This Transition killed me as a customer. I have been a loyal Wachovia which is now Wells Fargo customer for years since I been a teen at that. Since the Transition, I had nothing but issues with Wells Fargo in which I have never had Before with Wachovia. I thought Banking on line will be beneficial for me but, it just gives me more of a headache. I will love to see any Pending Transactions on my account even though the merchant did not take the funds the day of. NO ONE USES A CHECK BOOK ANYMORE NOW A DAYS!! So why do I have to balance my on line banking and a check book at the same time. I called and spoke with an Alonzo(If that is his real name) with customer service AT 12 NOON TODAY 01/25/2012 who was VERY RUDE AND NOT TOO HELPFUL - HE kept cutting me off and all I wanted to do was make sure an online payment was going to be processed properly. I having been giving Wells Fargo the benefit of the doubt for too long and feel it will be better to close ALL 3 OF MY ACCOUNTS and take my funds to a CREDIT UNION and not deal with these frivolous issues. The small things can be a huge headache and this is ridiculous to go through the run around I just went through due to an online purchase.

For the first time in my life I set up an account and it was with Wells Fargo. For the first 3 months everything was fine. The next month I took a trip back home to Missouri to visit my sick mother. It think I was there for 2 1/2- 3 weeks. When I returned I checked my mail and noticed that I had an envelope from Wells Fargo stating that my account was over drawn $3,221.84... I called the bank and asked them to explain the paper work. She started telling me that my card was used here, there, checks were wrote, and ATM withdrawals had been made. I freaked out and told her that I was coming up there!! When I got there the lady that I was talking to takes me to a table with a computer and started showing me everything. The bad part about all of this is I only had one debit card to my account, that I had with me in Missouri ( all the charges were done where I lived at)Since I had no checks to my account I asked to see the copy of the checks.. They names on the check belonged to an old man that lived in Texas!!! you could clearly see that my name was no where on the checks!!! I told here that she needed to fix it and put my money back in my account. She told me that I have to prove that all of the other withdrawals and the purchases weren't me. Said that I need to ask for all the videos from the stores and bring them back to her. I left ( with a few choice words left behind) called a lawyer and they said if they could prove it was me then I don't get anything back ( duh) and if they show with their finding that its not me they owe all that money back plus his fee's... I called the little heifer back at the bank told her what he said and that was the last time I heard from them other than the check I received in the mail 2 weeks later. Since then I have never had a bank account again, I have no debt, and have all for of my children with their own piggy banks ( in a safe) with money for college! Wells Fargo is a joke and they need to not be in business anymore!!!!!!

I have brain cancer. I have been working on a load mod for my home with WF for almost a year. Every month there is a foreclosure date. then they say my paperwork is too old and I need to start over. that is because they claim they do not get it, which they do or they take too long to get to it. Now foreclosure date is set for Jan. 24 and they are asking me for more difficult paperwork BUT they said they probably will go through with the foreclosure. I am ill I am trying to work- I have given them everything they need for a year. I will be on the street with my wife. how do I get to the top of their corporate ladder ? do I have to involve my state legislators? any ideas would be appreciated ASAP.

I have two words that describe Wells Fargo! YOU SUCK! our house was flooded in September of '11 and it took us forever to get a check from the INS company and then we had to send it to Welss Fargo and now they will not send us any $ until we have an inspection. well we did that and then they gives us FEDex tracking # to have it overnight, but when i check the site it still says initiated which means yeah Wells Fargo never sent it out FedEX, so i call everyday and a supervisor tells me it did go out yesterday fedex but the site still says nothing and so i call back and then he proceeds to tell me that it went out regular mail! are you kidding me! Wells Fargo has a bunch of idiots working in the property loss dept! if they had a zero rating i would give that they suck

I received a new debit card from Wells Fargo thinking it was because it was part of the change from Wachovia. However when my husband didn't receive his I called Customer Service. They said my card was "in conversion". In asking what that meant I was told a merchant reported my card information had been compromised. When I asked who the merchant was they said they did not know. I know the bank is required by law to maintain and report that information so for them to tell me they don't know is absurd. I have written a letter to Wells Fargo's Senior Executive Vice President asking for the information. I'm waiting for their answer. My goal is to determine who the merchant was and to change Wells Fargo's practices regarding notifying card holders when there has been a credit card breach. I believe the media and customers can and should put pressure to bear on such an important and timely issue.

