I lived in Tampa, Florida and I would like to commend your location on Kennedy Blvd, closed to Westshore mall. I frequent that location and every time the managers and the counter employess are always pleasant to speak to and great service. Once in all the years that i have been going to that location that my order was wrong. I called in and the problem was retified with in a few minutes. The only problem that I have is that I do not understand why Mcdonalds do not give their workers discount on the foo when they are off working. The teenagers only make minium wages and they work for a great company but they receive no benefit of food. I think that a better job could be done Thanks

I would like to give a positive comment here! It's easy for people to complain when things are bad, but how about letting someone know when it's good? My family and I just visited our newly remodeled McDonalds on New Shackle Island Rd. in Hendersonville, TN for the first time since the remodel, and it's a winner! Thank you for making it so nice and fresh and new! There's more seating, the furnishings and floor look and feel cleaner, and it all just makes the food that much tastier! Very well done! Thanks! I hear you're rebuilding the other one in Hendersonville, too. I can't wait to see it!!

My Employee #583 Below is a brief detail of my days and hours worked to help you verify my shortage. My Orientation was on March 17st from 9:00am to 1:30pm at the North Pine/Hwy 441 North location, McDonald 3455 N. Pine Ave., Ocala, Fl 34475. Friday March 18th worked from 12:00pm - 16:00pm Total 2.82 Saturday March 19th worked from 12:01pm - 16:01pm Total 2.80 Friday March 25th worked from 11:30am - 15:02pm Total 2.92 Saturday March 26 worked from 11.57am - 16.17pm Total 2.76 Friday April 1st worked from 11:57am - 19:23pm Total 6.93 Saturday April 2 worked from 12:00pm - 18:06pm Total 5.53 Saturday April 9 worked from 10:31am - 17:05pm Total 6.03 Wednesday April 13 worked from 12:02pm - 16:51pm Total 4.27 Monday April 19 worked from 12:10am - 14:59pm Total 2.82 Detail for total of 37.77 minutes. Check number and amount received: 12.18 minutes with ck #64368 $ 88.31 Pay Period 3/31/11 22.77 minutes with ck #64758 $165.08 Pay period 4/15/11 and 2.82 min with ck#65175 $ 19.29 Pay Period 4/30/11 According to Pacific Arches Corp my punch time summary report in their Store Manager's business system I worked only 25.59 minutes just in the month of April. By adding all of my worked hours are a total of 40.93 minutes. Manager refuse to pay, and executed a Trespassing Warning against us. This is how McDonalds believe "That making people glad is your business"???? This is my first job and my first BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi, i live in North Battleford SK. and my little brother workes for the mc donalds in this town. now he has worked at mc donalds for almost 6months and this store is BAD not onlt to the costumers but to their staff!!! they donot have anything saying about the 160h permit and yet is saying they have it. ripping there staff off overtime hours.. also there was a bunch of people that moved here from calgery and are managers and they work up to 12hours a day and dont get overtime. and when this was brought up to the owners this girl was told that managers dont get overtime in their store. then this manager asked to get moved down to not be a manager and she was told that if that is the case that she mine as well look for another job caz theyll take it as she quit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this iswrong really wrong... these people shpuldnt be alowed to be owners if this is how they treat there staff. also their costumers. please look into this store.. caz if you do you will not like what you find... oh when i talked to the guy that deals with the checks about this i was very discusted in the keep of the back where the food is made. the guys in the kitchen should have to ware gloves when making food. i say a guy pick his nose and then go ahead and make someone lunch.... that was nasty... im wanting to wright a thing on this mcdonalds and how unclean they are as well as how they treat people and how they refuse to follow the labour standerds... and yes the labour bord has already been informed and is looking into this big nasty mess... but this store in NOrth Battleford is making people rather go somewhere elce... and is bringing the restrant i work in better busness which is good for us however the things i hear from the people about mcdonalds is quite bad. i mean i heard bad things befor, but never like this since the new owners took over... i will never eat at this store agian after i saw this kid pick his noes and make food right after. this is by far the worst mc donalds ever. and i been to lots all around canada. please do something caz this is wrong. you want to have people like the store not get bad servis and buggersandwhichs right? thank you for your time in reading this

Schellenberg should charge McDonald's and Mitchell McPherson, the franchise owner, for neglect of duties to the city, county, and state. The law should find the others imprisoned for the rest of their lives for their brutality and complicity. The McDonalds on Charleston and Eastern in Las Vegas is the worst. I purchased $30.00 worth of breakfast items to take to work for the office on a Wednesday. The young lady that could hardly speak english asked if I wanted a large carry out bag to put the food in, and I said yes. She put the food in and I left. When I arrived at work of course only one third of the items I had purchased was in the bag. I called the phone number on the receipt twice to get a fax tone. I then called the manager number listed on the receipt and a lady answered and said that I could come back and get my food. I explained that I was at work and could not get it. She said that they would have it for me the next day and that I could come back and pick it up then. I did so and to my shock, the lady that said she was the manager named Steve on the receipt said that she would not compensate me in anyway and that it was my fault that I did not check my order prior to leaving the day before. Well I was so mad that I walked out and am writing the corp. headquarters about this. Thanks to that location, I will never and I repeat "Never" set foot in any McDonalds again or eat any of their products. Yea, and word of mouth goes a long way.

