Man, I went to the popeyes in Hinesville Ga and made an order at the drive thru Sept 22 about 1800 hours. I purchased 3 large red beans and rice, gave her my money and got my change and no receipt. I then ordered a 4th large red beans and rice and the same thing. This time however, I watched her do the finger shuffle on the lower right side of the register, I guest where the open button was. I can see now at closing, one for popeyes two for me, five for popeyes ten for me. The short heavy set lady with manager on her shirt is ripping your company off, unless the policy is take cash now ring up later.

Today I went into Popeyes (#3283) to get my weekly usual and for some reason this time things went terribly wrong. I waited momentarily while the employees assisted the drive thru. I then complain and thats when AUGUSTINE comes over to assist but obviously bothered I requested his attention. I place my order and when I proceed to pay he snatches the money out of my hand with an attitude. I then complain about his rude and nasty behavoir and thats when ISABELL begans to yell, scream and really become biligerant with me. The other employees held her back and requested she lower her voice because the dine in customers were becoming startled from her behavoir. I asked for a refund and did not proceed with business at this location. I had to drive over a mile to get decent customer service (#2056). I am a frequent customer with receipts to prove it. I will not be remaining a customer unless something is done about ISABELL. It is never acceptable to yell and scream at a customer in such a manner. It should not be allowed by anyone representing POPEYES. I will not let this situation go. I will be notifying corporate, the manager at the location in addition to posting my reviews on ever website. People deserve better when they patronize a company.I want to be contacted in regards to his traumatizing experience.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru in Dyersburg, Tn last night and were told they had to cook the chicken we wanted, did we want to wait 12 minutes or did we want what they did have? No, we'll wait. Well, we waited and waited, and finally went back in and they had no clue about our order, after discussing it with 3 different people. Produced the receipt and finally got the order, drove home, and of course, it's wrong. Called back, did we want our name in the book? No, I want my freakin' food. Drove back, no apologies, no manager approached us, and we were passed up twice as people working the counter shuffled food, trying to get orders correct. I was way passed pissed by this time. A couple of free pies does NOT compensate me for my time and aggravation. This is the 3rd time our order has been screwed up at this establishment. The next time I want chicken, I'm going to head to the Colonels.

Popeyes is Bealton Virginia has the worlds rudest manager called Adela --she is so rude , has no clue what the meaning of customer service is . She needs to be somewhere flipping tortillas not managing a restaurant , ill never stop at popeyes ever as long as they still have her on staff

Pop Eyes in Colorado Springs. store # 2479. down right nasty and unfriendly. Manager had a filthy,greasy shirt. No one was wearing sanitary gloves. eeeeewwww!! I don't want something like that serving my food!

I would like to file a complaint against Popeyes, on North Market Shreveport, La for the manager yelling racial words thru me and other guess. This is the manager she proudly stated she is PREJUDICE against any race especially blacks....The Manager of Popeyes Cooper Road Location or North Shreveport something need to be done ASAP calling the Board of Labor.

Gnats! Popeyes in Hayward, CA. on Jackson and Harder. Gnats everywhere, on the windows and landing in my food. It was disgusting. We left and ate out by our car. This is not the first time, we went there before and there were Gnats in the windows. But, I thought it was a 1 time thing. Now, I will never go there again! Management needs to do something about this. You will loose so many customers.

Can you believe that on 17 Sep 12 after making a legitimate complaint with the General Manager Karen, I was threatened with potential arrest, asked to leave the premises and never to return to Popyeyes Store #4425, Windsor Spring Road, Hephzibah, GA. I can not believe that after providing a written record of the transaction that the GM Karen behaved so unprofessional and allowed her fry cook Helen to be so disrespectful to me. This was a legitimate complaint to which should have been resolved with an apology and replacement of product or refund with the quickness. It is as simple as that! I paid in good faith, travelled home with the product in good faith only to find that the product was inedible. I am a customer of many years with this particular restuarant. Popeye's should have hired a more competent staff, and established procedures to resolve simple complaints without issues of this magnitude. I didn't cook the food, or package it and serve it after it had sit under the heat lamp for what had to have been hours. Where was the quality control by the GM? Why wasn't she doing her job! The food was like leather (fish and frieds), and there was no way that I or anyone else could have eaten it. I don't need to know how many years the GM has worked in food service, just rectify the problem and lets move on and possibly keep a valued customer. If it would made her feel better, I could have dug through the garbage to return the garbage they served me. Just imagine the audacity and complete ridiculousness of a GM directing a cashier to call 911 on anyone for a legitmate complaint of this nature. Whether she descided that I was wronged, or not she should have kept things professional. I had telephoned the issue when I first discovered the problem on 14 Sep 12 (same day that the food was served) with another Manager who told me to just come in the next time I was there and tell the staff to look up the complaint in a book (where she recorded the transaction, food item purchased, and my name). She said that Popeyes would replace the meal when I came in. So I returned in good faith on 17 Sep 12 with my receipt to do just that. What I found was that there were a number of complaints in a book 50-100) that was located behind the register. The cashier pulled it out right in front of me. I don't know,it has been a while since I worked food service, but I don't recall having to ever keep a log of any kind to take care of my customers. With or without receipt! The GM Karen didn't resolve the issue when presented with the facts, but rather escalated the complaint with a directive to call 911. I should have been the one calling 911 for the theft of my funds for inferior food and service. After the treatment I received today, I am appalled that I was treated so poorly, and that other customers were also possibly threatened with arrest for registering similiar types of complaints. I've frequented this particular store for several years (at a rate of about once a week) with great service and great product. I never complained or had reason to complain until 14 Sep 12. The GM Karen could have not demonstrated less concern for a wrong done for me as a patron. This was demonstrated by her rude behavior, nasty comments, lies to law enforcement, and further the actions and comments demonstrated by other Popeye employees. She even expected her pregnant cashier to lie about the incident to the officers. Yeah right, she was really going to tell the truth (she appeared to be about 8 months pregnant); what lose a job for not backing up the GM. Apparently the GM thought that she was dealing with someone who would accept her incompetence or dismiss it by walking away with nothing to show for the money or time loss. What I didn't tell the GM Karen was that I am a retired Army Veteran with over 26 years of service to my country. You know, an organization that is built on loyality and respect for others. I also didn't bother to tell her that I am the daughter of a Baptist minister, and an educated woman with 3 Masters degrees under her belt. I was pissed at the manner at which I was treated, but at no time did I become indignant or disrupt operations. I did however, express my displeasure after she (GM) acted so unprofessional and further refused to provide me a copy of the receipt so that I could contact corporate. By the way everything was being recorded on tape which would clear up any lies told. The proof is always in the pudding! Pull out the tape GM Karen, and then be prepared to offer your apology. The last thing that I expected to happen today was to be treated like a thief, simply because I refused to allow the situation to go without formal complaint. Truth be told the GM and the fry cook (Helen) should be fired for their indignant and incompetent behavior. I of course was not arrested for what occurred there was no crime on my part as stated by the officer. I knew this of course upfront but feel that the GM should be reprimanded imeddiately along with the fry cook for their actions today and a formal apology should be given. I was the party wronged from the beginning of this transaction. I could not in good conscious let this incident go unreported to a higher level of management. I telephoned corporate office imeddiately after arriving home. They apologized and documented the incident. Don't know if anything will come of it, or if I will ever frequent Popeyes restuarant again, EVER!!!!!!!! I am extremely dissappointed all the way around!

