I just saw your new Television Commercial and think you people have got to be the Stupidist folks on Planet Earth. You have a child playing Pirate with the Mom present. The hose is on showering the child with water. 2 feet away also standing in the shower of water is the Mom plugging in Electric for the Blower to make wind. Are you folks that Stupid to be standing in a shower plugging in Electric ? You are all a bunch of sick puppies and you sell Insurance ??? Dumb

I am was rear ended by a Geico Customer. My car is in for repair and I was called by Enterprise to let me know that Geico was not going to cover my Rental any longer. My vehicle is still not fixed due to parts shortages and I can not drive it. I try calling the claims adjuster Candice Davis in Cincinnati, OH and she never answer the phone or returns my calls. I would never recommend Geico

I never signed up with to have anything e-mail to me, and thy stated they e-mailed me my new contract; to be renewed and sign. Geico changed my bank $589.00 in April, with-out my permission, and I never signed the new contract with them. All they can tell me is, they sent it e-mail and that's why, they charged me. When I go, to explain what happen on the day, I had to change and have a form e-mail to me,on my account every individual, I speak with including the mangers, lie, don't listen, and refuse to give you the corporate office number,so I can get this matter reslove!If they were do right, it would not be a problem giving out the number.

Got into an accident with another GEICO policy holder. Adjuster never called the people who witnessed the accident; never looked at my car; never called or wrote to tell me the determination; never even returned my calls. I would have been better served if they had just sent the lizard out as an adjuster.

All I did was call for a rate to add my daughter to the police and/or get a quote for her having a seperate policy. Suddenly I am told that my policy has been changed to include her because she lives in the house and has a licence. We don't allow her to drive BECAUSE she doesn't have insurance. I never should have called Geico for a rate!!! She will be getting her insurance ANYWHERE but from them.

To Whom It May Concern, AAA+ plus rating, GEICO was named to the Ward's 50 top group of financially high-performing insurers for the 21st consecutive year, Financial strength rating of its subsidiaries AA+, sounds like a company with a firm financial foundation doesn’t it? But, where are the integrity ratings? Where are the consumers who can sing the praises of GEICO’s comparable rates? I have been a loyal customer of Geico for several years, I am what you call a model customer my account current and paid on time. Always referring family and friends to utilize your services, recently, I received my new policy and was concerned at the huge increase. I placed a call to your service center hoping to find some answers on the increase and was told that there was nothing that they can do and I would have to pay the amount if I wanted to drive!! I sat there amazed at the information that was given, in addition to the poor customer service. The costs of the policies at Geico are out of control! I have basic insurance, just enough so that I can drive my car to and from work. The amount that Geico wants me to pay is on par with a monthly car payment for a new car or full coverage insurance. My car is over ten years old and if any damage occurs Geico will not fix anything that is impaired. Telling a loyal customer that you are sorry, does not pay the bill. I am a customer that would highly recommend their services to everyone in my path. Today, I would not use Geico if it were the last car insurance on the planet, I would rather walk. It is horrible that at such low economic times is when they would choose to charge such astronomical prices for absolutely nothing. I know many individuals that cannot make such high payments including myself. Geico was not willing to work with me and only made the situation worse. Shame on you GEICO for charging your customers these outrageous fees during these challenging times.

I am Military. I used this insurance company because it was recommended for Military. But they are like any other company, They take advantadge of Military. I would not sign up for their automatic payment plan. I like to control my finances. I always called and made my payment. Every month I recieved a cancellation notice because I was not on the Automatic payment. Every month I paid my bill. I was involved in 2 accidents that were not my fault. They cancelled my policy. NOT ME!!! Then they sent me a bill for the remainder of the policy. UNLESS I can show that I got coverage right after the cancellation. THEY cancelled in November. I got notified December 3rd. I got new insurance on the 8th. I faxed in my new policy and was told by a supervisor that the bill would be cancelled and the I would not owe anything. Now I recieve a bill from a collection agency for the bill. I call and now the story and all the numbers and dates have changed on Their side. Can you say Crookied and Fraud!

