I got furniture from the one on moss st lafayette la. They dnt folliw the contract. They call with rudeness like they mafia. I pay my late fees n all that gud stuff but they dnt care. They wait till u invested a lump sum of money with them in then pick up there stuff. AARONS U SUCK!
I worked at an aarons for three days was the worst experience in my life after i was yelled at and told i was not a team player i spoke with the manager of the store during the conversation that he was not taking seriously he decided that it would be funny if he showed me a few pictures he said was his baby picture , well the picture was a baby with an enlarged penis i was shocked and quit the next morning as i wanted to speak with the owner of the the store i have as of yet been payed for the three days i worked i have contacted corporate with no response i am filiing a complaint with the eeoc as of today
This company has the worst customer service ever. They may also be practicing in illegal services. I know for a fact they had a customer who was secondary on an account due to the fact they had no ID proving he resided at this address. What he did was had someone from the address present ID with the address. This should have made this person primary on the account. When the person with the correct credentials wanted to rent something they refused because the person with no ID told them not to. This person has moved from the address were he had the merchandise delivered and had not updated his information personal information.
this company is a bunch of bullshit... they treat people rude and disrespectful.. if I were anyone I would not ever rent furniture from these people ...ruined my furniture and expect me to pay for the month and a half it took them to get me new furniture...not ever going to happen!!! bullshit company with bullshit employees!!!
they flooded my house because they did not hook up washer pipe right. Now my insurance company is telling me that aarons may never pay deductable. I plan on calling their corp office tomorrow and if they dont agree to pay the 2500 then I will be their worst enemy

I am writing about the aarons in syracuse ny. Have been a customer of theres for 15 yrs. Called last month to pay off my bill. Received a call yesterday that I made a mistake {apparently I was the one looking at their computer} I still have a balance of 35.00 and because I didnt pay it on time {because i thought it was paid off} i have a 20.00 late fee..They have such bad customer service never shop there, they have def lost my business..I will never set foot in another aarons store...
They r the worse i wish i ever went to them i use to use rent a center never had any problems should of went back to them.
I am so disgusted w/ the Aarons in Palm Harbor Fl. they want your business but do not supply all parts needed for a stackable washer/dryer, give you the wrong info and still want you pay for items that you can not use because they won't set it up until YOU the customer have all parts. Then they tell you "if you want to stack it when we are gone you can do that" BULLSHIT! Because of this I WILL NEVER DEAL W/ THEM THEY HAVE LOST A SALE!!!!!
I got a 60in tv on Aug. 28th with no remote, they promised to have it to me that day, well 3 days later i had to go get it myself. which that means 3 days with no tv. Then on Sept. 10th icame home after a long hard days work plopped down on the ccouch to watch tv, but to my finding it wold not come on. When i went up to the tv i seen a Single vitical crack on the screen. I of corse picked up the phone and immediately called Aarons only to get another run around. They said they would come to look at it, which was on a Monday, well they came Friday, to say it was customer abuse. Well that was the WRONG answer for me!!!! Nobody was home when this happened!!! Told me its my bill and they are NOT GOING TO HELP ME!! And to make it some bad the same guy that delivered it, that finally came out and that had the nasty attidude was the same person, which leads me to think he may have done something (mistake or not) and didn't want to get in trouble or loose his job. I strongly believe he had something to do with this!! I have NEVER i mean NEVER been talk to like that in my life.. Where has their customer service skills came from???? VERY VERY UNHAPPY
aarons in edwardsville illinois is a fuckin joke the manager is so much a liar they sent a delivery guy over here to my home and when they came to pick up the furniture they picked up my machine that i have to have for medical reasons that track all my medical reports and threw it on the floor and movin the furniture out they damaged my door i talked to the manager an he said his guys didnt do it but the thing is i have 2 witness here and the manger wont do anything about it all my medical history is destroyed machine was fried lost the dr in process and they dont care also he gave me a price on a nice rug i agreed now he is tellin me i owe another price bullshit they can have their shit back now i dont care you all have 3.2 seconds to get your shit i dont want it do i come and damage shit in your store no let me throw your stuff out my door and see how you like it please people dont rent from them please they are a joke and liars NOT IMPRESSED.
I purchased a Dell computer that I was told was BRAND NEW out of the box.... LIARS!! I don't know who I have to contact about this because the Cartersville Georgia store has had so many RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE working there!! My Computer had to be fixed yesterday, and Dell sent a Dell EMPLOYEE to my home to fix it.. this is when we learned that it was NOT a BRAND NEW COMPUTER as I was told when I purchased it!! When I called Dell about the computer they kept asking me who owned this computer I said that I did and they told me no that is NOT the name that we have on file I then said Aarons and again I was told NO that is not the name We have on our files. So I want to know how many people have had this "BRAND NEW JUST OUT OF THE BOX COMPUTER" the technican that came to my home noticed that there was a screw missing along with the rubber stopper! To say that I am highly pissed is not even covering it!! I will find out who I need to turn this company in to so that an investigation can be done on their practices!! Also my husband went and rented a riding lawnmower and had it less than a month and then they sent my husband a bill for another months rent and they had already come to get it!! So YES I am going to get some results and it may even make the news who knows I am so pissed that they are doing all of us people wrong!!
I'm writing about the treatment of hard working employees at Aaron's. I worked at a store in Columbia, SC. The district manager Phil Bilini is absolutely horrible!! He talks down to employee's and treats them unfairly. He seems to be going through a mid life crisis, and takes his much younger female companions around to every store to parade them. While the female companions are around he talks down and disrespects store managers down the line to delivery drivers. Trying to impress them. He is very unprofessional and does not deserve to be in the position of district manager. Since I worked there we have lost good store managers because of his malfunction. If Aaron's cares about their business they will investigate into this. On top of him not doing his job. He would come to the stores he was over and drop in and do nothing. Then when it hit the fan he all of the sudden was staying all day to make up for his lack of work.
The La Mesa general manager just called me and told me if I was a smart white guy and I didn't want to be calling my girlfriend friend from jail I better show up there store tomorrow his merchandise. Is this how this company conducts themself. Instead of just explaining what they have to do next to get there stuff they threaten you and send people to strong arm you to get there stuff. Well I guess they are still in 3rd grade around here trying to bully people on the playground. I hope the headquarters puts and end to this.
AARONS IS COMPLETLY FULL OF SHIT. THE STOCKBRIDGE STORE C0451 IS A RIP OFF. THEY SAID THEY HAD A PROMOTION GOING ON PAY ONE MONTH GET THE NEXT FREE NOW THERE TELLING ME I OWE THEM ANOTHER PAYMENT I CAN GAURANTEE THEY WONT GET IT. THEY TRULY CAN KISS MY ASS. THEIR A RIP OFF AN MY COUCH WAS DAMAGED WHEN THEY DELIEVERED IT.

Dont ever stop at the aarons in port arthur,tx .they are so rude and half of them need to be fired,iwill never go back again after the the rude phone calls im done that store should be close down because no one knows what good customer servies is
