Cute clothes that are cheap. $25.00 for the most expensive item. The management & staff at Willowbrook Mall Houston, TX need to get off the (crack) pipe!! The staff (not sure about management) at the Woodlands Mall in Spring, TX need to bathe. I was there on 08/14/12. Very poor customer service. Maybe your store should hire illegals ... at least they work.

i went in got what i wanted the girl ran my card for $104.00 i paid with a prepaid visa rushcard which takes out funds as soon as the card is swiped well the employee said it did not take my card but my bank statement said otheriwise the manager andrew would not let me leave with my stuff and i had to swipe my card another 104.00 by this time the manager told me that there was nothing he could do and nobody but him could help the worst experience ever in my life i have goten no help from anyone at forever21 and have not been refunded my 104.00 i continue to call everyday and am told it could take up to two months before i get my money back wow is all i can say this is the craziest situation i have ever been through

On August 13, 2012, I decided to shop at Forever 21 in Washington, DC. I was looking for a particular shirt but I could not find it. I decided to ask one of the sales associates that walked pass me. The sales associated immediately caught an attitude. I was stunned by her reaction, I could not believe she caught an attitude as if I was bothering her. My friend that was with me asked why she caught an attitude with me and I had no idea. This bothered me so I asked that same associate to direct me to her manager. The associate rolled her eyes then directed me to the manager. I explained to the manager how rude the associate was and how the way she was acting upset me. The manager showed no remorse to the situation. While I was explaining the sales associate interrupted and tried to plead her case. At this point I felt like I was the bad guy while they took each others side. I finally took it upon myself to walk away and I decided not to buy anything from the store. My experience was by far was the worst and I will not go back to shop at that location again!

This is utter bullshit. How do you send me the WRONG tracking number for my package? I will be getting a refund and will no longer give this piece of shit ass store my business!

If you had negative star that would be it. A clerk ( verrie i think )at the West side mall in el paso was very rude. She is also rude to other employees watched her after she was rude to me...wont go back to that store for sure.

I am VERY displeased and unsatisfied about Forever21's shipping. It seems I will have to wait two weeks for 7 items to be delivered to me. This is complete and utter bullshit. Very angry.

Hello, I went to Forever 21 on 3rd Promenade in Santa Monica California, the store is a disaster to make it worse it has three levels. The purpose to merchandise a store is to make it easier for the customer to pick and choose their items as easier as possible and the idea is SELL!SELL! Well this one was a disaster, same items are all over the place! Instead of putting one kind with the differrent colors at the same place, you try one, come back and pick the other colors you want that's it! no time waisted!! Futhermore, the ground floor is made of a slippery material that is made for an accident to happen and that day I was wearing flat? Going down the stairs was very stressfull afraid that I might fall! Not good!! The music so loud that I couldn't here myself. As for the sales staff well I have no idea where they were! That is the problem when you hire too young= no experience. what would it take for companies to understand that it is better to hire less employees but with more experience with a better pay? You get what you apy for! Being in retail is a career not a job if you don't have the passion for it forget it! Knowing where your items are located is mandatory it is not an option when you work at a store. I have myself over 15 years experience in retail and it does make me sick to see this. All big companies out there keep up your good work by hiring too young, and paying them like crap because they will be train on the spot but unfortunately the training employee doesn't have much experience either; and we the customers have to pay for the bad customer service experience THANKS A LOT!

I am an employee and am very happy with my job. I have worked retail before and compare to my other jobs this is much more rewarding. The most frustrating things are the customers who don't understand we are human too. I realize you are shopping and don't wish to put your things on the hanger and don't have to pick up after yourself but I would appreciate it of you could think for a minute how you would feel if I came into your home, tried on your clothes, left them in a pile on the floor and then left my drink there as well. I understand we have some policies which make your life more difficult but we also have some people who try to steal. Our policies are in place for a reason and your yelling and complaining will not change that. Most of us do the best we can and would appreciate it of you would understand that. The bad service comes from numerous customers thinking they should have someone with them the entire time attending to their every need. Understand we do not have the payroll for that and try to be more courteous to us.

Forever 21 has no customer service manners. I purchased jewlery online and did not notice the very small fine print that states "final sale" in the description section in the bottom of the page. The "Final Sale" never showed up in the shopping bag or when my credit account information was prompt for. I worked in retail all my life and I know that if Forever 21 returned my purchase in the store they could just put it on the rack and make their money back. But instead they not only lost a customer from being uncooperative and rude but I will be telling everyone my story of how they conducted horrible customer service. I have purchased items from several department stores online and I never get any issues on returning merchandise in the store. Shame on you Forever 21, I will never shop in this store again.

Everytime I go to this store I never want to come back. There girls who work in there have the worse customer service skills! Not only does it seem like we are an incovience to them at the dressing room, if there is more than one girl working they do not even take notice to the customer until there converstation is fully finished. This is where you work, not where you gossip with friends. If there was any other place to shop I would never go there again.

