I purchased a refrigator from the Lowes in West Sacramento California. I was told that the refrigator would be delivered the following Monday. On Sunday night I received a phone call from the store. My refrigator would not be delivered until Wednesday. On Wednesday I left the house just before 8:00a.m. I stopped by the lowes at 9:45a.m. The head cashier could not find my order, but then she said it had been cancelled, then she said it was to be delivered today between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. I got home at 10:00a.m. and there were several calls on my machine the last one saying that they had come and gone because I was not home. Good customer service

I used to work for the kernersville, nc location and was the worst job I have ever had, they dont give the cashiers there 15 min breaks, they are rude to the customers, and the staff.

When I purchsed my flooring both carpet and vinyl I had requested a one day install on both. I was informed that it would be a one day job since the total square footage was only 700 ( small house ) it took 3 days in addition the closet doors were left down and the transition molding between The kitchen and living room was not installed Professionally. It was bent up creating a tripping hazard as well as a lawsuit waiting to happen. Both issues could be fixed RIGHT in Minutes. The third day was a Friday so I am sure the contractors just wanted to cut corners and call it a weekend. I contacted the manager at lowes in Kennewick, Wa. Who assured me that it would be fixed right Saturday. Stay tuned

Let me start by saying I spend over 700 dollars a month at lowes for my work and I personally spent over 7000 dollars over the last 3 -4 years at lowes. I contacted the service dept because my fridge which was purchaced 6/6/09 with an extended 4 year aggreement quit working I just stocked up my fridge/freezer with 700 dollars which was purchased 2 weeks ago at sams club which I had to get rid of and I have made 3 calls since Tuesday and still cant get a date on when it is going to be fixed I have a house hold of 4 kids and 3 adults. This is a start before I get very upset. I called my laywer which told me what I have to do i am calling better business burrow and atterney general at 12 on friday october 5 if I dont have a new refrigerator in my house. I spent 1300 and a 170 warrinty that means nothing. This is not the first time that lowes has upset me I just bought a front load washer online but did not check the box for warrinty when i called they told me it was to late to buy the warrenty What is going on at Lowes?

I contracted Lowes installations in Alachua to remove and replace my homes worn roof of 22 years, My wife and I talked to a young man in the Alachua Store, who was very informative, and he sent Nick Miller out to do the estimate, I also got several estimates from local roofers, We chose Lowes, even though alot of people said not to. The roof was contracted in August, and set up for the 3-17th of September, which the materials only arrived on the 17th, but my only complaint is that I would have liked more communication between, myself, the store and the installers. We were in the dark for weeks, until we called W.K.L. in Daytona. The secretary claimed that pulling permits was a problem, but I knew with all the rain we were having, was the answer they were behind, anyway, after a few calls, we were scheduled for October 1, M.K.L. showed up with a large 5 truck crew at around 8:30 and by 10:30 the roof was off, all old material was in a dumpster and by 3:30 that afternoon the roof was done. The crew was all business, hard working, the foreman anwsered all my questions and the cleanup was spotless. I am so glad now we went with LOWES. THANKS ALL..............

I have shopped the Greensburg Pa location and cant believe how the assoctiates are treated in this store. The front end especially, is a disgrace to any retailer. The head cashiers/cashier managers are very unprofessional. I have personaly witnessed a supervisor on the front trash talking other employees, management and customers. I also witnessed supervisors denying employees breaks even when asking to go to the bathroom. Recently, I heard a supervisor, while customers were in line, in a very negative attitude, tell the cashier to " go ahead and turn your light out and go"! If this were me, I would be pissed! What the hell is management doing or "not doing" in this facility? My jaw dropped at this behavior and cant believe a management staff of a company has no idea of the behavior that goes on and further more I cant fathom that a management staff is not pro employee and try to provide at a minimum, a respectful environment in which to work in. I must say that this management staff is not engaged in with their employees and respect them for what they do for a company of this size!!!!! I will start shopping at a competitor just because of how Lowes treats their employees!! You should be ashamed! No matter how much people complain or raise issues, nothing will be done to correct this situtation! Good Luck having a successful store with this type of management staff!