WELLS FARGO has got to be the worst bank ever. They are absolutely worthless and their customer service SUCKS! If there was a 0 star for beyond poor, I would have picked that one. I physically went into pay off a home project loan at a Wells Fargo that was due that day and they said I could not do it there. I then went home and tried to call and make the payment. Customer Service was closed. I then went on their website to pay but they wanted me to open an account with them and take out automatic payments. Forget that, all I wanted to do was pay my $7065 loan off. I did not finish filling in the online application. With no other options, I went on my online bank acct with another bank and paid in full. Now I am stuck with a $25 late fee. They have never heard of courtesy or understanding. If I had my wish, NO ONE would bank with WELLS FARGO!!!

listen,i am currently in litigation with wells fargo and it breaks my heart. my grandparants banked with you for as long as i can remember. the point is,this could have been easily handled had i just been given the reembursement of the fraudulently spent funds. now post wachovia i'm in the system with an undetermined amount of interest. after not being allowed the courtesy, of what is now odveous. i am angry and upset however there are parts of my being that do not want to have to add any more bad press to your financial orginization than has already happened. please dont misunderstand my effort in loyalty to an american institution. there is only a step or two to the post office to make this all too much. i will no longer try to issue you compremise the next time we are in communication it will be in the for of northern district court form.please believe me dave holt and i where in touch for more than a year to no conclusion why do i have to be profiled as either not in position to handle the responsibility to myself and family for what has happened to us, do i accept that you dont respect me enough to not have me have to involve litigations where you have no idea that i will not allow you to manuver through and around. this has caused me great pain,

This bank is RIDICULOUS! All of my friends and some family owe incredible fees to this bank and no one seems to know how. I owe -500.00 and I surely didn't spend that much. When i was with Wachovia I didn't have a problem, as soon as it transferred to Wells Fargo everything went down hill. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I have 2 complaints about Trilegiant, Wells Fargo's highly recommended identity theft protection company. Reason #1. It would appear that the harassing phone calls I'd been receiving all of which related to outstanding debt that I don't have, and that had been steadily increasing from 0 to 5 per day, may be coming from Trilegiant's subsidiaries.....and indirectly from Wells Fargo because they promote Trielgiant and its so called identity theft service. After re-upping my info on the "do not call" list, the calls have stopped. HOWEVER, and this is what I find odd, for the first time since I joined Trilegiant back in May of 09, I received a "what does Trilegiant Corporation do with your personal information" form. In that form it states that I CANNOT opt out of their telemarketing programs. I happen to know Trilegiant has a telemarketing department in Tennessee that markets "bank services" among other things. Trilegiant also has offices in New York, Ohio, and I believe Colorado and Florida, and who knows what other state or country. These bank services may include, but may not limited to harassing collection agency tactics. If these tactics begin again, I will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trilegiant is behind them all..... because I don't owe any money to anyone. Even my house is paid for. If you are getting harassing (often automated) phone calls, google the number because you aren't alone. Reason #2.... After an attempt on my identity in Aug of 11, that I managed to get straightened out by myself, there are still some things on my credit report that I want to get cleared off. In November 2011, I filled out the required form to get them to give me their summary report of the 3 credit card companies. This form has to be submitted before they will do anything. Its now January 2012 and I called to find out why I haven't received my summary report....... and I find out they have a record of receiving my form but they can't find it and haven't done anything with it. If this were an emergency, the perpetrators would have drained every account I own by now. It is the nature of this company to pass the buck and I was referred to another woman who referred me to a voice mail message supposedly some place in Ohio. I don't have a good feeling about Trilegiant, it is a multifaceted company and the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing and consequently there are more than the normal amount of mistakes. The fact that they also do telemarketing for some extra bucks makes me suspicious.