On February 14th,2011, I was rear ended by a Geico insured, My car was seriously damaged and I was injured, taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where they diagnosed my injuries and released. I was treated by and Osteopath and spent weeks of sleepless nights from the pain in my neck and shoulder. I did everything Geico asked of me, they did pay for the repairs to my car quite promptly. It is now a year later and I am still receiving bills from the $5300 unpaid medical services, their excuse is, they don't pay any of the bills, until I agree to a settlement amount. They made an offer to pay the bills and give me a measly thousand dollars for my pain and suffering. I don't need the money, but I do resent an insurance company threatening to not pay, unless I accept their pitifully low offer for my suffering. MY dog a toy poodle that accompanied me everywhere was in the car and traumatized by the accident, she no longer wants to go with me, and cowers if I force the issue. That means nothing Geico, but it sure is a loss for me. I don't like doctor visits, therapy or any of the exercises and bullshit that goes along with so called treatment, time will heal my injuries, but I am entitled to compensation for them. I have never sued, or been sued, in my nearly seventy years of life, but they are forcing me to go through the added aggravation of hiring a law firm to collect what is rightfully mine. They seem to want me to sue, I have no clue why they take that position, seems to be a no win for either of us. Hope you never get hit by a Geico customer, it is a real pain.

My car was involved in an accident on Thursday. I was hit by a Geico customer. The claims process went smooth at first. Then the following Tuesday my body shop called and said geico refuses to pay the labor rates for my body shop. This body shop is a reputable car dealership of which my car is the make. Why should I be called in the first place? This is not my problem I was hit and it was not my fault. After calling the claims adjuster and his supervisor they agreed its not my problem but offered options 1 pay it myself, 2 get my insurance co involved, use their recommended body shop. They told me to take it where I want. I did and they appraised the damage on a Saturday in the parking lot when the body shop is not there and issued a check and I guess left it with some one. He called us to tell us this. So why am I involved in this? Geico claims market analysis indicates the average in my area or 80%. They cannot change the precedence of the industry by paying the difference. If there was even a chance for this situation shouldn't I have been told? I cannot believe that 2 corporate companies have dragged me in this all for about 60.00 it's no wonder this country is falling apart. You would think this could have been resolved between them unfortunately my car is just sitting their, geico is paying a rental and I do not know what to do less than getting bent over the table and just eat it and keep my mouth shut.

In December of 2008,we were in a accident that made the front page of the news-paper.Both vehicles were covered by Gieco.The woman who totalled our pick-up had min.-coverage. Her policy paid in 2years, not enough to cover even medical. Our policy covered the truck and we still lost $8000.00. Now 4years later we are still trying to get paid our own money from our own policy. Or at least have the medical covered and out of collections. I have called everyday for one month and get no where. Please if you want insurance that helps and pays, please stay away from coverage under GIECO. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I was hit may 2010 the driver has geico, it is march 2012 they still refuse to pay my $3500. in medical bills they fixed my car with in two weeks and it was as if they just put a band-ade on it, the car has not driven right since. car repair was $3000.00 medical $3500.00 they offered my 2000.00 after 2 years. this is bull!!! Im pissed and stuck paying out of pocket for what this driver did. Geico is the worst.

