While shopping for the first time at the Times Square NY store the registers were not working, the cashier's tried to wave the manager over but she was too busy having a private conversation to acknowledge her co workers. I finally went over and asked her if she was aware that the cash registers were not working. She then told me that I would have to wait a minute and begrudgingly came over.

I have shopped here frequently for my teenager however not after today. I went to return a dress I had surprised my daughter with that she didnt particularly care for to be told I would not be given my money back only a gift receipt for the amount of the dress. When I questioned this I was told "it's store policy." Well my policy is if I paid you and the item has tags and I have a receipt for the return you give me my money back. The gift card will be given as a graduation gift and I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS CHAIN AGAIN!

The BAKERSFIELD store is a JOKE! Long lines 2 huge cash wraps and only 1 is being used... AND there are only 4 cashiers.... The racks are made up of nothing but blendies... I really hope You take this opinion into consideration. Because I have complained numerous times to Managers and have yet to see a change!!!! My patience is running thin with this store

7/2/2012, I'm the last customer at the register. The cash register girl Magaret, ran up an item that I asked her to remove. Of course she did not. I ended up overcharged and the Manager at the store is telling me it will take 2 weeks before they resolve what 'took place on camera' to resolve the credit--'store credit' at that!! Forever 21 corporate offices DOES NOT CARE about their CUSTOMERS! Shop elsewhere. This is America for God's sake and the Customer is always right! Anyways, always check your bill and items bought so no mishaps happen to you in the future. Also check the garment after they remove the security scanners since they make HOLES in the garment!

You fellow customers have made my day. I'm a strong, emotionally balanced woman, I "NEVER" have let an employee at a retail store make me cry...for ANY reason. But, finally, Forever 21, and a "second" run in with this speed freaking, insulting, demonic witch, has attempted to humiliate and ruin my day TWICE. She's a disgusting pig at the GALLERIA MALL on Stanford Ranch Road in Roseville, California. Why do they keep this ridiculous excuse of a normal,social, and functioning sales person, when she is the exact opposite. But I see from others that have written...it is Forever 21's Modus Operandi. And, of course, under the guise of JOHN 3:16!!! ha ha ha ha ha ha Give it up Forever 21...take the Scripture off your merchandise and stop your shameful, rude, hyprocritical behavior. What's the one thing Jesus asks of humanity...to love one another and treat one another with respect and love. This is no where more NON-INDICATIVE than at a Forever 21 Store! For all the "decent" employees---and there are a few... that is...before they get tainted by Forever 21, speak up and/or get the heck out of there and find a new job, with employers who respect, appreciate, and want a lasting relationship with their employees who represent the "goodness" all their store can offer. Again, so far "off the mark" at a Forever 21 store. This is my personal opinion and thanks for sharing yours; I feel sane again. ha ha ha

Forever 21 at the Galleria of Tyler in Riverside has to be by far the most toxic environment I have ever came across. I am a store manager and I could not believe the management at forever 21. While I was waiting in line to buy my daughter clothes one of the managers had grabbed my attention because of the way she had been speaking to one of the employees. Now I'm not sure what the employee did to be considered a problem of the store but no one deserves to be talked to or treated that way, it was not acceptable. I will never take my 13 year old daughter shopping at this place again. The company really needs to research who they are recruiting as managers. Specially because to a certain extent the employees are supposed to look up to management.

I am a costumer of the Tyler Mall Forever21 and I am about to call OSHA due to the heat level in the store. I have been in this store many times and it seems like everytime I walk into the fitting room or other parts of the store it is either freezing cold or hot. I can't stand the up and down environment and refuse to shop at this location if it further happens again.

Awful the one in atlanta is small and everything is all over the place clothes scattered and the jewlrey i cant even tell u how bad

I am thoroughly disgusted with the way I have been treated the past two times I have visited the store at Oxford Valley Mall in Pennsylvania. In both instances I encountered extremely rude associates and managers. I let it go the first time because I realize everyone has bad days but two times in a row is unacceptable. Both times I was there with my teenage daughters to purchase summer clothing. The first time I completed my purchase. However, after this second round of deplorable and just plain rude treatment I made all of my purchases at Wet Seal and H & M where I was treated with respect and even a smile. Note to corporate: Time to send in some mystery shoppers.