Fees, very disappointing. Now you charge a fee for the checking account and a fee for the ATM card. $10.00 a month! For what? I originally chose you because you were fee free. So, bye bye Wells Fargo, too bad you were bought out. You are loosing 2 customers because you decided to charge fees.

Tony,, wells fargo used the bailout money to purchase wachovia. It cost them 17 billion dollars. that left them with 8 billion. So if they only needed 8 billion to stay a float, then why were they given 25 billion? A bill was pushed through congress amending FDIC rule no. 14 allowing wells fargo to circumvent and buy wachovia out from under citi bank. The rabbit hole runs deep. I have a home loan from wachovia, i tried to modify for over a year. wells fargo denied it twice. Well they immediately decided to foreclose as soon as i got behind, but to their dismay they found that i never signed the deed of trust, making it unenforcable. So now their sueing me for reformation of the deed of trust, and unjust enrichment. UNJUST INRICHMENT.... WHAT HIPOCRATES, They got a free bank plus 8 billion cash for being a failure. I have 30,000 invested in my home since i got the mortgage. they dont have anything invested in it. Take your money out of this bank. This bank is about to fall hard, and youll never get your money after they do.

good afternoon; I WAS FINE UNTIL WHO EVER IN THE HELL HAD TO CHANGE OUR BANK OVER TO WELLS FARGO AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE BY THE NAME OF PETER HAD ON THIS REDICIULOUS NAME BADGE WITH JUST HIS FIRST NAME ONLY AND I TALKD TO ONE OF THE MOST STUPIDIST I GUESS HE MUST HAVE BEEN A BANK MANAGER ABOUT THAT AND ALL HE DID WAS LAUGH AND WHEN I WALKED INTO THE BELLEVIEW ALEXANDRIA BRANCH OFF OF FT. I put 30,000.00 in an account one year ago.Its never been touch,i went to wellfargo at 101 w.1st Street and spoke to the manager Ed Brown to ask him who been deeping into my account without my permissiom.That money is my house money,and they,ve been taking money out of all three of my accounts and i told them i want my money put back because you are not suppose to take out of that special account.The bank owes me one thosand dollars and wont put it back and i think its a shame wellsfargo is STEALING my money and think its okay,have these dum fools lost their minds or what.I filed a complaint with the BBB and waiting to hear back..I will be closing these accounts after i get my money back.They do nothing but lie to you.Ed Brown the manager done nothing to fix the situation...Sanford,Fla 32771 You,d be better off putting your money in a hole in the groud the way banks are stealing today.

I as a customer I'm very dispointed. I had a very bad experence with indenty thieft and treat by the bank no different. I went to close my orginal accounts Checking and Savings, due to the Indenty theift. I was told that the accounts had to be open 24 hrs, for any checks to clear. The I called into the bank, to request again to close my accounts. I was told that they would be unable to close them over the phone. But, not to worry that they would close themselfs after time goes by. Never told that I would inquire servies charges. Then I had to make my car pay with Balboa thrift online bill pay. I never thaught it would pull from the old account. Then the next day I was on bill pay I notice that I was overdrafted on the old account. I didn't understand after the account has been tag for indenty thieft. again I called the bank and they told me that there is a curser that switches account. which I didn't notice the first time. So I made another payment again on the correct account, think that 1st payment against the old account didn't clear. So, I walked into a bank in Fontana where I live and I was told that the payment from the original account had cleared. So immediate transfered money to cover that payment. But, I was left with a service charge. You would think after all that had been throught. I would be forgiven the service charge. But, to insult me more I has a supervisior by name Brenda @ Market & Produce bank branch Los Angeles, calif. Explained too me that the mistake was made by me on it was done online, and they were unable to reverse the service charge. A complete joke. Because, I was unable to close my account in first place. I would never committed the stupide mistake. Then i was ask by this stupid supervisior that accounts had to be zero out. That I had transfer money into that account, so she can close it. I asked go ahead and transfer the money. Again she told she was unable to do the transfer. But, any other reason the bank is able to transer money from account. I still ask, how did anything clear if it was locked account. I have been with this bank since 1988. I have never been so insulted over $39.00 dollars. Now that the accounts have a zero balance. I still have to wait 24 hours to close. The whole expierence has been a big bad Joke. Maybe in time these stupid accounts will close. god forbid it be urgent situation. and still had to pay $39.00 Services charge. This supervisior should be fired. Again her name was Brenda from Market & Produce branch in Los Angeles, calif. Rude !!!!!!

