I HAVE PURCHASED SO MUCH STUFF FROM AARONS AND NOT ONE TIME DID THEY MENTION THAT HAVE THE MONEY THAT I PAY THEM GOES TO A FINANCE CHARGE THATS BULLSH*T SO IF I PAY $200.00 ON MY MERCHANDISE THEY TAKE $100.00 AND PUT TOWARDS MY MERCHANDISE AND THE OTHER $100.00 GOES TOWARD A FREAKING FINANCE CHARGE.. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS IN THE BEGINNING AND ITS NOT LISTED IN MY CONTRACT.. AARONS WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM...YOU WILL NEVER BE HAPPY OR SATISFIED!!!!

AArons makes their people work 12 hour days, six days a week. They really a bunch of greedy corporate jerks. I wouldn't get anything from them as it will cost you 3 times what you would pay if you saved up and bought it elsewhere. Or save a good down payment. Anywhere but AArons. They have a real bad record in treatment of cutomers and staff!

I too am having trouble with Aaron's and a manager named Mike. I have previously paid off two (2) items with them but was told that was a different store. I will file a formal complaint and with BBB service. I will also call corporate because NO ONE should be treated this way. Especially a returning customer that has paid off to previous items. Still NO ONE should be mistreated if they value their customers. I will take this as far as I can to get this resolved and no one else treated this badly. They soon will be out of business if they keep treating people (customers)this way.

Today January 23, 2012 red samsung washer and dryer were picked up that were purchased on December 2, 2011. On the date of delivery, (of the purchased samsung washer/dryer in red) the appliances were delivered without boxes. They were delivered to my apartment, which is on the second floor, resulting in scratches on the sides of appliances and the door to the washer was loose. Also, the water conection hoses were on the wrong water valve, the hot water hose was attached on the cold water valve and the cold hose attached to the hot water valve. Delivery men were then called back to correct this problem and refused to correct this problems stating that they were the same function. Any delivery, especialy large appliances, should be delivered in the original boxes so they are protected not only by cosmetic damage that may occur on the outside but to protect the inside system of the appliances. Today, January 23, 2012, the red samsung washer and dryer that were delivered were in box, although the pedestals were delivered, again, out of box. Although the washer and dryer were delivered in box the right side of the dryer and pedestal were again scratched due to sloppy delivery job. Recieving products in original box is of great concern to the clients recieving the products because this proves the client is recieving a new product and to know that it is protected all the way to the destination it will be at. As paying customers one is expected to recieve, not only good quality products, but also good customer service. Delivery staff should be trained on how to properly deliver Aaron’s products with care. I have been a customer since 2008 and am very dissapointed with this situation and how it was all handled. The delivery men wanted me to sign a new contract, sent by the store salesman Tony, with January 23, 2012 as the original delivery date making the first delivery date void on the contract as well as my previous payments. The new calculation of the “total cash price” was also a higher amount, not was was on the original contract. Also the monthly payment was scratched out and a new monthly payment was written in with pencil. Omar Chavez

I am having trouble with the Salem, OR store.. I'm not even a month behind and they are at my door everyday, call my cell phone several times a day, and call my work.. Even if I am caught up they still call on the day the bill is due. As of the last time I spoke to them I am being charged $10 every time they come to the door.. I have never even seen them at the door, the have gotten my roommate twice and have told her my personal business and tried to scare her into giving them my laptop. She told me they even tried to come in. In my opinion they have terrible customer service, and I will not be doing business with them. They should lay off their customers especially during tax season. I have plans to pay it off with my taxes but now I'm thinking maybe i will get a new laptop and return thiers.. so they dont get any more of my money.

Aaron in Warner Robins has gotten out of hands. For any one in the area, if you have been mistreated please call the BBB, and the Federal Trade Commisson cause I did. They are helping me with this matter. I had the store manger (Mike) and the DM(Bruce) text my cell phone from their personal phone treating me. When I am done dragging them to court for defermation, omg. Also the Federal Trade commisson stated they have broken all type of laws. I also called head quaters, waiting to hear something back from them.

I rented from the store in Hudson, Florida the store associates were ok... Until I called to tell them that my room mate moved out and stole the items. With a police report in hand they told me if i do not pay or return the items I will be facing a 3 rd degree felony charge for something i didn't do.... Omg the store manager could have cared less about anything. I am a single mother..... What bull crap. I will never again deal with this company.

