertson's and explained what had happened, never heard of that perishable policy explaination was not posted as far as I can see, he said that they should of satisfied a customer instead of may-be (lossing one) (my words). May-be it was just the customer service that was bad.

We have been shopping at albertsons in Monroe Wa. for 12 yrs and as of Sat it will be our last time. I think the meat department is the most disgusting products of meat ever, especially there hamburger. I was told by my Dr. to eat leaner meats, so purchase extra leant hamburger 7% fat. It was like touching bulk sausage. real greasy feeling, and couldnt even see the red of hamburger. I was told by someone who worked there never to buy there meats because they put fillers in it and if i knew what they did i would never buy there meats again. I think that the next step is to have the FDA investigate there meats and see what they are doing. I have never seen such hamburger in my life. I have had xtra lean burger before from other stores and it sure looks, or tastes like yours.

I have shopped Albertsons since I moved here in 1990.The store on Gulf to Bay Blv in Clearwater,Fl is a mess. It stinks so bad when you walk in the door you have to hold your breath. I have complained to management and nothing gets done about it. I think the next call will be the board of health of Florida it is that bad. I will never set foot in that store again it is a health hazard and their prices are so high no one can shop there that is on a budget.

Visiting in the Santa Fe area for a week. Hotel near your Albertsons on Zafarano Dr. Have been twice to pick up small amount of items for our stay. Twice the worse experience ever at an Albertsons. Long lines at check out with only two lines open the first visit and only three lines the second with at least 10 customers waiting in each line. Then finally get to checkout and was overcharged for blueberries, and when we brought it to the clerks attention she was VERY RUDE. Will never step foot in that store again and will tell all my friends when I get home about the decline in management quality at the Albertson stores.

I am disgusted at your corporate greed....changing you doublers policy when people are needing them more than ever is horrible! Shame on you....I buy 11 newspapers a week but my newspaper doesn't put the doublers in them. So how I am supposed to get them now if you won't have them available in stores! I, and many couponers like me, will take our business to Safeway! Good riddance to you Albertsons, the "unfriendly shopping experience!"

I have lived no more than 1 to 2 miles from Albertson's for more than 50 years. I have always considered Albertson's a 5 star store. With the addition of the self-check outs, I was really excited as no more waiting in line. I know the people that work the self-check outs. Now that you are going to close the self-check outs, your rating has dropped drastically. Your stores had express lanes prior to the self-check outs but I still had to stand in line a lot with only one or two items. I don't believe that adding back the express lanes will make checking out better than the self-check outs do now. I am sorry that you feel you need to change something that is working and that customers like. Again, the customer is second on your list of priorities.

I was in your store @ Mikiney & Lemon Ave. I asked the manager if the store does any kind of price matching. He up to me in rather nasty, superior attitued. When I asked him the price matching, on other stores? He got all huffy and snotty. He just looked at me and told in a gruff voice "NO". He brushed me off and stormed off, like I had just ruined his day. If it weren't for the fact that one a month we HAVE to go to your said store? I wouldn't go at all. I can't wait for Kroger's to open up. Then I brush you off like that manager did to me. Ialso will NOT recomend your to my friends and family. Besides, your prices are WAY to high.

I write to ask why our local Lucky store has stopped carrying Lactaid ice cream. The only reason we shop at this store is because you carried this brand of lactose free ice cream. I have asked about the disappearance of this product several times, but all I get is a puzzled look from various employees at this store. Last summer, I actually ran into the guy who delivered the ice cream and he said he would see that they were well stocked. I bought it all summer and was very pleased as this product tastes exactly like ice cream should taste. This year it is gone. No one can explain why. I have also searched the Lactaid product site and can find no one who carries this product in California! What is the deal? Many people are lactose intolerant and some like me cannot tolerate Soy products. This ice cream is the best there is. My grandchildren love it. Please tell me where I can purchase this product in my area if that is possible.

Thank you to Gerald Hubert and Chris Bengtson at Albertsons Corporate in Boise for their help in protecting our community from fire. Mr. Hubert got my message to Mr. Bengtson, who called and reassured me that Albertsons had already decided to ban the sale of fireworks in our community because of the draught and danger of fire here in New Mexico. When the laws fail to protect us, we depend on individuals to do the right thing, and those individuals at Albertsons have done what they could to protect our land and community.

Why did the corporation close all the stores in florida

I just started shopping back at your Albertsons in Temecula, CA. A $200 a week customer. I've always like your store. Customer service and produce are usually terrific. Today 6/18/11 though was a different story. I bought two Tri-Tip's for Fathers Day to BBQ. The one I paid $15.00 for when turned over was at least 50% fat. That's right 50%. It makes me mad because I feel like your butchers were trying to rip me off. Before they packed it they knew it was like that. How could they not. But they deliberately tried to conceal it. They turned the fat side over so the consumer (me) couldn't see it until they got it home and took it out of the package. What they didn't count on is a customer that will not be taken advantage of. I took a picture of it and will be returning this morning 6/19/11. Shame on you and your butchers for trying to rip off your customers. There is too much competition out there to let any customers get away much less a $200.00 a week customer. After this I will be thinking about taken my business away. Again!

