Ii live in fayetteville nc. I recently went to raliegh nc to. The foever 21. In crab tee valley mall .I have never in my life seen such rued snobby acting people .I had apair of shoes I wanted to purchase .but they had slight damage to them .I ask could he take anything off because they were the only pair he went and ask the manager and he said no they were like that because they were leather.iand the whole time we are talking there's a chic behind the register looking me up and down with attitued . So like I was wrong 4 asking .so I just said forget it keep them .and then when I got back home I called the store and ask to speak to a manager because I felt like that whole situation was totally rued.and the guy who answered the phone told me that I couldn't speak to the manager because the lines were long and they were very bussy for me to call baack.lol I was so dam mad but I won't be going back never again.I think every one in that store needs a lesson in customer service.cause your just dam rude!!I

I returned a pair of earrings and was told they were final sale for F21 is shipping them back to me for $8.99 billed to me. The earrings only cost $5.

I went to the Forever 21 in Sandy Utah and the Management suck's. They are all rude and have no customer service at all. One of the either Supervisor's or Mgr was yelling at one of there employee's and it was very unprofessional. They were complaining about a shirt that she had on, and what i noticed about her shirt was nothing was wrong with it. Half of the clothing that the other employee's were wearing were worse. VERY VERY RUDE TO THERE EMPLOYEE'S WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN........

Today. lm going to 200 los cerritos mall cerritos,ca 90701 forever 21 .cashier name;belinda 1145026.l buy 5for $10 underwear but l rally dont understund $3.50one is 5for$10 $3.80is not 5for$10 because de is same shelf.she so ungly talk to me lm explan plaease do not put it same shelf ok?thats l say she dont lesson just she talk to another worker ,l say l you lesson?no say nothing .and she dont say THANK YOU nothing ,this how you are company teach customer?please,teach forever21worker for custermer service.special name belinda 1145026. Wow, I see I'm not the only cOmplaining about forever 21. I believe we have to do more than just leaving messages, because others don't see these post until they encounter problems. I was in the local orange park fl store and the manager Michelle inform me that since I had purchased a sale item I was entitled to buy one get one free. My daughter found another sale item and with spending over $200 that the item that was marked down in the sale designated area was not properly priced or placed. I am furious and confused. I asked if I had to adhere to the return policy. The response was yes, then why are you not granting me the item you miss priced and miss placed. After speaking with two managers they both stated the we're told by corporate it didn't matter the can not override any item. Needless to say nothing changed. Honestly I have had no problems at all at forever 21, there was even a time when I was there and I found a shirt that wasn't my size so I told a girl that worked there and she looked everywhere for the shirt and had ask everone if they have seen it they didn't have my size because it was a return but she was so helpful that I felt bad that I made her look all over for me. There were a few other times that I asked for something and they didn't just tell me where it was they handed it to be. And I was reading the other comments and someone said something about not using 2 gift cards at once well I did it before and they said nothing about it so idk if you guys just have bad luck with people in there or if you guys are actually being the rude ones cuz even tho your suppose to be nice no matter what it does get frustrating working all day. This is my favorite store and it still Will be this is the only store I shop at. P.s all the ones I shop at are in the san fernando valley.

The clothes are nice and well priced but they stink as in smell. I was reassured by Maryann that the smell would wash out . It washed out and now all of our clothes that were washed with the pants stink as in smell bad. This is not very good public relations. This really stinks and I hope someone in the corporate offices reads this.