Apparently forever 21 is a horribly managed company because their management doesnt set goo examples for the employees. I went to the forever 21at. The twelve oaks mall in Novi,MI an every time I go in there you have. To wait in line to checkout at least 30 minutes because apparently only one worker knows how to work the cash register. Meanwhile you have all the other employees standing off to the side not trying to help or ask you any questions or even say sorry for the wait. Of course when you call to address this issue with corporate they have you wait on the line for more than 25 minutes! I am a manager and Im sure glad its not with this company because they don't know how to put their customers first.

Forever 21 clothes are garbage! They fall apart after 1 wash! They used to have better quality clothes a long time ago but not now. The store in my town is always empty when i drive by, wish they would pack it up and go. Has anyone ever shopped at a store called "papaya" ? They have amazing clothes with great quality and its VERY reasonable.

I shoppe there today to buy some new outfits I have my baby with me so naturally I need a handicap dressing room and they had clothes racks init so I couldn't even try my clothes on !!!! The girls who work there are rude an snobby ! And I think they're return policy is stupid I wanted to return a pair of shorts that I had the receipt but didn't had the tag but showed them look these are from here as they say welll sorry can help u that's the way it is ! I will never again shop at the horribly rude store

Forever 21 has stolen $28.80 from me, they discarded the merchandise (earrings) that I returned because they are not hypoallergenic! I was back & forth with them with emails, the last positive one I received they informed me, that they discarded the items and would finish up the remainder of my return. I attempted to reach them several times about the remainder of my return, I received an email today, from Forever 21, saying that the merchandise was discarded & they will not be refunding me the remaining balance that I am owed, $28.80. I am attaching a screen shot of that email! They STOLE $$$ from me!!YES, I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau! #! & #2 emails are attached: They SUCK!

Gail Cortez.. I'm a store manager at a forever 21 in Miami. I just stumbled on this site, happened to read your post and thought I could offer some help. If you're still having trouble getting your money back I suggest you print out your bank statement showing that double charges from forever 21 along with the receipt (if u still have it but it's not necessary) and the card that was ran twice. Ask for the store manager and show her your bank statement. Tell her you want her to do what is called a CC resolution form. This form should be filled out with your information regarding the double charge. It gets scanned and emailed to corporate along with your bank statement. Corporate will then mail you a check for the second charge. If this form has never been filled out along with your bank statement your wasting your time calling corporate. Unfortunately they won't do anything unless the proper paper work is done and turned in. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other issues.

The store I was at in tukwilla WA was so poorly ran it was pathetic. Music way to loud clothes all over the floor well the two peaple working just sat behind the register eating. I swear they thought they were at a restaurant.

At one point, this used to be my favorite store. Now, I WILL NOT set foot through that door again!!! Forever 21 at Mall of Georgia is one of the worst stores you could go to. Customer service does not exist there, and their employees are as rude as can be!! It was a Friday night, time 8:15, I got off work and stopped by Forever21 to find a dress for an event I was going to. I was aware that the mall closes at 9 pm. Great, I found something really fast and wanted to go try it on before I purchased it. Time 8:40, one of the employees said there fitting rooms were closed. What? The store closes at 9:00, but apparently in this case the fitting rooms close according to the employees schedules!! I kept my "cool" went to the next employee and asked her to try on my items, she replied to me by asking will I purchase the dress, and if I don't will I put it back?? Still kept my "cool" turned around bought the dress and left without trying it on. Of course, the dress did not fit properly. Sunday, that same weekend, went to return the dress, guess what? Couldn't!! Apparently there system was down, and they couldn't give any store credit. The employee who I spoke to about this was clueless, I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times to let her know I was trying to simply return an item before she got what I was saying, and the manager? This lady should be fired right away. She was completely rude in explaining the whole situation and did not care if she would satisfy her customers by "trying to help" or not. Luckily, the store was packed and I made it easier for her, but I never said I wasn't taking other measures including calling corporate, although seems like they do not care either?

