First let me say that I love your store and it has always been an economical, stylish place for me to clothe my family. What upsets me is that YOUR ARE OPEN ON THANKSGIVING DAY???? REALLY??? Old Navy needs revenue that bad that kids like my daughter that work for you have to miss having dinner with the family to work. It has been said that it is MANDATORY that everyone works. Now I could see possibly later in the day, but she has to work all day. That is un-American in my book and very, very selfish and greedy on the part of your company. Despicable. When Americans are having a tough enough time as it is, Thanksgiving is a day for family, food, love and thankfulness. Not missing children that have to work for a corporate giant or risk losing their much needed job. I am so very sad at this.

Shopping in the Old Navy Store located in Deer Park was facilitated by a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful associate namee Kristen Madonia who showed us where the items we wished to purchased were located in the store, told us about forthcoming family and friends and coupons events, and called several other locations for an item I needed...she even got us directions to get there. She is to be highly commended for the superb way of demonstrating her professional and personal manner of business. Kudos to Kristen. I think she needs a raise--a good raise! Please share this with her. She was so humble when we commended her in person. Remember, a BIG raise!! K. Aiello

I love your stores, The Gap, The Banana Republic, and of course, Old Navy. I had a thought; how about changing the name of Old Navy to Young Navy? I think your stock would take off!!

when u cant return money when u have every receipt needed thats just unacceptable11

I was in the Old Navy store at Gateway Mall in Brooklyn, New York today. I was shocked. The clothes were all over the floor the store looked like a tornado hit it. I cant believe they open the store that way. How do you expect people to but clothes that are dirty and on the floor. One hill of clothes was so high my 5 year old took a dive on it.

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE AGAIN! They sold me a product that was affordable and of great quality! How dare they sell me great pieces that I can wear and keep my body warm and stylish. This store is rediculous selling me these finely crafted pieces of clothing UGH!

I love the leafblower commercial!

I went to exchange a shirt where the seams fell apart after attempting to fix it myself, but the seams on the other side fell apart as well. you would have thought This was a federal case since they hasseled me and won't take it back because I didn't have a reciept. Really???? An even exchange? did they wanted to charge me more because they didn't know if I bought it on sale or not. IT WAS THE SAME SHIRT! I will never shop there again. I didn't like being made a fool in front of other customers. I've never hah problems shopping there before, but for some reason I was fighting a battle. I took the I one I brought in since I was not going to pay the 6.99 dollars. I use to run New York and Co. stores and Izod and I would never would have treated a customer in this matter for a 6.99 shirt that the customer just wanted one that was not falling apart! A3gain I will never shop at that store again in Medford, Mn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just received an e-mail today from Old Navy. Inside the email was an extremely offensive video...it was pornagraphic. I cannot in good conscience buy my 3 children, husband and myself clothing from there any longer. BYE BYE Old Navy!

If I could give less than one star I certainly would. I recently spent $400 at Old Navy. I ended up returning $128 worth of merchandise the very next day. Imagine my surprise when told that I could not receive my refund in cash, rather I had to wait 10 days for them to mail me a check. Let's recap here. Old Navy uses electronic checking. This means that essentially they are not really receiving a check, but rather cash since it comes out of your account immediately. So the old addage of holding a check for 10 business days to make sure it clears dose not apply here. Old Navy would not let you buy something and pay for it 10 days later, so why then would they need to inconvience you by number one holding your cash ransom for 10 days and then number two making you physically go to the bank to cash or deposit the check. The only reason they could possibly be doing this is to make the money from the interest from our cash as they hold on to it for 10 days in their bank account. I'm thinking that this can not be legal and maybe a class action law suit should be considered. I'm certainly going to give my lawyer a call. In the mean time I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, SHOP AT OLD NAVY, GAP, BANANA REPUBLIC OR ANY OTHER STORE AFFILLIATED WITH THEM AGAIN IN MY LIFETIME.

Hmm. I'm wondering whether the same individual posted all of the anti-Leafblower commercial complaints. I am genuinely sorry for the hurt feelings of the mother, but this commercial is not about making fun of people without hair. Losing your hair and having a wig blown off are two totally different situations. I LOOOOOVED it and am really, really happy with these commercials. Please keep this new guy, very romantic, helpful around the house, and romance-novel-y! If people can watch Axe commercials, Victoria's Secrets, etc. during prime time, they can handle a hot guy (who is wearing pants by the way) doing yard work. Very tame actually, just crushes from the ladies. My friends and I have been talking about it (model seems sweet) and my guy and I went and bought two pairs of cargos over the weekend (for him). He also agreed that it was about time. Lovin' it from TX.

I couldn't agree more with the other postings here about the offensive leafblower commercial. I was absolutely appalled when I saw this commercial last night and infuriated by the suggestion that a bald woman is not beautiful. How completely alienating to every woman like myself who is bald or balding, whether it be due to cancer, alopecia, or by their own choice. Old Navy should be ashamed of themselves for this kind of cruel and tasteless marketing. Would you make fun of people with no arms or legs?

I am surprised that I've only seen one comment about the subliminal sexual messages in the Old Navy Commercials lately. The Leaf Blower (male genitalia) commercial was the most obvious one. I'm not sure what Old Navy is trying to accomplish lately with their commercials? I do think they are inappropriate, especially since a lot of kids shop at their stores.

