Because of a teller's mistake several years ago Wells Fargo refuses to delete me from the Chex System even though I paid them. They do not report that I disputed the item and that I paid for the check but not the bounced check fee because it was their teller's mistake. They are ruthless people. Credit unions are friendlier and that is the way I have taken and have excellent credit but this black eye from WELLS FARGo and it was their mistake not mine.

Too pissed to tell my story about this disgusting Bank that does not want your business or to help you once they already have your business. Trust me, STAY AWAY! Just google Wells Fargo complaints. Go to your local credit Union.

This is the worst bank to deal with. The branch in Brea, California is so unprofessional. They are rude to their customers, the tellers are so dumb they can't figure out anything. I am an owner of a business & have never seen anything like this. I highly recommend you not to bank with them. Nothing but problems. The mangers there are absolutely no help either.

Wells fargo has absolutely no interest in it's customers. They want your money and that is as far as they care about you. I have had nothing but trouble from this financial institution since opening an account with them a few weeks ago. I want to warn anyone who listens to this, save yourself a lot of time, frustration and rudeness and bank somewhere else that actually cares about more than your money. Almost everyone I've spoken to that has a current wells fargo account or had one in the past has come to regret it. I have no idea how this company has stayed in business so long.

Worst Bank Ever

Wells Fargo is incompetent! They applied my payments to the wrong account which caused the account to go delinquent. I contacted them concerning there mistake only to be treated horribly. While waiting for someone to fix the problem they created on my account they sent it to there collections department and frozen my account! The kicker is this was an interest only account which I only owed $46.71...I had made the interest payment plus an additional $6929.42 payment to the account but because they reversed there mistake incorrectly it showed I didn't make my interest payment. What a fricken nightmare. I am in the process of closing every account I have with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!

I have had two very bad dealings with Wells Fargo and their online bill pay. This is the 2nd time my only bill that they pay has been late and it is my rent payment. I have tried to put a stop payment on the check that was mailed on the 2nd of October because of their stupidity mistakes and they told me I could not stop the check that they have to do an investigation on it first. It was due to be delivered yesterday and my landlord did not even get it today. Why can you not put a stop payment on your own money and have it put back in your account if it is not delivered when it is supposed to be delivered.

Totally incompetent is about the nicest thing that I can say.

When we finally change it only took our $ 100 monthly payment! How does this help? My husband and I have faithfully paid our credit card payments for the last 10 years, before my husband lost his job twice in two years. We went through all our retirement money to keep the existing mortgage. He took a little help over $ 100!

Well as bad as wells Fargo is they continue to get worse. And do not be a loyal customer as that means they will treat you worse. But the one thing the consumer has is word of mouth. So with that in mind I will tell anyone who will listen including colleagues, friends, relatives and even strangers about the contemptible service and treatment I have received. I received written confirmation from Amy R. Cannon Senior Correspondence Specialist who proves my theory. They could care less. But fellow consumers it is your duty to also tell everyone and anyone of your similar experience with Wells Fargo "who continues to strive to deliver exemplary service". As an RN I would want to treat the nausea. As a consumer, I would warn consumers to o elsewhere....not that they will even care.

i took out a personal loan, could not afford the payments and have been given the run around for months. I have been lied to by bank associates, managers and disttict managers. Yelled at by phone representatives. Threatened by people who are supposed to help me. I would like to start a class action suit in Philadelphia,PA. Anyone interested?

Wells Fargo cannot even make their recordings correct when one is trying to find a balance on their accont. the recording skips twice and you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before you can get your balance. YERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was in the process of modification of my loan and wells fargo sold my house behind my back .this company is corrupted and commiting a lot of fraud. I hope IRS gets them and their employees selling homes that are in modifications to new owners for pennies "CROOKS"

Wells Fargo is the epitome of gross incompetence and ineffectual banking practices. This alleged Bank has failed "ME" miserably after being an A+ rated mortgagee,(HOMEOWNER) to have the audacity to ignore my telephone calls to their local and national headquarters on an inquiry on an increase of my PITI payments without a concrete plausible explanation. Secondly, my residence was burglarized this year for over $11,770.00, and when we submitted a structural damage estimate from our contractor they ignored our correspondences and itemized bill cover under our policy. We will be filing a formal grievance with the OFFICE OF CONTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY out of Houston, Texas for "Aiding and Abetting in FRAUD and EMBEZZLEMENT", practices under state and federal mandated Statutes. A Criminal and Civil Litigation will be aggressively pursued for damages we sustained by the unlawful Criminality of a derision entity called, Wells Fargo. You are an Embarrassment and a Disgrace and I personally share enmity and disdain for your substandard services. JJK.

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF WELLS FARGO FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS. AFTER MY EX AND I DIVORCED, I CONTINUED TO PAY OFF THE CREDIT CARD THAT WE HAD TOGETHER. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE HIS NAME OFF OF IT EVEN THOUGH HE HAS REMARRIED AND SO HAVE I. I HAVE PAID BACK THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS, BUT I GUESS IT IS BEST FOR ME NOT TO GET ANOTHER CREDIT CARD WITH THEM, SINCE THEIR INTEREST IS SO HIGH. FUNNY HOW LAST WEEK I WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO HAVE A $9500 CREDIT LIMIT, AND TODAY I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A $5.00 LIMIT.

I am livid this morning. After reading the comments posted above. I cannot wait untul I am finish doing any business with wells fargo. They have zero customer service until it is for late fee. I will start contacting people not to do business on any level with this bank.

wells Fargo are nothing but Thieves, they deliberately change their routing number without notifying their customers,so when your payroll,retirement and ect... go through they are so called redirected? tying your money up for weeks, while your checks that you've written for your mortgage and bills are being bounced.then they play dumb and try to convince you that the problem is on the other end. thank God for my understanding and informative mortgage company for calling my attention to the matter. even after I placed a three way call with wf and my mortage company they still tried to play stupid. after five hours of going back and forth, being transfered to one dumb ass to the next.Im convinced that after this is resolved I will no longer do business with these jack asses again, our 25 yr relationship is officially done. I hope the intrest they have collected off my money take thier ass to hell with gasoline draws on. .

A customer of some forty years, WELLS FARGO is well aware of the CATCH 22 = TRAPPING of "customers" by the incongruous facility of FICO SCORES and length of accounts and such standing and performance a very relevant factor in their "ratings." So they have come up with the nifty trick to ENHANCE PROFITS and DAMN THE CUSTOMERS by EDICT OF SENIOR MANAGERS: the "customer service" people are certificable idiots .. ON PURPOSE! "Supervisors" are the "idiots" sitting together in circular booths passing the line from one to another .. "Management" otherise is "not available." In requesting only a two day delay in a payment due on a MC account paid in full monthly and due to an errant direct deposit and just one business day today, 8/31 due to the weekend and holiday. The idiot suggested "just make the minimum payment," not the point, the account paid in full then draws no interest. What a bunch. Reading the reviews above; second all of them.

You are the worst Mortgage company I have seen in my life. I have worked for Mortgage Companies before and I have never seen the horror done to customers that you do. I personally hope you go out of business. Any body I speak to if they say they have a Mortgage with Wells Fargo they hate your company and can't wait to be free of you, with that kind of business ethic's you won't get repeat customers.
