I pre order my resident evil revelations for the 3ds to get my free case as the advertisement said. I pre order it on January. I went to the game stop in Jersey gardens in New Jersey, and they said they hadnt received no cases. Can you do something about this. I really want my case no matter what.

I am a long time customer of the Gamestop on RHL Blvd in Charleston, WV and am very disappointed in the store recently. When Shawn Hardman managed the store it was neat and clean. Things were organized and I was always greeted when I came in. Now that he has been "let go" by Gamestop that store has gone down hill quickly. I went into the store on Monday and the store was a complete mess. Everything was unorganized, the carpets were dirty and the employee, Drew, was not very helpful at all. I over course took the survey regarding my visit, but it has come to my attention that it was reviewed by "Jason" and never reached corporate office. Wow. How is Gamestop supposed to improve its stores when the person reviewing the surveys and, not sending them along, is half the problem. If Gamestop was aware of their GM's and others behaviors, they would not be losing so many of their managers and their stores would not be unorganized messes. I think that they need to fix their Regional Managers and other's above them to fix the real problems within the company.

i go to the gamestop on south 76th in milwaukee and i had very rude worker tell me off and have the other workers laugh at me im like wft so i left then came back in later that day and there was a guy there that didnt even help or talk to me so i turned red and left you guys neeeed to fix your workers..

We have been trying to reach Game Stop to ask them to help us collect from Wolf Cabling Connections in Laguna Niguel, CA,their telecommunications vendor, for work we handled for them as subcontractors at the Game Stop stores in Johnson County, Kansas in 2010 and 2011. We have not been able to speak to anyone in person and it occurred to us that perhaps this was a way to get some response from Wolf Cabling by way of Game Stop. I am sure Game Stop was happy to have their telephones working properly and they will encourage Wolf Cabling to pay their long overdue bills to a small disadvantaged minority company.

I am outraged at this store! We bought a kinect (new) right before Christmas, not knowing if my children would like it or not. When I purchased the item from the Yuba City store, (the one in the Home Depot shopping ceter) the short, hispanic man, behind the counter told me that if the kids did not like the item, I could always bring the item back, as long as I had my receipt. I kept it, just for that purpose. The receipt clearly states that as long as the item is returned by Jan 15, 2012 and is in resale condition, I can get a refund. We tried to do this and the man said no, he'd give us $30 because the box had been opened. My husband told him that it was defective then, just to get another box and return that, because literally this was brand new, played with once, and my kids just were not impressed. He gave him a new box, and cut the seal on it. He cut the wrong thing and so we tried to return the item to another location (a different gamestop) and they called the original store and said that the seal on our box was NOT broken and the guy that my husband had originally delt with said for my husband to come back to his store. However, come to find out that was just so he could try and cut the seal on the box and harrass my husband. It was extremely poor customer service and I am outraged that we can not get our $117.00 back for an item that is not used in any way. How else are you supposed to see if you like something without trying it out??? And what the hell is a receipt for if they won't honnor it??? Seriously? I am writing up the chain to see if we get results. I know one thing, I will NEVER shop for any game at this store again. Amazon is a hell of a lot cheaper anyway!!! Should have gone there to start with, I'd probably already have a refund in my bank account.

Bought a game online that won't play. My system easily exceeds the minimum requirements. Now the "support" guys are telling me that they won't give me a refund. I have to contact a third party called Steam and it will be up to them whether or not I will get a refund even though it is Impulse/GameStop that actually billed my credit card. Complete scam and rip-off. Don't buy anything from them.

I'll tell you what, if they had a rating on here lower than 1 I wouldve picked it. Gamestop in Stoneham, Ma. and their so called manager lee suck. I spent over 700 bucks in a month at this store and was treated like gold when I was buying things, but when it came time to return a defective psp it became a different story,! I was disrespected and talked down to and told i didnt buy it there from the same guy that sold it to me! not until I threatened to call corporate did he do something, and still I had to drive to another store and waste more money in gas cuz they didnt have the same one to replace the defective one! but wait it gets better, when I got to the Woburn, Ma. store to pick up my replacement mind you after arguing for an hour at the stoneham store, I had explained what happened and was told by that employ that its gamestops company policy to not do anything for customers unless theyre threatened with corporate being called on them! ya ridiculous almost seems fake but it really happened! so either gamestop has fu#$ed up policies or their employees just lie! anyways lee just wanted to let you know your lucky there was a cop in that store tonight cuz if there wasnt you wouldnt have talked to me like that I can promise you that!! and if anyone at corporate thinks Im lying go check your cameras and audio at both stores and if you agree with the way your employees acted and wont fire them you should be closed down!

i bought a 60 dollar game in three day it dr op to 40 and the manger told me he cannot help me so i call main corporate offices and they that he should gave you my money back ibeen waiting for some one call but no one call so call local game stop and one the guy was nice he call game stop were bought the and he talk to manger he ok and i went with my son to get money owe and the said to me adude why you tell my boss i was i told him i just came to get my money he told me that he can have b an and i told him ban i spend a lot money here he also said that game stop h is store he can call police nice guy manger steven iwas first person when they open not new manger is not nice but steven in chelsea mass

I pre-ordered a game for my friends birthday. According to the website, I should have received a pre-order code so he will have the chance to gain "early game access". I have asked twice, the gamestop employees don't know anything about the code. I should have ordered from Walmart - they even mention the pre-order code on their website. How can Gamestop sell games and not even know about the pre-order code? I won't be doing business with Gamestop again.

i got put on hold for an hour then my phone died, i actually went into the store while i was still on hold and they were slightly busy, but they did have time between costumers. worst part was i saw them helping other people over the phone while i was still on hold. my phone died before they helped me, not that i needed it anymore. oh yea and i was gonna ask if they had a game the website said they had so i didnt waste gas, and geuss waht they didnt! you guys are the worst

So we went to the game stop in summerfield fl. And they close at 6pm we got there 10 minutes before and the doors were locked. So i called them and they said according to there clock it was already 6pm. Get your clocks. Best buy gets our business.

Gamestop is better priced than most places to buy video games. If you such a complaint how about you call the corporate office you dumbass and tell them instead of getting mad and talking trash about you. Plus, you dont even need to play video games you probably suck and just looking for a way to get mad and say bad stuff about the store. Get good children since that how you are acting. Gamestop you have did very good business with me in Virginia and PowerUp card helps alot so thank you and have a good day.

After being on hold with Mike for 30 minutes, I decided to hang up. I called back to speak to Jess, a different associate. I then continued with my original intent for inquiry of prices. This took less than 2 minutes to do. I am disatisfied with the service of being on hold for over 30 minutes. Also the price of a first Generation 60gb ps3 with all cords, original packaging, all documents and a ps3 controller in all working condition is worth more than 64$. Gamestop you will not be getting my business for your outrages deals. The turn around rate is, I can only imagine, phenominal for your buys. Congratulations on making it happen, but you are not for me. I have the internet and know how to use E-Bay, Craigslist, and amazon. Sad to say a Pawn shop will buy my ps3 for more than 64$.
