Horrible resturant conditions

I happen to be a very big fan of your restaurant. We eat as a family there once or twice a month. I've noticed over the last few months the conditions there are getting bad. Broken chairs and filthy tables. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like based off of how dirty the place is. I understand this may cost money to ensure the upkeep of your establishment but this is money well spent in my opinion. The store I'm talking about is located in West Nyack NY at the Palisades mall. I would hope an inspection is done. The tables in which I normally sit are located on the outside of the store. Even more reason to get this cleaned up because its visable to people that pass by.

Awesome Meatloaf and Stuffed Bell Peppers

For those who enjoy a great tasting meatloaf or stuffed bell peppers, simply smash a bag of T.G.I. Friday's Potatoe Skins Cheddar and Bacon snack chips and add it to your recipe mixed with your ground beef.

Why isn't there a TGIF in Fayetteville,NC this is a military community with lost of restaurants some to many of the same I shouldn't have to drive to garner,nc or Durham,nc that's just to far only time I get a TGIF is when I go home to Denver,Co once a year.

What is happing to this restaurant?

In the past, we went to TGI Fridays about 2-3 times per week; however.lately we have noticed a significant portion size reduction and higher prices. During the past two visits, it has gotten to the point where we will only go to your restaurant 1X per month. I was charged $5.99 got a small cup of soup with no refills and my daughter ordered a shrimp rice dish that was $12.99 and was not big enough to be an appetizer. It had about 1/4 cup of rice and 3 shrimp on it. When we asked for more rice, we were charged for it. What is going on? You use to be our favorite restaurant!

Hiring fellons

I recognized a female waitress from the brick n.j. Rest. She was arrested 5times in Florida and did time in jail,and she is only24.does fridays hire such bad people.she is new there only about a month and half.i won't be comming back.

Freehold Fridays:YUK!

I went to lunch last week at the Freehold restaurant. The cheeseburgers were "white" inside and tasteless. The check came and the check cover was greasy. The place was dirty. The manager asked us if we came often. We said "no" and he replied, "The next time you come in we will discount your food." Oh my gosh! We will never spend any money at this place again. What a DISASTER!!!!!

Very Disapointed

I took my boyfriend, my daughter, and her friend from college to TGIF in Greenville SC on New Years Eve 2012-2013 for a great time! But, it was TERRIBLE. Our food came out 35 mins late, their wss Barely anyone there! Our Waiter was even non-considerate of the Cold food. I told him we were not happy and he only laughed it off. The Non Alcohol Strawberry Daiquiris the girls ordered were so sour, he took them back but still charged me full price.He didnt bring me my full meal but, when he did it was cold too. We drove a hour away just for this. I visit this place very often and NEVER had this Problem. I was so embarrassed after I had bragged how Great TGIF WAS... EVENTHOUGH the service was Terrible we still tip the Waiter a little. MOMMA ALWAYS SAYTREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO TGIF ANYMORE.,AND I GONING TO MISS IT!! THIS WAS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BRING IN OUR YEARS....

management

The management at the Fridays in Danvers MA is terrible. they have there favorites and they dont value there employees at all. ive worked there for over a year and have done everything for them when they were low on ppl to work. i worked 40 hours a week during my spring 2012 semester and was never told about the tuition re-embitterment. I have picked up shift when people call out and even work on days i wasnt suppose to be scheduled. i did all of this and never once got the offer for a raise or anything. We all do and show our best work and never get recognized for it. the managers there deserve a talking to because the way they treat there employees is unprofessional to say the least. they talk about firing employees to the whole wait staff before informing the employee i find that very disrespectful. if they have a problem with an employee then they should address it one on one not telling the whole staff. I am appalled with how management treats people and dont value there option or work. after experiencing this i would never work for Carlson again and will not be a customer at any TGI Fridays chain. I wont recommend this restaurant to anyone for employment or to dine at in the future. someone should defiantly look into this and talk to other employees still working at this branch.

Worst experience of my life

My family and I just walked out of store 2112 in Atlanta, GA. We waited one hour to be seated and all they could say was sorry but we have a big party in the back. After we ordered our dinner, we continued to wait the waitress brought out the 2 sweet teas and my daughters hi-c and our spinach dip appetizer. We continued to wait. The waitress then brought out my daughters soup. We thought that was odd since usually meals are usually brought out all at once. We continued to wait. We decided to ask the waitress how much longer for our meal since my daughter had finished her soup and we had finished the appetizer. The waitress said another 10 minutes. After waiting an hour to be seated and then waiting another hour for my food that I never received. We asked to cancel our order. It then took the waitress another 15-20 minutes to bring the check I actually had to go to the front and see if someone or anyone would bring us our check. The waitress brought the check I gave the debit card. The manager brought the receipt for us to sign which we thought was quite amazing since he had been hanging out with his friends in the bar. The manager said sorry for your wait and asked at what point had we cancelled our order and we said after we waited 1 hour to be seated and 1 hour on foo and she said it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. He said "oh ok well sorry" I let him know I would be contacting the headquarters and he said ok do you want the number. At this point all I can say is WOW. I hope the $23.92 that I paid for the little bit of food I received was worth it. My family and I went to Wendy's right down the road and fit great service. The manager and staff do not appreciate their customers and I will absolutely never enter a TGI Fridays again. Someone from your headquarters really should go on undercover boss and see what really goes on. I did tell the manager that I understand that they had a big party but they also have other customers and if they continue to treat people that way it will begun to show in their sales.