We recently moved and had Aarons come move our living room set that we were still paying on. Not only were they 2 hours late to move it but they took my pristine leather couches and tore the hell out of them moving them. They damaged the OAK floors at the old house I moved from which was taken from my security deposit and slashed the linoleum floor in the new house in which my landlord is going to hold them accountable for. The couches had absolutely no damage on them before they were moved and I made sure I took before photos and after photos. They tore the arms open on the sofa and scuffed the heck out of it. The loveseat has a few mars on it. They sent their man who repairs things 3 weeks later after a bazillion phone calls and going to the store. He said he could fix it but the damage would still be noticeable. Ok so how is that fixing it? I don't think it is unreasonable for me to expect the set to come into my new house in the pristine condition it left the old house in. I told them I want the sofa replaced. As for yet 3 weeks later I still have not heard anything from them. My next step is calling the BBB a lawyer and the atty general. I am done playing around and this will be my last purchase EVER from Aarons. I will not reccomend them and I will advise my family against making purchases or anything from them either.

Aarons in lebanon missouri is the biggest fu_________ joke. I am fed up with these idiots and have a deeper understanding of why people go postal. I am running an ad in the towns newspaper( Front Page) to tell the town to avoid this company like they have the plauge. I even have a recording of the regional manager basically calling the community a bunch of hicks and idiots and blaming his own staff that he hired mind you for all of the mistakes. ( About seven to be exact ) Whats bad is we never even got our products because these idiots were to busy lying and covering up their tracks while they robbed the store blind and who has to pay for it? I Am a very unhappy customer I have a refrigerator from the Johnstown store. I have tryed to get the manager Matt to help me by moving my payment to the end of each month he absolutely will not help me and he is extremely rude to me on the phone.I have 2 more payments to pay and then they can come and get the refrigerator and stick it where the sun don't shine. I;ll go to rent a center and rent one where they will work with you and not be so rude.I truly think the big shots of aarons should take a trip to johnstown new york and clean house and start with Matt and then Bill. They need to learn some respect for the human race you should also explain to them about the hippa law. I will be spreading the word to all my friends and relatives about not going to aarons ever. That store should just go out of business and take there employees and that stupid big dog with them.

Aaron's is the most rude place I have ever had business with a worker walked into my house when I'm not there and scared my mom to death and argue with me over the phone twice a day this is beyond harassment if it doesn't stop I'm going to take matters into my own hands. This is the worst customer service I have ever had even worse thenvfast food. I'm from the Hamilton Ohio store and 6 months ago its was fine about how I pay sometime within the month I get paid bi weekly and my car payment moves around yo my biggest check they don't understand that checks don't always happen at the same time in my honest opinion Aaron's can go to hell for using better language.

i would like to know when did aarons start doing credit checks? the waycross ga. store refuse to give credit to my daughter because last year she had to give an item back to them because the company she worked for down sized and she was without a job and now that she's gain employment again the store manager asked her to pay off her old bill (smh!)If aarons do credit checks they need to inform the people ,,according to their advertisement everybody's pre-approved and no credit check and yes if i don't hear from corporate within the next few days i will hire a lawyer for this false advertising their doin well @ least in Waycross,georgia

I purchase a computer that came with a 12 month lease. I was down to my last payment and something came up and I could not make the payment on time. The workers keep calling and calling and I told them when I was coming to make the payment. The day that I told them I was coming they calling my phone on the due day. They did not give me time to get off work to pay them. This was the last straw for me I will never ever tell anyone anything good about Aarons. Aarons harasses people and they call there jobs come to your job and tell co workers they are looking for you. This is unprofessional and I would never purchase anything else from them!

arrons store in murrelsinlet the employlee kristina that i spoke to was really rodd to me when i went into the store and on the phone. I only owe 90.00 dollars on the computer and 139 dollars on the stero she said if we dont make a payment by friday they were going to come pick it up. Can they do that. She put us down like a dog

I rent from the Aaron's in Chambersburg pa. I find the customer service there very bad. The sales reps or whatever you wanna call them are rude and unprofessional. One in particular is Josh. When I got my living room furniture I let them know that I needed to pay it on the 15th. Which was fine until I went back a year later and rented a TV. I said well I need that payment on the first of each month. For some strange reason now they are both do on the first which is't possible because do they not understand that people have other bills to pay. When I tried to get the problem fixed the store manager Terri had a I could careless attitude. They charged me extra for no reason and my payment is still do on the first of the month. I'm about to give them everything back and go somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle of them treating you like crap. They need our business we don't need their's. There are other rental stores that will gladly take my money without being rude. After this is all paid for I will never go back to Aaron's again.
