I HAVE COMPLEN ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE OF 9616 NORTH LAMAR BLVD AUSTIN TX THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH COSTUMERS THEY JUST GET COSTUMERS CELL NUMBER AND NEVER GET THEM BACK

They gave me a bed with a broken head board and two dressers with broken handles and chips out of the wood. They were rude when i called them about fixing it. I'll never get anything from them again.

I have tried for over a year to get the Hartselle,Alabama location to come fix my dresser to my bedroom set and they tell me they will and they have never done anything about it they keep saying they will come out Friday but Friday has never came they can't keep people working there b/c they are all idiots I pay my payments on time even before the are due they do not have there s%** together I know of some people that have rented from this store and failed to pay and they still have the merchandise they did'nt come and get it or nothing and if that is the case I don't want to pay on mine anymore for this piece of junk bedroom set Do Not rent from Aarrons they will mistreat you and take your money and sell you junk.Should have went to Rent A Center where they do treat you like somebody!!!!!!!!

In Leesburg,VA they give you broken fucking floor models and not the new ones from the back they would rather have you have a broken tablet and laptop then give u a new one that hasn't been used daily for months by people who look at them everyday!!!!!! this shit is so ridiculous!!!!! I DEMAND A NEW ONE AND NOT THE SHITTY FLOOR MODEL!!!!! I DEMAND REPAIRS!!!!!!

Every time i call to make my monthly payment (on time) its a different price! It goes up X amount of dollars each time im scheduled to make a payment. And i think its bogus if u make payment bi-weekly u get charged interest! I get paid bi-weekly and i let them know that ahead of time so i end up paying 40 extra dollars a month. After I pay off my furniture payment I will NEVER in my life lease anything else with Aarons. And I've spread the word not to take ur business or hard earned money there. Damn dousche bags

I REALLY LIKE ARRONS, THEY HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME NICE AT THE STORE I AM BUYING MY DJ SYSTEM FROM, GOOD SERVICE, ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP EACH TIME, THANKS , THE ONLY PROBLEM IS . I NEED TO REPLACE MY SYSTEM BECAUSE THE SOUND HAS BEEN BAD FROM DAY ONE, BUT OTHER THEN THAT I LOVE ARRONS,,, THANKS A MUCH

THEY ARE THE WORST

Our Dryer we got from arrons broke(not their fault) and it took 6 days to have it picked up.Their replacement was old but worked but it used 90.00 extra electricity in the last 6 weeks. They called to let me know the dryer was finally fixed and sent a delivery driver over to get the payment but didn't have my dryer with him. Is the Starke, fl store manager got his head on straight. The 1 payment is due 28 days and says we must pay 1 1/2 to be caught up.Which of coarse he can't explain because the math don't add up.I will be paying it off soon but will not do business with them again I have bought about 10k worth of items from arrons over the past 10 yrs but this will end my loyal customer relationship.

the store in commerce has rude employees had to switch to hartwell, as they're polite they never seem to do things right. both places tacked on payments and made up fake reasons for me to keep having to pay, I've had multiple problems with this company and their computers. and they can't seem to want to deliver stuff to me. they keep wanting to charge gas money to bring stuff to me and make me bring in my stuff if it needs repairs, I was Happy when I was with Crusaders and HATE they took over and RUINED everything, as I could have been payed off but when they took over they added 20 dollars to my payments automatically, saying it was for insurance when that was apart of my payments when I was with crusaders. then they started saying the reason I wasn't now close to being payed off was because I was part of some membership for crusaders ( which i never signed up for) plus how can you be a part of a non-existant company's 'club'? since they took over and crusaders no longer exists.the power supply went out in my replacement and i wasn't able to get them to come get it, I've been without a computer for a week now waiting for them to bring mine back. they have my computer for six weeks because they failed to send it out the day they got it because they forgot or were too busy, I still have yet to get it. they were supposed to be here at 2 I don't drive and am disabled and no one I know would carry me up there without gas money, which I don't have, hey didn't properly put what was wrong with it and why it needed to be repaired when I told them exactly what happened to it so I'm not even sure if it got properly repaired, and I think they hire people off the street to do repairs as the last time i sent it in they didn't even put the keyboard in properly. back to the matter of they couldn't bring it to me til today and blah blah everyday cept these last two days they were supposed to bring it I've seen their truck pass this house. they even sit in the gas station parking lot for a little bit at a time so why didn't they have people or trucks that could bring my computer to me when one was sitting in the parking lot for 20 mins to an hour? i'm furious with this company. I pay and pay and pay and don't get treated properly and I'm sure they despise me but I was polite as possible up until they started trying to get the better of me and I usually don't complain but i'm tired of people walking all over me,stealing from me, using me, lying to me, and cheating me. I'm not an idiot. just because i'm too nice to usually say anything doesn't mean I don't know.

also I will be getting my mother to call the main office and after I pay off my laptop I WILL NOT buy from aarons' ever again, I will switch to a local business that seems to care more about it's people than aaron's It's something like American Home or something I suggest other people do so before they get sucked into their crap or if you're about to pay something off pay it off and then go else were, but definitely not Rent-A-Center they're as bad if not worse, apparently this isn't just in north east GA it's all of the Aaron's? hire less rude idiotic people.

