Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have been ordering pizza hut for many years now. Recently visited the parsons avenue Columbus Ohio location and received the worst service ever. The workers were absolutely rude and terrible and my order wasn't even ready at the time I was told. Took over a hour to get my pizza. I work in the service industry and I don't think I will ever order pizza from pizza hut ever again.

I called the pizza hut in newmarket in newport news va and ordered my pizza the manager on the phone took my order and told me that it was going to be 45min and i said ok and we hung up well in 50 mins i recieved a call from the manager name patrick at the store #4550 stating that he didnt have enough doe to make my pizza My question to him was you didnt know this 50 min ago r you kidding me and then i deceided to call the corp office and explain what happen and the man name roger on the phone states that he can offer me some free pizza are you kidding me I want the matter taken care of not no free pizza so they can do it again omg wtw

Ordered online pizza was late12 minutes so i called they said they'd give me my 20$ credit called back tonight for the credit and they only did the credit for 10$ im beyond pissed

The Pizza Hut on Old National Highway in Georgia is awful..!!!! The 10$ any pizza any way you want it they say they do not offer this deal... It is either the commercial is not clear or this location just decided not to take it... But this location do what it want to do... One day they take the deal the next they don't.... Something needs to be done about... And the workers are very rude..!!!

u need to clean this pizzahut here mendota il. the people that are the mangers are aren,t to brite orderd a pizza sometime in nov an called after we got the pizza talk to a manger he told us they would replace it so we went up there an they couldn,t find were we ordered don,t like to be lied too

Your $10 any pizza has bad advertisment. On the coupons it say's ANY pizza, ANY toppings, ANY size. If you stuffed crust isn't included, you are only limited to three toppings then these things need to be advertised and said so their won't be any confusion at all and i feel like the XL pizza should be included in this deal.

Tried to buy the pizzas they advertise from the Pizza Hut in Larned Kansas and was told that they do not sell the same ones that are advertised on tv because they are a franchise. They carry the Pizza Hut name so how is it that they get away with not selling the advertised product? The $10.00 single topping and the $19.99 dinner box. One less customer. Their loss Caseys gain.

Pizzahut on old national highway in Georgia is Horrible. ordered pizza wings and soda for my team and was given the wrong soda. the driver told me he knew it was wrong but he was told to bring it. he told me to call the store. when i called they wouldnt give me a refund or a credit. will not order from them again.

I phoned our local Pizza Hut for delivery. Was told they do not delivery to our address anymore since the new upgrade on the computer. I phoned another location and was told to call back the 1st as they are to deliver. We have had deliveries for at least past 4 years once a month. Well after 5 phone calls the 2nd location manager phoned in my order and they were suppose to call me back to get my credit card info for payment. I waited 30 minutes and no phone call so we phoned in for a pick up. When I got there he said driver should be at my door. I paid with credit card and he assured me he would let driver know paid. I had to agrue with him to take delivery charge off. When I got home, they said he left as wanted cash. I phoned Lyle (ManaGER) back and told him and he said that the delivery man/boy was a "F" Moron and he will take care of it and credit me. It has been days now and still no credit.

Store 026273 in Pensacola, FL are hard working and dedicated to their job. They should really be congratulated for their efforts me and my friends a group of 20 people showed up. They worked hard to get us our orders. I will continue to go to Pizza Hut if they. Work as hard as this one did.

Pizza Hut has the worst customers service ever. I order a $14.00 pizza at 7:16 it them 3hrs to deliver. I am only 5min from them oh my god ... the worst. .. I will not order another pizza to be deliver from pizza hut again. I call the pizza hut location that I order the pizza from and was informed to send it back if I don't want it .. now that's what you call the worst customers service ever. In Dallas, Tx

Went to Pizza Hut on Western Way in Cheyenne, WY on Tuesday January 14, 2013. After working all day, ordered 2 pizzas, one meat lovers and one supreme, both large. The meat lovers was good but the supreme was raw. Called the store back and "Jeff" answers the phone. He said he would make us a new pizza. Then tells me to bring the other one back, which I have never heard of before, to which I tell him I am already recooking the pizza so that my kids can eat. He then gets very snotty with me so I ask him his name and inform him I will be contacting corporate with a complaint, then he tells me his name is Pete and refuses to give me his last name! I have worked in sales and the restaurant business all my life and have never seen anyone act in this manner. I am a very loyal customer of Pizza Hut but I will never eat at the WesternWay location again and will make sure everyone in this area knows the foul treatment that I received there. Facebook is a powerful tool!

Pizza Hut is the worst. I have tried to order from the Maple Glen, PA location 3 times since I moved into an area with one and have yet to eat their actual food. One time I was told that it was a 3 hour wait for pick up or delivery. Another time they never picked up the phone and it was a Friday night. And this last time I called with a $25 coupon and the manager told me that the coupon was fraudulent. I cancelled the order due to the rude behavior of the employee.

Last night I stop into Pizza Hut in Michigan City, IN where i was ignored by employees. Even though 2 different delivery guys saw me waiting as they ran in and out. I yelled into the kitchen area saying hello is anybody working but no answer. I looked into the kitchen area where I saw three employees huddled around a table one on the phone and two distracted by something else. There is a bell when you open the door and somebody could have acknowledge my entering the door but that didn't happen so I left without ordering. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. The first I waited and waited but still ordered, but after this happening twice I don't think I will be returning. There are plenty of other pizza places in Michigan City.

The Pizza Hut located 1229 getwell road in memphis,tn 38111 is so horrible. Everytime I order they always seem to forget something. There supervisor Thomas D is so unprofessional and refuse to cooporate with me. he needs displinary action and so does the deleivery driver. All the workers have poor hygiene, with tattoos etc. this is who they choose to deliver your food? Not a good look! Almost every employee needs to be fired because their service is awful!! Something needs to happen ASAP!

Customer Service is very horrible when you place and order. I tried to give Pizza Hut another chance, but once again the service is disappointing. First the pizza was came after 2 hours and it was cold. We had to take it back and get a refund. The delivery time is horrible. I am a patient person but 2 hours.,,,

I used to be an employee for Pizza Hut in Montecello AR. It was the worst working experience of my life. I've seen crickets floating in the deep fryer while wings were cooking and they still got served to the customer and the manger new about it. I've seen people spit in customers food disgusting! Worst Pizza Hut ever! No store should be as nasty as this!

Our Pizza Hut use to be good now every time I order they are out of pan pizza dough on 3 occasions they wouldn't deliver if u keep running out of something wouldn't that tell u to order more next time sad the main office acted like they didn't care they should call and tell them if this keeps happening they are gonna revoke there franchise

The Jonesboro, LA Pizza Hut has not had any large pan crust. For the last 10 to 15 time I called up there, they have not had my order. It is ridiculous that when I call at 6pm that they never have large pan crust. This needs to be addressed. We got Johnnys Pizza I'n our town now and they are gonna get all the service.

I placed an order last night on the computer and was told it would be ready at 7:07 estimated. I understand that. But when I went to pick it up at 7:15, They collected my money and said he is cutting it now. Ok. Ten minutes later the same girl that took my money asked if she could help me? I stated I was still waiting on my order that was "being cut ten minutes ago" and the person who was "cutting" was putting up some to go orders instead of mine. I watched him as he put them in a bag for delivery! Why give an "estimated" time if you are not going to try to make it? I started going to this pizza hut to pick up because the one that delivers to my house altered a check and stole money from me. I guess I have to stop going to this one too. This is not the first time we have had problems since the management has changed. And by the way, thanks for never doing anything about your Russian delivery driver stealing from customers. I am sure I was not the only one!