I have worked at that store for going on 3 years and I have had money stolen from me,my personal life has been spreaded all over the store and many other things.Now I have been wrote up for coming to early and had another lectureabout that and being accused of time stealing.I love my job in the garden center.The cust.love me also and I have earned me some regulars.But hiring a ASM who thinks his job is throwing his weight around has to stop.I am one if not the most dedicated worker there and I have never seen such bad treatment in my life.I am fully old school worker and I do not deserve this treatment and being wrote up for coming to early?The negativity has gotten out of control there being other workers and cust. and we are loosing allot more.I know sometimes I go over and get 41 to no more 43 hours,but that does not mean I am time stealing,I clock in I go straight to work.Considering we have some people taking breaks before they clock out or spending more time in the break room to text and play on their phones,and I break my back.I want to keep my job and I am trying hard to save it,but with this ASM{Robert}bulling people around and writing them up,he needs to know who the workers are and the ones who deserve to be wrote up.I almost lost my home and I am doing everything I can to save my job to take care of my kids,but I feel my job is threaten for being a dedicated worker.I hope that I do not get backlash for writing this,but I will be expecting it.And I am not time stealing.I work and anyone will tell you at store 2598 Van Buren Ar. I am one of the best workers you got there.Like I said,I love my job and love my garden center.I just want to get a pat on the back,not a inital write up.Thank you and hope to stay with Lowes for allot longer.Sorry I had to go this route.And there is more,but would rather discuss it privatly.

I bought a toilet from lowes but when I reach to the store to pick it up after 3 weeks of waiting in Bellingham (Washington) they said it is broken and I can take my money back. This is the first time dealing and had a extremely bad experience. Never gonna buy anything in future for sure.

The Aque Source brand should be named aque SH*T. It is the lowest quality brand I have ever seen. We purchsed a shower base and enclosure plus a tub and tub enclosure. Both tub and shower base are cracked everywhere. We will be taking both out and redoing both baths again even though they are only 2and a half years old. This stuff is junk and should not be sold anywhere.

Warranty service sucks!! I bought a washer dryer set with extended warranty. Had to call for service on washer. First guy came out and treated me like I was stupid. Said my machine needed to plugged into a surge protector. Then said my floor is not level, then said water was in door. Then said he reset everything. LOL. I made him leave my house. I called back to report him. Naturally Lowes apologized, set me up with someone else. They never showed up.. I called back. Set me up with someone else. He came, said he had to order a part,was SUPPOSE to be back this past Sunday.. Have not heard from him. Before all this happened, I bought a refrigerator with extended warranty. OH DEAR GOD. IF I HAD KNOW THIS ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM!! I feel like I need some money back for the extended warranty so I can get a real technician out.

take the $ and run. That is what lowes did to me. Have 2 doors $1400. Cant get them to fix them Called and called . went to 2 stores . no one could help me.

i bought a 4.4 small fridge for my trk in the begining of may of this year.. the compressor went out and i stoped in MERIDIAN MISSISSIPPI by the LOWES store to see if i could exchange it for another one since i had a year warrenty on it.. the lady at costumer service desk told me yes before i pulled it out of my truck.. so i walked back to see if they had any in stock and yes there were lots of them so i went back out and pulled it out of my semi, carried it back in. by that ti e they changed shifts and i gave the other lady my card which i bought it with and she found it but then the manger walked up and said they didnt exchange the items.i explained to him i asked before i took it out of my truck that i did come in before to ask now im stuck with a fridge that doesnt work, im out of 238 $ and all he could say was he would help me put it back in the truck.LOWES AND WALMART has lost my business but like they really care. i could of understood if i was askn for the money back but all i wanted to do was exchange it coz its only 4 months old and still under warrenty. im gonna call the BBB of MISSISSIPPI and file a legal complaint on the store ..