I worked at forever21here in japan at Shinkiba branch for almost one year.When i was hired i feel so happy and so proud for being one of the staff.Sometimhe is es the president or owner visiting here in japan and even he can't speak japanese he's trying to take communications with all the workers and i think greathe 's great i also enjoy working with my co-workers.I love everything here in f21 my job,peole around me except for only one thing,I really hate the manager name HIYANE TAKUTO he is so stupid,a liar and a traitor everybody hates him he don't care about erybody,he only cahis pets or favorites.In fact, now there is a big issue in company

There is a problem in the company which makes everybody's mad.There a staff in Shinkiba branch name Niijma Midori one of the managers favorite (Hiyane takuto ),this girl seems pregnant but she didn't say anything.Manager and Supervisor keep on Protecting her that's why her behavior is to worst and so bad she do whatever he wants for example,take a break for almost three hours,sleeping in working hours, take holiday whenever she wants,going home if she wants, company's paying expensive salary with this girl.don't YoU think its to unfair for those employee Who work harder and this is also a waste of money.If i were YoU,asap i do something for this so terrible

Wost customer serive ever, this is the 2nd time I have had issues ordering online. I recived the wrong order and was told to sent it back but my card would not be credited back until the other person that had my order returned the packed, what are the chances they will return my order my amount was not near where close to what they ordered and are sizes in order were the same. I doubt I will ever order from them again, I have shopped from them for years from the first time they opened but they are the worst to deal with, I asked several times to speak to a supervior and was told the 2 superviors onsite were with other customers. It's sad that they get away with things and give customers the run around.

I've never seen such poor customer service before!! I am very upset and if it was not for my teenage daughter who i love very much, I would walked out and left what i had on the counter. I thought i could go in there on my break from work, but unfortunately I was wrong. There was just one person a head of me but she had several items, to be ringed up. The one sales person looked right at me and said the young lady waiting on the person in front will take care of me. I did advise her that i was on my break from work and i was going to be late but instead of saying oh her let me ring you she just looked at me and walked away, and the manager was standing right there but did not say one word. I walked out and advise the manager that the store has poor customer service skills. I myself work in customer service as a career, i would never treat a patient like that. This store in Pittsburgh, Pa southside works has very rude sale people and manager.

Okay , so I shopped online at forever 21 the other day. I bought over 200.00 stuff , and I usually get a text to my phone stating that I bought this much stuff online and how much I have left on my credit card. So I got a text saying I bought that stuff from forever 21 , but when I looked at forever 21 online it said my card was declined . So basically forever 21 jipped me I guess . WILL I STILL BE GETTING MY STUFF ? Cause I will SUE !

Im never going back again.They told me my card was denied.I asked if they could try again but they said no.I admit was shocked and bit confused.The manager said its store policy.Asked me to leave and get another form of payment.So i did.I got cash from the ATM which my card worked just fine.I come back less then ten minutes.Im standing back in line and its just manager and one cashier.They tell me to stand to the side.Im waiting like ten minutes while people are just passing me by.I felt almost discriminated.Iwent off and another manager came helped me.I told her the problem.She got both storys.She said that the other thought I was paying w the same card.He never even bother to ask me.Fyi I was w my kids this whole time.They have lazy rude mean stupied people working there I have ever seen! Worst Employees Ever!!

Rudest employees ever.They dont like to help or answer questions.They look like there at a club or lounge.Not looking classy but trashy.Its a big store and you cant find what your looking for.But the employees dont know themself.Ok.Screw this chain.I rather pay mor to enjoy my shopping experience. The reason you get such crappy customer service is because F21 treats their employees like shit. They do no communicate, and they set employees up to fail. The stores are being run by inexperienced teenagers who don't give a crap and who don't question anything. This company has been reported to the Dept. of Labor many times for abuse to employees. Corporate office is obviously not paying attention and they don't give a crap. I will never patronize this store. I don't want to support the way they operate.