Popeyes advertises coupons that can be printed from the ComCast internet site of my browser. However, when I take in the coupon, the store does NOT accept it. Not right, folks.

Im so fucking pissed and disgusted by the way I was treated just now at Popeyes by rubin on mill ave and baseline in phoenix arizona who was a pussy and didn't give me hisast name anywho I'm going to continue to call everyday all day and complain until he either gets fired or they close down or maybe both. But no one deserves to get treated the way he treated me tonight. He hung up on me twice when I was telling him about his service. He's suppose to be the manger that's not a good example to set for your employees so I'm very pissed. And i will not stop until something is done about it.

the popeys in elizabeth nj not funtional, i went in to the popeyes located on broad st. elizabeth nj where the manager was playing around with his workers the food was not ready yet but customers were waiting for the food that was not ready yet i also went to the soda machine the tray that holds liquids and ice was nasty no one had cleaned it i also seen the cleaning guy make the food after cleaning the bathroom and did not wash his hands i think the food is very nasty and had to leave i hope i do not get sick i hope u fix this problem.

My staff frequently goes to popeyes for lunchtime,we switch who goes.Everytime theres a story behind it,foods always great.I went myself and placed an order for seven people in the drive through.They had me back up and pull forward several times,no one was there but myself,finally I drove around the whole building thinking I was doing something wrong,when I approached the window they said pull up to the x..Iknew they were messing with me know so I called the complaint department.Two days later I received a phone call on my personell cell phone at work from this irratic lady going balistic claiming to be a popwyes manager,I was terrified and did not beleive this so I hung up and called the number back,it was a cell phone that belonged to a woman I coulsnt really understand sp I called the popeyes store and asked for the manager,it was her,she claims She received my information from the claims department and I was wrong fo making a xomplaint and that theres a timer on the drive through and going crazy,When I told her know one else was in the drive through she said if your order is not ready who wants to wait at the window for it,I did not know how to respond...

AND WAS ADVISED THAT ALL PHILADELPHIA STORESARE PRIVATELY OWNED, SO DOES THIS MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL WEBSITES? I ALSO COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 09/10/2012. I went to the MLK & Airport location in Austin,Texas and everything is WORSE from the store appearence to the employees.I placed an order for 15 Tenders and Cole-slaw and it took 10 minutes to get my order all the time it were NO more than 4 customers in the whole location.This store needs to refurbished like 5 years ago and it's overall appearence it a total ZERO from the time you walk in to the restrooms are all a complete disaster.I know that this location is in an Urban area but there is no EXCUSE for anyone to have to go and buy food from a poorly ran unit.When I got my order the Manager place my HOT FOOD on top of my Cole-slaw,GIVE ME A BREAK PLEASE....

The food was ok, but the price for what I got is my complaint. How can you charge 4.30 for red beans and rice, by my calc a 5000 % markup. I will think twice before I return.

I went to a Popeyes Resturant here in Detroit located on GREENFIELD RD NEAR JOY RD. I wanted to redeem a receipt/w code for a free 2pc chicken and biscuit with purchase of a large drink at the drive thru. This was around 10:30 on Sunday night 9/9/12. I was told that they didn't have large cups at that location so I couldn't redeem my receipt. What the @#$% does that mean? What did they do when purchases required a large drink,deny customers a purchase because they had"...no large cups at that location"? I do not believe so. They could've substituted a,medium and a small for the large for example or given me another item instead of the large drink. They didn't suggested nothing and lost a sale. I am angry and dissapointed in this establishment. I thought about going to another Popeyes but why bother going out of my way. Maybe they're all the same. I won't be going there or any other of your resturants again. I'll get my chicken at the one of your competitors from now on!

way to lose a muslim costumer to raw chicken....all of the branches in Toronto Canada do not cook their chicken properly, congrats for feeding the public bad chicken! never coming back again!
