I must say Mark in the Burlington Nc store is a person with no personality.. They have lost my business for sure one I finish paying my chair off.. I went in the store on Saturday and they were sitting in the office while these wild Ass kids of the employee from store sat back and didn't make the kids calm down,. Slamming the office door.. This girl use to work at rent a center and she is useless annoying as hell.. I took my w//d back due to her ignorance.. Went to Aarons to deal with the idiot again.. Now dealing with her children terrorizing the store guess its time to make a change to schewels where managers aren't a Ass and employees have kids there to chase customers out the door.. So Mark start treating customers with respect, and dumb Ass employee needs to find a babysitter so customers aren't bothered with them yelling, slamming doors, and running around customers tagging them.. Goodbye Aarons I am done with your employees..

This should be a minus sign for the Georgia street store in Amarillo. I bought a washer and dryer from the store. When the first load was done- it backed up and flooded my garage and laudry room, along with blowing a breaker and soaking a plug. I aked for an electrician to check it out and the elesctrician came with 2 kids in tow. Nothing was done. Then a belt broke in my dryer- 2 loaners and a call to the ditrict manager later- still nothing done. The district manager said my account would be changed so I did not have to deal with them again. Today, I get a call from the same store to deliver my dryer. When I asked when my plumbing was going to be fixed- he told me they didnt do anything. My account has still never been taken care of and when the store manager was here, he basically called me a liar in front of someone else. The employee told us he did it and in front of 3 people. I was on the phone on hold for corporate when he told me that this was his card and I could tell them that he was here and he didn't see why someone's plumbing could be messed up by putting in a washer.Again I called and I am waiting for the upper management to call now. My plumbing is messed up,, my electrical service is screwed up, I have a washer that I have to cut off and on manually now to keep it from backing up and flooding. Wow! What a nightmare. Never had any problems until that little delivery guy came and touched my stuff.All I want to do is to be able to wash and dry clothes without having to watch the washer and have to worry if it will overflow. If this gets resolved, and that is a big IF, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Actually I give this store a 0 rating. This is the worst company when it comes to renting items. They have been harassing my son about a TV that he never received. We used them when we needed to rent a radio, well it sounded so bad we returned it the next day, which was 6/2/12, because of that they had my sons information. About two months ago they began coming to my home stating that my son had a TV, I explained to them that he never received a TV, all he did was ask about their prices. Things got so bad we went into the store to speak to the manager, I asked him to see video and a contract to prove my son walked out with a TV and they COULD NOT PRODUCE ANYTHING, the police were called and they were informed not to harass us any further. Well, today they started calling the references that were on his original contract from the radio we returned. Now I'm fed up and not going to deal with this. So I am writing this to make sure no one else falls victim to their crap. At this point trying to obtain information on filing a lawsuit for harassment, and defamation of character.

We have rented from Arron's for several years and paid off several several items from them... We are currently renting a Fridge and Stove from them and when we started I explained to them that I don't get my pay from work until the FIRST FULL WEEK of the month. Every month I have to argue with them over late fee's and they don't give one shit about it... I am calling the corporate office and I am also calling my local T.V. station to see if they might be able to get my late fee's refunded... What a waste of time and WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.....

worse customer service people on the planet! they do not respond to problems or issues or complaints of any kind, but if yer late with even one payment for a single day, they bomb yer phone with calls 6,10 even 12 times PER DAY even AFTER youve explained whatever the reason is for being late at all hours of the day and night, and in my case (dunno bout anyone else) started TEXTING me from a private cell phone accusing me of being a thief! have already called corporate and filed a formal complaint (we see if that goes anywhere) and in touch with an attorney to file harassment charges. yer better off going without than dealing with this company in any way whatsoever. HORRIBLE!!!

I want to say that I personally never used this company. My daughter did and even though I admit she did have some problems paying her bill on time but what was done to her was uncalled for and beyond belief. The rep called me first and told me that he was at her door with the sheriff's office. This was a lie. They actually broke the lock on the door and then called the police and said that there was a disturbance at her location. My daughter is very ill and was upstairs sick. The police came and everything under false pretenses, with guns drawn. If my child had been shot because of there lies, I would be more than writing this letter right now. The items that she had didn't work and kept blowing fuses in her house. All I say is to anyone that uses this company you should give them their stuff back and then run. They are the most unprofessional and nasty individuals I have ever run across. This company is absolutely horrible and should be put out of business. My advise to anyone is put your items on lay away until you can get them out, or do without until you can pay for them. Companies like this prey on people who want things and don't have the money to pay for them. This is so wrong on so many levels. All dogs have their day and Aaron's will have their's too.