Here's my HORRIBLE customer service experience with FOREVER 21. I ordered a simple gift card for a niece's birthday on July 31 for an Aug 9 birthday gift. At the same time, I ordered four other birthday gifts from other companies, all others of which I received within just a few days, without any problems. Three days later, however, FOREVER 21 sent me an e-mail to inform me that my order was on hold because I had never ordered with them with my credit card before. WHAT? Who does that? When that was finally cleared up, I knew I barely had a chance of receiving my niece's gift by her birthday in time to get it to her. Finally, on Aug 3, I received a notice that said my order had been shipped, however; the tracking number that was given in the e-mail DID NOT WORK! I went to the USPS site and figured out the tracking with my order number. For the next TEN business days, as I checked on the status of my order, USPS still had not received my order from FOREVER 21. The only thing they had was an electronic notification that they would be receiving a shipment. I contacted FOREVER 21 four or five times via e-mail and phone with my concern, only to receive very insufficient responses and no reassurance about my order dilemma. After the “required” ten business days before FOREVER 21 will apparently give a crap about a missing order, I wrote them again asking where my order is. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from them, now telling me I have to fill out an Affidavit form that will take THREE WEEKS before they will begin the investigation as to where my order went!!!!!!!!!! IT’S A GIFT CARD, FOR CHRIST’S SAKE! Do they not care at all about their customer’s satisfaction? Since USPS NEVER received this item, my assumption is it was NEVER shipped from FOREVER 21 in the first place, as this is just the appalling quality of their business. If FOREVER 21 has any concern at all about the satisfaction of their customers, they would apologize for this oversight and inconvenience and would OVERNIGHT me the gift card that I ordered 19 days ago. I feel terrible that my niece has not received her gift from me yet. I even asked for them to do just that, which is when they simply sent me the Affidavit form. I WILL NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM FOREVER 21 AGAIN, even though I have three wonderful nieces who love their clothing. I urge all to beware of the very poor organizational skills and customer service, or lack thereof, they have provided. I will share this story with as many people as I can until I receive an acceptable resolution from FOREVER 21.

I took my daughters to The North Shore Mall in Peabody. We really loved the store, way bigger then the one at The Maine Mall. But, the associates were rude and need to learn customer service skills. The girls in the fitting room need to tend to customers and stop complaining about their hours. I have to say, the rest of the mall associates were wonderful.

Let me just preface this review by saying I love Forever 21 and their affordable, on trend pieces. I was very excited to squeeze in some time in between work to use two of my birthday gift cards at their Sawgrass Mills store. Epic failure of MONUMENTAL proportions. When I go to check out after having spent almost 2 hours looking through the entire store (it is massive), the employee at the cashier tells me she cannot accept more than one gift card (I had two) at a time. I asked her if she could void what she had so far and just count it as two separate purchases so I could use a gift card for each. She decided she had a better way. I honestly do not know what she did with them next, but she ran both cards for their maximum amount and then when she went to put the remaining balance on my debit card ($1.80 for those interested), she realized she had somehow erased the entire transaction. Along with the balances on my gift cards. Right. Trying to remain calm, I asked her what happened. She explained that she "was so upset right now." YOU are upset, honey? I'm trying not to hit your head against this counter right now. After about 5-10 minutes of babbling under her breath and honestly just staring blankly at the computer screen, she leaves to talk to her manager. An eternity goes by to the point that the customers waiting in line behind me are ready to punch her themselves. She finally returns after I complain to another employee. With EXCELLENT news. Guess what, guys? She was able to talk to the credit card company and have them reinstate my gift card! Guess what else? Oh yeah! It's going to take approximately 3 days! What. I look at her with what I can only imagine was the look of a wild animal that had just seen its prey. Before she leaves yet again, I tell her I am leaving this store paying $1.80 and my bag of new, cute clothes. Apparently, they didn't think this was reasonable. The manager now comes out and explains to me that they reinstated the cards, so they could not let me take my merchandise unless I paid the full amount for them. I explained to her that this was like me giving them my cash and walking out with nothing. I asked why they could not just cut up my cards and charge me my remaining balance. She refused to budge, even having the audacity to say she "fixed the problem." See, no you didn't. YOU made the mistake, YOU took my money (not to mention time) and you are making me leave EMPTY HANDED with neither my merchandise OR a balance on my gift cards. Needless to say, they are lucky that I just cursed at them and stormed out of line. What I really wanted to do was much, much worse. I will most definitely NEVER visit that store again, no matter how extensive their inventory is. Day: ruined.

Service at Forever21 is horrendous. I went there because they have low prices on their clothes, but it is not worth it. Spend a little bit more, maybe hit up a sale at a more reputable retail store, and get some good service; you won't be a valued customer at Forever21.