I wanted to take my family out yesterday to eat but all staff made us feel very uncomfortable I asked to speak to a manager and the manager did not show concern about how terrible his staffs behavior was all his employees were huddled up in a corner pointing and speaking about my family . The manager asked is what can he do for us then just offered us a free meal but we all refused to take the meal we felt very disrespected . Another family felt the same as well and filed a complaint to the manager he offered them appetizers to shut them up as well then the rude employees came over and offered him appetizers apologizing but we never got an apology the service was terrible . The other employees were very disrespectful not our waiter it seems as if they had conflict with her while they apologized they blamed everything on her she fell out into tears i felt very bad because it was not our waiters it was the disgusting rude employees never will I come to the FRIDAYS IN BRIGHAM CIRCLE this is the first time the service was terrible I hate this place now I will look further into this situation me and my family's experience was terrible for no reason we were disrespected and service was the worst we were better off going to mc Donald's

I was at the tgi fridays in westlake ohio and was very upset at the way the new general manager treated the two host girls working... I was also upset at the way he handled things in the front and with my party this man should not have a job as a manager he has absolutely no idea what he is doing at all and should not have a job as manager. I will not be returning to this Fridays ever!

wonderful waitress

We had a wonderful meal in Dothan Alabama served by a very friendly waitress named Janice. When we left my car battery was dead. After a long while waiting on AAA to help us, Janice came to our aide, we had a female relative come to give us a jump. The only thing is our car was not reachable therefore it had to be pushed back up hill. Janice went for help which no one came to our aide she herself along with the three of us (I was recovering from knee replacement) pushed the car back far enough to get a jump. She was wonderful even went to get jumper cables for us in case ours would not reach. A special thank you to her and your company for hiring such a wonderful lady that went above and beyond to help a customer in need when no one else would including other employees. She works at the TGIF at 3370 Dothan, Alabama.

Thank you for the Veteran's Day lunch. I had mine at the Quincy, IL, store today, and it was wonderful--best Ruben I've ever eaten. The service was great also. I really appreciate you interest in all of us.

On Saturday, November 3, 2012 myself, wife and daughter went to you restaurant located in Piscataway, New Jersey (store # 1693) I’m taking out this time to write to you and to inform you of the exceptional job of two of your employees M**** (host) and D*** (server). As you know, NJ was recently hit by hurricane Sandy and a lot of people are still without power so your establishment was very busy that evening. I was a GM at a restaurant in Atlanta, GA and I take notice of the way the employees perform their jobs and as we know a lot of them are young (high school, college). As my family was dining I experienced a very disrespectful family treat your host M**** in a very demeaning manner and he responded to the situation very calmly and professionally without any type of disrespect or attitude, handled it (which was not part of his job) and continued with his job of being a host with the same respectful, charming attitude he had when we first came into the restaurant and to say that about a young man in his early 20’s to me says a lot about that individual’s character and has a lot a potential. D*** also remained cheerful, respectful & professional to my family and as I stated before it was a very busy evening because a lot of families are still without power and the two of them handled themselves very professionally the entire evening. I believe that it will be very beneficial for you all to have M**** as a server and not a host I feel that he will excel very well and quickly, when speaking to R***** your FHM at this location he stated that M**** has only been there approximately one month and has gone above and beyond and I definitely feel that he will continue to do so for himself and for TGI Fridays.

Moscow Airport( Shermetyevo) Terminal D 8pm 12th October 2012 I have to tell you that your business at the airport does you no favours. It is absolutely appalling serving cold food and terrible service. Take a look sometime and change your franchisee.

TGI Fridays Clifton New Jersey One of the worst restaurant experiences my wife and I have had in a long time. 1. Lobster tails were rubbery, not steamed as requested with massive amounts of salt which totally destroyed the taste not to mention they were very small 2. Fully loaded mash potatoes here means one piece of chive, no sour cream, and cheese that wasn¿t melted with a total quantity of less than a ¼ cup of mashed potatoes 3. Massive amount of salt poured directly on top of the vegetables. Wife is very sick today 4. Drawn butter for the lobster was a tablespoon of sea salt and a ¼ teaspoon of oil on top. This was NOT butter. In fact it wasn¿t even margarine 5. Definition of a martini with this restaurant is NO vermouth, and the cheapest and most harsh vodka that is available. Drink tasted more like wood grain alcohol than anything else. Additionally the martini glass was not even filled two thirds full 6. Way overpriced for a small Lobster dinner for my wife and a small steak dinner for myself. $97 dollars. 7. Lastly, everytime we tried to order an item, we were told it wasnt available.

We went to your 21st and maize wichita,ks restaurant 10/14/2012 we got terrible service.your greeter also was getting peoples drinks,there were no waitresses in the bar area your bartender was doing her job and waitressing the entire bar side of restaurant.every once in a while saw a man who looked to be helping not doing a very good job of it.to say the least we had a passing waitress give us menus then left.finally another waitress appeared on the scene but never ever spoke to us.after 15 minutes started waving my hand in hopes of someone to take our order.the little waitress standing behind the bar saw me waving and said what did i need? to order i replied.she took our order and 20 minutes later she said it will be soon.8 minutes later here it came .she said what else did we need? my husband said how about some silverware? she retrieved it and we never seen her again?i wanted a baileys to drink asked the little greeter could she tell bartender since she was close to us.sure she replied.12 minutes later ,your bartender was to busy to get it.she was busy getting everyones dinner and bar tabs cashed out.by the time she came empty handed to me i said forget the drink get us our bill.and i want to see your manager.I repeated to bartender we wanted our bill.manager came over i told him how bad our service had been.he just said it was one of the days.he would take care of our bill,AT the same time he told me i had no reason to be griping about my service or at him.I said to him excuse my husband and i were leaving and we wouldnt be back.we came here alot before.Is the economy that bad that you had to lower your wait staff to point of no service?too bad was a nice restaurant.