For many years I have done the majority of my grocery shopping at Albertson's. I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs Disease and can no longer consume gluten. I went to Albertson's and found almost no gluten free itmes. I checked out King Soopers and Safeway and found that they had 20x the number of gluten free items. King Soopers even has a list of their gluten free items at customer service and will special order the ones that they don't have in the store. None of this is true for Albertson's. Your choice to ignore this growing segment of customers has left we with no choce but to change my grocery buying to a competator.

Your Las Vegas locations at Desert Foothill and Charleston and Town Center and Charleston are great places to shop. Desert Foothills and Charleston store is the cleanest, employees are very pleasant especially the cleaning crew whose always washng windoes, cleaning off vending machines and sweeping floors, he is awesome, dont remember his name, but he is the older Philipino man. Please recogonize him for going over with friendliness, he remembers my name when i come in to your store. Very pleased with these two locations!

I have grown up with Albertsons and always highly recommended them to all kinds of people but in the last month I have been sorely downgraded. The store always put their customer first that is til lately. Now it seems Company first customers...who cares. You use to take coupons as well as in-store coupons but all of a sudden they will now decide if they will take both and will now place a value on coupons used, face value means nothing. I had bought some items about 3 weeks ago took my in-store coupns and my manufacture coupons and was told one or the other ,we no longer can accept both according to the new policy. Last week you had the 18oz sweet baby rays bbq sauce on sale for 77cents. I got 2 went to the register with them and other items and at first was informed they could not accept my coupon because it was for $1.00 off a bottle. So I questioned it and it was decided they would take the coupon but would place an amount of 77 cents but would not honor the face value of $1.00. So after trying a week to get ahold of the main manager he contradicted himself so much. First they never took coupons along with in-store til I reminded him I had shopping at this store since 1983 and they always had so he said its because of the new policy changes. Then when I asked about putting their own value on a coupon and not honoring the coupon at its face value I was told that they didnt do such things but that was changed when I showed proof so the reason was because the company changed the policy so they can only honor the cou[pon for the price of the item only. So I asked who pockets the extra change that the customer gets cheated out of ,which is true as I work fora convienent store and we have to honor manufacture coupons at face value because that is what we get back when they are turned in. Of course he went back to its the new policy. I live in El Paso Tx and this Albertsons is on Dyer Street. What I want to Know is why your company is changing your policy to make life harder on its customers. Do you not want us there anymore... In this day and age alot more people watch extreme couponing to learn how to save and Albertson stores are used alot for the shopping but when you as a person go to one the rules are different.Right now I dont even give Albertsons a one star rating .Iwant to know why the negative changes are being made. I went to the Albertson's in Lake Elsinore ~ bought some bbq ribs, sausage and chicken. Served it at my party and discovered the bottome part of the ribs and one side of the chicken were BURNED TO A CRISP....I can't believe I was sold this crapola....I don't think the dude doing the bbq'ing would have served HIS family what he sold to me. I even emailed Albertsons and got no response.....I have changed stores now. I refuse to give my business to a store that has such poor customer service.

I like albertson's. I often go to your store just for the day old bakery items. Now I find out you have stopped that. What is with that? Now that groceries are getting so expensive we need to save on everything we can. Please consider reinstating day old bakery items... I will just go to Fred Meyer or Rays. I do like that you will get items that are requested more than any other store. Think about the above!

albertsons is like that all over. terrible place to shop. the management treats people like that and gets awway with it. they harrass the vendors,the employees and try to control your life. they make it hard to survive .i worked there. 14 years. awful place.iquit. i adopted a child and they began giving me closing shifts after all those years to make it hard on me. management is terrible and they dont give out the corporate numbers. they lie to you and go around it. they try to get you to deal with it within the store. when trying to make corporate aware, they all gang up on you. i was called faggot by a female employee and was told nothing anyone could do. they ignored me and then tried to harrass me. i quit and going to school.very happy.the union and the store work together. they both helped the female transfer and both ignored me completely saying tell the store or dont you have a union. the hr dept only works for the store. they all team up. rancho mirage store,they will refund to people they think have money,they illegally refund alcohol so on to them.even things not purchased or stocked in the store. but only for certain people. dont shop albertsons

You sound a little angry and your name sounds Russian, I also know of legal immigrants that are sponsored by their Churches to come to the United States and then they start receiving all sorts of help from both State and Federal Government. For your information Hispanics were part of the building of the agricultural development of Washington State and Oregon and were mistreated, housing in horrible camps, their children working in the fields, paid taxes out of their wages and cannot collect any Social Security or Medicare unless they can proof they are Citizens. Just because you have freedom of speech guaranteed by the Constitution, it does not give you the right to treat illegal or legal immigrants with disrespect or like they are second class people; you as an immigrant should have learned to treat people with respect even if you do not like them.