After viewing the You-Tube video showing the savage beating of a teen by a couple of sub-human thugs and the extent of assistance offered by the management and employess of the location & in light of the fact that a single elderly female patron was able to put forth more effort than the entire store I will have to reframe from being a customer of yours until you get your company & it's employees squared away.

Please address my note to a higher management of the powerful financial and world recognized company such as McDonald's! !!! Please make your management aware that KGB in Belarus is using McDonald's name in order to make a bigger case and to hide opposition leaders and candidates for president behind bars for up to 15 years !!!! KGB reported that store was closed for 2 (two) hours during the peaceful protest against unlawfully self elected dictator Lukashenko on December 19, 2011. Mc donalds in Dade City FL. cannot get an order right When Barbara is off. The drive thru has "NEVER" gotten it right. I only go to the store when she is there. Today they got the order wrong agian. I usually blow it off and just eat what they gave me. At a $ loss usually. But today I had it. I only went back, inside after driving 25 miles to the job, then back to make a point by showing the recipt. The mgr. behind the counter was nasty to me, called me a lyier, and refused to refund my $3.50 overcharge- Wound up asking me to Kiss her ass. So, I called corporate, and was told they would get back to me. So I told the girl I would stand in line and tell every-one to check their order- cause they cannot get it right- untill they called back. And I did, untill the real mgr. came out and told me to leave. There's more, but the mgr. Barbara is great! They have gotten it wrong 2 out of 3 times for the last 13 years. I'm fed up! And will not go back. If you have ever gotten the wrong order in Dade City drop them a line and back me up! The local police told me they've never get it right with their orders also! The patron should not be treated this way! Mickey D's has changed! Where is Ray Kroc?

I just came from 1 of your drive inn and payed 14.00 for your angus hamburgers and frinch fries and coke.Meat was old and very bad. could not eat. wont be back. coke was so weak it was all junk.Would not fead this to my dog. French fries were cold.

Restaurant 260 in anderson south Carolina on north main street. The service was slow, and not very polite. The play area smells like a bathroom, and is not very clean. There was spiderwebs on the ceiling, and a hole with mold running out of it. The mens bathroom was not clean, the soap dispenser was broken and just laying there. There were flies and gnats flying all around where the drink/ condiment area is. Was very disappointed in the whole experience.

Due to the recent problems at McDonald's restaurants I no longer feel safe to bring my family to your stores , I will no longer do business with McDonald's now or in the future.

I recently watched a video where a patron was beaten in one of your Baltimore facilities. Are you kidding me? Your employees (excluding the manager) just sat back and watched let alone video taped the whole fight. The manager stepped in for a "second" and attempted to stop it. An elderly lady did more to stop the fight then your employees. First of all the minute the first punch was thrown the police should have been called, second, when the two aggressive girls walked out the door the manager or employee should have locked the doors to prevent further issues. The manager needs to be suspended for a few days without pay for not doing anything more and the other employees need to be FIRED!!! I truly hope the girl who was beaten SUES your company for every dollar she can get. I also hope she can find a lawyer that will figure out a way to sue each of the employees individually for their roll in this and not protecting her. I used to go to McDonald's frequently, but after seeing this I will not be patronizing your facilities anywhere. I would rather starve than eat at your business.

I strongly suggest the CEO of mcdonalds strongly condemns the behavior of the black community in how it treats whites at their stores. The video on Drudge is discusting.

I saw a video of 2 black women beating a white woman because of slavery that happened over 150 years ago. YOUR WORKERS did nothing except to tell them to leave because the cops were on the way. What kind of punishment will be given to the employees who did NOTHING? I can't believe ANY American business would tolerate this kind of response from ANY of their employees. I eat in your restaurants practically every day and my kids a couple of times a week. Not any more until these "employees" are dealt with appropriately. I'm keeping up with this story but as for now I'm thoroughly disgusted, and you should be APPALLED.

I work 3rd shift. My lunch is 3am. I go to McD at 236 S Mallory St in Hampton VA. Its a 24 hour McD but when I go at 3am they tell me at the order speaker THEY ARE CLOSED! They told my co worker they only take cash late nites, no debit cards. And that 84 cents TAKE OUT TAX IS A RIPOFF!

Forest lake minnesota mcdonalds is the worst . Food is never made right. When ordering specials it'd the worst . Customer service is bad. Management is the altimate worst. Start training these people -starting with the kitchen. Make sure they know how to read the screen properly. Then maybe the special orders wont get screwed up for once. Maybe mcdonalds needs to send there employees to reading school or something. Customer service went down the toliet. I can see why you people hire the people you do. They don't care . Maybe management should start wearing a uniform again.