There seems to be a problem at Forever 21 in Walnut Creek, CA (store #383). This is the second time this has happened to me AT THIS SAME STORE in less than 3 months. I let it go the first time but now it happened again and at this point I have to complain. On Sunday, 4/29/12, an employee by the name of Paulina was extremely rude and she definitely lacked customer service skills. I TRULY and HONESTLY would SUGGEST to the manager to either retrain her staff or get rid of those seeds that are spoiled and make a bad name for the company. This last Sunday was the only day I had available to get some clothes for an upcoming trip next week. I have been in the store for about 1 1/2 hours gathering all kinds of garments that I liked. Then, it was time to try it on. I went to the dressing room to try a bunch of clothes... (27 items) to be precise. She told me I could only bring in 6 items at a time inside the dressing room. Which I understand is regular policy at their stores. She took all the remainder clothing and put it in the rack where clothes is held while you are trying the clothes. When I came out of the dressing room to hand her the ones I didn't want and get from her the next set of clothing to try on which "she was holding for me"...she turned to get them and said: "Oh, they are not here". I guess I put them in the wrong rack of clothing to go back on the floor. Then, she pointed at a HUGE rack full of clothing and said "Look through it and see if you can find your clothes". At first, I thought she was kidding so I said "Where is the clothes you were holding for me?" She said: "I most had mixed them with the ones going back on the floor". Then, she turned around and continue working on something else with absolutely no care or concerned for the nasty error she had just made. I tried to find the items in the section of clothing to go back to the floor and only found 1 item out of ALL the other remainder stuff she was still SUPPOSEDLY holding for me to try on. Then, she turned around and said "Go and look around the store. I think all the clothes already went back". I was in shock to see her arrogant, uncaring attitude. I had an engagement that day so my free time was quite limited to start all over again looking and gathering my stuff. She didn't EVEN OFFERED to help me out. Also, who would remember every single piece I picked. This is clothes I just saw for the first time in my life so there is noooooo way I would remember that many pieces and where exactly I got them around the store!!!! That store has thousands of garments everywhere. What infuriated me the most was that she didn't even try to assist me in finding my clothes. She just pointed at the rack of clothes to go back on the floor and left me without any assistance to go through it. She made a nasty mistake and didn't even care to fix it in any way, shape or form. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FROM HER PART came out of her mouth!!!! A humble approach and something as simple as an apology..." I'm sorry for the error and inconvenience"... would have been the minimum she should have done. I would have been disappointed for the inconvenience she had created but at the same time would have accepted her apology. I spoke to the assistant manager who in returned apologized for her and tried to fix her employee's rudeness with a 20 % discount coupon. I told her I rather spend the full price amount and be treated better by her staff., This was not a $ issue... IT WAS THE PRINCIPAL of the matter. $ can't fix others classless acts. Even with the assistance manager getting involved, and me asking the manager than an apology for this employee would be the correct action for this...PAULINA NEVER came to me to personally apologize. NEVER!!!! She kept walking around the store as if she did nothing wrong or cared. WAY TO GO FOREVER 21 with your OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SPEAKS LOUD AND CLEAR ABOUT THE STAFF REPRESENTING YOUR FIRM. My mother is the manager of a very prestige retail firm and I have learned and CLEARLY understand simple facts for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ...and PLEASE, FOREVER 21 investors... spend more energy and effort putting $ on the proper training of your staff cause the lack the essential key to run an outstanding company. And please don't use THE BIBLE PSALM IMPRINTED IN YOUR BAGS...(John 3:16) "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life"... I HOPE THAT'S NOT A MISREPRESENTATION OR A COVER UP OF WHAT YOUR BUSINESS IS TRULY ALL ABOUT. ENRICHING YOURSELF AT THE EXPENSE and COST OF OTHER PEEPS WITHOUT ANY CARE, CONCERN OR DISMAY.

It's amazing I have been waiting for over a month now for a credit from forever 21, their system froze in the the middle of my transaction at the Rockaway NJ store, and it rain through twice, I have tried to get in contact with Forever 21 for over a month now to have my credit issued, no one at the store, their district sales mgr Luis Garcia or the store manager of rockaway store- Lauren have ever even called me back, never get a response, never received my money back, its now time to take it viral and media- never use a credit card/ debit card at their store, if they make an error with it good luck getting your money back- i can't