Hi my name is Josue Bracero I am a former active duty marine and i got a really nice issue with some of the employee, I got a account with u guys and I don’t be able to pay in like 4 months because I been out of town on training and I talk with the guys in the store about that I going to came back in two weeks but today a received a call of 770-426-3935 and this guys call telling that I’m a liar and threat in me, talking really disrespectful and I don’t think that’s the kind of services that u guys provide I really don’t like it, I have the phone call recorded and I’m going to do something about that, I know that I have to pay because I sing a contract and I always answer the phone but really that’s is not nice to have a call and somebody talk to u that way. I rented a livinvg rm and a tv w/ stand and surround sound on the 31st of Aug and the remote control was not delivered w/ the tv and I was told that the remote would have to be order as well as aux cords wasn't part of the pkg well needsless to say you can't use your surround sound w/o the cords or remote control in which we went a wk w/o the use of and when I called and asked them to retrive the surround sound and got talk at with a speech and was hung up on by the manager none the less, completley unprofessional I would never recomend anyone to rent from aarons and I haven't even had the furniture for 30 days and there already emailing me for a month 15 days mean pro-rated not full month!!!

Last week an Aaron's delivery truck backed into my husband while he was on his way to pick up our son from Baseball practice. Long story short.... dealing with The Travelers (Aaron's Insurance Carrier) has been a nightmare and don't worry, I am posting there too. Aaron's themselves have been no better honestly! No wonder people get lawyers so fast when dealing with a corporation! Dishonest companies should be put out of business...

If I could give no stars I would. My daughter’s boyfriend rented a TV from one of the stores. I had nothing to do with it, so I dont even know what store it was, but it was in DFW area of TX. They moved out and about a week later, Aaron's sent their henchmen to my door wanting to come into MY house and look for their stuff. I told them that they didnt live there anymore and no, they could not come into my house. They told me to have them call. I passed the message along. About a week later, they showed up again and this time they were bullying me and threatening to call the police on ME if I wouldnt let them come into my house. I am 60ys old, disabled, and live alone so I was not comfortable allowing 2 strange men into my house. They would not leave till I let them look in the house. I called the main number and complained, but the district manager was just as much of a jerk as the henchmen he sent out. He so much as called me a liar and said if I wouldnt let them in, it was because I was hiding something. I really dont like being accused of something I didnt do. I have no control over what adult children do and its not my problem. I have a very protective dog that I didnt want to be held responsible if she bit one of them because she could sense how uncomfortable and upset I was with the men.

I began a lease with Aarons in February 2011 for a refrigerator. Within the last 7-8 months, I have had nothing but constant problems with it. They have come out to supposedly provide a loaner while they "fixed" it. The first time, I had to call them after 3 days to check the status of their fixing it only to be told that it was sitting in the store the entire time and that nothing was wrong with it. They returned the same refrigerator back without even looking at it. Two days later, I had to call them again and they finally brought another loaner in and supposedly "fixed" it this time. Approximately a month later, I had to call them again. I called them two days ago to advise them that I wanted a replacement (per the Maintenance section of my contract) and was told that they would not do a replacement, only repairs (Aarons I CAN READ!!!). I told her that I was paying way too much money (2800) for what she told me during the conversation . .a USED refrigerator. I told her that I would talk to a lawyer and she told me. . ."Well ma'am, this is the contract you signed and if that's what you want to do." I told her that since she was blowing me off, that I would contact a lawyer." We all need to figure out how to start a lawsuit because they are ripping people off. Providing bad quality products and charging extreme prices as if they products they are providing are brand new. . .Macon, GA.