I bought a policy one and a half weeks ago....this after speaking with three different agents all of whom agreed that due to the type of truck I would have to insure it with their commercial dept. I got the insurance cards in the mail yesterday and a cancellation notice today as it doesnt meet their commercial criteria However the cancellation takes effect 10 days after the policy takes effect so they will charge me for those 10 days also they will not send the refund check for 15 days...Is this how Geico makes its money by scamming you into buying a policy and letting Your money sit gaining interest in their accounts.....I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH GEICO AGAIN..wish there was a zero rating

I WAS STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT AND GOT HIT FROM BEHIND. MY CAR WAS TOTALLED. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 8 MONTHS FOR GEICO TO PAY THE POLICY SETTLEMENT. I KNEW GEICO'S ADVERTISING WAS COMPOSED OF LIES. A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, THREE OF US GOT ESTIMATES FROM STATE FARM FOR AUTO INSURANCE AND COMPARED STATE FARM'S RATES TO GEICO. STATE FARM WAS ON AN AVERAGE $ 250 LESS PER YEAR FOR EACH ONE OF US THAN GEICO' S RATES. GEICO'S COMMERCIALS ARE LIES. AND, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT ALL THIS TIME FOR GEICO TO PAY WHAT THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY? THE EXCUSE HAS BEEN FIRST THAT MY GEICO ADJUSTER WAS INVOLVED IN A BAD ACCIDENT AND WOULD NOT BE RETURNING TO WORK SOON. SO, ABOUT ONE MONTH AGO, THEY ASSIGNED MY CASE TO A NEW ADJUSTER. YESTERDAY, MY ATTORNEY'S INQIRY INTO THE DELAY WAS ANSWERED BY GEICO WITH THE DISCLOSURE THAT THEY HAD ASSIGNED MY CLAIM TO YET ANOTHER NEW ADJUSTER. SOUNDS LIKE BULL! GEICO IS EARNING INTEREST ON THE MONEY WHICH THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY ME. DON'T BUY GEICO INSURANCE. STATE FARM OR ALLSTATE ARE REAL INSURANCE COMPANIES, NOT RIP OFFS LIKE GEICO.

I have been with Geico over 15 yrs, 3 cars insured with them. I never had a ticket or accident..I had always kept full coverage on my autos untill i got divorced .So i changed my policy to liabilty only ,,Well after all the financal heart ache i was able to changed my policy back to full coverage..Low and behold i hit a deer 2 weeks after the policy change..I called Geico the woman stated i didnt need a police report due to it being a act of god..So i proceeded home. The main office in Dallas called and stated that it was going to be sent over to another adjuster cause they could not verify the date of accident(phone calls duh) they stated i needed to give them a recorded statement about the incident,So i did that ,Now another adjuster showed up and appraised the car( told me it was a total)and saw all the deer hair and blood,, but couldnt do anything else cause i have to call Dallas office back..Now Dallas office wants my cell phone statement to show that i called the people i did to notify them of the wreck..Do i feel like i am being called a liar ?? Why yes i do...I just cant believe the way they treat customers that have been with them that long and never had a claim..I will be switching to State Farm...They are loyal and dont call you liars..Oh and they only wanted to give me 1700 for a 98 mustang that was in perfect condition..After THEIR deductible. CROOKS is what they need to be called ..

MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND HAVE HAD GEICO SINCE 1988, HE IS RETIRED MILITARY. WE PAID OUR PREMIUMS, NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT OR TICKET. WE PUT MY GRANDDAUGHTER ON OUR POLICY TWO YEAR AGO. WE HAD A BAD SNOWSTORM IN OCTOBER 2011 AND MY GRANDAUGHTER SLID INTO A YUKON.GEICO PAID TO HAVE HER CAR FIXED. NOW COMES THE GOOD PART. THEY WILL NOT INSURE US UNLESS WE DROP OFF MY GRANDAUGHTER OR WE DROP TO A STANADARD RATE AND RAISE OUR INSURANCE OVER $1000.00 PER SIX MONTHS. I TOLD THE CSR THAT THEY ARE CRAZY, I UNDERSTAND THAT AND INCREASE WOULD BE IN LINE. BUT NOT THAT MUCH. WE HAVE PAID MORE IN PREMIUMS THAT THEY PAID IN A CLAMIM. DO NOT INSURE WITH GEICO. VOICE OF EXPERIENCE.