.... Your new commercial with the leaf blower is very offensive, I think if you were dealing with any hair loss problems weather it be cancer or alopecia or one of the many other medical reasons why anyone could lose their hair you would be very offended as well... Just because someone has no hair hope they have nice legs.... Whats wrong with you? We already live in a very judgmental world but to make fun of something we have no control over is a BIG problem.... And in very poor taste.... Mandy Pallis

And in regards to the leaf blower commercial......talk about subliminal sex messages.....anyone notice how the leaf blower and the angle at which it is used, as well as how the male model uses it.... reminds me of aroused male genitalia. Seriously Old Navy.....not very family oriented.

Hello, My name is Heather Singleton on Saturday 10/16/2010, I went to the Old Navy in Lawrenceville, NJ at the Quaker Bridge Mall to make a purchase for my little sister with a gift card from a charitable organization. My grand total was $141.00 and I had used a Simons gift card which had $500.00 on the card to start. The gentleman wrung up the items and then assisted me with the final closing of the transaction. He had to swipe the card three times (3), because he and I pressed a button at the same time. He completed the sale and gave me a receipt. I left an proceeded to JC Penny to use the remaining balance to find out their was not enough fund on the gift card to complete the transaction. I knew that this was my first time using the card and that Old Navy had made a mistake So I proceeded back to Old Navy to correct the matter. I got back to the store to ask the cashier that had made the mistake if I could speak to the manager on duty. The African American light skinned manager and the cashier suggested that the receipt states that their was only one transaction and their was no way I was charged more than one time. The African American light skinned manager suggested that the funds were probably never on the gift card, they actually had me going for a while were I started believing them. I call the Gift card and also looked it up on my phone when the female African American manager suggested I go to the Customer Service stand located in the mall where the gift card was purchased, so I went. I got down stairs and the woman at the service desk called the gift card company, to find out that the card was in fact charged twice (2). I walked back up to the Old Navy again this time I got the manager Mary. The two female managers on duty were not knowledgeable at all. These two women were very incompetent and do not deserve to be in any part of management . They both repeatedly said " I don’t know" . I told them the situation with the mistake and I needed the transactions reversed because the cashier charged me more than once. Mary said that she had no system in the store to reverse the transaction and that I had to call 1-800 Old Navy to get it resolved. I asked Mary what was the number for Old Navy, and I got the famous " I don’t know" Line so Mary searched and then she finally gave me the number. I called from my cell phone and I talked to a gentlemen by the name of Angelo. He assisted me and told me that he will release the funds in 24 hours and gave me the reference number 867866. So today Monday 10/18/2010 and I just checked the gift card and their seems to me three (3) charges of 141.00. I called the number located on the gift card again and they told me that the funds will be refunded within eight (8) business days. It is very frustrated to go through this. The cashiers; as well as the managers were not helpful and seriously unprofessional. They all need to be knowledgeable of ALL forms of payment that Old Navy accepts. Also Manager Mary had a customer who wanted to return an online purchase. Mary told the customer that she could not return the items because the system will not let her when the customer said that she was told that you can return at any Old Navy. The customer had the online receipt, and the merchandise was in its original bags. I knew then she was not at all qualified to be a Manager. I used to love Old Navy. The style is amazing, the prices are great, and because of the recent experience I had; Me, My family as well as the customer with the online return will no longer be a Old Navy customer. I am extremely offended by your new "leaf blower" commercial , As a mother of a girl with alopecia , a friend to cancer survivors and have lost loved ones to cancer also , NOT only does it make me ill BUT, You have managed to also do this during Breast Cancer awareness month , I will indeed be calling your corporation and Think that MANY MANY people should file Lawsuits ... I do not think I have ever been so offended in my life !!!

I purchased a white hooded, zippered sweatshirt a year ago and absolutely loved it! I wore it dozens of times, washed it regularly and it always looked good as new after washing. Unfortunately, I absent-mindedly left it at a restaurant recently while visiting in another state. When I went to your web site to order another one, I could not find the same style without logos. At my age, I don't want any advertising on my clothing. I just want to be comfortable and warm. The sweatshirt was a plain white jacket-style, zippered and hooded. Can you tell me if your company still carries such garments?

My daughter and took my two granddaughters to Old Navy yesterday for the 1 day only coat sale. They had a bid display in the front with a coat for everyone in a family, and a sign that read $16.00. The only problem with that was that those coats were $35.00 or more. Tell me that isn't false adveristing. When we asked why they would put a sign for $16.00 and not coat was that price I just got told that was what corporate told them to do, sorry. I am so disapointed in Old Navy I'm not sure I will very buy form them again.

i just wrote a check in your birmingham, alabama store at the summit. the young kid ran the check three times and said in front of long line of people. "it was declined 3 times. I walked to my car, called the bank and as I knew, I had over $900. Wachovia said the cashier did something wrong as the check should never have been declined. I called the Ols Navy manager and he said the computers might be messed up. He said, "Sorry." That is not enough when you insult a person publicly. I will not ever walk back into an Old navy Store.