I recently went to Lowes to buy drapes for my windows. Being on a strict budget I bought farely reasonable drapes. When I left the store I looked at my receipt and realized I was overcharged $254.00. I had to go back after working a 12 hour shift as a nurse and get my money back. I didn't get any percentage off or the inconvenience on the error they made. I was horrified and felt like they scammed me completely! I talked to the manager and he wasn't very sympathetic. This is poor sales. They could have atleast given me a gift card for this. That is WRONG and I am very angry. I will take my business to Home Depot from now on and I will pass the word along to my friends to be careful shopping there.

Well I just thought I would let someone know about my purchase experience with Lowe's this month but I guess after reading some of the tails on this sight no ones going to read or care about it. Tried to let the store know about some false advertisement going on the web sight. You know showing one product for a price, drive 60 miles one way to find that not only was it not the item, but built different. The review was not to complain or gripe, but to give Lowe's a heads up on this matter. Guess they don't care about the ole bait and switch routine but they will in court. God bless ya.

I RECENTLY HAD CONTRACTED (STORE#2984) LOWE'S OF ALACHUA , FLORIDA TO HAVE SHINGLES AND REPAIRS DONE ON MY HOUSE. SALES SPECIALIST NICK MILLER CONVINCED ME THAT LOWE'S WAS THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR THE JOB BECAUSE THEY STOOD BEHIND THERE WORK AND YOU COULD COUNT ON LOWE'S TO DO THE JOB. WELL TO MY SHOCK THE ROOFING COMPANY (W.K.L. ROOFING CO.DAYTONIA BEACH,FL) DID A VERY,VERY, VERY POOR JOB. THERE WERE SO MANY FLORIDA BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS THAT THE COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR FAILED THE ROOF INSPECTION. NOW HERE COMES THE GOOD PART. I CONTACTED CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD TO CHECK WITH THE STORE MANAGER. THE STORE MANAGER MR. BRET DAMERON IMMEDIATLY CONTACTED THE W.K.L, ROOFING COMPANY AND MADE THINGS RIGHT. THE W.K.L. ROOFING COMPANY RETURNED TO MY HOME AND RELUCTANTLY MADE THE NUMEROUS REPAIRS TO THE ROOF. THE W.K.L. ROOFING COMPANY FORMAN ARGUED WITH THE COUNTY ROOF INSPECTOR,THE TWO LOWE'S EMPLOYEE'S ON THE SCENE AND MYSELF. I FEEL THE MANAGER BRET DAMERON WENT BEYOUND THE CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. HE ACTUALLY HAD THE HIS PRODUCTION OFFICE EMPLOYEES (NICK MILLER AND ASHLEY STALNAKER)ON THE SCENE TILL THE ROOFING COMPANY COMPLETED THERE JOB. I COMMEND ALL THREE LOWE'S PERSONNEL FOR THERE PROFESSIONALISM AND OUTSTANDING ADDITUDES. AS FOR THE W.K.L ROOFING COMPANY OUT OF DAYTONIA FLORIDA THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND TO PUT IT MILDLY "STINK". THIS ROOFING COMPANY SHOULD BE TAKING OFF THE LOWE'S WORK LIST AS SOON AS POSSIABLE.

I recently renovated 5 houses in the phoenix area and bought most of my materials through Lowes. I had a gas hwt installed by a licenced plumber and it blew just 2 weeks longer than one year. I called Lowes and they said they wouldn't helpp me and that I would have to contact the company who also wouldn't warantee their product. It was an Envirotemp by Whirlpool. I am deeply unsatisfied and will be buying all my future materials through Home Depot who said they would definately take care of me and replace the hwt if it had been bought through them. I expected Lowes would take better care of their customers.

I'm starting to see more and more dogs in the stores. Please post larger signs at the doors instructing people to leave their flea bags at home or better yet, in a hot vehicle. Thank you.

My wife and I just want to say ....that we had the best service at the Lowe's store in Stockton, Ca. on Hammer Lane. We redid our whole kitchen..the great experience started with your saleman, Terence Chan. He was great in helping us redo our whole kitchen...had great ideas and advise. Then, with the floor, and the counters.....Terry with the floors, and our contractor, Shawn, we couldn't be happier...You can be proud to have employes like that in your store.