Before the holidays I was hit on a parking lot by a Geico insured. The insured backed out of a parking space without looking and hit me as I was passing her. Her SUV had little to no damage while my small vehicle had a smashed side panel and I can't use my passenger door. After reporting the accident to Geico, submitting my own pictures and nurmerous phone calls all I was being told was that they had to determine fault and that it may take several months so,I should report the accident on my own insurance (which is also with Geico). I have refused to do that since I would have to pay the deductable and heaven only knows when or if I would be reimbursed. It has been six weeks and I have yet to get a call from anyone, all of the calls are from my end. I have had to do all the work for this claim and Geico has done nothing. I have a clean claim history and drivers record but obviously that doesn't matter. Geico will do whatever to keep from paying. Beware!

There should b a zero listed! !! These people are nuts stop paying for rental car without telling you..take their sweet time with calling you back. Telling me it will take him 3 wks to get a copyof the police report..doesn't take that long to order something from China..so I located the report myself. Faxed it to him..CLEARLY STATES IT WAS THEIR CUSTOMERS FAULT..plus he got a ticket ..I have been at the hospital with my newborn due to her babysitter beating her. I haven't been to work in months..and more people are abusing my life..its unfair ..y do I have to pay out of pocket for someone else's error .....*HOUSTON. TX

I/WE have been with GEICO for 13 years. NO PROBLEMS until now...... We divorced, and (at my request) my ex-wife removed my Lexus from the policy. I immediately switched to State Farm. GEICO decided to create a NEW policy for my Lexus...WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Now i'm in collections for something of which I knew nothing about! Their reasoning was "we didn't want you driving around without insurance". SINCE WHEN IS IT THEIR BUSINESS TO "MAKE SURE" I HAVE INSURANCE...? If you're with GEICO, you better let them know that you do not want them automatically running a tab on you... should you decide to leave them. They obviously don't appreciate it when you remove a vehicle. I'M NOT SURE WHO MAKES THE POLICIES/PROTOCOLS FOR GEICO, BUT THEY ARE FLAWED AND POSSIBLY UNLAWFUL AT BEST!!!!

I have been having a problem getting my car fixed correcting with geico. I was given a rush job and told that if I found anything wrong after the repairs to just bring my car back. I took my car back because I was having problems with noise during idling, intermittent noises from the back end, and my lights dimmind and brightening. I was told by a mechanic that it sounded like the throttle body se...nser. The throttle body senser is on the engine. I took my car to blossom Chevrolet Body Shop, who did the repairs and was told that that could be the problem and they would look at it, but I would have to pay. I shared with Toni McCellan that before my accident I was not having any problems with my car before the accident and that this issue was from the accident and should have been taken care of then. She stated that I would have to pay from 68 to 139 dollars to have my car looked at. Why when my accident was covered by insurance? I was not at fault for the accident. I was told that my car would be fixed as long as I owned the car, if it was part of the accident. I was also told that my car would be as good as new. Well it's not. It looks good on the outside, but underneath it has engine damage. Well actually there are a few minor things wrong on the outside. The grill is not fastened down on one side. Ms. McCellan from the body shop said it's suppose to be this way. The panel on the drivers side that was replace on the front pops in and out. Ms. McCellan said that was also suppose to be like that. I said to her well it's not like that on the other side. No comment. My car substained $10,000.00 worth of damage, with most of it being in the front. The radiator had to be replaced, the hood, the bumper and ttwo front panels. My car should have been totaled, but the Geice adjuster wanted to make sure that the Blossom Chev. Body Shop made some money. I wonder if this is why I was told I qualified for the express service. Now, I find out that I substained engine damage and no one wants to fix it. Everyone keeps passing the buck. I even asked the recovery specialist who I could talk to. Ms. Durham told me to get in touch with the body shop adjuster, the same person that I told her I had already contacted. Is this a run around? I have been a loyal GEICO customer for 11+ years and this is the way My own insurance company treats me. What's a person to do? Well I will continue to try to find someone who will listen. P.V