The forever 21 at tyler mall is horrible, employeees get treated horribly management is rude and disrespectful they are always in there yellin. There must not be a lot of hours givin out because everytime i go in there ican never find anyone for assistance. They always have one side of the registers open and the line is always so long. Makes you not even want to shop. They have so many clothes in there but can never manage to find anything. The music is always so loud and ican barely think when i go in there. that store is a bit overwhelming i dont think i could work there people are so rude and it doesn't seem like the employees are happy.

Beverly Center Store of Forever 21 made my blood boil. My niece had $41 in her atm card and wisely spent $5.00 on food and unwisely bought a shirt at Forever 21 for $18.99+taxes . The clerk swiped her card and transaction was approved on the machine but didn't appear on their screen. The clerk swiped again and of course the bank will disapprove the transaction since there is about $14.00 balance in the atm. Clerk told her that you do not have enough money and bank disapproved her transaction. I'snt this insulting? My niece then called the bank and ask the bank to speak to another employee telling them that the transaction went through. But still they didn't give the shirt and asked my niece to bring the statement so they can give her the shirt. She was so frustrated when I picked her up so I told her to go online and check her online statement and true enough the transaction was there. We drove back and as incompetent as perceived they didn't give her shirt. The manager told her that she had to bring the paper statement because it happens all the time that online statements will show transactions and amount will be reverted back to the account and Forever 21 will lose the $18.00++. I was so appalled by the way they handled the declined transaction which was apparently caused by their malfunctioning machine and accused my niece of defrauding their store of $18++. By the way, this $41.00 was my niece's saving's from her allowance. Isn't it disturbing how their customer service can be so untrained, unprofessional, heartless and even accusatory. Never ever buying from Forever 21 again and will do everything in my power to stop others from shopping there as well.

Went to walnut creek,ca store and honestly received such genuine customer service. One of the managers, Gina was so helpful, and genuine. You could tell she loves what she does. Store was organized, the only complaint I have was the music was a bit too loud other than that, one of the best forever's I been in.

I ordered an item online and haven't received it. I tracked the package and it says it was delivered at a day and time when I was at home. I did not receive my merchandise. I filled out a form online requesting a credit and inquiry in the matter but haven't heard ANYTHING from them. Stop making this company rich for treating their customers poorly. Shop elsewhere.

I was in the Forever 21 store located in the Acadiana Mall, Lafayette, Louisiana when my Grand daughter could not find the dress she liked in her size so I looked at the one on the mannequin & it was her size only to be told that it is store policy to NOT remove the item but they would be happy to take my name and number & I could go back to get it when they take it down !!! Sounds like a bunch of BS to me & Lazy people. I have NEVER heard of something so stupid in all if my life. Since when do you NOT go out of your way to please the customer ???

I visited the Opry Mills Store in April 2012 and Leah overcharged me. I live 40 miles away so I went to the store close to me to resolve the issue. The manager in the city where I live really tried to help me, she sent a resolution to HQ. It is now July and when I call the local stores nobody can help me. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Their policy should be against the law! I was given several numbers to HQ (here we go)and since everybody at this joint is incompetent I'm going to share this info. Forever21.com customer service is horrible. I ordered a shirt for my daughter, but when it arrived, she didn't like the style (too much of a crop top) so I returned it. First of all, their shipping speed is the slowest in the industry. Takes 2 weeks just to get the items. Then to return them, you have to postmark it within 30 days of the order date. Thus you have less than a week to repackage the item, schlep to the post office and mail it back to them. So that is totally inconvenient. Then when I returned the item, I never got a credit to my credit card. I waited over a month and called. Turns out that the item I returned was a "final sale" so they would NOT accept the return, despite the fact that NOWHERE on the packing slip did it say it was a final sale, no returns. So, F21 said they were REQUIRED to mail the shirt back to me AND charge me an ADDITIONAL $5.95 for THEIR TROUBLE. This sent me ballistic. I talked to a supervisor for an hour who said he would reluctantly waive the $5.95, he warned me to be more careful in reading the website and packing slip (very rude, very condescending) and that they would send the shirt back to me so I can donate it to Goodwill or sell it on eBay. Another 6 weeks goes by and I realize that they never sent the shirt back to me. I call back and the cust service person says there is no record on my order of me having talked to the Supervisor named Joseph, or any supervisor for that matter. So now I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau and F21 Corporate HQ. Basically, this company STOLE $15 from me. Yeah, this fight that's been going on for months is over $15. Why can't they just give me a $15 gift card?

This place sucks. Today i went and couldnt find my giftcard, so i had to use cash (the amount of cash i has was the only money i have) i found my giftcard as she was counting the money, asked her if she could void the transaction, and she said no. You can ALWAYS void a transaction, no matter what and she told me no. I asked her ifnshe was sure and she said she "couldnt", and when i looked at their policy online, it said nothing about it. I also couldnt cash my gift card because "it has tonge worth $10 or less." what kind of bull s*it is that? So now i cant eat unless i want to eat their crappy shoes. i want my money back. (this was at the thousand oaks mall)