my husband and i went in to arrons the other day to get some funiture. the csr was totally awsome and went out of her way to do what she needed to do. when she called for the (i guess it was the manager ) name jeromy or something like that .. he was rude not only to the csr but to us as well. this will be the last time i go to arrons to get anything. his attitude is much to be desired and need to have better trainning on how to treat not only customers ...but his workers as well. thank you for reading this and i hope to see improvements made to this store or i will never go back

Aaron's should be investigated in redding california for payments that were made and they said they wasent . So I double paid them . Once because I didn't want to deal with it but this month I'm not. They told me the banks wrong. How many other people been robbed by Aaron's

I had attempted to do the Early buyout option which according to my contract can be done at anytime during the contract. Upon speaking with Tony the manager he states the contract is not correct. I am really close to letting an attorney review this contract and they can pay the court cost and attorney fees to intrepret their own contract. I have paid off two laptops, flat screen tv, and now this is the shistiest BS I have encountered in a long time. I am being forced to stay in a 12 month agreement with zero option for early buyout. Buyer BEWARE! Court seems to be my only option they refuse to honor the verbiage in the contract. SAD, SORRY and Plain old Dirty.....

To Ken Butler If this is the best you can do maybe the better buisness bureau needs to be contacted my name is Brad and i rented from the hartwell ga store and all they done was lied and sold stuff that was broke i have a 4 year old that herr bed broke and she went down beside it and got hurt well they were sinding someone out but that never happened i have talkeds to my lawyer and its not over i have told every body about your crappy stores but your web sight explains alot about how you do buisness.

I am very upset with Aarons, Here in Prescott Valley, AZ I had leased a TV about 4 months ago, I had made a agreement to pay my bill on the 6th of every month because that is when my state check comes, that is the only time I get money every month... So they had put that in my file to be paid on the 6th, first 2 months was great, then the 3rd month they did not run my card on the date specified, and tried to run it on 15th, when I had no money on my card, putting me behind, so I called and they said the only thing they could do is make me come up with the money in a week, So I told them they have to run my card on the agreement date, I borrowed money to pay plus late fees, Then the following month they called me on the 15th again stating that they ran my card and it was not taking it, SO they still didn't charge on the agreed date being the 6TH, They said that they already worked out the last month with me that they could not help me again, WHAT...It was there mistake twice and I was charged late fees again...Now they wan't me to pay twice in one month for their mistake....I only get a certain amount every month and I assured them the money will be there every 6TH not 15th...It is in their system... Now I will be 2 months behind, I think I will just return my TV...I can't have them take extra money due to their errors, nor can I afford to pay twice a month... When I call them it is like I get passed around to everyone in the building, Then they say that there is nothing they can do...Then they become rude with me... I do believe customers is why they have a JOB, nobody seems to know what they are doing.

Never ever have I dealt with a rent to own store so, I decided to try Aaron's rental in Bloomsburg. Much to my surprise, I was treated like a joke when I first came into the store and no one even acknowledge I was there to buy a tv. I was told inaccurate information about my first payment which only escaltated to more issues. I will never ever deal with this company ever again and based on feedback from other stores, I see that management and upper officials need to clean house in corporate-Atlanta, Georia

hj my name is cristal we rented a ps3 from aarons in holland mj ireturnd the thing back because we found a cheaper one but when we brought it back the did not clear the memory so there for someone stoled all my information . so i wondered jf it was ok. i called corporation they said in 48hrs they wjll get back to me.so i wondered if it cool for them to share my info with outhers.?

I was late on my payments and arrons called and asked to pick the tv up and.I said yes they were there like 12 min later. And now I've gotta guy telling me they don't have it and that I'm am now responsible for this supposedly lost tv.. please post if this has ever happened and what you did to get it taken care of thanks....a never again customer ..

Aarons on 2925 South General Bruce Drive Temple, TX 76502 is the rudest company I ever went to! There harassing my family and I constantly after I told them I have nothing to do with there furniture. I'm not in that previous relationship and have no clue were my ex or the furniture went. I'm upset that the General Manager of this store had called my phone multiple times with his own personal number of (254) 317-2960 after hours,that it was midnight, then leaving disrespectful voice mails saying hes going to kick someones a**. No not tolerating it and I am reporting and will take matter into my own hands. I find it very disrespectful that he's calling my family and I at almost midnight with his cellphone especially after hours, don't make threats. I refer to people not to go to this Aarons because they are poor at doing business, they lie, and every person in that soon has disgusting attitudes.

Don't go to Aaron's in Barrie. If you are a day late with your payment they think that they are entitled to harass you or bully you into paying the payment. They call several times a day. They even call late at night. By the way it is against the law to call past 9:00 pm. These people think that they are entitled to do whatever they want. What are you above the law. DONT GO TO AARONS IN BARRIE. Its a rip off all the way.