This is absolutely the worst bank ever. I went into the bank and made 3 deposites, it was 2 checks and 1 cash deposite. A couple of days later, my check deposite was showing, but not my cash. I had thrown my receipt away as I was walking out the bank. I strongly beleive tha teller saw me throw it away and went back into my account and deleted my transaction amd he took my money. So i have been to the bank 2 times and they claim they couldnt find anything. They check the person who took my deposites journal for that day and its not showing that he did the deposite for cash. So I have been trying to talk to the branch manager and each time she is on another line and will not return my phone calls. I asked if they could pull the camera to see that i gave him the deposite, and they act like they cant do it. I am going to close out all of my accounts and suggest to people not to bank there.

I give Wells Fargo a rating less than poor "0" rating. I was recently off work sick with Congestive Heart Failure and asked Wells Fargo my mortgage lender for assistance. Guess what? They refused to help me and I got the same old bad customer service. I have never been late or missed a payment. You try to be a good customer, but they provide you with bad customer services. When I called several times for assistance, they would start with the telephone hang ups, then the requests for doctor/medical statements, income information, and then finally about 4 months later, we can't help you, you're not eligible for any of our programs. What programs? How is that you can't provide your customers with some form of assistance when we are coming to you asking for help. I was so hurt by them that I didn't know what to do (they make a bad heart worst). I even talked to them about other solutions such as a skip payment option, lower payments (payment reductions) for a short period of time, etc. As you can see, I still have not recovered from this ordeal. Wells Fargo and Mr. John Stumpf, we all remember when you asked the government for assistance and got it! Shame on you!

Wells Fargo is sucks, I really don't know where to start. I have been doing really great with my local "small" bank. Great customer service, no monthly services, transparent and lots of other great world class services that I really appreciate. One day I just stopped by to cash a check at Wells Fargo. Their customer service explained to me that I could open a checking account so that i would not require to pay a $5 for cashing a check every time I go to them. I thought why not letus do a checking account for now. I have no time at the moment. They said, you know what, just give me your info and leave the rest for us. I provided them with all required info. the next day the deliver a package that has 3 accounts checking, saving and money market. I never asked for three accounts. so the send me a letter along with the package to be signed and returned. I should have not signed the letter, before reviewing the terms (wasn't mentioned on the letter itself). Later it happen to be that I would have to make a transaction between the account every month which means I have to have money on my accounts every time. I didn't do any transaction on my accounts for 2 months. Based on their terms I have to pay a service fees of $10 $15 $25 for each account whenever there is no transaction. you know what I closed all of the accounts -- that is ridiculous - transparency is important.

i am suppose to be a customer of wells fargo, but they seemed to have miss placed a ckeck issued from the state of ohio sent to sc, then johnathan tuggle sent it on to nc, to a rebbcia at the back office then it went on a other wagon train to somewhere out west maybe sd. no one is sure where it is at this time. my retirement fund is not making me any money. I wounder if i can get frequent travel miles on this check. i thought the pony express extistic. all kidding aside i am not a happy camper. ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!!!

The worst service I have ever seen. I had 2 accounts which were long paid off and yet my credit report shows balance amount owed for many months. I have called several times, spent at least an 30 minutes on the phone with their customer reps, faxed over request for credit bureau corrections and yet the same issue continues. Today, on my placing a follow up call on my last faxed in request for credit report correction, the rep would not give me her name, would not research further where my account could be located, although I told her she had to go to the achieves in order to find the account. It appears that there is no responsibility for this financial institution to comply with Fair Credit Report Regulations and no way to enforce that they comply. WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SUCKS!