Got a dryer in The Gladewater Texas store the damn people put a dent in my dryer during delivery and claim I did it I called Adam a store manager that never returns call and was told it was my fault does anyone know how I can call corporate

Me and my husband has got 2 things threw this company and also at first recomended them and I got a camcorder for a xmas play of dec 2011 and we got a tv in fev 2012 and now my camcorder is suppost to be pd off they r saying no! Saying the paper work wS mixed up and saying ive onky made 100 pmt on it after ive made 349 on it...also they have fired all the empkoyees now and say we have got refunds on tv and camcorder and either I bring back my camcorder or they are filing charges...what kind of crap is that????poor customer service,poor pmgmt. poor company they need to start gettin there stuff together or there will not be no such thing as a company called aarons after they get there butts sued...this happend in jacksboro Tn

I have been having trouble with the Arron's in Hot Springs, Arkansas. My care giver went to Arron's with my permission to go get a washer(mine had taken out). She had been taking my clothes home with her to wash them. Anyway she went to them and filled out an application to buy the washer. I had her to put the pay date (which they have down there the 1st or the 15th) the 15th of the month. The problem is they call me on the 2nd or the next avalable day (if the next day falls on a holiday or on a Sunday) to tell me I'm late. I have fought with them about the day of the month we put on the application ever since I rented to own it. It upsets me to no end. I won't it to stop. Why put down on the application two options on the best time to pay when they don't even look at it?. They say it was becuuse of the date my caregiver came in with the application(the first of the month) to see if I could get a washer. They chose the day to bring it out. My caregiver made the first payment because I didn't have my social security check yet.And I told them then I wanted it for the 15th, because the paper they gave me (since they don't mail out a statement any more) said the 1st. I should of made them take it back right then and there.But the man who took the payment said to tell them in the office they needed to change the payment date. I did and after arguing with them and several different phone calls from different ones saying they were the manger, they said it would be set for the 15th.I have a reciept showing where one of them marked the payment to be the 15th. I want the calls to stop.I'm wheelchair bound and it upsets me to be told i'm late when i'm not. I feel they are harrassing me. Something needs to be done. Why do they try to run over me. I'm not stupid, I'm just in a wheelchair . Anna

I bought a plasma from these crooks they told me me plasma does not burn in that problem has been fixed well here we are 6months later and i have burn in so i called aarons talked to dave and he told me that i caused the problem that i left the tv on for twelve days on pause . i told him he is full of s**** and i want a new tv. he told let me see what i can do here are a week later and no tv or phone call. Oh yea this is the store in UniversalCity TX.

i have leased a lumix digital camera, my job requires i take lots of pics. sometime in excess of 300 a day. i have been through 3 of these lumix (Panasonic) digital cameras,they have all developed the same problem, spots on the lens, which cause the pics to come out with spots on them.. i have made all my previous pymnts, now on my last pymnt. the camera has the same problem, so i bring it back to the store in clearwater fl and was told there was nothing they could do as non of my previously returned cameras was ever sent out for repair, i did notice that every time i go to arons there are new employees, resulting in lack of customer care .

The store have lyed to my wife n i about a tv we return to b fix now they gave us anotha tv thats not even ours realy bad custmer sevrice here in ALASKA ANCH

I bought a bed set last year and everything went fine, paid it off no problems whatsoever. So I returned to aarons when I was in need of a couch. The couch started falling apart within two weeks of being delivered. they came and took it and said they would try to fix it. they brought it back saying it couldnt be fixed and that they would order me a new one. That was last december!!! Its almost september now and I am still trying to get them to order me a new couch! I have an appointment with my lawyer, and will be seeking the most complete lawsuit that we can muster. Ive been paying almost $100 a month for a couch that is falling apart. You try to get something fixed and you cant get a call back, but miss a payment by more than an hour, they are lighting up your phone like the fourth of july! F$%^ this place!!!

My child works for aarons been there about two years with a low pay but does more work than the GM. They told my child she would become the Sales Manager four differnt times but when its time to change her pay they bring in a male with no experience over her im starting to think its more to this. Time to stop being quite its no felmales as managers in this region and im starting to wonder why..

When it comes to Aaron's there should be a 0 star rating. Me and my wife got a front loader washer and dryer in Nov of 2011. Are due date was suppose to be on the 15th of the month. Well the first few payments were made early since we had the extra money. On the 3rd of the following month we get a call from my mother in law. She said Aarons had called and said we were late on our payment. So I called the store. They have us down for our due date as the 1st. WTF! I have spoke to every employee in the store and SURPRISE the DUMBASSES can't change our due date. Our washer is leaking water and they can't fix that either. I'm going back to Rent-A-Center. The Aaron's at 6201 Preston Hwy. Lou.,KY can shove these up their ass.
