The Aaron's in Glasgow ky are screwing me and husband out of our tv that is almost paid for. They are a lowlife business that is only interested in seeing how much money they can get out of you. My friends and I have had nothing but problems, they don't send u what they promise u or they treat you like you are stupid and don't know anything about the business world. Well I have news for them they will know I understand when they talk to my lawyer!

yes i brought a mitsubishi 1080p from aarons in 2009 i belive but tv went off first time. and the manager at time chris michael said he fix my tv now tv was overheating they fix the bulb but not the fan so now a year later when my warranty is up now no one went to fix or replace if any one from aarons see's this just know i am giving aarons a chance to make things right before me and my wife file a law suit my number is 574-343-3488

Aarons in Charlotte NC is continuously calling me because I am a reference on the account of someone who has merchandise with them. I've asked them not to call me and continue to try to contact the renter because this is NOT my issue. They are still calling!!!!

Aarons in Bristol CT is the most rude, low life people working for them!!! Jasmine one o there employees came to my job and started a loud arument in the waiting room she has no class or customer service skills!! because of her I was out of work for 2 weeks and now hey want there money or the stuff!!! i will be filing a law suit on then!!!! they came to my house and my neighbors told me that he were trying to get into the window of the kitchen and knocking soooo hard that the lady down stairs thought the door was going to fall in. they scared my son that he was crying about the way there were knocking so hard!!! I will make sure the employees of this store get what they dezerve.

I will never buy another item from Aaron's again... Customer service is really bad they are very rude and don't know how to speak to people

Aaron's is not worth your time or money. I got a 73inch brand new t.v. from them that wont even play DVDs. They wont fix it because I've paid it off but I still have a warranty. I can't get anyone to help me. DONT GO TO AARONS. Their not worth your time or money.

Talking to a lawyer filing a law suit.

i rented a big set of front load washer and dryer and paid on them for a year and they both quit working and had to do without for a month, and a man was suppose to come and fix them and never showed up, so i called them and they told me it would be another month before they could get to them, so i told them to come and get them , i paid $1800.00 and now i'm out of money and washer and dryer. i will not tell anyone to go to aarons for anything.

I called this morning and told an associate that my washer stopped working last night. I was told by this associate that a service manager would call me back and that someone would be out today. I waited a few hours to hear from this service manager and never got a call back. So I called them myself and was told that no one would come out today that it would be Monday before anyone could show up. All of a sudden from a couple of hours ago this morning until I called back, they got booked up! As stated earlier, I was told someone would be coming out today, not Monday. I then told the associate I was talking to on the phone the second time I called to just come and get it the washer and dryer, he refused and said no one is coming out to pick it up and to basically deal with it. I am so unhappy! A ton of my friends said not to go through Aaron's for anything, but stupid me did not listen. I wish I would have. Well, they can come and get my washer and dryer because I am not dealing with being treated this way.

I pay every month, sometimes late cause I have rent to pay first. Every month I let them know and the pevious manager worked with me and was understanding. Now the new manger, Oscar, in Turlock. Ca., is rude and harasses me. Today we told him we were coming to make a payment this evening and he calls, harassing me an hour later. Mind you its only 1pm. Then he comes to my house and charges me another $20, to come to my house to see if I lived here. There was no reason for that. I will never deal with Aarons again. They charge you double and the treat you like your a loser cause your having hard times. I don't recommend.

I wouldn't recommended them period the driver came out to deliver the washer and dryer and it has marks on it. Then I call the manager to let him know then he discounts the price. The driver hooks up washer and can't hookup dryer because he forgets dryer vent. He was already complaining about getting home and says he will try to get it out back out. I called the store they said he will bring the vent back out. He later calls and say he can't because they don't have at the store close to him. I called the manager back and he states the same thing. I told him it wasn't my fault his driver forgot it when he left the store plus I was already washing clothes. He says he will send the driver back out. You would think to attach the dryer vent his driver forgot. No he sends him back put to get the washer and dryer. I then called the manager back once again to see why he tells me because they don't have the part. OK I'm lost why did you even bring it out. The Aaron's on Greenville sucks.

Aarons in thomasville gotta be the worst place on earth to do business with the head manager there has to be the rudest racist man I have come across. I am renting a television from them and when you miss a payment they continousely call your home all times of the day. It got so bad at ounce where when I went in to sign a extention form on my acccount the manager and me got in a heated conversation he told me to "shut my mouth up" and I better not say anything to him when he walks off or he will rip up my extention contract and have his merchandise picked up by the police. I hope some how God finds a way to help me to finish paying for the television because I would never, never never do business with them again. I wonder how can the head office hire a person to work for their business that has no professional skills to deal with the customers, he is very bad for the thomasville store something needs to be done. I lost my full-time job and has been working a part-time job to pay by bills. I got behind with my account with aarons, they continue to call my house several times through out the day. I went in to sign a extention on my account I confronted the manager about the tone of his voice on the phone he denied the way he was talking to me on the phone in person he told me to "shut my mouth up" and don't say anything when he walks off or he will rip up the extention and have the police come pick up the merchandise. Aarons gotta be the worst place to do business with.

Had riding lawnmower and laptop. I moved calling them 2 weeks b4 I moved to come get lawn mower.. kept laptop and transfered it.... still getting harrassed threats even calling family and friends... bull I have been in and out of hospital to find out I have cervical cancer and may die. And still getting threating calls I WILL NEVER USE AARONS AGAIN. RENT A CENTER HERE I COME!!!!!

Arron's have me two weeks free. I was late paying them My 4 year old daughter was killed in Canada I dropped everything to go job home to bring my daughter home on us soil. I got told they where calling the police. I has 2500.00 to pay everything they would not take my money. Arron's is a peice of scum I will never do anything with them again

This is complain about AARONS Rental Deming, New Mexico, After renting from AArons,they continue to Harrass every month about payment, the amount has increased, they have a bully way of receiving payments, from threats of Repossessions, to the court, I believe that such companies like this has to follow the States collection Laws, I have seen this company take over Rentacenter,s accounts where there is only 1 or 2 payments left and Aarons repossess items demanding much larger payoff amount, whwere they lose there property. Demand from your State,s Attorney General office to conduct a investigation for unfair collection methods

I got a computer from Aaron's and they just took yet a different amount for the payment. That was supposed to pay for said computer and now that they got their money they say that they are coming to get the computer and going to send me to jail. the computer is not in my name but was a gift. so i get to go to jail even AFTER THEY GET THE PAYMENT. WTF. I am a sick woman that is why I have my computer. I can not leave my house without help and you are going to put me in jail for a gift.
