Went to celebrate birthdays before the Grand ole Orpy, service was sooo bad my brother-in-law had to go to Starbucks to get his coffee after waiting 30plus minutes! Even the manager took 15-20 minutes to come after we waited and hour for service never rendered!!

gave it one more try, bread was stale, your tang and tonic small glass was 7.95 funny raised prices right after you all hit the newspaper, potato skins were so dry, hardly anything in them, I do not mind paying for my food but when it is bad its bad, and you are very cheap on your salad dressing cheap is more like it.

I have been coming to TGIFs for years and each time I have become amazed at how cheap this restaurant is becoming.from two for 20 to nothing for twenty.we went to the Anaheim Savy ranch Ca ,store and waited over an hour and 10 mins for our food.my Kids were in tears they were hungry.The waiter said the Manager would be coming to talk to us shortly as he did to the table next to us.but he never did, He was hiding in the kitchen.My daughter never got her lemonade till after her dinner.they messed up on the bill and had to correct it.just a very bad night out.

We eat at the Gainesville, Florida Friday's and we had a coupon from a gift certificate program here locally the GM Liz Lutz came to our table told us it looked like something we made up and wouldn't accepted it. I have use the program all over town without any problems from no one else, but Friday's. I had the manager of the program go speak with her and she told him she does accept the coupons, so we are confused. But, we will never eat there again and have informed everyone that we know about this.

We waited for about 10 minutes at the TGI Fridays at DFW airport terminal A for a "quiet" table & chatted with the very amiable staff. They accommodated us by looking for a table far from the blaring music. The table in the back was slightly better than in the rest of the place. Several comments were made about how unpleasantly LOUD and annoying the music was! One can hardly have a conversation in this place!

After attending a Youth Conference at USM we stopped by TGI Friday for a meal..WRONG DECISION! We were told at first it would be an hour wait..we went to truck and came right back in an was told 15 minutes..store wasnt busy at all so we waited. was seated at the same table that was empty when we was told to wait (bout 20 minutes) Waitress and her helpers was RUDE!! Complained to manager on duty and she clearly couldn't control her workers cause she showed no type of professionalism..my first experience with TGI FRIDAY and my LAST!!

I dont like tgi fridays and I woudl never go there for a dinner even if im dieing hungry! Its all fast food like meals plus always loud and screaming kids everywhere. On the top of that I just received coupon in my mail which made me very angry because I hate mail, so I wanted to contact them to take me off the mailing list but unfortunately there is no contact available to do so, which is very disappointing. Please dont send me shit, I dont bother you neither.

I had to write about the great, professional and fun service from our waitress Nicole. We were here on a busy Friday night with a party of 15. Everything ran so smooth. Drinks were out fast, appetizers quick, then salads arrived just as she took our empty dishes. Our dinners were perfects. We were split up checks and there was no problem waiting to pay out bill. I noticed she had several other tables and took care of us all with such ease and sincere happiness. She even made a dessert for our graduate and sang a happy graduation song by herself that was hilarious. The whole staff was great, we even had a visit from the manager. We will be back!!

TGI Fridays dilutes their alcohol. This was just confirmed by a raid in NJ, but I live in AZ and I called it over a year ago. I know what my brand of vodka tastes like and theirs does not taste right. Apparently this is standard practice because so far 13, that's right 13 of them have been caught by the feds. A few of them have diluted their alcohol w/rubbing alcohol. Google it if you don't believe me.

How dare you a trusted corporation endanger your customers by placing rubbing alcohol in liquor to water it down. The press exposure is amazing. I wont ever be in this establishment again. You have a lot of repair work to do after this. Shame on you !

Got there at noon. Employees thought it was more important to text on phone sitting at table at entrance than to help, and then found hair is queso dip. Manager said nothing or didnt even ask if everything was alright afterwards. At end all female employees were standing at front of the entrance of the building just gossiping and talking and did not acknowledge customers as coming in or leaving. Just very poor service and you can tell the employees dont care. This is the Fridays at Paotomac Mills in Woodbridge, va. Buba was the Manager at the time. Only know this cause i made him come out so i could complaine.

We went into the restaurant in Tyler Texas and it was horrible service, wanted to buy my 20 yr old son a beer and they said no. No wonder it was empty. Never again

Why is everything up charged not a deal for a app an a meal for 12$ wen it's 12$ for a app an entree u guys blow I'm no longer comeing here expect apple bees to make u go out of business !

Why do you not have a steak and chicken JD option on the menu??? Even the servers agree at my local TGI Fridays. Been asking this question for over 10a years.

On may 1st at approximately nine thirty I went to the Cedar Hill TGIF Fridays and receive the poorest service I have ever received even worse than a McDonald's. I set without something to drink for 20 minutes and the assistant manager who is on duty basically blew me off. It got to the point I went to the bar and told the bartender to make me the drink and then told the assistant manager to go get it. The assistant manager came by the table twice and said your drink will be ready shortly over a 20 minute period, it was a sangria

Once again, went to the TGIF in Dorneyville , PA, to celebrate. Service was slow, drink orders constantly wrong. Having 4 kids in our group of 7, it took over 2 hours to have our meal and get the check. Food came out luke warm, and the manager said he would comp our meal. Whne the check comes, about 1/3 is taken off. When I asked the manager why, he said we only waited 30 minutes for our food. Even the hostess agreed that we had been there quite a long time. The manager took the bill and turned away, and that was that. No apology, just a nasty attitude. Never again, too many other places to go to that will appreciate my business. Time to call corporate, if I can get a human to respond.

I was having dinner with a friend tonight when the manager walked up to our table & said excuse me ladies, I'm not trying to be rude or anything but can you tell me or can you guage how much longer y'all are going to be? We are fixing to start karioki & this area should have been designated as such. We can move you to another area if you want or...I looked at him (trying to think before reacting too fast) & asked are you a manager & he said yes. I said of the bar or the restaurant & he said all of it (he looked mid to late 20's). I told him that he was being very rude & that I have never been treated like this. There was no line at all waiting to get in either. He said I will comp you something & I said "no, don't bother, we are leaving." We ordered appetizers, dinner and drinks & was'nt there an hour. He did not even ask if we were going to participate in karioki. We will not be back!

The hostess with the short blonde hair was the rudest hostess ever! Terrible place to bring a family I will not be coming back! Cussing in front of my kids is unaccepted. Also greeting of guests was unaccepted! To be sitting down in front of the restaurant on your cell phone texting and give a dirty look when I come in! I felt very unwelcomed to be there I will go somewhere else next time a more family like restaurant.
